You don’t have to go far to experience fine dining…superb food…down home atmosphere! So my husband and I decided to have a date night and visit Pandora on the Square. As soon as we walked through the door we were greeted by the warmest “hellos”…I knew then we were onto something! This vibe was carried by EVERY waiter, waitress (including ours, Tianna - who was absolutely the prime example of a person who strives for perfection), bartender, chef, and manager! But yall, even with this high level of hospitality the food and beverages were unparalleled…unmatched. We started with the fried green tomatoes - which were cooked to perfection. They were light, crispy, and complimented with this corn/sauce concoction designed by paradise - Wow! At this point we thought we were ready for the main course…but we weren’t…I ordered the lamb chops with mashed potatoes and greens - every bite was tender, juicy, and flavorful. But everything was topped when my husband attempted to challenge one of the featured chefs by requesting him to “create a dish”…that challenge was smashed into pieces when my husband was presented this masterpiece comprising of a creamy risotto, steak, and broccolini. I CANNOT describe what was actually cooked into this dish because it was not only unique but delicious - I mean DELICIOUS. We are so proud of what was witnessed and experienced. Dinner, lunch, date nights, birthdays, anniversaries, bridal showers - consider Pandora on the Square - we may see you there! Cheers
I had dinner at Pandora on the Square it was an absolutely wonderful experience. When we walked in, we were greeted with a warm smile from the host and hostess, and seated immediately. The restaurant was beautifully decorated. Our server, Colin, was very kind and knowledgeable about the menu. His recommendations for our drinks and meals were excellent. I noticed the attentiveness of the entire wait staff as they qent about their work and everyone was so professional. Even the way they walked throughout the restaurant...shoulders back, heads high, warm smiles...I can tell that they all have been well trained and that they enjoy what they do. I will definitely be back.
I had the brazen lamb chops, with home made mash and brussel sprouts. It was excellent. It was a little bit of a wait for our food to arrive but overall I would definitely recommend. The atmosphere was pleasant and relaxed, the service was great and to have the owner present and stop by to ensure everything was good 👍🏾 is something I greatly appreciate because to me it shows they really care for their customers and the food they are presenting. Definitely worth it
Had the pleasure of visiting Pandora on the Square and it was amazing! Nyah was our host for our large party and she was AMAZING!!!!!! She was very professional and personable. We couldn’t have had a better experience. Please ask for her if you have the chance to visit. Beignets 10/10 Wings 10/10 Lamb Chops 10/10 Shrimp and Grits 10/10
The decor and ambiance is on point. My husband and I had the shrimp & grits, wings, Brussels sprouts, fried green tomatoes and bread pudding. The food & presentation were A+. The FGT was my favorite dish. The dessert was ok but this opinion reflects a bias as we don't like large raisins and fruits in a typically 'wet' dessert. Our waiter was friendly but no water offered. Overall, we enjoyed the food and experience and if we're in that part of town again, would revisit.
If you’re looking for a fine dining experience without having to drive all the way into the city, this new local gem is an absolute must-visit! From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was warm, welcoming, and upscale—perfect for date night, special occasions, or even treating yourself. The food was not only delicious but also beautifully prepared. The service was equally impressive—attentive without being overwhelming. Overall, this restaurant brings the level of fine dining we usually have to travel for right here to our community. Great atmosphere, phenomenal presentation, and food that will have you planning your next visit before you even leave.
This has been a BIRTHDAY MONTH to remember… if you’re craving fine dining with a touch of elegance… make reservations for your dining experience. Valet parking on Friday & Saturday nights… Sommelier on staff to pair wine and menu be it date night… couples outing or an employee appreciation event you won’t be disappointed 🍸🍽️🍷
This restaurant is a gem for McDonough! Conveniently located on the square, it is stunning inside. The staff is professional, courteous, and attentive. JC is an excellent server who made sure we had a wonderful dining experience! The shrimp and grits were delicious and a best seller! This is our second visit. We will be back!
First visit to Pandora and it was very nice. The staff was very nice and accommodating. We have reservations and upon arrival, we were seated immediately. The food was delicious and the drinks were delightful! My only critique is the size of the tables. They should be larger.
Opening night with chef Carlos and Juan (Sunday evening) and BAM💥the food is top notch! Shrimp and Grits were fantastic, some of the best I’ve had, Halibut was very good over rice. Fried green tomatoes were spot on and the prongs were whole and perfectly cooked. The server was a little slow but they are learning and may be new to fine dining table service. To top it all off, the chocolate cake was the BOMB 💣 and that’s saying something coming from a chocoholic 😂! Loved it and we will be back! Great job guys!👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻🎊🎉🍾
Growing up in McDonough, Georgia, and then moving to New York City over 40 years ago, it was a true pleasure to return home and discover the new upscale, Black-owned restaurant Pandora on the Square. What a gift to the community. From the moment you walk in, the interior aesthetic is exquisitely designed – warm, inviting, elegant, and elevated without feeling pretentious. Before dinner, my friend (also originally from Henry County and visiting from Phoenix) and I were graciously greeted by front desk hosts Jeff and Abeer, whose genuine cordiality immediately set the tone for a wonderful evening. Our server, Alisia, struck the perfect balance of humor and professionalism, making us feel both relaxed and well cared for. We began with wine and Pandora’s delightful signature espresso martini—an excellent start. The charming and knowledgeable sommelier, Maury, stopped by and recommended Solo Passione, an Italian red that paired beautifully with our filet mignon, mashed potatoes, and honey-glazed Brussels sprouts. Every bite was thoughtful, balanced, and deeply satisfying. Since we were in town for the holidays, the restaurant was festively and beautifully decorated, adding to the sense of celebration. We also appreciated the personal touches throughout the evening, including visits from the general manager Dedrick, the chefs, Juwan and Carlos and the most lovely LaShawn – each reinforcing how much care and pride goes into this place. Brava to the entire Pandora on the Square team for an unexpected, deeply appreciated, and magnificent complete dining experience. The food, wine, cocktails, service, hospitality, and ambiance all came together seamlessly. I highly recommend treating yourself to this refreshing, complete, and memorable dining experience — right here in McDonough. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
From the moment I walked into this beautiful restaurant, I knew I was in for something special. The atmosphere radiates warmth and pride—every detail, from the decor to the music, celebrates culture, community, and excellence. The food? Absolutely unforgettable. Every dish bursts with fresh flavor, perfectly seasoned, and clearly made with love. The customer service was just as remarkable—genuine smiles, attentive care, and the kind of hospitality that makes you feel like family. This isn’t just a restaurant; it’s an experience, a celebration, and a reminder that passion and authenticity never go unnoticed. I’ll be coming back again and again—and bringing everyone I know.
Absolutely loved my experience at Pandora on the Square! The ambiance was elegant yet cozy, and the service was exceptional — especially Ashley, who made the night feel extra special. The fried green tomatoes were crispy and full of flavor, the steak was tender and perfectly seasoned with a hint of chimichurri, and the dessert was a showstopper — light, creamy, and deliciously sweet. Can’t wait to come back again soon — this restaurant is a true gem in the heart of the square! 🍽✨
Delicious food and experience. Maury was the best. My party really enjoyed the atmosphere. Everyone from the hostesses to the server to the executive chef were phenomenal. The food and drinks were amazing. Make reservations it is helpful especially for larger parties.
Pandora On The Square is exactly what McDonough Square needed—upscale without the attitude, polished without feeling stiff, and deeply rooted in culture, history, and soul. From the moment you step inside, the vibe is on point. Professional, stylish, and intentional—yet genuinely warm and welcoming. Nothing feels forced. You can feel the pride behind the space. This is an African American–owned establishment that understands hospitality as heritage, not just service. Then comes the food—specifically the seafood gumbo, which deserves real respect. This bowl wasn’t just good; it was storytelling in a dish. The rich, dark roux carried unmistakable Gullah Geechee flavor and tradition—slow-cooked, deeply seasoned, and layered with coastal Southern history. Every spoonful felt like it came straight out of a Charleston kitchen where recipes are passed down, not written down. The shrimp were perfectly cooked, the crawfish was bold and meaty (no shortcuts here), and the rice—topped with fresh microgreens—gave the dish a refined, modern finish. It was comfort food elevated: Gullah roots meeting upscale execution. And here’s the part that sealed it. Once Chef Carlos found out we had connections to Charleston, he didn’t send word—he came out personally to greet us. That moment said everything. That’s pride in craft. That’s respect for tradition. That’s recognizing shared roots and honoring them in real time. You can’t fake that kind of authenticity. Pandora isn’t just serving food—it’s serving culture, legacy, and excellence. The energy, the flavors, the attention to detail all align. If you’re on the square and want an experience that feels grown, intentional, and proudly rooted in Black culinary tradition, Pandora On The Square should be at the very top of your list. This place doesn’t just belong on McDonough Square—it raises the standard.
This was my first time visiting Pandora’s on the square and I can absolutely say I will be returning. From the time we walked in the door we were greeted with a friendly face from staff, our waitress Niyah was the best. She made us feel comfortable and welcomed us with a smile every time she visited the table. Her food and drink selections were on point. The owners came over to greet us to make sure we were satisfied. Today is my wife and I one year anniversary and coming to pandoras really made it special!
I attended a friends birthday. The atmosphere and restaurant was decorated amazing. Pandora is most definitely an upscale restaurant & vibe. Princesse was our server. She was kind and attentive to our needs. I ordered the shrimp & grits it was okay. The peach & fame cocktail is delicious. I will definitely be back again. Carlos was upstanding to our concerns and kind.
Had a birthday dinner although we didn't mention it but the ambiance was fabulous. The service was prompt and very positive and the food was definitely worth the price. They also had a lice band which was great.
What a wonderful new establishment in McDonough. The atmosphere is wonderful. Service was amazing. FOOD. WAS. INCREDIBLE. Even my mocktail tasted amazing. And to have a reservation option instead of fighting for a table is just the cherry on top.
Great ambiance, excellent service, delicious food! I ordered the fried green tomatoes, wings and the Trout & Grits special. Doug was our server and he was very kind and attentive. Order the espresso martini!
We were greeted with warm smiles and were seated fairly quickly. The flaming peach martini with rosemary was delicious much so I had two. Shout to the beautiful bartender who made them. Chef Carlos came out to greet the guests. The food was delicious. The lamb chops were chef kiss!
Much needed in McDonough! Food has seasoning *cognac prawns & filet mignon* are a must order!! Ambience is sophisticated, staff is nice, drinks are great. And to know this is still soft opening 10/10, looking forward to the extended menu! Will be back, can’t wait for brunch✨
OK, so I have to tell the story exactly how it happened. I have been to Pandora once they were super busy and we didn’t have a reservation so we ate outside. Got the steak which was really good. The service was nice. Fast forward three days later I’m looking for a quick uber lunch option, but I want something different so I ordered a cheesesteak. When it arrived, I immediately went to my kitchen, looking for ketchup because I didn’t see any in the bag. I hadn’t opened the boxed food or anything yet. I couldn’t find any ketchup, so I come back to the table looking defeated and sad that I’m going to have to eat a dry Philly cheesesteak and let me tell you when I opened up this box!!! It became abundantly clear to me why they didn’t include ketchup. I have never seen a Philly cheesesteak like this and the taste is unbelievable. It is so juicy no condiments needed 10 out of 10 recommend!!!!!! Soooo good Chefs kiss
I took my husband out for his birthday at Pandora on the Square, and it was absolutely beautiful, wonderful atmosphere, amazing service, and the food! So glad to finally have a upscale restaurant right here in Henri County!
Traveled an hour+ and was NOT disappointed. EXCELLENT service, EXCELLENT food ! Amazing atmosphere. Chef carlos is amazing ! And Molly (bartender) is extremely attentive and sweet ! Food was hot and came out at an amazing time. I WILL be back !
Alexa our server did an experience. The food came out fast and hot. The drinks were so gooood. The desserts were awesome!
Great food, great vibe, great service! JC was awesome! We had lamb chops and the lobster pasta. The drinks was great as well. We will definitely be back!
This was our first time here!! We loved the food and the restaurant is beautiful. Service was excellent, JC was the best!! All staff was super friendly. We will return. I didn't get pics of our entrees but here is the appetizer.
My family came to town from New York and I wanted to try out pandora on the square as we were celebrating my brothers birthday. We called in for a reservation for a party of 8 and we were given a reservation. We were accommodated with a nice tuck away section for our large party. The staff were warm and friendly. The drinks were tasty and very cute. The food blew us away. The mash sweet potatoes along with the shrimp and cornbread appetizer was my favorite followed by the seafood pasta. Everyone was happy with their order. My new favorite spot for sure. So happy we got a gem in McDonough!
Tried them again tonight in person….Food was on point!!!! Ordered lamb chops, shrimp and grits, and prawns EVERYTHING was cooked perfect. Definitely a date night spot without having to drive all the way to Atlanta. Made a return customer out of me.
I’d like to share my experience going to Pandora for the first time my husband and I had a wonderful time the service was great. The food was awesome. The music being played was at a nice volume, not overly loud. The short rib beignet was so good and the lamb chops were even better. Tiana was the hostess at the bar. Her customer service was awesome.
Finally! An upscale dining venue that will not disappoint! Everything was above board! The venue, food, service, wait staff! I would highly recommend!!! You will not be disappointed. Our party ordered the fried green tomatoes, cognac sauced prawns, fried flounder, filet mignon, mashed potatoes, green beans, roasted vegetables, Brussels sprouts and chicken and waffles. Exquisite. Period. To top all of this off……the warm bread pudding with a scoop of vanilla ice cream??? Everything deserved a chef’s kiss!!!!! Make your reservation pronto. This is the hottest thing going in McDonough! ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
Alisia was our server and she was awesome very knowledgeable of the menu and suggested the best items I’ll definitely be back
Princess our server was Excellent! The food is amazing! We had the fried whole flounder and salmon, and it didn’t disappoint! The ambience is warm and elegant! We will be back!
We spontaneously stopped by on the way back to Warner Robins to celebrate our anniversary. We didn’t have a reservation so we sat at the bar. My husband ordered the lamb chops and I ordered the Lobster Belmar Pasta. Both dishes were delicious. JC was our bartender/waitress and she was the BEST!!! I had the two Peach Flames and my husband has the Smoked Old Fashion! 10/10 recommend. JC moves around that bar so effortlessly. We also met Maury, the wine connoisseur, who is from Warner Robins like myself. He was VERY friendly. We will most definitely return and we are going to sit at the bar so we can chat with JC. It was a nice ending to our 18th anniversary!
If you are a visitor to McDonough (as I was), this is absolutely a place to visit. The dishes were pretty delicious. Our group ordered the wings, the jumbo shrimp, the ceasar salad and the pasta dish. All were fantastic as I mentioned in the first sentence. Parking is a bit of a beast if you are coming for dinner because parking right on the square was full so we had to park about a block away and walk. Otherwise, great spot to eat..!
My husband and I had an exciting adventure on a Wednesday evening - dinner at Pandora on the Square! To our surprise, the square was surprisingly busy for a weekday, which is a positive sign! However, we had to drive around a few times before finding parking. Fortunately, the hostess seated us promptly. The ambiance and atmosphere were great. Our server, Robert, was incredibly professional, kind, and efficient. We decided to share the appetizer, which were fried green tomatoes ($14). They were hot (in temperature) and incredibly tasty. For our main entrees, we opted for shrimp and grits (S&G $28) and lamb chops ($44). Both dishes had flavor, but the lamb chops were significantly better than the S&G. We understand that your establishment is relatively new, and I’m sure you’ll continue to improve with time. However, I have one suggestion: consider lowering the main entree prices by $5.00. After a tip, we ended up spending over $175 (including a bottle of wine $44). While we don’t mind spending money, we believe that these price adjustments might help retain returning customers. We plan to visit again.
Went here a couple weeks back and food was very flavorful & good. I can’t remember our servers name, but he was very helpful & pleasant. I ordered the shrimp & grits which was seasoned just right. The shrimp were a nice size and great. I had an old-fashion for a drink. For $18 I thought it should’ve been more in the glass. It was under half full, but it was a smooth. My only downside were the gnats flying over our food as our table was seated next to the window. It was annoying to keep swatting. Hopefully they are switched out for fake ones to solve problems for other patrons. Also the location is within the square so it’s only street parking or parking down the way at another bldg.
My time here was a pretty positive experience. Our server, Amanda, was very attentive and did her best to ensure we had everything we needed. Definitely some of the best service I’ve had. The food was pretty okay. A few items were either undercooked or overcooked and the shrimp and grits had an acquired taste. The bread pudding was the best part of the meal! Would definitely get again! Overall, I believe the service and atmosphere was great, but I don’t believe the food was worth the price. However, given the rave reviews/recommendations I had received from friends it could have just been an off day.
The service was slow from start to finish. It took a while to get water, drinks, the appetizer, lunch, and the bill. The food was good. Parking was a challenge. The cauliflower appetizer and shrimp po by sandwich were excellent. The chicken sandwich was above average. The espresso martini was excellent. It had a strong coffee flavor and is one of the best I’ve had in a while. The apple-sweet potato fries were fresh and crispy. I normally don’t eat sweet potato fries with ketchup but these were the exception. The serving staff were pleasant during all interactions. We will return to explore the dinner menu.
We arrived for our reservation for my husband's birthday and were seated at a very small round table near the bar. We asked the hostess for a real table and since the manager/owner heard us she advised it would be a few minutes since she did have patrons leaving. It's obvious the wait staff does not have much experience but they were friendly. We ordered the prawn appetizer and it arrived cold. The waitress returned with a new dish she stated she saw come off the stove and it wasn't much warmer. The shrimp was not deveined which I think is ridiculous for the cost and the cornbread was cold as if it was just taken out the refrigerator- the prawns did have a good taste though. The tomahawk we requested medium well was more medium or medium rare but was delicious. I believe they forgot to season the green beans (not pictured because they came out later) but the serving size is right, the mashed potatoes were great, the Brussel Sprouts were good, and the Old Fashions were well worth the price. We were not offered dessert which we may have ordered so I cannot speak on the options. We also saw a few people with crab legs which we were told came with the pasta that was not on the menu. The waitress couldn't tell me much about it but said I could order it, I was more concerned with what other dishes they had which were also not on the menu which I felt was minimal. It's great to see a black owned upscale restaurant in the area and I think it could be much better in the future (you can tell they're trying) but I don't believe I'd return; we've had much better for similar/less cost.
My experience at Pandora on the Square was disappointing overall. The servers were not very friendly, and in my experience, places that automatically add gratuity often don’t provide A1 service and this was no exception. The menu was very limited for large parties, which was frustrating. To make matters worse, our food arrived last, after everyone else in our group had already finished eating, packed up, and were ready to leave. We informed two different staff members that we had not yet received our food, yet there was still a significant delay. When the food finally arrived, the quality missed the mark. Several dishes were cold, the salmon was not fully cooked, and the tomato-based rice was overly mushy and overcooked. The wings were honestly the only item I enjoyed from the limited menu. Parking is also limited, which added to the inconvenience. Overall, I was truly disappointed with this experience. I may give the restaurant one more try in the future to explore the full menu, but this visit did not meet expectations.
I asked for a bigger table because me and my husband can't fit on those little 2 table that are like 5 inches wide and the hostess says it makes sense to seat people at a small table..but she agreed on a bigger table, but my husband was uncomfortable in the bucket chairs they have. The fried green tomatoes was not cooked all the way through, the batter was wet. I ordered medium lamb, sub mashed potatoes for Brussels was charged $8 for sub and received rare lamb- i took it home to cook(by the way there were MANY plates going back to the kitchen), we sub fries for salad charged $8, and none of the food was horrible but it was just ok. We ordered truffle pasta and that was the only thing we ate that tasted good. We waited 10 min for a shot of tequila for whatever reason.I thought it was more of a fine dining establishment, but it was more as "come as you are" with the dresscode so i was overdressed....overall I was not blown away by my experience,my server was nice but you can tell she was new.... its not worth it for me to go back.
This place is beautiful. Nice music. Great service. I got sea bass for market price. It was cooked to perfection and the flavor was on point. My only issue is the cost versus what you get. For $45, I was expecting either a whole sea bass or at least 2 filets on an actual bed of rice. It comes with rice and greens garnish on top. The rice was no bed, it was a spoonful of rice covered with sauce. The dish was delicious but as soon as I finished this "appetizer", I knew after the concert, I would be stopping for fast food afterwards. My stomach was still empty. I understand this place is new. My wish is that they address concerns of their guests and make changes that's best for their guests and their business. I will always support black owned business and I hope for this restaurant a very bright future. *Thanks to the chef for coming to our table to address my friends concerns about their meal. The complimentary desserts were divine.
I visited Pandora on the Square for my birthday with my boyfriend, and while the restaurant itself is visually beautiful, the overall experience fell short especially for the price point. We ordered the $145 tomahawk steak with roasted Brussels sprouts and mashed potatoes. Unfortunately, the presentation was very poor. The steak was served on a large cutting board that was not properly contained, causing juices to leak onto the table and drip onto the floor. We brought this to our waitress’s attention, and while she did clean the floor, the leaking continued. It honestly felt like the restaurant is not prepared to properly serve a steak of that size, which was disappointing given the cost. The shrimp appetizer was also unexpected in a bad way. The shrimp were served whole, not peeled or deveined, which made the dish very messy and awkward to eat. Between the leaking steak juices and the shrimp, the entire meal felt unrefined and chaotic. My boyfriend even ended up getting sauce on his shirt. Additionally, he ordered soda water, which surprisingly took quite some time and added to the service frustration. While the drinks were good and the ambiance is nice, the portion sizes were not shareable, especially considering the high prices. For what you’re paying, the food presentation, service flow, and overall execution should be much better. Overall, due to the service issues and poor food presentation especially the tomahawk steak—we will not be returning. This restaurant has potential, but significant improvements are needed to justify the prices they charge.
My friends and I were there a few nights ago and were very excited as we’re all foodies and we’re looking forward to a fine dining experience. Unfortunately we were so disappointed. We had reservations for 7pm and were seated under 5 mins. That was the highlight of our evening. Our server had little to no experience. We ordered a bottle of wine and when he returned he placed it on the table and asked if we were ready to order. No taste pour, no pouring at all. When we were ready to order a few of our selections were out and being substituted. Huh? The lamb chops were overcooked and tough, the salmon (which was a substitute for halibut) was undercooked, the saffron rice had no taste and the campanelle pasta was missing the crispy leeks and shaved Parmesan. Oh and did I mention- everything was cold!! We didn’t even eat the salmon dinner. We had ordered a second bottle of wine and ended up cancelling and getting our check. I totally understand that this is a new place and you’re still getting your footing which is why I’m not writing you off just yet. The atmosphere was nice and the decor was very elegant. I’d suggest training your staff better and if you know you can’t offer something on the menu before service begins, print a special menu of the day. I’ll return in a few months to give it another shot.
Appetizers were good but our main dishes lacked flavor. Crab on the pasta dish was dry and over cooked. Fish was salty and the pasta didn’t hit. I was so disappointed. It would be nice if the dinner menu had a bit more choice as well.
When we first walked into Pandora on the Square in McDonough, Georgia, the experience started off well. The host was polite and very welcoming, and our waitress, Alex, was attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. Unfortunately, that’s where the positives ended. This restaurant is marketed as an upscale, Black-owned establishment, so our expectations were high especially after ordering the $145 tomahawk steak, expecting a dining experience that justified the price. Sadly, it did not. First, the steak did not come with any sides everything was à la carte, which wasn’t clearly communicated upfront I had to ask. Even more disappointing, the steak wasn’t sliced or prepared tableside. It was served whole on the bone, leaving us to cut it ourselves, with juices dripping all over the table. For that price point, presentation and execution matter. Now for the sides a major letdown. The garlic butter mashed potatoes had no noticeable garlic or butter flavor. The asparagus tasted like it was simply cooked in oil and placed on the plate, with little to no seasoning. At one point, a woman who appeared to be either the owner or manager came by and asked if everything was okay. I was honest and said no, explaining that the sides were not seasoned properly. Her response was to ask if I wanted her to bring out more seasoning. Absolutely not. I am not the chef it should have been seasoned correctly before it reached the table. To top it off, the espresso martini was overpriced, adding to the feeling that this place is trying to charge Nobu-level prices in a small-town setting. This isn’t Atlanta. For this cost and quality, I would choose STK or Steak Market 44 any day over this restaurant. I’ll be honest I had read mixed reviews before coming and expressed my concerns, but my husband wanted us to try it for ourselves, thinking some people may be overly critical. Unfortunately, those reviews were spot on. Overall, we were extremely underwhelmed. 10 out of 10 would NOT recommend.
As someone that frequents fine dining restaurants in the Atlanta metro area, I was so excited to get the chance to visit Pandora on the Square. The restaurant is beautiful and the ambience is amazing. I came in for my birthday and RSVP'd in advance. We waited 25 minutes to be seated in the cold as the greeter stated they didn't have propane for the outside heaters. The server had an attitude because I didn't want to pass cocktail drinks down the table to others. They were out of a lot of items, this was very disappointing. On top of the server's clearly unnecessary attitude, the glazed carrots were cold and served in a chipped plate. This is clearly a health code violation in the state of Georgia. I know that they are newly opened but certain blatant violations should not be tolerated. I hope things will change soon as they become more accustomed to being an established restaurant. I'd really hoped to experience fine dining within my city limits but lacked this restaurant lacked the expertise.
I’m here arrived at 9:43 I sat and sat I wasn’t approached I had to get a Service attention to place an order. I placed an order for my food ! 40 minutes later the guy who takes my order walks by to tell me they’re out of lamb chops and the only thing they have to replace this pork chops! I also ordered an appetizer that is not come to the table and it is currently 10:56 PM ! This is very unprofessional , unpleasant and unorganized ! Number one I don’t eat pork chops number two pork and lamb are on two different scales. There is no sense of time here! Instead of helping, everyone is walking around with her nose, stuck up in their faces, looking stink! I would highly recommend not spending your time or money here !
