The best coconut shrimp I have ever had and I have had a lot in my life! We had a salad with coconut shrimp earlier in the day and had to go back to order more coconut shrimp! It was not on the menu, however, they were happy to cater to our request! The atmosphere was incredible and it is right on the plaza/square. The staff were so friendly incredibly helpful! Francisco and Maria let me practice my horrible Spanish with them. They were so gracious! Love this resturant and I cannot wait to go back!!

Wonderful night out! The food was great and service (thank you Hanna) was fabulous. Definately will be going back. The only disappointment was that bottles of wine started at $1,100 even though individual glasses were only $145. Not sure why there are not cheaper bottles.

Only had beers, but the food looks great. Very nice Aztec (???) Re-enactor out front. Very handsome costume. His head dress is amazing.

A nice summer afternoon at El Cielo Restaurant Bar. Our group needed to take a refreshment break. What better place to sit, relax and soak in Machado Plaza from outside of El Cielo's patio. We were welcomed and seated immediately by the hostess. Our drinks orders were placed and arrived in no time. The Palomas were refreshing and delicious. Had to have a second round and then we were off, back to resort for some pool time. All staff were pleasant. We plan to return on our next visit to Mazatlan 👍🏼

Definitely one of the best spots in an area full of great spots. Cocktails, music, ambience, shaded patio, wonderful staff and view. If you're a fan of Thai spicy beef salad, try the aguachile. Sashimi style shrimp in a very tangy very spicy sauce

Raspados AZ Mills

Great place to be. Food is outstanding! Servers very friendly and patient. They explain everything and made great suggestions. Definitely coming back. Went for lunch But they have life music after six.

Excellent service. My wife had the poblano soup which comes in a tasty bread bowl and I had the house nachos (they very happily substituted chicken for beef). Very nice place for a light lunch.

Great place to hang out, have a great meal, and people watch in the Plazuela Machado. You can sit outside in the shade underneath these wonderful trees, truly enjoyable. Joe was our waiter and he was great! My husband had the rib eye and enjoyed it very much. I am here to rave about the Poblano Green Pepper Soup! It was so delicious. So much flavor. The drinks were good and the beer was cold, and they even brought out fresh cold glasses for the beer with plenty of limes.

We had dinner on Friday night when Plaza Machado is magical. The live music and happy, Friday night vibe was amazing. The food was delicious. We had the deep fried shrimp and the tacos. Both really great. Loved spending time here. The only down side is being under trees full of pigeons - the out door restaurant floor was covered with droppings and the pidgeons were right above us.

Super easy walk from the cruise port. The outdoor seating is nice and shaded and looks over the plaza area. The waitress was very kind and was able to speak English enough to take the order, but was happy to see we both spoke Spanish. She then pointed us towards a beach only a couple blocks away with some great views of the coastline. The steak burrito and tacos were phenomenal! Great creamy chipotle sauce we dipped our fries in. Not expensive for quality food either.
