Very good but pricey I don't eat here much but the foods always good.
It's a Chipotle, and as Chipotle's go, it's fine. Prices feel like they're getting steep, but the cashiers and staff are always friendly here. It's my go-to Chipotle for when I don't feel like cooking. Clean, reliable, never too long of a wait. What more could you ask for?
This chipotle may save the chipotle franchise from the small portion allegations. The man behind the counter crafted me the most magnificent burrito I have ever laid eyes on. After going to war with this thing, he finally was able to get it wrapped and closed. Fattest burrito I’ve ever gotten from a chipotle. Kudos to this location.
This is the location I come to pick up my food when I order online. This time it was different. I did like the set-up due to the Pandemic. You wait outside and look through the window. They place bags of food on a table with a Letter. If your Last name is Kisses. Your food will be on the "K" table. ;-) Thanks for remembering to provide utensils and napkins! Maybe, I am starving and want to dive in right away. Thanks Chipotle, the little things make a big impact! No issues that time. The food was good.
I go to this chipotle even though it’s a little farther out. The workers are all nice and hard working. Also I am never skimped out on the portions here so it will definitely be my regular spot.
The staff was very nice and helpful during my visit on March 12, 2025. They provided great service and made the experience smooth and pleasant.
I always love chipotle because it’s so easy to get a good vegan meal there. I would say lately that the service for most chipotle i have gone to hasn’t been the best.
I am giving Chipotle five stars because the food is amazing. The portion is decent. They are not stingy with the amount of food they are giving to you. I believe it's a fair amount. I always get the veggie Bowl and it is really good. The only thing I don't like is that you have to pay a couple extra bucks for guacamole I don't think it should be that expensive. The restaurant is clean and the service is very quick. There are times that I have been to this Chipotle and the line is all the way at the door. Especially during lunch time. But the line moves very fast so I never mind standing in line there when it's is that long. The price is not the best but it's not the worst but overall I would definitely recommend Chipotle.
I ordered Chipotle catering for an office party and it was a big hit! We had a taco bar for 20 people - The way the food was packed made it very easy to transport and set up (two big boxes with handles plus a bag of utensils/paper goods). The rice was popular so we could've used a little more of that, but otherwise the portions were great.
I had a great experience at this Chipotle. The staff were some of the friendliest and most helpful I’ve ever encountered at any location. They worked quickly and answered questions with a smile. The food was incredibly hot, fresh, and full of flavor—easily the best Chipotle meal I’ve had in a long time. I’ll definitely be coming back. Kudos to the awesome staff!
Even though I made a mistake when placing my order, the employee came to my aid and resolved the issue. Excellent food and staff.
I had to stop for a quick bite before a work Meeting. I popped in to get a bowl. I told the girl I have a food allergy. She immediately pulled of her gloves and washed her hands. She put on a new pair of gloves but she gave me the food that was out. I'm sure that the serving spoons were all contaminated from touching the tortillas. I don't think I super sensitive so I don't make a big deal but this might be a big problem for someone else. I was so full when I was done. I didn't think I 'd be able to finish it.
Just like any other chipotle you've been to. Kept fairly clean. Although half of the soda fountain choices were out of order and recently they've been unable to give change for cash which is a bit weird. When ordering for pickup, I'd give it 10 min passed their predetermined time as they tend to be behind most times.
It can be hit or miss with the food, sometimes it great and sometimes not.
Food tastes great but portions can be disappointing sometimes. Also be prepared to use the restroom. Good luck!
It’s not a big store so bigger groups wouldn’t do well here. I think three store doesn’t have good flow. It feels too tight or narrow. When you’re picking up your online order, you have to walk down a side hallway and wait at the kitchen door and then they ask you who you’re picking up for sometimes there’s nobody at the door and you have to wait. This is unlike other chipotle, so I’ve been to where you just go to the side of the register and then someone helps you. I feel like I wish they could come up with a better way for people picking up online orders could get helped faster.
The food was very fresh and hot. I ordered on the app for pick up. No one heard me at the pick up area because they had very loud music blasting in the kitchen. I ended up going back to the counter and the person there apologized and went with me to get my food. She was very apologetic and friendly. They were very busy in the place as well as had 12 orders waiting on the shelf for pick up. I'm very glad that despite how busy it was, they took care in making my food correctly. It was delicious!
Very good food! Ethically sourced. Restaurant is clean. Service is fast. Food always tastes fresh. My personal favorite is the chicken burrito with brown rice, black beans, mild salsa, corn, sour cream, cheese, & lettuce. Guacamole costs extra - but it's worth it. It's delicious! If you're in the area and you need a quick bite, try it!
First I want to mention that I love Chipotles food. I visited this location tonight and was let down. The first impression walking in was the restaurant in itself looked very dirty. The second thing was it was empty inside which was strange to me; especially because of all the times I have been here I have never seen less than 15-30 people on line and sitting inside eating. I ordered and sat down to eat.... I had multiple different insects flying around and trying to eat my meal with me. It turned me off right away. I had to keep swatting them away. I could barely get through my meal. The ice machine was empty so I asked an employee to fill it up... They never did...Mind you I spent a good 25 mins there and I asked as soon as I went to get my drink.( when I first arrived) I visited the rest room before I left and realized where all the insects were coming from. Disgusting. Smelled like urine, trash overflowed. Please Chipotle in Farmingdale clean up your restaurant! I don't want this experience to discourage me or others from your delicious and healthy food.
Chipotle overall is good and the food here was fine. The dining area was a mess and looked like it hadn't been cleaned in hours. Also there were no trays which makes carrying multiple meals drinks etc. a pain.
I haven't gotten food from any chipotle in a while but my oh my how small the portions have become. Don't know if that's the new way or if an employee has a light hand. I don't know who prepared my food because I ordered on line for pickup. Maybe next time I'll order in person. I will say that the young man who gave me order was very pleasant and it was ready when I got there.
Ok the kids are sweet no shade but they don't listen to what you order clearly and end up puting something on your burrito bowl you cant stand for one, it reminds me why I use it strictly for order pickup for one. Another thing, the soda machine NEVER has ice, the soda has no syrup.... and lastly, I get when kids are overworked, they don't care anymore because I also work with the public but to by honest? You're still working with people..... care for the clientele, not your leadership. These reviews usually mean nothing in the end but maybe I wanna put my opinion out there.
Only passing through BUT The serving counter was full of dropped food. It happens when you are one person trying to help every client on that line. I know they have one person making your burrito and hes nice but someone can come by and help him clean up by wiping down the counter. The food is always good. The manager should come out the back and support and check on the staff once in a while. Before we left a 2nd person came on the line to help out. Fantastic!!!
The food was very good, but the place was very dirty. Instead of keeping an eye on the cleanliness, the employees were on their phones or talking amongst themselves.
I’m starting to think Chipotle’s secret ingredient is hard rice. Like… why? I’m honestly getting tired of this. Yet another Chipotle serving hard white rice. Rice isn’t rocket science, just add water! Rice should be simple to make, but multiple locations seem to have the same problem. Hard rice ruins the whole meal. At this point, I might start bringing my own rice bowl. Come on Chipotle! Please fix this.. Use more water and check your rice before serving it.
I love Chipotle, I have been in most of them on Long Island, and unfortunately my experience in this specific store wasn't the best. Everything was bland, the beans, rice, and even the meat. It's still Chipotle of course, but they need to improve the flavor to reach the level of other stores on the island. On top of that the table we sat was filth, with rests of food, and we had to clean it up ourselves. If I go back there in the near future and notice any enhancements I will retract this review and write a new one.
Place is still extremely salty like all the other reviews say compared to a normal Chipotle Where is the management? My tongue literally burns with all the salt I take from a bite of my wife's food.
I came to the store to place an order stand in front of them so long , the employee didn’t even said “Hi” just busy cleaning , after few mins I finally said who will accept the order ? I was like standing next to them and they can’t see me as I am invisible, finally the lady standing in the line said this gentleman is standing in front of me like to place an order . Overall, I felt like they do not want to work at this moment either they are very tired , bored or planning to go home , lazy attitude. But as per food it’s always nice
They forgot that regular chicken is not pollo Asado. The regular chicken tastes like pollo asado. Often the white rice has no cilantro or if it does it’s a darker color which means it’s not fresh. Also workers will clean and stand around while people are waiting to pay. This place is going down hill.
Food quality is pretty good, but they seem to forget something every single time. Out of three recent trips, twice the protein (carnitas) were left out of my bowl, and the third time I didn't get any salsa when I ordered extra.
I visited this location today at approximately 1pm and there wasn't any vinegrette to go with our bowls. There were about 4 young employees there that ragged on one guy for not preparing the vinegrette, as a joke we said it was unacceptable and requested a manager but the manager, Ben, actually came to the front and we jokingly told him we would give a bad review because there was no vinegrette. Ben, said "oh no we have vinegrette and gave us two vinegrettes he got from the back somewhere. As we were paying the employees were saying they didn't even know where he got it from because they were adamant that there was none. The vinegrette he gave us seems like it was already rancid and they probably was going to throw it away, but to spare the store a bad review, he still gave it to us. Needless to say, we did not use the vinegrette, but he could've really just apologize for being all out of vinegrette so early in the day and just made sure his young employees properly prepped the store before they opened.
One of the worst chipotles in the area. We order from here pretty often since it’s a few minutes away but it’s so inconsistent. Ordered take out through the app tonight and was disappointed. $17 for a bowl with double chicken and I got less chicken than a normal order would be. Half the bowl was filled with rice and barely anything else. I would avoid this location.
Small portions, never consistent. Meat not that fresh - tables dirty. Update- the establishment constantly says reach out after a bad review, they end up giving you a free meal. how about you fix the problem instead, I'm over the "free" meal with them -doesn't change the bad experience that seems to happen almost everytime!
Went to this location a few times with my daughter and I’m not coming back now. The staff is totally not friendly. The facility itself is very dirty on the floor and the mood is just not very positive here. Maybe consider closing this location. Thanks.
Seating was not enough at the restaurant for groups. Most items are overpriced. When you ordered online, you do not get the full portion even if you order extra meat. The chicken is now always burnt, and takes away from the meal being burnt. They also constantly forget salad dressing when salad is ordered. Attention to detail is important.
Missing multiple items from your order Check. Out-of-order fountain drink flavors? Always. Forgot the drink tray again? Of course. It’s like they’re running a “guess what’s in stock” challenge every day. If you didn’t know any better, you’d think this place was going out of business next week and just trying to get rid of whatever’s left in the back. I get none of the employees care because it is owned by a large corporation...but man take some pride in your work. And honestly, they shouldn’t be surprised there’s never more than two or three people in the store anymore—compared to the lines out the door just a year or two ago. This decline didn’t come out of nowhere.
The food was good, but it’s almost impossible to get an appropriate sized portion of food. There were a total of 6 pieces of lettuce on my burrito bowl. Why do I have to stand over someone preparing my food and ask for more, just to get the regular amount?
It’s always 5 pieces of chicken or 2 pieces of steak with them, people pay for their food why are you guys being so cheap?
Location is a hit or miss. Staff always was friendly for me. Food quality was sometimes off unless I ordered very early close to when they open. Yesterday around 2:30 the sour cream looked off. I asked the lady are you sure this ok. She said yes it's just frozen and it needed to be mixed. Well 11 hrs later my stomach hurts so bad and i'm 7 months pregnant. I should have trusted my intuition. The rice was also not fully cooked. I couldn't get the store direct so I will have to call customer service.
Stopped by on 12/14 at 5pm and it was closed. Unprofessional
The ABSOLUTE WORST Chipotle's I ever been to. They open at 10:45 and didnt.open.the doors until after 11:08. Even with that extra time they still don't have small things ready... like salad dressing. Then when asked about it from her own co worker the girls yells at her "NO!".
I came to this chipotle on 5/14/22 for some lunch. The cashier tells me they’re instructed to not accept cash unless it’s exact change. Obviously i didn’t have exact and no card on me either. So they in turn throw out the 2 bowls i purchased in front of me all because they didn’t want to make change. Seems smart.
By far the worst Chipotle location. I avoid at all costs. Young employees that could care less, the service and food reflects that
This location has disappointed me several times. The quality of food has went down drastically, the way the food is being handled is so careless. I feel like I’m speaking to lunch ladies. They run out of everything and too lazy to refill it. Ughhhhhhh I think I’m done with Chipotle fr this time
I find it absolutely hilarious that this place closes at 10PM. I come to order at 9PM and they have no more white rice and no more shredded cheese. I ask her if she can take more from the back, she said they were completely out (yeah right lol)…. I pay a lot of money to get food here. How can you be “out” of two basic things. Then to top it off I go to pay my $9.50 for my bowl that has four little pieces of chicken and I go to hand her $10.50 cash and she tells me she can’t give me change but can give me a dollar…. I looked at her with such confusion at the stupidity. Never coming back. I’ll be going to Q Doba
Me and my boyfriend came here and they were so rude! We waited 10 minutes to be acknowledged while the workers were texting and having their own conversations like I didn’t exist. Mind you I was the first customer and they could clearly see us. Then they started to stare at us and the people who were behind us and laughed. I’m sorry but this is not the way to run a store like this. So disappointed when we waste our hard working money at chipotle.
This store does not accept cash. Have fun waiting on line until you get to the microscopic memo taped to the buffet line saying no cash. Smh
This place is a dump. They are cheap and not friendly. They are all miserable workers that will charge you double steak and chicken for the littlest scoop. I will not be going back. LEVITTOWN CHIPOTLE IS WAY BETTER AND MUCH CLEANER.
Do NOT place any online order at this location. I placed an online order that the app said would be ready by the time I arrived. When I got there, I noticed five people waiting to pick up orders. For the thirty minutes i stood there, the young woman at the register offered nothing but "I don't know" when asked by every new person where their online order was. Not a single person bothered to fill any orders other than those for the walk-in customers. Other locations have a dedicated group handling online orders but here, no one tends to them unless there is no one on line. Again, do NOT place any online orders here unless you want to wait for the store to be empty before getting your food.
This chipotle used to be good but has gone completely downhill. Any time you order delivery, even through the chipotle app from this location, the order is entirely wrong. By entirely wrong… it isn’t even remotely close to what was ordered. Today I received a burrito bowl that was missing all proteins and toppings ordered. I just received rice and lettuce. I didn’t even order lettuce. The location is dirty. They just don’t seem to care at all. They don’t even TRY at this location. It’s turned me off to one of my favorite lunch spots :(
Consistently wrong orders The order is just always incorrect. Can’t explain why. But if you order from this particular location online/thru the app, it will be cold (no matter what.. dunno why?) and your order will be wrong. If you order brown rice, you get white. If you order fajitas, there’s a singular pepper. But only if you order online. Like. I’ve had to drive back and be like why is there half a meal in this bowl and also why is it wrong. But if you try to get it corrected, they won’t. They say they have to call corporate or a manager. So. Drive further down 110 and hit up a different chipotle.
my bowl tasted like burnt pepper and salt ... prob one of the worst tasting chipotles I've been too . kinda glad they forgot to charge me for double steak . I couldn't even finish bowl
One of the worst Chipotles I've ever been to. Their soda machine only had seltzer water. They had no fruit drinks. They had no spoons. When I asked the server for a spoon, she didn't know what a spoon is. So she asked her co-worker and the co-worker told me that they have no spoons.
This place has gone down so much, corporate needs to be in here for sure. Understaffed, attitudes, unhappy employees. Where are the DMs or regional managers. 2 weeks atleast needed for training. Came here because the closest to my house didn't cook or want to cook fajitas 2 hours prior to closing. Arrived and only saw 3 ppl the young girl cooking was pleasant and was trying to catch up and restock meat. There was no steak, the new steak or chicken on a weekend.thank god i didn't want that. The ppl that were waiting seemed to be delivery drivers waiting on meat to cook so they could do their jobs. The young boy doing the line clearly was over it but kept going and was ok. The cashier was sweeping not trying to help with nothing. This short girl comes out while i finally get to order after 10 min of waiting and tells the young boy thats enough with the meat i was getting even though i was paying for extra meat. She came out nasty without even knowing my order. I kept my mouth shut because its sad that you can be that miserable. If she was the manager or key holder she should have been steering the ship because her staff was sinking. Chipotle needs to do better. Have initiatives for hiring or have staff plan better for the weekend nights. Haven't eaten yet hopefully its okay.
I, my husband and my best friend and her husband went yesterday after we went shopping. I don’t know who the cashier was at night, 6/23/2019 at around 7:15-7:30, we decided to get food and she was extremely rude. They forgot to give me dipping cheese sauce and then I asked my friend was she rude or was it just me and she said no that cashier is extremely rude. Look I’m not spending $1.00. Between the 4 of us it was almost $50.00 with drink chips etc. No need for attitude. Maybe she having a bad day because you can see her off to the side on her phone, I mean leave it at the door, I’m a customer.
My recent visit was very unpleasant and disappointing. I placed an online order and when I arrived at the store, they said that it was not ready. I literally had to ask them without them letting me know what went on with the order. I stood there for over 15 minutes without the workers trying to act with a sense of urgency in getting my order made. No apology or concern was extended as a result of this inconvenience. This was a big turn off…
This particular Chipotle location is the WORST EVER. My office orders from them often and they NEVER get an order correct. I've been dealing with them over the last 3 months for a refund that they owe me from an order in JUNE that they messed up way beyond reason and 3 different "managers" said they processed the refund which I still have not received and we are now in September. My office decided to try yet again to order lunch directly on the Chipotle website which uses Door Dash to do their deliveries and of course, yet again, the order was incorrect and had several missing items but NO ONE EVER ANSWERS THEIR PHONE AT THE STORE. We are a very busy office and our orders are always between $75.00 - $120.00 but I still have to leave my office to drive all the way there to get anything corrected. Once you get there, the staff is rude and you can never tell who the real manager is. I'm contacting corporate to lodge a formal complaint. They owe me too much money and I want it back. I'm absolutely done ever ordering from this location.
I am regular coustomer i got veggie bowl with little rice and beans with just little extra gauc and they charge me for extra they employe thay both make like garbage i told them that its all licking and make mass around the my veggie bowl .manager also dont take care of coustomer .very bad experience never recomanded this store .when i ask for more corn salad she told me we dont have it 👎👎👎👎👎👎
Worst Chipotle ever !!! Always out of basics - black beans!!! Chips!!! Always out of chips. Not sure who manages this place but he or she should be fired!! Their portions are also terrible… Had to ask him multiple times for more than a dropping of brown rice. It’s an embarrassment. Go elsewhere.
the customer service here is horrible! the guy was so rude, he rolled his eyes, he kept ignoring me and everytime he would turn around to talk to his coworker. also i was here early around 5pm and he told me there was no chicken. the food was nasty too. there was chicken in the queso, the rice was watery. it was a terrible experience. i wish i could give this place zero stars.
Ordered 2 bowls and 2 large chips online. When I got there at the "promised time" the food wasn't ready of course. They then informed me they were out of chips. No big deal right, they'll just issue a partial refund. WRONG! The manager on duty said her name was Nathalie. No way of confirming this as no one wears any name tags. Nathalie said they couldn't issue a refund or credit because it was ordered online. The chips were for the kids so on top of paying for something I didn't get I then had to go to a supermarket and purchase a bag of chips. I filled out a form online 2x but still haven't heard from anyone. Horrible experience which deserves 0 stars.
I never review places. But this place is insane, Super slow. Made an order at 4:20 pm for pick up. Pick up ready at 4:50. Its 5:30and still no order. Please do better
I am completely disappointed and will not be going back here. I ordered through the app and my sister is vegan and they gave her steak instead of a sofrita bowl. There was also missing toppings on another order and I’m pretty sure my burrito was incorrect. No one will pick up the phone! I can’t even speak to anyone about this because no one will answer. This was our dinner and now my sister has nothing to eat. I refuse to spend money here again.
god awful ordered 3 bowls from there at 9pm online and they somehow messed up every single bowl. I am so angry. mind YOU i ordered at 9pm and waited there until 9:30 for 3 bowls that are messed up to be brought out. what a waste of time and money. They need new workers or management because this is absolutely horrible.
I sent my 15 and 16 year old children to pick up the order. Part of the order was 2 sides chips and queso, which was $4.50 each. There was very poor customer service towards my kids and there were no chips in the order. When they come back and ask for chips their answer was .. “Ohh there’s no chips here is one fountain drink.” The kids come outside and tell me what had happened, then I went out of my car and they locked the door. It was 9:57 and they were supposed to close at ten. I knocked on the door and everyone inside decided to ignored me. I believe that was the most poor customer service I ever experienced and the most unprofessional way to treat a customer. Chipotle should train the employees better or they are going to lose a lot of customers.
We ordered 2 bowls to go. There was BARELY ANY meat in either bowl… and I ordered double meat! Don’t order to go here, they clearly aim to rip you off.
This place does not even deserve one star. If i could give it 0 stars i would. First, the workers seemed less than thrilled to be doing their jobs. My burrito has negative amounts of rice. The rice was so salty i had to stop eating my burrito. The immense levels of salt in the rice made the burrito disgusting and i had to chug water after just one bite. Next, the chicken. The chicken was burnt and tasted awful. There was at most 12 pieces of chicken in the whole burrito. The cheese. The worker put the smallest amount of cheese possible, and i couldn’t even tell that there was sour cream in the bowl. Next, when we wanted a small size drink, we were told there was no lids and we were forced to purchase a large size drink. Then, the worker accidentally overcharged an extra burrito. When questioned, she said that there was no over charge. Upon looking at the receipt, it was evident that there was an overcharge, which would not have been noticed unless the receipt was viewed. Do not recommend this place at all.
This review is for the Melville location on Broadhollow Rd. Melville/Huntington Ststion. I went there and ordered two kids meals. My child only eats meat and cheese. They put the smallest scoop of meat in the one section. I requested she fill it and she said no. I asked again and she looked at another worker he said no you cannot have more. I asked for the manager. He then said he was the manager. After a few minutes someone came from the back and said he was the manager. He said if I wanted more meat I had to pay for double meat. I finally said okay I’ll pay. They literally were going to charge me the same price as another kids meal. I said why would I pay that instead of getting another kids meal? It was a horrible experience and I decided I would most likely drive to another location instead of ever going back to Melville. I was tortured over a few chunks of chicken!!!
This was the most disgusting chipotle I have ever seen in my entire life the staff when I pointed out the uncleanliness they didn't even care even the manager. The bins had dried on food, and the girl at the counter was flicking the food back into the bins, chicken and cheese and lettuce so disgusting don't even bother coming here. I didn't even eat there cause I was so grossed out. disappointing, but apparently this has been going on for sometime. Come on chipotle do something.
I've been to this location twice. First time they left stuff out of the order and I had to drive back. This time I ordered three orders of the chip with queso all 3 bags of chips were stale. Tasted like they were at least 2 days old. ***Update*** I should have wrote this review after we tried all of the food. All of the food was bad not just the chips. This is the following day and I have stomach issues.
This place USED to be run so well. I don’t understand what has happened over the years but the portion sizing is ridiculous, flavors don’t taste similar to other locations, and employee moral is low and even when they’re not busy, it takes longer then usual to get out of there because of the slowness of the employees. Really sucks because I used to love this location. Y’all need to do something to increase employee moral, flavors and the overall experience here because it is not it.
What a disaster in customer service this Chipolte is!! I have been a loyalty customer of chipotle since they opened the doors in Denver, I had never experienced a such horrible customer service experience like I did at this restaurant and to make matter worse it was from the So call manager not a team member. I wanted to order a chicken quesadilla with chips and guacamole, well I was told by the manager that I couldn’t order a quesadilla unless I placed the order online, I was like what do you mean I have visited other chipotle restaurant and there’s never a problem for me to order a quesadilla, he then replied other restaurants operate differently, I said aren’t you guys all the same? he is like no we’re all different he claimed, at that moment I knew he was lying because I am in investor of chipotle and I know their model very well, hence he wouldn’t accommodate me at all and sent me out without food for the night. To make matters worse I called the complaint line and reported the incident, and I was told that someone was going to contact me, and it never happen after 7 days no one has contact me at all. Very disappointed of the company!!
Horrible customer service. Everyone working at this location needs to get fired asap.
This place is a terrible chipotle. Portion sizes are small and you don’t get any moneys worth. Other chipotles are amazing but this one in particular sucks. I ordered a half chicken half steak bowl and the lazy serving me only heard chicken and when I corrected her, she proceeded to knock chicken off my plate. They charged me full price the smallest glob of queso as they were running out.
First off there was food everywhere all over the counters where they serve. It looks unappetizing, I wanted to walk out but I already started to order. Then the person kept manipulating the huge burrito that the first person made the tortilla bread kept breaking. I asked for a new one but instead the cashier (a third person) went to take over and it took three tortillas to wrap this burrito. I would not return or recommend this chipotle to anyone.
Not only was the chicken burnt but the portions are beyond cheap. Extra protein is a half a spoon basically an infant size proportions for a man. Very disappointing. Will never come back or recommend this place to anyone. Highly overrated
Overcrowded, rushed, overcooked, and horrible customer service.. This is what I experienced when I visited yesterday evening. Firstly, the place was jammed packed for whatever reason, I seriously thought they were giving away free food because there's no reason for 100 people to eat at Chipotle at the same time.. But anyway, once I did get to the front of the line they were adding little tiny scraps to both of my burritos which is unacceptable! I'm a grown man and I love to eat.. The chicken was highly overcooked and burned.. I felt rushed though the whole line.. Then when I was trying to pay for my food the little girl at the register was talking to everyone except me, which was very annoying. It was an extremely bad experience. I love Chipotle but I would never visit this one in particular ever again.

If I could give this no stars I would . First off I have had 3 horrible experiences in this specific Chipotle. Once, I ordered a bowl and the guacamole was so salted that when I had mixed it into my food, everything was inedible. The two other times I visited this place and was ordering a bowl, the people serving me literally DRIZZLED RICE into my bowl, not even a scoop. Then they had the audacity to say I would have to pay for extra rice. This continued to happen with the chicken and other things I asked for. They have a nasty attitude here and and worst customer service and food !!!! This place needs to be shut down !!! Or reported !!!!
I will never go back to this dirty restaurant. The doors and floors are as filthy as a dirty mechanic shop. The staff was blah. The portions that they dished out? Embarrassing….
The food here is usually pretty good but the place is always run poorly. There is almost always a chicken, guac etc container empty on arrival and you are expected to opt for something else. The soda machine is also frequently out of ice or missing sodas. The kitchen is also always a mess with dozens of containers everywhere.
To Go Order: Keto Bowl, Romaine, Carnitas, Fajita Veg, cheese, Guac, - ON THE SIDE: Sour Cream & Tomatillo Salsa - Received: RICE, BEANS, CHICKEN, PICO (TOMATOES), CHEESE, SOUR CREAM & GUAC. . . . no tomatillo salsa on the side. What part of RICE & BEANS is keto. I am not impressed!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Don’t order a quesadilla from this place. Employee did not know how to make it. They didn’t even have the quesadilla containers for the sides so they gave me the sides in little cups. Which the sauce from the black beans got all over the place. Dining room was filthy. Staff was slow. Avoid this Chipotle at ALL COSTS.
Should have went to shah for my protein intake. I got a small portion of beans and chicken. Chicken tasted old and chewy. Tons of rice I didnt ask for. This was a waste of money.
disappointed, disappointed, and disappointed this used to be my number 1 place and now it’s my last. smallest portion i’ve ever received from any place. rice was undercooked, forgot my guac, selected light beans and put so much. barley put any cheese and just globbed it in the corner. didn’t even put the cover on right. and worst of all found hair in my bowl… it’s so disgusting never again. i’ve rather go to Qdoba and Cava, they would never do this.
I have tried patronizing this establishment 2x, but to no avail. Disgusted each time, I have seen cleaner sewers. Talk about a Hazard Contamination site, from seeing the miserable employees covered and wearing the food on themselves, , to the filthy workstations splattered in every sauce. Forget the gimmick bowl portion size, they give you 1/2 a scoop and ask if you want “double”….. Stay Away
I placed a catering order for 10 people a few weeks ago. . I had 10 people at my house for a Christmas party.last week. When delivery person came to deliver my food it was wrong order. It was order for 2 people under different name. When trying to call the store to find out where my order was I only could get in touch with main customer service team. They could not get in touch with store because no one was picking up phone. I now had 10 people at my house with no food to serve them. I could not get any answers after calling 3 different times. I then had no choice but to cancel this order and instead order pizza from a local pizza place. This was very embarrassing !!!! When I emailed my complaint to customer support they said they would refund my money. Gee thanks. I should hope they would give me a refund for food I never received!! I asked what they would do to make up for this embarrassing situation. They sent me coupon code for a free 10 person catering order which I thought was the right thing to do. They then sent another email saying that was wrong Since they gave me a refund they couldn’t give me free catering !!! I ordered from them last year and itwas great. I will never order or eat from there again. The customer service is terrible!!!!
They don’t care about the costumers if you order online you have to check you food first before you leave because they don’t put anything you order , I make some orders online and they just put a lot of rice a , beans and like 2 or 3 pieces of chicken that is crazy for the money we pay and if you say a word they don’t care
Had the worst dining experience at this location. I asked for a carnitas bowl, it was low and when I tell you the cook on schedule pulled a bag of meat in a plastic bag and slammed it hard on the countertop before ripping it open and mixing in the meat with the existing grease. I’m not saying this is a high end restaurant but to see your food being tossed around and not even look edible or appetizing is something different. The dining area was dirty and no one bothered to pick up the food on the tables or ground. I won’t be coming back & there needs to be some level of standard by management, the cross contamination is out of control.
ordered two quesadillas today and the steak was burnt. the size of the actual quesadilla itself was laughable. do i really want more burnt steak? no. but do i want a normal sized portion? yes. i took one bite out of the quesadilla and had to chug my drink. the rice on the side was so salty, like almost inedible. the best part of the meal was the coke, but it was shocking they even had coke today. they never have the coke syrup at this location either. all in all, 35$ down the drain and i’m immensely disappointed. do not recommend this location
I haven’t ordered chipotle in a while now I ordered today and I say I was disgusted like the rice wasn’t even cooked sloggy looking and it wasn’t like they were closing they just put anything on and they barely put chicken in my steak and chicken meal smh like what the hell is that I want a refund
Sorry to say but there is no other way to put it. This place is gross and it’s not just a one time thing. Last night was the fourth time and the last time that I will come here. The place is run by kids. The kids are sweet and polite but it is readily apparent that there is no leadership there. The place is always dirty and/or lacking in something from the food line, drink line or utensils. This has been my experience the last 2-3 times that I have gone. Last night was the absolute last straw as my burrito bowl contained crusty meat that could have been sitting on the hotline all day for all I know. I should have been more vigilant with the meat that they were putting in my bowl but they scraped the bottom of the bowl for the customer behind me as well. Can’t do it at this location anymore.
Ordered a drink with my take out got a blank cup and their were sides missing from my order which I didn't discover until I was back, ordered online was told to pick it up at 510 showed up at 515 still had to wait over 20 min which caused me to be late for my job, as I was leaving a girl stopped me said they messed up my order and to wait which I did she came back 5 min later and when I asked what was wrong she literally handed my bag turned around and walked away somehow tho my food was still cold. Not to mention I had to order a children's quesadilla because apparently a cheese quesadilla is not an item you can order online. Arguably the worst fast food experience I've ever had !!!!
Good food, service good , to bad they are cheaping out on the cardboard containers. By the time I got home (10 min from the store) the food had already eaten through the cardboard base and the bag. When I went to pick up the bag it ripped in a spectacular fashion spilling my food and opening up in my car. Thanks a lot.
