I ordered curbside pickup and was given the wrong items. I have two small children who were asleep so I could not run back out to get a replacement for my meal. The manager went above and beyond and had it delivered. Mistakes happen but their effort and kindness is exceptional. The food is always delicious.

When I went here, I got a steak bowl. All the ingredients were nice and fresh, and personally I thought the bowl was delicious. Portion sizes here seem a little more generous than those of their competitors. The staff were patient and friendly.

Rice was nicely cooked which sometimes could be an issue for other Qdoba locations. The guy that seemed like the manager was super friendly and nice and helped us get the app for future savings. Definitely would recommend this location!

I have been coming to this qdoba minimum of once a week since I first discovered it in February of 2024. I have not missed one week outside of two vacations I took. The food is always excellent, the staff has been the same the whole time. Super friendly, helpful, nice, and capable of assisting you with any need you have. They have my whole meal ready to go when they see me come through the door. If you’re looking for the best quick stop Mexican place. You’ll never be disappointed here.

I ordered the chicken queso burrito, and nachos with spicy queso. The food was REALLY GOOD! A lot better tasting then it looks like in the picture.😂 I think it was the queso on the burrito that makes it taste so good. Nachos are fresh made. It cost about $8- $9 for the burrito, and about $4-$5 for the nachos. Not too bad. 😎

Nice chain Mexican spot to open up in Massapequa park. Have been to multiple other Qdobas on long island and all of them have great quality food with fresh ingredients. My favorite meal is to create your own burrito bowl. All the ingredients are fresh and there's NO up charges for anything like guac and queso. The chicken is very fresh and the queso is no joke the best fast food queso you can get. The size of the bowls are also very generous. The quesadillas are also very good and are pretty big in size. The location isn't huge but does have a decent size seating area. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Overall a much better Mexican fast food option then Moe's, taco Joe's, or Chipotle. Enjoy.

Nice burrito spot! The inside is very clean and looks newly built. They’re burritos are bangin as well as their fresh chips and queso. Clean bathrooms and hospitable friendly staff! Plenty of seating and parking also.

I ordered 3 street-style tacos and an order of queso and chips. Compared to the other chain Mexican-inspired fast-food restaurants (I.e., Chipotle & Moes) Qdoba is the best. I don't like Chipotle and I used to like Moes, but the quality has gone down. Qdoba has a wide variety of menu options and everything tasted fresh not too salty or over-seasoned. The staff was really nice, which is important because I feel that many people have lost their manners since COVID. My tacos were just a little cold. This location isn't close to me, but I was in the area running errands. When I'm back in town again, I'll definitely go back.

Was happy they had impossible meat with lots of choices to build your meal. Much more than chipotle however I felt chipotle might be slightly better in flavor. My wife did not like the bowl and my son wouldn’t touch his steak taco. She thought it tasted like dog food. I wouldn’t think it was that bad but I also wouldn’t make this my first choice. I’d probably go to Taco Bell before I come back here again for any type of Mexican fast food.

A satisfying find after a hike! My husband and I stumbled upon Qdoba near Massapequa Preserves and were pleasantly surprised. The atmosphere is no-frills, but the friendly and fast service makes up for it. The real winner is the food - their crunchy hard shell tacos are a game-changer! Qdoba nailed it where others fail. A great spot for a quick, delicious bite after a hike or anytime. 3.5/5 stars!

It’s really annoying when someone at the cash register keeps asking me is that all you are getting? We all have different needs and different situations in life. So have a little understanding what the customer needs are before asking for more to order.

I have been coming to this location since they opened, I've dined in and I’ve gotten take out and the people here are always so nice, and prices are always great. Unfortunately they aren't careful about cross contamination, I eat plant based due to some medical issues and I have for several years, when i first started coming here i was excited to learn how many options they had because eating out is usually very stressful and hard for me, but now every single time I come here I end up with some cheese or even big chunks of steak in my bowl. This is dangerous for people like me, so if you have any medical issues that would be affected by cross contamination I would highly recommend eating somewhere else. I’m not sure if the employees just got careless or if no one is reminding them that not everyone can enjoy meat or cheese, if you're going to advertise plant based options at least avoid letting meat or dairy touch them. Qdoba please do better…

Charge me extra for guac next time! Honestly if that’s the big sell against chipotle I’d rather go there and pay extra for my guac. At least the meat portions are decent there and the burrito size decent. $45 lighter for food and feel cheated. There is literally one bite of meat in our salad and burrito (the new brisket meat) and the queso came half empty. First time and we won’t be back.

I got half chicken half steak I come here every day but they said that they were running out of steak so they decide to give people less than usual because they wanna make more money off of everybody meanwhile I have to pay $12 for something that I barely had any meat that’s ridiculous especially that I come here almost every day and all they wanna do is rip people off

Very disappointed. I don't know if I tried this place at a bad time but the 2 chicken bowls I got were completely dried out.

First, I asked for a burrito and got a brisket instead. Then I was charged $3.25 for 16 ounces of Dasani. At Costco I can buy 40 bottles for $5. I understand inflation and need for profit, but QDoba gives new meaning to corporate greed! For my money I'll stick to Chipotle: better quality, more quantity, and less expensive!!

Just left this Qdoba with my wife and I must say I was very surprised at how the food was prepared. We paid over $60 and received $30 worth of food in return. This was the first time I’ve ever had this issue with Qdoba so I’m pretty sure it was a management issue for some reason. I also want to add that my Food was extremely Salty In which I’ve never tasted it this way before since Qdoba as been Open throughout Long Island. Me and my Family will never come back to this location ever again. This best one is in Farmingdale !! And Now we are in the morning of the next day and my Daughter has Received Food Poisoning from the order we purchased just last night !! SMDH !! She is Vomiting and Having Diarrhea from improper food preparations !! I am very upset about this Situation.

Me and my friend ordered a bowl from qdoba in the massapequa location, not even an hour after consuming this food me and my friend are suffering from stomach aches and severe nausea, I called the restaurant back to notify them of the incident and the person that answered didn’t seem concerned or worried some about the fact, I was more concerned that if something wasn’t cooked correctly or if something wasn’t cleaned properly and wasn’t taken care of. Absolutely terrible.

Shoutout to the general manager refusing to give her name, hope this reaches the higher ups. Called on sunday around 3 pm and Ordered a family meal. Ordered steak. And an additional meat chicken. Got home and found out i was give 2 orders of chicken. Called back and was told i had to bring it back in order to get the steak. Came back and my father went in. The level of attitude given was disgusting. She told us she’s never going to pick up our call again because we do this all the time to get “extra food”. This was our second time ever ordering, and the first time they forgot the queso. My father who was the one who picked up the food was visibly upset. Today i call and the same lady answers. With the same nasty attitude. Stating that they had to throw out the chicken and we were doing this for a reason. I asked for her name. She refused to give it. An email has been sent to corporate. For a company who’s slogan is “we have an "All-Good Guarantee", meaning that if you don't like what you ordered, bring it back up to the line and we'll remake your item, on us. Not your best moment. To the lady who’s miserable attitude lead me to write this. Hope you know we had no interest in “stealing” food. But every interest in writing this.
