We have eaten at Red Lobster many times. The food is ALWAYS awesome. And we have, for the most part, had good service. But a couple nights ago when my wife, granddaughter and I went to go have dinner, it just seemed like the food was even more delicious than usual. And our server Sky was awesome. Very friendly and attentive. And checked on us often. The best server we have ever had at Red Lobster. Thank you so much Sky. Hope you are our server on our next visit!

We’ve been here a few times and it’s been okay. However tonight the food was extremely hot and delicious/amazing. Our waitress Sky was great. She was kind, quick, and just on top of the service tonight. This visit made my whole week and was very much appreciated.

Had the fried trout and came out hot and crunchy. Camilla was our server and she was so friendly and checked on us several times and made sure we had everything we needed . She went above and beyond very impressed with her service .

Great service. Delilah was superb! She made sure we had everything we needed. I wanted Red Lobster for a super long time since the one Victoria had closed down years ago. I was in Seguin and was told of this one in San Marcos. Didn’t disappoint‼️

I had an absolutely fantastic experience at Red Lobster thanks to Delilah! From the moment we were seated, she was attentive, friendly, and made us feel genuinely welcomed. She knew the menu inside and out, offered great recommendations, and checked in just the right amount without being intrusive. Our food arrived perfectly and on time, and Delilah made sure every detail was just right. Her professionalism, warm personality, and exceptional service truly made our meal memorable. I can’t recommend asking for Delilah enough—she really goes above and beyond!

I truly enjoyed everything! It started off amazing. Jana the welcoming woman was amazing! Omg the food amazing... I'm pretty sure Marco would have been a better waiter but he had parties to do.. but over all amazing!!! He came through at the end and done very well! I love the teamwork as well! Jana was everywhere helping everyone! I love it! I can tell things gotten better than the last time I went!!! Great music!!! Bravo!!!

We had an awesome experience at Red Lobster today. Our waiter, Ethyn J, was seriously amazing. He was on top of everything the entire time, super friendly, and made sure we always had what we needed. You can tell he really cares about giving great service. Definitely one of the best servers we’ve had anywhere. If he’s up for some kind of contest, I hope he wins because he absolutely deserves it!

Amazing and prompt service! I brought my family of 4 and Madi was incredible when serving us. Very attentive, friendly, and fast. The food was good but the service here was the best part. Madi made sure to make us feel welcome and find meal options that suited our tastes. Will definitely be coming again! And thank you to Madi for taking the time to help us even when the place can get a bit busy!

There wasn’t many people here on a Friday night and we didn’t know what to expect. We’ve been here in the past and it wasn’t great, but they have stepped their game up. The food was delicious. Service was great. David was our waiter and he was very attentive and kept our drinks and biscuits full. The music playing was good. We were impressed and will definitely be back again.

Our server Caleb was positively a delight. I come back just for the exceptional service provided. My girlfriend and I ate their last night and he was very attentive and caring. The food was pretty good, but if you can find any local seafood places I'd probably suggest their first at Red lobster's price point.

Ordered shrimp Alfredo linguine, sauce was definitely different than before. It was a yellowish orange color and wasn't like it used to be. Manager said same ingredients but they changed how they make it. Per my request They brought me a side of linguine with the carbonara sauce as a replacement. That was good. Our waiter Aidan handled the situation well and I was happy that they made it right for me. My husband's salmon was good, as was the seafood stuffed mushrooms. I just won't order the Alfredo again!

I really have to say the Snow Crab legs were not worth the money they were the size of my pinky finger and we left still hungry. Very disappointed.

What a joke! No one to greet us or the people who came in after us. We found someone who stated they were the only person working. We left.

The food was good, biscuits were fresh & yummy. Our waitress was sweet. The host was pretty much MIA, he wasn’t at the stand so we had plenty of time in the lobby to observe a dead lobster being eaten by one of the living ones. We were seated directly next to a pretty loud couple who made it a point to come back into the restaurant and sit down in front of the waitress to complain about the pricing. I feel for our waitress but I can’t excuse the cannibalism we witnessed in the lobby. The host or someone should be checking on the fresh lobster and it’s very clear they hadn’t even looked at the that day

When we got there no one was at the hostess stand. There was an employee at the front but he didn’t not acknowledge us or radio for someone to come up. So we sat there for maybe 3 minutes waiting. Then a girl came up and asked us the usual without acknowledging that she left us waiting. We got to our booth. It was not super busy day but I would say steady. The waiter took our drink order and said he was waiting in the biscuits. It seems like the kitchen couldn’t keep up with the biscuits. Not that we got many baskets. It took a good while for the food which was ok. The food was alright. You can tell the sea food is not great quality and obviously not fresh. It was by no means bad either. After we were done eating it took forever for our waiter to get us our ticket. I don’t think we will be back. It’s not worth it in our eyes.

Every time I’ve been here there is hardly anyone there and the front is empty. The hostess is always nice and some of the waiters are nice too, but the service there is ridiculous for to go orders. Last time I picked up my order an entire meal was missing, and tonight this is how my food looked when I opened it (again it was a to go order). This is ridiculous along with the extra long wait on top of it because the waiter said it was a mess in the back…all I heard was the people taking as my food got cold waiting to get packed.

The food was great and I got to try the Wednesday Steak and lobster special (which is fairly priced) but we unfortunately had to wait for our meal or even drink refills for longer than 45 minutes. Our server, Jayla, seemed friendly and helpful when placing our order, but completely disappeared until our food arrived. Didn’t even bother to check or update us about our order. When we finally finished our meal and were ready to pay our bill, our server never returned. We actually noticed they were sitting in the corner just on their phone…So after waiting for ANY help we just went to pay at the front. Our server then switched up our bills and charged us incorrectly. Without any apologies she just left the assistant manager, Chris, to handle everything. He apologized on her behalf but we didn’t get any discount or reassurance for the experience. It took us an hour just to pay and leave the restaurant. As someone who works in the service industry I can understand the pressure and responsibilities on busier nights, but it was not a busy night. We even had high hopes to leave a positive review as we heard about the service incentives from another server, Sky.

Smells like you know what in here probably from super dirty carpet. Who knows the last time the chairs were cleaned. They had no customers and took over an hour to prepare our meal. Service to get our drinks were slow, took 10 minutes yet again still no customers though.

Terrible experience! Ordered curbside since it’s a holiday. I received a text the food was coming out. I waited 20 minutes and went inside. They said they’re busy. That’s fine. But instead of texting it was coming out, text that I need to come inside. I go in and after waiting about 5 minutes I get the food. Get back to the car they gave me a coke instas if the $7 drink I ordered. Manager gave me a coupon for the wait. Get all the way to the hotel and discover the main thing I went there for was missing. The crabs in the seafood bag. I called to see if they were out. Or if they overlooked it. But the rep said he couldn’t take a message to have a manager call me. I am owed a refund! The most expensive thing in the bag wasn’t there. I’ll never step foot in a Red Lobster. That’s sad because it’s been over 10 years since I’ve been there.
