Ordering through the McDonald’s app is supposed to save time. But when the order isn’t prepared until arrival, it defeats the entire purpose. The app promises convenience—“skip the line,” “ready when you arrive”—yet the reality is no faster than ordering in person. If mobile orders aren’t started until the customer shows up, then the app becomes a placeholder, not a time-saver. That’s misleading. Either prepare the order ahead or be transparent about the process. Otherwise, it’s not convenience—it’s delay disguised as efficiency.

It was so disgusting and unsanitary, my food tasted like school food . The workers were also very scary and this lady was staring at my boyfriend. Very disrespectful and I do not recommend

I have been to this place 5 times in 3 years and haven't comment due to not coming regularly but each of those 5 times is embarrassing. Timely and professionalism is out the door in this place. Its mcdonald's not a Michelin star restaurant or a mom-and-pop.

Zero service while Dine-in. Got our food orders wrong & cold. To top it off they just kept ignoring us while asking for condiments at the counter. They'll look your way but just stare at eachother like lost puppies.

Came to McDonald's and found out that it was closed. It seems odd that the work hours says that McDonald's is open 24 hours when in reality it isn't. The lights were off and there was a guy mopping. I tried knocking on the window to get the employees attention so they can explain why the place was closed but the guy just went to the back. If there is a cleaning period that the place is closed it should say on the hours. It just really blows that I have to settle for another place when McDonald's is my to go place

I went through the drive thru and I wanted to order a mcdouble and said they don’t have the meat for it, then it took 20 mins in drive thru and when they give me the order it didn’t even have fries and I was missing my drink. Had to wait more minutes and I decided to go inside and no one served me until I made contact with a girl wearing an airpod! Told her she didn’t give me my fries and she said “Didn’t I put them in there”. Crazy! If they’re not there, they’re not there ! Had to wait 10 more minutes then a manager came, not caring about the customers just went to the front to close boxes, then 2-3 mins pass and he asked me what is wrong, told him the same thing ( also told him that I work in a fast food place and it’s crazy how much they take for just nuggets and mcchicken, and he was speechless! Horrible Service.

Ordered on the mobile app (3 happy meals with chicken nuggets). Had a 5 minute drive from my house got there and drove up to the window. I was rudely asked to move forward as soon as I approached the window without any greetings. Then proceeded to wait 15 minutes while other people were getting their orders as soon as they arrived to windows many including happy meals themselves. When the individual finally came to give me my order they gave me 3 happy meals that hadn’t even been closed and tried shoving them all out to me and I was trying not to drop anything while keeping them in mind. They forgot my juices which I had to ask for but I’ve never been given an open bag/box at any McDonald’s and it seemed unprofessional.

Poor customer service and food quality. None of the evening crew wanted to be here today including management. Very rude attitudes and customer avoidance. Will not come back to spend my hard earned money on a family dinner here. Poor food quality and the dining room was empty.

I stopped at the McDonald’s in Pharr, Texas and it was a terrible experience. They’re definitely not truck-driver friendly. I walked up to the drive-thru just wanting a simple coffee, and they wouldn’t serve me at all. They couldn’t even come on the speaker to say, “Hey, we can’t take walk-ups.” Nothing. Just ignored. The only bright spot was an employee who was outside cleaning the trash cans — he offered to go inside and get my order for me, which I appreciated, but there’s no reason he should have to do that just so someone can buy a coffee. If they can’t communicate or offer basic courtesy, I don’t see why I’d ever stop here again. I won’t be eating at this location anymore.

I normally don’t complain, but the service was absolutely awful today. If zero stars were option I would have chosen that. Waited half an hour for frappes ordered through the app. We were told to park and wait and our food never came. We got out and went to grab a bag of cold food. Drove off to drop my daughter at school. Came back ten minutes later and coffees were still not ready. The manager was no help, just young and inexperienced. Avoid this place at all costs.

Worst experience EVER!! We waited 25 minutes in line for a three item order and the lady at the front desk was walking back and forth, on her phone, and wouldn’t even look in our direction. They took everyone else’s orders, but didn’t make ours. By the time we went in TWICE to tell them, they just brushed us off and let us keep waiting. I do NOT recommend.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER THE MORNING GUY IS THE WORST ALL I WANTED WAS PANCAKES AND I ORDERED ON THE APP AND HE TOLD ME TO WAIT INTO 6:30 AM AND I JUST WANT RN THE EMPLOYEE ON THE INTERCOM TOLD ME TO LEAVE BECAUSE THE MCDONALDS WAS CLOSE DUE TO A CAR WAS NOT WORKING AND GOT STUCK ON THE WINDOW I WENT AROUND TO SEE AND GUESS WHAT THERE WAS NO ONE STUCK THIS HAPPENED AT 12:10 AM ON A SATURDAY!!! MAN I JUST WANTED SOME FOOD TO EAT THIS WAS VERY UPSETTING NGL :(((

I had to go to the McDonald's on Pecan for the Wednesday Big Mac special. This place never has it. Every time McDonalds has any kind of promotion, this place doesn't have it. So, i found out that the promotions or specials are up to the owner? That's why, it has bad reviews and they don't care about customer satisfaction. Another thing is I don't think they have cashiers? I waited way over 12-13 minutes for someone to notice me. I waited thinking of the specials but found out I waited for nothing just to be denied.

Always go at night because of work. They always refuse to give me anything. I ask for tea and they say they won’t do anymore because they already threw the tea and they don’t want to do anymore . I went today at about 11 pm and asked for a mcdonald land meal and they said they couldn’t sell it because they didn’t have any shakes.I told him that he could replace it with any other shake and he said he wasn’t gonna do that . I told him that i didn’t want the Shake that I wouldn’t mind if he gave me a soda instead he said no. He was rude, and was actually screaming. I told him that all I wanted was the tin, the experience if you will and he said he wasn’t going to do that. I asked for his name and he checked if he had a name tag and since he didn’t , he just close the window. I wish i could give this place 0 stars. EDIT: Huge redeeming plot twist. I went today, once again at night and only because i was really hungry and thirsty. I like the food but the people. Was greeted by a girl this time, told her it was going to be two orders. She got most of it wrong. She called her manager, Angel. I thought this was gonna be a nightmare. I braced my self for the show and promised myself: never again. I was wrong, Angel was awesome, Angel was different . He was corteous, offered a solution right away. He fixed the problem in a timely manner. He told me to go to the next window and delivered the food himself. He offered me condiments and apoligized for the inconvenience. He listened to me rant about the other fellow, he did so with grace and patience. Thank you to whoever hired him. I believe I’ll come again, as long as you guys have people like him around. Thanks to Angel for making my dinner stress free. I truly appreciate it.

It says that it's 24hrs but they actually close and don't open until 5:30am. We drove down here from Houston for my mother-in-law's funeral and my poor husband couldn't sleep and hadn't eaten in a few days. I had finally convinced him to eat something and saw that this MacDonald's was open 24hrs. We drove all the way there and the only thing he said was "We're closed". My husband said it's suppose to be 24hrs and all he would say "We're closed". No sorry, no explanation no nothing.

Ordered 2 meal deals for mobile order pick up when I got home bag was full of grease. Come to find out 1 of the boxes of chicken nuggets had a pure blob of grease instead of chicken nuggets. Will never be going back to this location.

EVERY TIME! I come through the drive thru and they ask me to park somewhere just because they can keep up with the line. If i wanted curbside i would have ordered through the app. And even that takes long here. Insane. I love McDonald’s, but this location has a huge imbalance between their service and their demand.
