Cute little Jem we found otw to catch the ferry, all their bakes are so pretty, the pistachio mousse cake and the lemon curd was a stand out winner for me. SO GOOD!! My partner can’t take regular milk and they offer lactose-free milk option as well that is a always a plus point and tastier over oat or soy milk

Great spot to stop off and reset. They had a variety of pastry options to choose from. We ordered the tiramisu croissant, the strawberry croissant and the doughnut. All of them were amazing! Soft and flavoursome. Lots of people were sitting outside but we opted to be inside and there were plenty of space. Staff were friendly and accommodating.

The absolute best pastries I've ever had! Service is perfect, quick and efficient. They have so much to choose from we came here 3 times for breakfast the 3 nights we spent in mennagio. The seating area is gorgeous, outdoor views of the lake peaking through and overall green vibe throughout. My favourites were the passionfruit, lime, strawberry chocolate and pistachio ones 🤤 Highly recommend, a literal dream

We stopped here for a vegan croissant and a almond milk cappuccino and it was delicious! Got a table outside the front door (under the archway). Staff were friendly and helpful, service was quick, and food was lovely!

I tried the tiramisu croissant, which was incredibly flaky and filled with smooth, rich cream, dusted with cocoa – a heavenly twist on the classic dessert. The cannoli were equally impressive: perfectly crisp on the outside, with one filled with creamy ricotta and pistachios, the other with chocolate chips – both bursting with flavor. Inside, the pastry display is stunning. It’s a colorful showcase of beautifully crafted mini desserts, each looking like a piece of edible art. The variety is amazing, and everything is made with clear attention to detail. Whether you’re a local or just passing through, this place is worth a detour. Friendly service, top-quality pastries, and a true celebration of Italian dolce. Highly recommended!

Pasticceria Cassera Moretti is a very nice desert place to eat at in Menaggio! Their selection of gelato and pastries is incredible and I loved their Lemon gelato and could tell that it was fresh! The service was really nice and helped us through the language barrier. The atmosphere was definitely worth going there as it provides a shield from the hot sun and you can sit amidst many rooted plants. Overall, this may easily be one of the best deserts place around Lake Como and probably the best in Menaggio!

A Delightful Pastry Shop in Menaggio 🧁 If you're in Menaggio and looking for a cute and cosy pastry shop, this place is a must-visit! The interior is charming and welcoming, creating a perfect spot to enjoy a relaxing break. The staff was incredibly friendly and polite, making our visit even more enjoyable. My husband and I ordered a cappuccino and hot chocolate, both of which were absolutely delicious. We also tried four different types of cakes, and each one was outstanding. I highly recommend the Panacotta cake and the pistachio mousse cake—both were simply divine! The prices are very reasonable; we paid only around €15 for everything. Additionally, they offer lovely souvenirs, such as beautifully packaged cookies in elegant metal tins and bottled drinks. We will definitely be coming back. Highly recommended! 😊

One of the best pastry shops we had during our stay. Hot chocolate was to die for 🥰 and all sweets were perfectly made. Pistachio croissant was excellent. Nice atmosphere and great service!

Perfect place for having a breakfast croissant & coffee & fresh orange juice. I really liked their cappuccino & pistachio croissant and kept on coming back during my stay in Menaggio. The staffs are very friendly and attentive. They have a cozy seating space in the courtyard where you can enjoy the coffee under the shade. The price is much more reasonable compared to the other terraces facing the lake or main plaza. All the pastries and sweets look beautiful, I’d love to come back there to try more.

Great little pasticceria in Menaggio. Location: very central, a bit hidden in a side street, under an arch. Food: very tasty pastry creations. It even offers breakfast options: you have to try the pancakes with wild berries! One of the best pancakes I ever had!

Amazing pastries at reasonable prices. We ate there every morning. Peaceful outdoor seating available and nice tables inside too.

L’impasto del croissant è molto buono. Si sente il burro, ma non in modo eccessivo. Ne ho preso uno alla crema: impasto molto croccante e crema squisita perchè per nulla dolce e poi uno alla Nutella: impasto più morbido ( che ho preferito per i miei gusti), peccato che la Nutella era pochina e solo un po’ sopra il cornetto, ma dentro vuota. In conclusione sarebbe bello se il ripieno fosse di più. Per il resto consigliatissimo per la colazione perché c’è molta scelta e varietà per tutti i gusti.

Ottima pasticceria in centro a Menaggio. Abbiamo bevuto un cappuccino, un latte macchiato ( bravissimi portano il latte separato dal caffè in modo che ciascuno possa scegliere in base al proprio gusto come macchiarlo ) . Ho provato la crostata ai frutti di bosco ( la consiglio ) e ben due maritozzi uno vuoto e uno con la crema . Da riprovare assolutamente

Bel bar pasticceria dove ho fatto colazione un sabato mattina... Il locale è posto in zona tranquilla. Ha tavoli sia interni che esterni. Vasta scelta di brioches e pasticcini... Dovessi ripassare in zona ci tornerei volentieri.

Location molto carina in centro a Menaggio. Sono stata più volte a fare colazione...buona la veneziana e la sfoglia di mele cappuccino nella norma...non cremoso e caldo come piace a me... però quando vado a Menaggio ci passo sempre poi inoltre ora vendono anche il pane

In gita a Menaggio su lago di Como, ho fatto colazione in questa famosa pasticceria del piccolo centro. Paste e brioches non mi hanno particolarmente colpito. Servizio scarso e disordinato, molti tavoli strapieni di tazze,bicchieri e mai ripuliti per permettere ad altri clienti di accomodarsi. Vogliono fare i raffinati , ma non sono in grado. Peccato, perché il locale è anche carino !!

Cibo e caffè ottimi ma servizio misero: mi sono seduta a un tavolo che doveva ancora essere sbarazzato, nessuno l ha fatto prima che mi portassero l ordinazione, arriva la ragazza mi serve caffè e dolce senza sbarazzare né pulire, depositando tazza e piatto in mezzo agli altri sporchi, non ha pulito, le ho anche chiesto" può portar via per favore?," non ha sentito o fatto finta. Sono passate tante volte le cameriere li davanti e nessuna che abbia ripulito, efficienza zero. Prima di servire il nuovo si porta via il vecchio, e si pulisce. Io non pago solo il cibo ma anche il servizio( visto i prezzi!) Per favore cercate di essere piu efficienti e di sorridere. Grazie.

A cosy spot in the heart on Menaggio. Great Xmas atmosphere, delicious coffee and very attentive staff. Shame about the croissant that wasn't that I asked. In the end I couldn't be bother to ask again. All in all a lovely cafè.

Aggiornamento agosto 2025 Rivedo la mia recensione di qualche anno fa (2021) perché purtroppo il servizio è drasticamente peggiorato. Non c’è più servizio al tavolo. Ora devi prima pagare alla cassa e dare il numero del tavolo. Ti vengono date le paste a mano e aspetti in media 10 minuti per ricevere il caffè. Se sei da solo è una missione quasi impossibile perché non puoi riservare il tavolo e allo stesso tempo ordinare alla casa. Senza menzionare il caos che quindi si crea nell’area cassa. Nonostante le paste siano indubbiamente deliziose, penso che il servizio sia totalmente inaccettabile per una pasticceria di alto livello. Spero che la proprietária la legga come una critica construtiva essendo cliente da diversi anni. — Frequento felicemente questa pasticceria da ormai moltissimi anni, sopratutto d’estate. Il locale é stato recentemente rinnovato con molto gusto e attenzione per i dettagli. Gli arredi e i colori solo moderni e accoglienti. D’estate é possibile fare colazione all’aperto in un cortile adorabile e tranquillo. L’emergenza Covid mi ha permesso di stare sul lago anche durante l'inverno e quindi di poter frequentare la pasticceria lontano dal caos estivo e posso solo confermarne la qualità (consiglio di provare il famoso maritozzo) e la gentilezza dello staff - non scontata da trovare sul lago- soprattutto della proprietaria. Come segnalato anche in altre recensioni, consiglio di migliorare i tempi di attesa del servizio che spesso - soprattutto d’estate e nelle ore calde del weekend - sono lunghi. Per il resto, vi consiglio di programmare una pausa caffé in questa piccola perla del lago! (Lascio alcune foto fatte negli anni per ingolosirvi)

Servizio pessimo, o meglio è un self-service, paghi e te lo portano. Ragazze non preparate e scorbutiche. Da quando una cioccolata costa come una tisana??!!3.50€!!prezzo da ladri. Iniziare con voi il 2026 è stato davvero di buon auspico.
