We've been ordering here since they opened. And that's been over 30 times! Only once was the pie not up to standard. But I called and spoke with a manager and they replaced it. This is easily the "Best tasting Pizza chain in Collin County"!

Marco's Pizza located at Ridge Rd. & McKinney Ranch PKWY is the best! It's my birthday week, so Marco's sent me an email for a free small, 1 topping pizza to celebrate! I ordered pepperoni, and it was fantastic! The cheese, the perfect crust, spiced, excellent! Husband loves the cheese pizza with Canadian bacon & pineapple. The crust is slightly crispy on the outside and perfect inside. ❤❤❤❤❤

Ordered two pizzas-pepperoni and garden. Good amount of toppings and pizza delicious Greek salad was also a winner. Order ready in time quoted and staff were friendly as always.

This is one of my favorite pizza places, love the atmosphere and the energy of the employees, I have ordered a garden pizza and it was beyond my expectations, the pizza was in a perfect circle and the ingredients were evenly distributed and the whole pizza was evenly cooked. I also ordered cinnamon squares and they were amazing and packaged neatly. I can tell the new owners are putting lots of love into this store and taking care of it really well.

Overall food was amazing, I ordered a 10 piece wing and 2 all meats, they did really well with the portions of ingredients, the wings were well cooked. When I came here a month ago, the only bad experience I had was talking to this teenage girl, she had a very negative attitude, other than that I love this place, I will always order from this Marcos 😁!

Pizza is always great but customer service is lacking a bit. I had a take out order that I placed and was told 5 minutes so I waited in the dining area but they never informed me when it was ready. They also forgot to put the sauce in the box so I had to go back to get that

It’s decent food! The wings were ordered in advance. The chicken was kind of dry in some pieces but had some flavors but I have definitely had worse. It was very last minute decision to order cause of time. The food was ready for pick up when we arrived so no wait for us.

I am really disappointed. There wings used to be off the chain. They were a good size wing. I ordered them today and are literally the smallest wing I have ever seen on top of that they didn’t put sauce on it. I called them and worked out a 50% off next order but honestly I am going to order them one more time and if they are that tiny R.I.P Marcos Pizza it was seriously embarrassing how small them things were.

Love the BOGO Tuesday deal. But I do NOT love that the app tells me my order is ready, then when I drive to the store, I still have to wait another 10-15 minutes. Multiple times this has happened, and im always given the same excuse: that something went wrong in the oven or on the track and they had to start over. Then why tell your system the order is ready?! I like to leave fat tips at the counter in the tip jar when things go right, but they just never really do. Only thing I've ever been offered for the 'mistakes' is parmesean and crushed red pepper.

I feel sorry for the staff, the new owners are tragically horrible and have completely degraded and destroyed the standard of operating previous to their ownership. I was(because I am no longer) a regular customer at this location for the last year and it never disappointed me. As soon as the new owners took over there was a complete neglect and disregard of customer service. The real story is that 8 of the 12 staff who were there quit the first week, and they were wonderful people who worked insanely hard and did their craft well. This is a real shame that I’m done with this place. It’s quite literally sad because this establishment was a huge part of my life.

Ordered a pepperoni magnifico today for lunch. Pictured is an XL pie I received. I mentioned to the maker that it looks quite skimpy in pepperoni vs their ad in the store on the counter vs how it usually comes-- he said some people put too much on there.... Well, he didn't put enough on mine apparently. Check out the screenshot from the app vs what I actually received. I also noticed the edges are quite wide for an XL-- that's a lot of space wasted... Update: I followed the instructions from the owners reply and have not heard back. I even submitted it again days later and still haven't heard back from both attempts. It's been several weeks now and they've had plenty of time to respond to 'make it right'. I don't appreciate the intentional skimping of ingredients as proven by my photos, and the response I think was just to collect my information. Quality and expectations should be the same regardless of an employee's opinion. I've now scratched this place off my preferred 'nearby' pizza list and can no longer recommend. It's back to dominoes... At least if dominoes skimps, yes, they all do at times, they make it right quickly. It's just a pizza. Update: months later, no reply from corporate. Sad really. Still off my list.

Did a custom order with "white sauce". Zero sauce pizza arrived. Just dry flatbread basically. Called to inquire and was at first told they could deliver another. Well, not even five minutes later someone named Brad called me back to tell me that he made the pizza personally and that their "white sauce" was garlic, water and butter which apparently gets soaked up by the thin crust pizza (well duh, it's basically wattered down garlic butter) so it comes out dry. He acknowledged that the description online should be updated to accurately reflect this and apologized but that's all. No offer to send something that actually tastes like pizza.

I don’t recommend delivery from this location, I gave a $15 tip for contactless delivery to my front door and had to walk around the block to find my pizza from the driver. Overall total for the order was less than the tip. I tried to call the facility to talk to the manager for further clarification for the person to answer the phone to say “we will have to call you back” and hang up. Disappointed

The sauce was bland, the cheese had the texture and meltiness of cheese but little of the flavor which makes me suspect it meets the absolute bare minimum FDA requirements to be called cheese and nothing more. Crust was ok. Legitimately think Walmart's market side pizza is better and it is about half the cost. Swing a dead cat at any one of Marco's competitors the pizza will probably be better.
