Scary, I didn't get my food yet, but, ican see the place is dirty. Not clean. I'm the bathroom, Soap dispenser not working and no paper towels??? Young people working here. Is there s manager? Does the owner care? Burgers pretty good, tater tots are ok. If you can lean you can clean!

Food was nothing special. DON'T order the cheese curds! They are totally over cooked! All were hallow over fried balls of nothing! What a disappointment. Tater tots were good. Burger was dry and tasteless except for the sauce. Chicken tenders were good. Overall the meal was fair at best.

Mens room toilet looked like it had not been cleaned in days. Shoe string french fries definitely not the same. Been here several times before and never had these issues.

I just arrive it’s 11:15am, online says open from11-8pm. I called from my car and the person who answered said they are behind and will open at 11:30am. I drove 42 mins to get my lunch since there’s no way back burgers close to me. Very disappointed!! I see three other people try to go in doors are locked. I’m going somewhere else. I had a taste for your burgers, but it’s ok never will come bake. I will get my way back burgers in NYC!!!

Sat in a huge line stairing at the 5 people behind the counter for 15 minutes before I decided to ask if they had someone taking orders. I was responded to by a very blank face employee no we have a lot of online orders. So I then asked should I just put in an order online? She said no and just staired at me. They literally let the line inside the store sit as they completed online order with zero acknowledgement for anyone. No eye contact. Its was almost funny. Terrible customer service.

1 week ago I ordered tater tots with my burger. Had a real bad aftertaste addressed the issue to the manager him. And the staff thought it was funny and started talking among themselves and laughing makes you wonder not rating the food because it was horrible. The place looks like it could use a good cleaning

Ordered the Cajun double burger and this thing was so dry and overcooked. I also got the loaded bacon cheese fries and the cheese was so salty like it's been sitting a long time in the steam container and reduced. And the lack of cheese and bacon on the large frie was crazy I was definitely given a small like I went to wendys. I live 40 minutes away from this place i would never go back. Almost 20 bucks for dry salty food..definitely not worth it

Waste of time and money. 👎🏼 Poor workers are trying their best but for sure they lack training and leadership. Waited very long for a take out order and the burgers were cold and the fries soggy and undercooked. The whole place is very dirty. And greasy. I know I shouldn’t have order once I saw the place but I’m being on the road, tired and getting late with limited options didn’t let me think clearly. Definitely will not recommend and will never eat there again.

We just went in after a Friday night movie. Three guys working. Stood and picked out 4 orders. Waited and waited. Asked if we could place an order and was told “no you can not, it’s just too busy.” It was my daughters 6th birthday and we had to leave. What the heck?!!! How rude.

Ordered online a burger and a large bacon cheese fry. When we received the order I noticed the fries were in the regular size container. Went back and told them we received a regular instead of a large. They said they were out of large boxes but put the large portion of fries in the regular container. This is a picture of the fries, definitely not a large. Not a good experience this time.

Went in with high expectations and left with nothing. We are traveling and saw this burger joint that looked good stopped in and ordered. The first thing we notice is the floors are so slippery and greasy that we were sliding around. We made our order and the woman at the register had no idea what she was doing and said the person that would show her wasn’t there. They had no change to give me. We sat and waited for our order for 1 hour went up and asked about it and they had one piece of our meal done that’s it and didn’t even know it was there. He couldn’t even find the rest of everything. In the mist of all this the other Katy was just complaining the whole time saying she isn’t doing anything else and then the new lady said she must go to the dollar store in the middle of them being busy and just disappears no one at the register for a while and the man just disappears as well so all that’s left is the lady who said she’s not doing anything. Absolutely no team work, clearly they don’t give a damn and the service is absolutely horrible. Got a refund after an hour

On Thursday evening, I went to a restaurant. The kitchen was quite dirty. He offered to give me some previously cooked and reheated French fries for free, which is absolutely unacceptable. I came there to eat a proper meal. The hamburger he cooked for me was undercooked. I don’t understand how he even managed to cook ground beef like that. I will definitely never go there again, and I don’t recommend it to anyone. I also don’t think they take their business seriously.
