First thing I gotta recommend here is the spicy chicken. The lamb and beef were good, but the spicy chicken was excellent. It was so tender, juicy, and flavorful. We ordered one of the combo's that fed 4-6 people and it was just the right amount of food and everyone at the table agreed the food was delicious, but the chicken was the favorite. The lahmajun was delicious, but because it's so light I would say its more of an appetizer than a meal. For dessert we ordered the sutlach and the kunafa. The sutlach was my favorite because I'm a sucker for rice pudding. The kunafa was delicious and not too sweet and also had a pistachio type filling inside. Next time I come back I will definitely be ordering the spicy chicken and the sutlach.

Sultan was the perfect venue for my wedding anniversary celebration. The ambiance was exquisite, setting the stage for a memorable occasion. We indulged in a delightful array of dishes, including hummus, kabobs, kanafa, and Turkish coffee. Each dish was a symphony of flavors that tantalized our taste buds. The service was warm and attentive, making us feel truly welcome. We eagerly anticipate our return to Sultan, eager to explore more of their delectable menu.

Pavan Chowdary Kanagala

A good Middle Eastern restaurant with plenty of delicious food options. The ambience and service are both impressive. I personally enjoyed the spicy chicken kebab and the lamb shish kebab from what I tried. Their house garlic sauce is also worth mentioning. I like to end my meal with the Samawar tea, which is a favourite here. Overall, it’s a great place for a satisfying meal, though it is on the pricier side.

This is a special place, not your everyday Mediterranean joint but a place for special occasions because the food is awesome and the service is top notch. Food is all Zabiha halal. The staff is very welcoming and courteous. Will be going back when I can.

This place is top notch! Our usual Mediterranean go to place was closed, so we decided to try something new and ended up thankful it worked out as it did. Riffat the manager was very welcoming, friendly and personable. The cuisine is authentic and everything was cooked perfectly. The atmosphere is lovely and quaint. We will definitely be back and will recommend this place to everyone!

Amazing experience all around! The hummus was fresh and delicious, the spicy chicken full of flavor, and the lamb chops perfectly cooked. The creamy pasta was rich and comforting. We drove 25 minutes to the restaurant’s second day of opening, only to find no one welcoming us or ready to seat us. We ended up having to choose a table ourselves. Table was not clean and there was a bread basket left over from previous customer. After waiting for 20 minutes, no one came to talk to us or take our order or even bring us some water. In desperation, my wife had to approach them directly to request for at least some fries for our toddler, which they never delivered. To make it worse, while we were waiting for a waiter to take our order, the owner's 12-year-old son was sent to our table to tell us that they had run out of food! This made me to speak to the owner, who promised to take care of us, but unfortunately, that never happened. In the end, we had no choice but to leave the restaurant. The table next to ours had a similar frustrating experience. It was evident that their friends and family who were invited received preferential treatment and they had no time for us. They also need to have a better menu, the current one is super short with no description for items listed in the menu. Hope the owner take my review as a way to improve their business and customer services. ⭐️ Updated Review: [Updated after second visit] I originally left a two-star review based on our first visit during the restaurant's second day of opening, which was honestly a frustrating experience. However, I’m very happy to say that our second visit completely changed our impression. The service was attentive and warm, and the food absolutely exceeded expectations. The Iraqi quzi, makluba, lamb kebab, and sultai were all rich in flavor, beautifully presented, and cooked to perfection. The appetizer platter was fresh and a great start to the meal. It’s clear the team has made real improvements in both service and operations. We’ll definitely be back and look forward to trying more dishes. Kudos to the owner and staff for turning things around.

This place is a gem! Came here for the second time and it was so inviting and cozy as usual. Our server was so kind and helpful recommending their best dishes. His hospitality was so wonderful and we felt at home here. The lamb kebab is my go-to meal and it's the perfect blend of flavors! I wish I could eat this all the time! We also ordered the hummus and it was perfect! We came on a Tuesday night, so the vibe was more chill but was told their weekends are more busy. Love this place and will be back again soon!

UPDATE: Owner replied lying. You did not offer or add a 20% from the bill. Not only did we pay full price but the bill had added items we did not order which we asked to correct. Regarding the tea and rose. A rose was at every table and tea was served to everyone for free. We only cared for the food we ordered which was not delivered . Please do not lie. Ordered the 2 people platter and the shish tawook was completely undercooked. We were disgusted but that's okay. Mistakes happen. I wouldn't give a bad review because of that. We told the waiter and he apologized and said it would be fixed right away. After waiting 15 to 20 minutes additional just for the shish tawook the waiter comes out with the incorrect chicken. Not shish tawook but some cheap chicken thighs with different marinade and full of fat. When the owner asked just how the food was I told him we never got the shish tawook he said oh well would you like me to bring that for you. What do you mean??? OBVIOUSLY OR DON'T CHARGE US FOR IT. Feeling embarrassed we said no because by that time all our other food was done and we didn't want to eat anymore. When it was time to pay we were charged for additional items we didn't order at all which made us even more annoyed. Tip for the restaurant instead of being nice to a customer at the beginning and giving free tea just focus on giving people what they order and cook it correctly and don't overcharge and add additional random items on the receipt.
