If I’m being completely blunt, this is hands down the best dispensary in Tucson! Dora always makes sure she takes care of me and goes the extra mile to make sure I leave with everything I need. Dora and everyone else that works here are such kind souls. I encourage everyone to stop by and check out the sweet deals they have too!

It has been a while seen the last time I been to this dispensary. I want to say about 3 yrs now. Since the last time my family and I was homeless. But we good now thank God. However, I'm back no; that I stay close by now. Anyways come on down here to get medicated. They have some good ass bud here I promise you won't be disappointed.

Went in last week and Dora was my bud tender and let me tell you every single time she is my bud tender I legitimately have the BEST experience. Her knowledge and personality are one of a kind, she acknowledges that I'm a loyal customer and drive an hour and half atleast once or twice a week and totally makes my time worth it. Keep up the exceptional customer service , you have made this my go to store :)

The tattooed female budtender acted like it it was her first day there although I'm positive it wasn't. Multiple guys had to help her out multiple times, while I stood there waiting behind the person she was helping for 15 mins on a whopping $68 sale. Finally a guy told me he could help me instead, and he got my order together in about 2 mins. The bad part is they don't take CCs when everyone else does. Need to get that sorted out. And I got no 1st time customer deals because they were having a sale that day. So I got treated like everyone else. Not a great way to encourage new business, which it looked like they needed, as they were the most dead dispo I've even been into.

This place is a massive let down. Go to Sol Flower instead. Better prices and much better quality.

I’ve been here twice and I don’t think I will return. Everything is egregiously over priced and the quality of the products do not justify the price. When asked if they take Canpay, the staff member said she didn't know. And them without even trying to find out decides it's not something the business uses. Says something like "I don't remember my manager saying anything like that." I pressed her bc many Trulieve locations use it. She did not offer any customer service whatsoever or try and figure out if they accepted it. Just pointed me to the ATM. When I left, I checked canpay and this store is listed as a location that accepts it. Annoyed that people can't get off their asses to help. Thanks for the help!!!!

Says something like "I don't remember my manager saying anything like that." I pressed her bc many Trulieve locations use it. She did not offer any customer service whatsoever or try and figure out if they accepted it. Just pointed me to the ATM. When I left, I checked canpay and this store is listed as a location that accepts it. Annoyed that people can't get off their asses to help. Thanks for the help!!!!

This was starting to seriously piss me off. I called ahead and confirmed the price, then rode my bike all the way out here, and somehow when I arrive my cart and the pricing are magically different. Then I get told I need “proof.” What kind of business operates like this? Who the hell screenshots their shopping cart just to protect themselves from the store changing the deal? I’ve been a Trulieve customer since 2019 in Florida, and this is the kind of garbage you pull over ($55 − $37.50) × 2 = $35? You’re willing to burn a long-term customer over thirty-five dollars and pretend it’s the customer’s fault for not documenting your own quote. That’s not a mistake. That’s bait-and-switch behavior

I usually order online and pick up - I guess that's a better choice.

Thank you for reminding me of those reasons. I suggest The Prime Leaf on Park and Earth's healing north and south. They are very professional. This dispensary could learn something from them.
