White Castle is always a special experience, bringing memories of childhood along with the familiar taste you can only enjoy with a sack of White Castle hamburgers/cheeseburgers.

I usually don’t review but this one needs review , veggie burger is very good , I will rate (4.3 out of 5) , as I am vegetarian it’s very hard for me to find fast food and specially good veggie food . I born in India and taste all kind of food in my life from Chinese , Mexican, Italian , north & South Indian food , Caribbean and my taste buds are too strong , well I will recommend all to try veggie burger at White Castle and specially if you belong to India and vegetarian must try because the size of burger looks like “vada pav of Mumbai” , but it is not exactly the same . Great job White Castle for offering veggie food

It you want it fried, this the place. Aside from the classic burger they have some great mozzarella sticks and clam strips. Always a unique experience

It's a White Castle. Sometimes you've just got to have White Castle. Consistently good and unchanged from the mid 1950s, which is when I first ate one, or 2 or 3 or... They're small, you need to eat a bunch. Anyway, the only downside to this particular White Castle is that's it's a drive through only. You can't go in and sit down. The line moved quickly and there was a parking lot, so all was well.

Classic white castle sliders. Great fun food. We ordered 30, ate 20 that evening. Next day put in microwave and finished them off

If you haven't visited White Castle lately you should! Delicious menu changes they have Shrimp Bites have real full size shrimp whole, not a chopped up version, like popcorn shrimp inside and it's very reasonably priced I was very happy will go back again soon.

No matter how late or how long the line here, I'm always greeted so nicely and the food is always perfect, never stain fries. Always fresh. This is an excellent White Castle

I always pick up a peach smoothie when I go by. Staff is quick and friendly. Drive through and pick up orders only - there is no seating or indoor access at this location. Driveway entrance is off of route 110 and you need to cross 2 lanes of traffic to get in there but it's very manageable.

Everything is always freshly made and hot. Staff is very pleasant and friendly.

Did you know that White Castle is the very first fast food chain in the US?? Founded in 1921!! Show some respect to the OG's! McDonald's has a movie based off of them too, but it's not a fun one! Screw McDonald's! Go to White Castle! Treat yourself like royalty, and then sit yourself down on the (porcelain) thrown and enjoy a good 20 minutes or so on YouTube ☺️

This shop's service was a little better than the shop by the Sunrise Mall. The dedicated drive thru North of the Mall on Route 110 made perfect burgers as did the shop next to the Mall; however, the drive thru only shop puts salt on the fries wherein the shop next to the Mall doesn't unless you go out of your way to ask for salt to be added.

It's a drive-thru only you can sit out in the parking lot and in your car as they do have parking available, it's a White Castle burger if you've never had one you have to try it at least once, the chicken rings are also excellent, the onion rings are excellent. It's White Castles who doesn't love them

This drive-thru restaurant is quick and efficient in prepping your order. I stopped in for some original White Castles and a small order of onion rings. The burgers were as expected: hot and steamy soft. The onion rings were hot and crispy. White Castle is not for everyone, but I swear by this delicacy and look forward to my next Crave Case.

The food here is OK but I mean it’s fast food. What can you expect? Tender loving care well, I hope they don’t take this review. Too bad the service is excellent. If you ask me only if they were to take care of making the burgers a lot better, they will taste better.

This was the first White Castle I've been to that doesn't have indoor dining and I must say, they are amazing, quick and freshly out the window to you, as well as very pleasant and nice. The property is very clean as well.

It is a good fast food place, it is a little expensive but if you get coupons much better... usually they rarely offer coupons. Service is fast, I never have had any problem placing an order and getting something different from what I asked, like happens in another similar places, ah!!! and remember to ask for your favorite sauce...

I’ve visited this White Castle for just about 5 years now and I must say I am absolutely never disappointed in the food they provide. Being from Philly I never get an opportunity to enjoy their food, and whenever I come down to visit they always make me happy. Their employees are delightful and those tiny patties make my tummy smile. Thanks for the great food guys, now let’s get you in Philly ASAP !

It's not a five-star restaurant but is food I crave once in awhile . I really like the bacon egg and cheese and the 1921 Burger. I go through the drive-in it's always been relatively quick and I give it five stars because the flavor goes back to my childhood days or teen days anyway.

This is the best white castle's I have been to!!! Every thing was fresh and pipping hot!!! The wait for a little long but sooooo worth it. This white castle isn't even on the side of town I live on. But I drive all the way over there to get guaranteed fresh food!!!

I come here pretty late at night sometimes because I work the night shift around the corner, and despite the fact that whenever I arrive it’s around 3 A.M and there’s no one else around, the staff is always so friendly. Particularly one woman whose name I don’t know, she usually wears a patterned headband. She’s always super friendly and kind, despite the late hours she has to work. I don’t know if I would be able to be as cheerful as she is in her position. The food is always fresh and tasty, and always accurate. No complaints :)

I will tell you so that you know. This white castle doesn't have eat in facilities. You either go to the drive through or the Walk up window. Also their hours are 9-5 every day. Other than that it's really good. Please keep in mind that this location is in an isolated area therefore the hours and the setup of this place. The service was in a timely fashion and the food was fresh. So if you are in the mood for white castle and are within a couple of miles of this location you can't go wrong.

My best friend and I came to white castle in farmingdale on 12/19/2024 and I have to say…. This was absolutely the best experience we have ever experienced at a White Castle. The team tonight was the most genuine, attentive, and efficient people we have ever encountered at a fast food joint. We hit them with a $100 order and they did not show an ounce of annoyance but instead showed kindness. Not to mention, they got our abomination of an order done in 8 minutes. GIVE THESE EMPLOYEES A HELL OF A RAISE!!!!

The burgers were good, and the service was fast. I didn't realize this location is more for pickup and drive through than the usual White Castles. There is no seating here.

Looks like WC decided to increase the size of its fish sandwich, and they added the impossible burger option. They're still a bit expensive for the size of the sandwiches, because you have to buy multiple sandwiches to get the same portion as you would at a different fast food joint. I like the mac & cheese nibblers.

French fries were perfect and thats almost a White Castle never they either soggy or burnt crisp.They wouldve gotten a 5 cept they put the pickles on my cheesburgers. I go for my usual, chicken rings and mozzarella sticks. Cant go wrong there. Mozzarella sticks always fresh and hot with cheese pull. Not a fan of the burgers much. Fries are good too. Everything is made fresh. So prepare to wait. But nothing wrong with that.

Thankfully this majestic White Castle still stands while others have fallen... I've been coming here for years and rarely, if ever have an issue. It is what it is - Belly bombers... you're not coming for a five star meal! What you'll get are those tasty little morsels of deliciousness that permeate every tastebud with onion-y goodness! I remember when they'd have competitions to see who the quickest burger flippers were and people would come from miles to watch the fry cooks compete. Perhaps if they still did these things, the kingdoms wouldn't be crumbling across Long Island...

We stop at this white castle when in the area. My folks love it when we bring it in to them. Its white castle so I need not describe the food. This location is drive through (or walk up) only. No seating inside. Once the bag is passed into your window from the drive through you.might have a hard time not grabbing one or 2 while you drive home 😁

The 'belly bombs' were delish. Service speed in the drive thru could have been better but it was acceptable. Mozz sticks were good too. Was nice to swing through here, it's been a few months. Didn't disappoint. Perfect food for the Giants VS vikings game.

Really good white castle burgers at this location. Im comparing this white castle to other white castles. Burgers werent overly greasy. The staff was very helpful and relatively quick. The onion rings were a little dry but the overall experience was favorable.

First time having White Castle and I think it’s an interesting burger joint. I had the 1921 sliders and were outstanding! I also had their chicken rings which is outright their chicken nugget version. Fries were pretty good as well!

Outside of the rather messy drive-thru path, this is a run of the mill White Castle location. There are plenty of larger better locations in the surrounding areas but this one is open 24 hours. We received our order on time but missed out on getting a shake as they weren't serving them.

Long line, annoying drive thru layout. The burgers were prepared as requested and done with the usual white castle belly bombing style. Wish they never closed the other one with the actual dining area in huntington. This is a poor secondary option if you ask me.

Yummy tasting burgers that's perfect for a midnight snack. Burgers are nice and small so about 7 should be good for one person definitely one of the top notch fast-food burger joints.

This white castle is easy to find and had two drive thru lanes that were easily accessible. The employees prepared my customers food quickly.

Placed online order, showed up 5 minutes after it should've been ready. 2 cars in front on drive thru like 10 mins later get to window and dude looks confused about online ordering, goes back for like 5 minutes and then comes out with my stuff. The sliders seem to have gotten bigger over the years but also more expensive. That's weird because that's not what I'm expecting or what I really want in a way.

Once again, they put ketchup on my NO KETCHUP burgers, which was also on the receipt? At least this time they were fresh. I always check to make sure everything I ordered is there. Now I have to check for no ketchup. Guess I'll be holding up the line!

Food taste was as expected but the wait in the drive thru was epic and they forgot two of cheese burgers. Didn't realize it until I got home because they pile way too much into one bag, it's difficult to check your order and not be inconsiderate to those waiting behind you. I remained hungry that night

White Castle and Fast food. Let's face it, you're not looking for gourmet. If you've been here twice, you'll be back. If not, try it. The burgers are unique and pretty tasty. People call them "belly bombers" cause they feel good going down and you eat more than you probably should and you often feel it later, but you'll be back. Word of advice...avoid the chicken rings nice flavor on the outside but the quality of the chicken is pretty bad.

It's fast food nothing good about it but they're fast however one of the fish sandwiches tasted burnt and horrible so I would say away from the fish. Otherwise it's a drive thru and all in moderation guess it's ok. Also not so cheap pretty expensive. Didn't even order much.

First time eating at a White Castle. Burger(s) was mediocre and the fries were like the Ore Ida fries from the freezer section. Tea was good and staff was friendly. But, the food isn't worth it.

I thought these were a novelty years ago but visiting this location for a late night snack was just disappointing. The burgers seemed to contain very low grade meat, though not much of it given that sliders are their specialty. Not sure how eager I'd be to go back again. There are just far too many other choices for cheap, fast, late night food.

The food was ok. Wasn't very hot temperature. Like most white castle. Especially the ones in long island and Brooklyn. And the cashier wasn't very professional with customer service. Most of the employees today at different restaurant's are just working for a check. No common sense. Almost like robots

I love White Castle burgers occasionally. I orrdered online and went to pickup and order was not ready. I ordered 5 cheese burgers, 5 hamburgers and onion rings. Half the burgers were missing ketchup and pickles. The cheese was not melted meaning burers were not steamed. The only thing that was good was the onion rings. You would think at over$1 per burger they could do it right. Well at least zi will taste them again in a day or two. Lol

I typically love White Castle but had such a horrible experience here. So disappointed in your Farmingdale ny location!!

Left without ordering because I got fed up waiting at the window in the cold without even getting the slightest acknowledgement that they will attend to me. I understand the drive thru line is busy, but considering I have a truck that can't go into the drive thru, at least give me a hand signal that you'll be right with me as soon as you can.

This is strictly a drive thru. I've been multiple times and my order has been wrong all 3 times as well as having been over charged. The way they ring up a combo is very confusing and when I add up the separate prices it has been more than the listed menu price. Of course it's a drive thru so what am I going to do. Get back in line? Just not going back.

ZERO stars. Negative five stars. So, here’s the deal: pull up to the store. “Welcome to White Castle, how may I help you?”; or whatever the greeting is. “Yeah, hi. Can I get two number ones, one with jalapeño cheese, please?” *silence* “Hello?” *silence* “Hello?” *silence* “Hello?” *silence* “Hello?” For five minutes. So I pull up anyway ….. to an apparently cordial, friendly conversation between whomever is at the window and a car full of people. This takes another 3-5 minutes. Finally, they leave, so I pull up to the window. “Why are you here?”, asks the attendant, to which my passenger and I respond, “No one was answering at the speaker, so we came up.” “No matter, we’re here now, so we’ll take two number ones, one with jalapeño cheese.”, we said. “No.” “No? Why not?” “Because I am the earpiece, and you can’t order from here.” “Why?” “Because no.” “Why? And how about an answer that doesn’t treat me like I’m five?” “Because no.” “Okay, never mind. We’ll go someplace else, since you clearly don’t need the business.” I’m actually all in favor of paying people a living wage, and think all businesses should. That said, if you were paying this employee what he was worth, he would owe YOU money every hour. Hard pass. Eat literally anything else, anyWHERE else.

Waited to long in line to end up receiving cold burgers. First time usually good experience. Workers on shift seemed like they were not communicating with each other.

Horror show every single time! often get half full sacks of onion rings after long waits, stopped getting them, switched to fries, today was my last attempt at supporting this scatterbrained place.\ there were only 3 cars ahead of me when i pulled in at 12:50 i finally pulled out 20 minutes later, with cold soggy fries , no "sorry about the wait" NOTHING! this place needs to be managed a 20 minute "fast food" drive through is unacceptable.

There is a majority of people who complain about McDonalds for serving unhealthy and poisonous dishes with a reduced price. Those dishes taste good which cover up their consequences for an amount of time. When it comes to white castle, I have tasted their dishes at 13 different locations and all tasted same, worse you can get out of a fast food franchise. Their original slider is made with cheap bun and weird-sour tasting beef patty along with pickles and ketchup. Only thing that tasted good in the slider is ketchup. Pickle tasted like old, near expiry date ones. I tried clam and it tasted bad, just plain bad. You cannot make comments regarding that. Other menus as well, they are not worth it. If you are hitting the road for a long trip and decide to stop by this place, i will tell you to prepare yourself for a time consuming drive thru line(they only have drive thru) and then start searching for a gas station to use the restroom an hour after since the quality of the food may bring you into the situation where you will have to say hi to the call of nature(keep tissues, a lot of them) Be aware! STAY HEALTHY!

The most disgusting and disrespectful employees ever. The girl threw my food on the ground and tried to give it to me. When I said i want new food she said no you can eat this. Then when I asked for extra ketchup she said you have 2 already packets. I wanted a refund they said no. Since when can I not get my refund because the employee threw the food on the ground. Horrible horrible experience.

Service here is horrible 7/26/24 at 6:40 am had a young guy working inside ignore me in the drive thru for 10 minutes ignored the speaker where you place an order then i go around to the window he acted like he didn’t see me i called him he then said to me “what do you need” with an nasty attitude then proceeded to tell me i have to go back around to order this is unacceptable. who wants food from a place where you’re not welcomed

The late night service is horrendous, disgusting, and long wait with no line. I can clearly see the guy who took my order making my food right on the counter visible from drive through window. I wish I took a picture but I was shocked. Buns were laid out on the counter top which was not cleaned. Cheese was slapped on the counter right next to buns, that sat for about 5 minutes while nothing was going on. One burger patty got placed on the bun, that sat for a few minutes before the cheese that was on the counter was put on the burger. I ordered two, so one was done and I am watching him slowly make another. Gloves were on but used to do everything, including register. I threw out the food on the way out and will never go again. I hope it is not the same during the day but not taking any chances.

I had white castle for the first time ever today, and it was terrible. They can go out of business honestly. Great customer service, but food was trash. I would not recommend it to anyone, and those baby sliders... not worth the money.

I placed my order and at no time did the worker state they couldn't hear me. Upon getting my order, I had to request the zesty sauce for my onion rings, but they didn't give me my mozzarella sticks, but did chicken rings which I didn't ask for. How you can hear something completely different I don't get. I ordered a shake and they provided the new paper straw (which I appreciate the sustainable) but I wasn't able to drink from it for 35 minutes, and then had to avoid eating it, and cut it so I could finish it. This isn't the time I've had an issue with this location, another wrong order, and once they double charged my card.

Went to order a number one today without cheese and clerk number 986 insisted on it was 11 and change. I explained to her that was with cheese until I corrected her. She gave me the correct price of 1045. I then left. I was running a little tight for work. I then left and she gave me the incorrect amount of change. I called up and spoke to the manager Mr. Lopez, who did not care one bit about me. I am waiting to call the corporate office and speak to someone on how rude they were to me.
