Hands down the best Shah’s the Huntington area! Food is always amazing, you can’t go wrong with the lamb over rice! The staff is always extremely pleasant and generous when it comes to their servings! Definitely a must visit!

This Melville location is a hidden gem! Their chicken over rice platter is hands down the best I've had. It’s juicy, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. The gyro is equally amazing, with tender meat and a delicious balance of spices. But the real game changer is their green and white sauces. It’s absolutely incredible and takes the dishes to another level. And don’t sleep on the hot wings either, as they’re crispy, spicy, and full of flavor. Every meal here is fresh, filling, and a great value. I highly recommend it!

I had an amazing experience!! Their cheeseburger was spot on. It was juicy, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. The French fries were crispy and seasoned just right, adding the perfect crunch to my meal. I also tried the Philly cheesesteak with extra white sauce, and it was absolutely delicious. The meat was tender, the cheese melted perfectly, and the white sauce added a great creamy touch. Definitely recommend if you're craving some tasty, satisfying halal food!

I feel like iv been to every single Sha's Halal. I'm mostly vegetarian, I usually don't share that information but every single time I go to shah's halal and I get a vegetarian plate they give me a small portion. This is the first and only Sha's to give me a respectable and correct portion size when ordering a vegetarian falafel plate. The staff is also polite and the entire store is clean ,the bathroom is also clean. This might be run-on sentence but before you check my grammer run-on down to Shah's Halal of Melville and try the falafel plate. I suggest you try it with a tiny bit of every sauce they got. Don't forget the tahini it's worth it!

The food was so fresh and good I forgot to snap a picture at the beginning! I had a mixed platter with chicken and falafel as my protein, the falafel was banging! Crispy on the outside and soft and aromatic on the inside. A great go to lunch or late night dinner spot!

This place is great! The best shahs halal that I have been to. Nas (owner) is so respectful and genuine! The food was tasty and place was cozy and bright. The Philly cheesesteak is slamming in the chicken over rice just hits the spot!!!! Woooweeeee

Really loved the food besides the lamb smelled a bit not strong. But we totally enjoyed it. I would recommend people to actually come to this location specifically and eat it. Because I had food from shah’s at queens location and that didn’t seem this tasty. The only problem I faced was with this hispanic server lady in this location who was hesitant to give us food. She was only putting less than half tablespoon of each item we were asking to give us for the platter. So we asked her to give more quantity. Later she said to me she should charge us more because we asked for one spoon of the food item. Otherwise, the man with the beard he was very good with his service that’s why I am giving three stars for him. He heated up the kofta we asked for. He properly served us the food. I think he is the manager and I wish him luck. I hope to see more people visiting this location for the amazing food.

I got straight up food poisoning last night after eating here. Tomato & cucumber salad felt off and I was right but to late. Guys u need to pay attention to what you feed to people !

I've ordered plenty of shahs combo's from other shahs and ther right on point, this particular restaurant in Melville does not give proper meat portions everytime almost next to nothing except all rice and salad .I would never order from here again. Not Once did this happen,But three times never again.

I’ve eaten at many Shah’s Halal Food locations, but this is by far the worst experience I’ve had. The lady at the counter puts an extremely small amount of chicken — I’ve never seen such a small portion at any other branch. The tomatoes and cucumbers are much larger than they should be and don’t look fresh at all. I recommend visiting the Shah’s Halal in Huntington — they serve generous portions of chicken and everything there is very fresh. Lastly, it would be nice if you could sometimes keep the front door open to let some fresh air in, as the place feels very stuffy. I hope you take this review as constructive feedback rather than criticism, and use it to improve your service.
