I would like to verbalize about my experience in this humble place of which is called "KFC" on a SUNDAY. This location of that food joint has a very nice staff. To begin with, they were kind, respectful and easy to talk to. Knowing both Spanish and English! Having multilingual staff assists with efficient communication. Additionally, there was one of the workers, in which they worked as a cash register, who was very enthusiastic and very happy-go-jolly. It was a refreshing to see the youth enjoying their work, having a nice attitude, and being very diligent while at it! The worker was very good at handling the money, in which was quick and efficient. Chiefly, I had a very respectful and fluent conversation with the worker. They packed my order very neatly and organized. As for the two small chicken sandwiches, that included a mini soda and fries, those chicken sandwiches were delicious, in my opinion. It was very good, I would recommend. All for a good deal. I dislike the pickles though. The chicken set that I had, normal wings with the four dippings, it was kind of dry. Not the best but definitely not the worse that I've had. It's not very much of a complaint to me. I had the initial hesitation that the food might be very bad, from the other reviews, but it wasn't THAT bad, in my experience and the order that I've had. The soda is like the typical soda you get from other fast foods. In conclusion, Top tier. 🤤

Honestly was not sure how I would like the beyond meat chicken. However, KFC really outdid themselves. If you're on the fence about trying these, this is your sign to do it now! These nuggets were absolutely delicious. They have a great texture and are seasoned to perfection. All vegans will be happy to know the meal is fully vegan as it comes with the vegan nuggets,a side of fries, and a drink. Unlike BK's impossible whopper which you have to make vegan by asking for no cheese. This was a slam dunk and I hope KFC keeps this as a permanent part of their menu. P.s. the staff seemed a little confused when ordering so just be patient with them.

I'm a fan of KFC's chicken sandwich. The advertising of the sandwich says it is made to order and I find that this has been true in other locations. This location pre-cooks the chicken breasts and let them sit under a heat lamp for several hours. Because of its proximity to my house, I have tried several times to receive a fresh sandwich to no avail. Shame on you KFC, you took something fantastic and then turned it into a soggy salty mess. The two stars are for the cleanliness of the place.

Went here around 1015pm and was told by the nice cashier that they barely had any food left I'm sorry but whoever the GM of this restaurant is needs to know how to order enough food till shipment day like to not have boneless chicken and only have a few sides and run out of potato wedges and only have bone in chicken with just under 4 hours of open bussiness left for the night is not right if you were running low on food the manager should have borrowed from stores that could have helped this is a waste of a location and changes need to be made

I then asked how he has his food b4 me because my order still had not prepared. They had no answer. I waited another 5 minutes. Now , I'm at 20 minutes. No apology, they said "oh, we gave u 2 biscuits sorry". I ordered a family meal the guy b4 me got a 3pc meal. I told them to keep their biscuits. I'm not looking for free food but, this felt racial. The Caucasian person who had far less wait time got a substantial item to compensate him. Yet, the African American was given a biscuit. Sad!

Mashed potatoes tasted like drywall powder mixed with water. But the beyond nuggets were good. Oh, and bring your own napkin, fork and sauce cause they don’t give you any.

It says in the store hours online that this place is supposed to be open until 1am, yet everytime I go there by about 11pm to 12am they are closed or say they close at 11pm. They charge outrageous delivery fees and still expect a tip for the driver, which usually means paying nearly double the price of what you actually ordered. Made me so sick got food on 8/25/18 for dinner. My boyfriend his sister and I were both extremely sick. My boyfriend and I vomited around 2-3am after a night in and out of the bathroom. My boyfriends sister can not get out of bed because of extreme stomach pain. STAY AWAY FROM THIS NASTY KFC.

I just wanted to point out that myself, my mom and my dog all got very bad food poisoning from our last GrubHub order from this KFC on 2/18. I ended up going to the doctor on 2/20 after spending the prior two days in the bathroom. Additionally, watching my dog suffer from 3 days of diarrhea and vomiting, I had to bring her dog to the vet where they gave her anti-nausea medication as well as a gastrointestinal antibiotic which cost me $257 for the visit. Ugh!!

Do not go here!! My 2 year old son got sick while we were driving. I went into KFC to get a plastic bag for the mess and they refused to give me one!! Brian is very disappointed with this locations service and most of all lack of enthusiasm in making a bucket of fried chicken. When going to any fast food chain, one would think that the service and food would be sub-par. However; given today's horrendous experience Brian will not be ordering gravy at this location anymore.

I came thru to order 2 Mac and cheese bowls xtra chicken. One of them a combo. When I got home they were pot bowl missing fries for combo. I had threw them out bc the kids don't eat it. I called got meal replaced as manager stated she is the one who took the order and messed it up that I could go back as it was cold I did not want to go back out. Don't remember name started with a J. She put my name in book for a meal. As I went to get the meal the next day I let them know they gave me my order without problem. When I get home everything is correct expect the portion size was a quarter of the bowl. Not even half !! No extra chicken there was almost nothing. I paid $22 for a mess up that had to be thrown away then to come back and get a quarter of the amount with one piece of chicken !!! I will not be returning to this location!! I will drive the extra miles somewhere else...

I didn’t have to give a star. First, 9:07pm I came for wings. Was told they only had two left. So I ordered the two wings and three tenders and fries. The tenders and fries were cold and the wings had to be refried two times over!! Just horrible and was charged $17.67 for this horrible meal. KFC need to do better. If you close at 11pm I shouldn’t get cold food and paying this amount! Unexceptionable service! I could have gone to a diner to get better food for The price. I called the store because I looked at my receipt and it was a duplicate and not the original, to get the number to make a complaint online . Spoke with mike an employee at amityville kfc and he didn’t have any information to give me to make a complaint. I asked to speak to the supervisor . Mike said she doesn’t want to come the phone because she doesn’t speak English! Her name he gave me is Esperanza . What is going on in this world! I came thru to order 2 Mac and cheese bowls xtra chicken. One of them a combo. When I got home they were pot bowl missing fries for combo. I had threw them out bc the kids don't eat it. I called got meal replaced as manager stated she is the one who took the order and messed it up that I could go back as it was cold I did not want to go back out. Don't remember name started with a J. She put my name in book for a meal. As I went to get the meal the next day I let them know they gave me my order without problem. When I get home everything is correct expect the portion size was a quarter of the bowl. Not even half !! No extra chicken there was almost nothing. I paid $22 for a mess up that had to be thrown away then to come back and get a quarter of the amount with one piece of chicken !!! I will not be returning to this location!! I will drive the extra miles somewhere else...

I didn’t have to give a star. First, 9:07pm I came for wings. Was told they only had two left. So I ordered the two wings and three tenders and fries. The tenders and fries were cold and the wings had to be refried two times over!! Just horrible and was charged $17.67 for this horrible meal. KFC need to do better. If you close at 11pm I shouldn’t get cold food and paying this amount! Unexceptionable service! I could have gone to a diner to get better food for The price. I called the store because I looked at my receipt and it was a duplicate and not the original, to get the number to make a complaint online . Spoke with mike an employee at amityville kfc and he didn’t have any information to give me to make a complaint. I asked to speak to the supervisor . Mike said she doesn’t want to come the phone because she doesn’t speak English! Her name he gave me is Esperanza . What is going on in this world! You have a supervisor that doesn’t speak English to rectify a situation.. unheard of!! KFC need to do better. I would like my money back for food I couldn’t eat.

I ordered here and they gave me large but undercooked pieces. The breading literally tastes like oil. In the center the pieces really come raw. The only good thing is the fries. Don't spend your money here. Not worth it.Or at least for me. They gave me the worst chicken I could have ever had.
