We’ve been going to Gino’s for a few months and we have never been disappointed. The waitresses and staff are very attentive. The food is fantastic. If you haven’t tried their Bollo Napoli Soup believe me, try it once and you’ll be hooked. I start every dinner with a bowl. The string bean salad with grilled chicken is also one of my favorites. Eggplant panini also excellent as is fried calamari, and the pizza is second to none. Try The shrimp parm hero on garlic bread! Excellent Pizzeria!

One of the best grandma/plain pies I’ve had on LI. I found the sauce perfectly balanced between sweet/acidic/flavorful, and has a subtle but deep umami finish that brings it together. There is a good punch of garlic in the sauce, which is right up my alley. The grandma crust was very balanced as well, thin and crispy with just enough soft doughy chew. It’s as if they had a scientist find the right ratios of a good slice lol. Service was exceptional; both the Delivery guy and store workers were all extremely courteous and pleasant. Bookmarked for another visit soon.

Best pizza ever?! We've been enjoying Gino's for over 30 years and we've never had a bad meal. The wonderful smell of fresh pizza is intoxicating. The staff are always friendly and eager to help. Gino's pizza crust is the perfect combo of crispy yet soft and thin with fresh toppings. The food is always absolutely delicious from pastas to pizzas to apps it's hard to choose a favorite dish. Gino's has take-out, dine in and delivery options.

Ordered the personal Buffalo chicken pie without the bleu cheese and it was amazing. The dough was nice with subtle notes of flavor from the dough and it’s flavor profile was on point. Very cheesy but that isn’t an issue for me. FINAL VERDICT: would go again

Have been getting the chicken franchise with pasta and marinara for many years. My favorite and only place I get this dish. Had it tonight and both the marina and chicken were not the same recipe nor taste. Very Disappointed! Will give it another try down the road. Wonder if the chef has changed. My husband believes the ownership has changed. If it ain't broke, don't fix it!

Very disappointed and I love the food here. Ordered some pasta for delivery opened the container and it looks like half the pasta was missing. Called them to say what my issue was and the managements response was everything is served portion controlled ! You pay $25 for a pasta dinner to have the container almost empty. Good job guys !

Good for maybe a quick slice, but there are much better pizza places in Massapequa. There is no lack of pizza choices In town, Ginos should be your last choice. The pizza is under cooked, and has no "love". Lacking specially slices, and the few they have always look leftover from the day before. The delivery drivers take every close parking spot, or just park wherever they want like handicapped spots, or just make there own. The guys behind the counter lack the smile or greeting of other places, and the atmosphere inside has been the same for the last 20 years. Dark and dingy. Its what you come to expect from a chain pizza place. Overall, it's not horrible, but if you want a true good slice of pizza, go elsewhere. There are plenty of true family run pizza places near by, I much rather give them my business.

I order from here frequently since it is in my area and they deliver. I ordered the Chicken Firenze with rigatoni & asked for breaded chicken. When i received it there was not a single piece of rigatoni. I called and told the woman on the phone and she put me on hold for a few minutes. Then a man answered i explained to him and he said i understand but i talked to my chefs and they said theres no way its impossible and hard to believe because this is a popular dish and has a procedure how it is made and theres no way theres no pasta. At this point i got annoyed because i order from here frequently and have never once called to complain because i have never had any issues before and everything is always right. I told him the same and stated the fact i feel like he was accusing me of lying & about such a random thing also — missing pasta in my pasta dish. We went back and forth some more and he said fine i will just send you a new dish — at this point i didnt even trust it so i told him no thank you i paid with my card i want to be refunded for just the one meal and nothing else. He told me he will give me a credit i told him no thank you i will not be returning since i am being accused of lying about something so silly. He told me i would have to call back tomorrow to speak with Anthony because he cant do it. His name is JOHN. Will unfortunately not be returning only because of his attitude. Other than that and their missing pasta from a pasta dish, food is good. Here in a photo of my chicken, spinach, chunks or mozzarella & extra sauce where the pasta should be.

Placed an order on too good to go. Went to pick up the order and they told us they were out of food and didn’t have anything to give us for the already paid for too good to go order. Basically SOL. Contacted too good to go, but now I don’t have $ to get dinner. Wish they adjusted their end on the app before I wasted my $ on it …

I bought a hundred dollar gift certificate online for my fathers birthday. Never received the gift certificate. My wife went into this pizzeria with receipt to try to straighten it out. The staff stated the manager wasn't there at the moment, they didn't know when they would be back, and they'd take her information and have the manager call her. 4 days later and still no call. What a frigging ripoff for only ok food. Never again
