Server was very straight to the point, respectful, and patient and the food is so top tier I feel very pleased with my experience. The atmosphere makes you feel very nice, warm and ready to enjoy family whether it’s with family or friends, and Fernando did his job so excellent this man needs a raise he never left us alone for too long and explained how every food would taste very accurately. He made the service 10 times better and this is not an exaggeration at all. ❤️

First off, not a sushi fan. That being said, my colleagues from work ordered a table full of sushi and sashimi. I ordered the prime ribeye. The atmosphere is phenomenal and our server, Stacy was top notch. The ladies with me raved about the Japanese food. Plenty of sauces and large portions. The ribeye was really good. It had a definite Japanese flavor and was cooked perfectly. This could be the most tender steak I have ever eaten. I cut this steak with a butter knife. Fun place, upscale, and great food. The staff was very accommodating and I would highly recommend this restaurant, especially if you like teppanyaki, sushi, or fried rice.

We celebrated our anniversary dinner here and left completely satisfied. Lesly, our waiter, was wonderful, attentive and kind, and the other staff who stopped by our table were just as great. We ordered appetizers, steak, cocktails, and dessert, and everything was absolutely delicious. We’ll definitely be coming back!

Ordered lunch special…Food was ok; steak was a little over cooked, but still flavorful. Make sure to let server know how you want your steak cooked; that’s where we messed up. Manager, Albert was very attentive and cares about his consumers. Virry was our waitress and she was also good. No complaints on atmosphere or quality of the food and drinks. Will be coming back soon.

FOOD: The Sushi’s were good but they are not the best I have tried for the restaurant category that it is. The Miso soup they offered us was delicious, compared to the one we ordered from DoorDash at night, that one lacked a lot of flavor and did not come with noodles, unfortunately I didn’t like it at all. The Edamame were not spicy, they lacked more flavor but the “Grill” touch was great. SERVICE: 4 Stars because for 10 minutes we could not order our second dish because the waiters were not attentive to us. But from there on… excellent service ATMOSPHERE: 9/10 The music was too loud

Located within the Plaza Mall, unique eating experience. First time visit, party of 4 adults, for lunch. Dish presentation is great, food lacks uniqueness and some was just plain bland (mash potatoes that accompanied the steak was tasteless and not fresh). Rest of the food was dry and just plain 'ok'. Our server never introduced himself, he was curt and never once checked on us (our tea glasses were empty and server never offered to refill or ask if we needed anything else-I have gotten better service at Whataburger). Parking is a mess (during rush hours) good thing there is Valet parking. Good atmosphere is you want to impress your date, but food is not worth the price (my bill came to $156.00). Not recommended and don't plan on returning. Manager please reiterate to all staff that guests must feel appreciated, welcomed and served to.

Dirty, neglectful, and unprofessional. Thanks for ruining our Valentine's night. Your hostess sat us on the sushi bar and I have to tell her to get someone to wipe your extremely dirty counter top before seating anyone there. Used plates, empty bottles, garbage strewn about, filthy restrooms, and sticky floors makes me question your cleanliness. No other staff came to check in with us. Eventually a manager passed by and I was able to ask for water. He then proceeds to give us $5 bottles of Fiji water which we did not ask ask for. He apologized and promised us free desert. We gave our order to this manager (I think his name was Mario), who will later disappear for the rest of the night. Half our order did not arrive and when we asked, no one seems to have an idea about our order. From where I sat, I can see the pork bowl half done forgotten in the back counter for almost an hour. My sake was also melting away by the bar before my wife brought up our orders. There is no communication between the staff and they come across as incompetent and careless. Never mind the promised free desert which we did not get, we can hear from your staff that Mario left already. And to reiterate, not a single waiter came to check on us, just like the other poor couples waiting for your inattentive staff. Truly disappointed, I will never go to this place nor recommend it, going out of my way as to discourage anyone from going here. RE: management's reply This occasion and celebration was taken from us and the damaged memory of it can not be undone. Spare me the corporate drivel, no amount of groveling will redeem your inexcusable conduct. Reading your other negative reviews, it is clear that this is a constant issue with your lackluster service. I've watched half a dozen of your staff idly chatting while ignoring customers, dirty tables, unrefilled cups, and food left out in the open for the flies. It is painfully clear that there is no amount of care or hospitality present whatsoever. It has been a truly terrible ordeal dining here. I hope anyone reading this will not waste their time on this subpar establishment masquerading as a restaurant. Better time and money spent at Texas de Brazil or Casa Madre located across from this tripe.
