Very tasty burger, good fries, helpful friendly staff
I had a nice dinner there with family. Easy to order, and fast service. We had hamburgers, shakes and fish and chips all were so good an ok prices for the town. The restaurant looks clean and plenty of parking. I will definitely go backs
I love Jeffrey's. Real food. Real milk shakes with real ice cream. Nice people. Fun decor. Can't wait to take my grandchidren.
Classic burger, shake, hotdogs and fries shack 10/10 🔥
Jeffrey's hamburgers are always great - always!! Actually, anything I have ever tried here is great! And they have gluten free buns - which isn't always easy to find. It is clean, has great service and is almost always busy - from babies to seniors. Within walking distance to the cinema to. One of my favorite go-to places!
The Burger Bowl was gigantic. Really larger than any one person could consume but Excellent to share. The garlic fries were truly loaded with garlic but it is great to eat in the bay somewhere you get enough food for the price!
This restaurant is very laid back and family oriented. It has a 50s feel and is very popular with the locals. The burgers are great and made exactly as you order them. There's a condiment bar with fresh tomatoes, pickle slices or spears, onions, lettuce, etc. so you can make your burger just the way you like it. They also have gluten free buns and a variety of fries, like garlic and sweet potato. If you like burgers, this will quickly become added to your favorites list.
Best burger I have had in a while. My 16 year old son said it was the best burger he has ever had. He had the double bacon cheeseburger. My "Burger Bowl " option was great! It was a juicy burger on top of salad greens with and avocado on top. Our service was fast and friendly. Restaurant was clean and organized, even with the constant line!
I don’t post often, only for great places. This spot is awesome, it’s the perfect burger. Friendly service, the owner is often here helping out, and like I said - it’s the perfect burger. I moved here about 2 years ago and took about a year to try it. It’s my treat to myself once a month now. Yum!
All the food here is delicious and fresh the only issue is that it is often crowded and at times can be a bit hard to find a table. They have the best milk shakes but they are huge so one could easily be split between two people which they are happy to do if you ask your cashier when you order. The line moves quick so do not be discouraged if there is one. For some reason whenever I order out from this place it just does not taste the same it looses a lot of the freshness that makes Jeffrey's so good in the delivery and take out process so I would recommend not doing take-out or delivery.
Great burgers and huge milkshakes!
Jeffrey’s has pretty good burgers, great milkshakes, rings and fries. But the hidden secret of Jeffrey’s is the amazing soup! It’s always flavorful, hearty but not overly rich. Last night I had a Mexican soup with tortilla strips and fresh Celantro. It was amazing! Shakes are super good too, old school served up with the extra mixer can for your refill. Joy.
You can get an enjoyable and messy burger here. The fries are good and the sweet potato fries are great (the ranch is a great dipping sauce). The prices are very reasonable for the area; it's got that old school diner vibe. The milkshakes are popular, although I haven't had one!
Cute old school diner. I asked for my burger to be cooked medium and it actually came out medium! Most restaurants overcook burgers. Chocolate shake was great and we enjoyed the garlic fries. We're a bit picky about fries, so this was a pleasant surprise. I spilled water on myself, and our waiter was so nice about helping clean up my mess. We'll be back!
We ordered two bacon cheese burgers, well done. What stood out to me was how juicy they were, like leaving juice in the basket juicy. The patty was well seasoned and the charred crispy edges made the burger even that much better. The basket of fries was okay, just okay. My brother and parents enjoyed their meal and we’ll definitely come back again.
Some of the best burgers around at an affordable price. Great for lunch. The customization with toppings and sauces are grand, the fries are always cooked fresh and are delicious. Plenty of other offerings ranging from sandwiches to hot dogs. Highly recommend whether it to dine in or delivered via door-dash.
wonderful burgers, nice service, red and white interiors, and good selection of beers on tap for the evening, this is how a burger place should be!
Good old fashioned burger joint. Quality American cuisine. Very tasty, really big bacon cheese burger. Fresh shakes. They have an amazing steak sandwich. I can't wait to go back. Loved this place! Pleasant atmosphere. Would definitely recommend to anyone and everyone.
This was the first restaurant my husband and I tried during our first trip to San Francisco. I was craving a good hamburger and my cousin suggested Jeffrey's. I loved the American diner atmosphere, the neat interior and their menu selection. I had the avocado burger and my husband had the cheeseburger. The burgers are cooked to your liking and they were perfect. We also has the garlic fries and the strawberry milkshake. Fries were so good and so was the milkshake. Loved the large portion size for their shakes (can easily be shared my 2-3 people). Definitely enjoyed our experience here and will be returning next time we are in Menlo Park. Appreciated the minimal noise level inside the restaurant. Thank you guys for a great time!
Amazing fish and chips!! I couldn't believe how well the fries fared in spite of the fact that I had to drive a few minutes to get the food home. I think they took special care with the takeout containers to let steam escape so things would stay crispy. Unbelievably delicious!! Very well run; all customers and staff were wearing masks and keeping well apart. Will definitely go back!
A great, little burger joint in Menlo Park. This place is pretty much what I like when it comes to getting a burger: the food is quick and super tasty, the staff is polite, and the menu is relatively simple. Especially compared to a lot of other burger joint I've been to. The portions are big, though! A single serving of fries is huge. And my friend ordered a chocolate shake and got enough for two separate glasses! This place is clean, well lit, impeccably maintained, and cozy. And when you can have a good meal for two people for less than $35, that's even better. I highly recommend this place and look forward to going back!
Best burgers around, you get that old fashioned feel, must try you will not be disappointed!
Jeffrey's is an Old school type of place. Has that feeling of a 50's Diner. The burgers are as good as they could be. Natural ingredients layered in a good form. Nothing pretentious or trying too hard. Good price and the portions are normal.
Miss the old condiment bar, but the burgers are good as ever. They do a fantastic job of producing a burger that tastes amazing, travels well, and has all of the toppings still fresh and with their original texture.
This place is a really cool kind of 50s vibe place. Super clean, friendly staff and cute decor. The hamburgers are customized by how well you want your party done and if you want cheese they have a few choices to choose from which is nice plus it comes on a bun plain so once you get it you head to the burger buffet where you add your condiments and lettuce, tomatoes, onions, jalapenos and quite a few other toppings to choose from. For burgers I honestly like the idea of doing it myself so you never get a bad burger it's got the right amount of toppings, sauce and it was all super fresh. They also have old fashioned milk shakes which are delicious and you get the extra that doesnt fit in the glass in a extra cup.
Not exactly a local diner, not exactly In-N-Out, but somewhere in between. Order first and then you serve yourself your own condiments. Super family-friendly. Don't grab ketchup because they put bottles on the tables. Fries are large and hot - definitely just get one side of them for 2-3 people. Burger is predictable but tasty.
The food is absolutely amazing. They use the best ingredients and best type of fresh meat. Absolutely love it. It is the best burger I have ever had in my life. Have visited multiple times and will visit again. The owner is also really nice and the service is top notch!
Best damn bacon cheeseburger in the Bay Area. Garlic fries are great! Great portion sizes that will make you full and satisfied :)
Always like coming here after my Hubb’ys Dr. visits. Food is always delicious friendly people work here.
Jeffery’s Burgers is hands down the best burger joint I’ve ever visited! From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted with a warm, friendly atmosphere and the delicious aroma of freshly grilled burgers. The menu offers a fantastic variety of options, catering to all tastes and dietary preferences. I tried the classic Jeffery’s Burger and it was nothing short of perfection. The beef patty was juicy and cooked to perfection, complemented by fresh, crisp lettuce, ripe tomatoes, and their special house sauce that adds just the right amount of tang. The buns were soft and perfectly toasted, holding everything together beautifully. The sides are just as impressive. The fries were crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside, and the onion rings were some of the best I’ve ever had. Their milkshakes are a must-try as well – creamy, rich, and the perfect treat to accompany your meal. What sets Jeffery’s apart, though, is the exceptional service. The staff is incredibly friendly and attentive, making sure every customer has a great experience. The place is clean, well-maintained, and the overall vibe is relaxed and welcoming. Whether you’re a local or just passing through, Jeffery’s Burgers is a must-visit. It’s the perfect spot for a casual meal with friends or family. Highly recommend!
We had circled around the peninsula to find a restaurant that we would feel comfortable to sit down and eat a hamburger. We always pass by Jeffrey’s and today we decided to go in. Let me tell you, from now on, it will be our go to. The presumed owner, was friendly and conscientious. By the small details of the restaurant ( the cleanliness of the lemon bowl, cleanliness of the bathrooms, the attention to quality and standards of portion size) I could tell that he really took pride in his work and customer experience. A pleasant nostalgia of Americana. Thank you for having us .
Really excellent burger bowls, basically a nice salad with crispy onion ringlets and pico de gallo, topped with a burger patty. Miles above 'protein style' as seen elsewhere.
Classic diner experience, food is good. It has classic diner feel and would definitely come back. I got club sandwich and onion rings ! Did not disappoint
Always a reliable place that has fast service and great food! Nothing I've tried there is disappointing. I've had most of their burgers and their Teriyaki Chicken Sandwich. The worst part was the Chicken Sandwich but it will still completely worth eating. There burgers, however are always great. I also get their Cookies n' Cream Shake and it's delicious. It has real chunks of cookie in there and they don't skimp. They also have amazing Sweet Potato fries and Garlic fries. Highly recommended.
These hamburgers are so tasty. And the malts are perfect. You gotta try the chocolate or mint chip malt. Their signature salad is great for people on a low-carb diet. Chop steak or chopped chicken. This place is on my regular restaurant rotation.
Wow the salad was so healthy and fresh topped with the homemade ground turkey burger! The best part was the milk shake and the - straight from the tap - root beer. Unforgettable. Whatever you do you have to try the milk shake and the root beer at least once in your life!
Really great burgers and fries! Better than the burger I had last week at a Red Robin! We all felt very satisfied & full.👌 we were especially impressed with the quality of the bacon in their bacon burgers - very thick.
Easy recommend. The best burger I have had and one of the best fish and chips. Yes you heard me correctly. A hamburger restaurant with great fish and chips. Great chicken sandwich. Great shakes and great service. Terrific staff
We had another fun, delicious visit at Jeffrey's. The food is constant delicious juicy mouth watering burgers, Crisp fries and yummy milkshakes! They Never disappoint! The cashier was fast and efficient very polite and our server was polite and checked on us! Great Service,And bathroom was clean .👍👍👍
Easily one of the best burgers I've had in a good minute. Literally laying here awake at night thinking about how badly I want another one. I might be back for lunch again - this place has the perfect old-timey diner vibes, is overall clean, and most importantly, has GREAT food. The rest of the menu looks great too! Topped off my meal with a shake and didn't even feel gross and greasy after. Please come give Jeffrey's your business, they were top-notch.
JEFFERYS HAMBURGER AT SILICON VALLEY, CALIFORNIA We are now visiting The BAY BAY AREA. I like to say BAY BAY instead of baby because I'm a rapper. Today is the perfect day for an excellent hamburger, TGIF!! Forget about fast food and go somewhere who makes their burgers with love. These people are so sweet when providing service because they're available to see by the customer. They don't have a drive-through, which is another reason it's such a nice inviting atmosphere. I'm an introvert sometimes when I'm going through something negative because I am usually upbeat. I get embarrassed when I'm not in the best mood, but this place has forced me out of my car many, many times, it actually helped me cheer up out of it. I've talked to the owner many times, too. Nothing serious, just everyday chit-chat. I liked it. The burgers are simply made, and you have control over the condiments at the separate condiments bar. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED FIVE STARS ALL THE WAY!! ✨ ⭐ 🌟
Great people, great food, great quality and great customer service. If you get sweet potatoes fries, try the spicy aji sauce, it's amazing!
Finally! A 1950’s-diner burger place that actually serves a quality burger. I ate everything I could’ve wanted— a tender, juicy, savory burger in a very generous serving size. I ate the double cheeseburger for just under $13. Customized my cheese and cooking temperature for no extra charge. The employees are helpful and treat customers with respect. This place runs a good business combining hip style with a delicious, reasonably priced beef sandwich.
They're Bacon Cheeseburger in a bowl with additional avocado blew my mind! I try to maintain a low-carb ketogenic diet and it can be very difficult when eating out. Not here! Probably one of the best meals I've ever had at lunch time! Yes, the onion straws do add a little bit of carbohydrate but in this case they're are a 100% worth it! Tons of bacon in this bowl, absolutely did not skimp on any of the good ingredients! Atmosphere is adorable, 50s diner with matching music playing. Staff is extremely friendly and got the food out super fast! Can't wait to come back here again!
Amazing place, you feel cozy the moment you walk in and smell wonderful food. My last time there, i got a plain burger with a oreo milkshake - pretty simple. And you know what? PERFECT🫶Just a small order and they still try to get you a great meal. Cashier was kind enough to give us a sample of ice cream i didnt see on the menu - new thing?🤔
fantastic tuna sandwich, really good fish and chips, honestly better than the fish shop across the street. would be perfect if they served drip coffee.
The atmosphere is awesome, and the food is great! I love the car theme that is going on throughout the restaurant, and they have delicious burgers and good fish and chips. Their portions are always well sized, and it is almost always busy as it has become a staple within the area. I look forward to visiting again soon!
Like ALL better restaurants, they DON'T charge a surcharge when using a credit card. This is a fun restaurant with terrific food. It's not on the menu, but I often order a lettuce wrap burger. The patty melts are terrific, and so are the salads. Friendly folks that take good care of you. Great 50s and 60s rock 'n' roll music. The bathrooms are modern, and clean, and they have paper towels, not the germ spreading blowing machines. Convenient parking lot is also a plus. The ONLY negative is that they close too early (8 PM). I miss the days when they were open till 9 PM. Great for adults and kids, the milkshakes are terrific. They have genuine Coke products. Another added plus is there are no televisions.
Imagine a grown up version of In and out Burger where they ask you how would you like your burger cooked? Offered gluten free bread options along with alternatives to beef options, appropriate sides and beverages. Given a table number post payment, get your drink at the station and find a table. Your food is delivered hit at fresh by friendly staff and the place is clean. I had the bacon cheese burger with a side of crispy (not greasy) onion rings and i would suggest you try the same!! The only knock on atmosphere was due to a family that thought it appropriate to let their child randomly scream disrupting the light music playing in the background. Overall, a good retro burger joint with modern influences.
Wow DELICIOUS 😋 this was easily one of the best cheese burgers I’ve ever had! The vanilla and chocolate shakes were malt tasty and thick! Reasonable priced and the decor is old diner style! Plenty of room to sit and food came quickly! You can’t help but scarfff it down quickly because you do not want to put it down! Make this stop when you want a great burger, you will want to return!!
Always incredible. A great place that will cook your burger however you want it. If you get in to the double cheeseburger territory, you'll be a mess, but a hapoy mess. The vegetables are crisp (dont forget to ask for pickle, it's not standard), and fresh. Fantastic fries as well. And.....drumroll....they have some beers on tap. A great place for lunch. Always clean, always great!

Amazing burgers and hot dogs. The service was fine. The location is good with great parking lot.
Their hamburgers are great. The price is reasonable. It looks an iconic place for people live here.\nI have lived this area more than 6 years. I regret that I have never come to this place earlier.

I've had the burger, the bacon burger and the hot dog and I liked all of them. I love the fact that I can add the salad to the burger myself. The fries are good but the portion seems to big to one person (maybe the should offer a smaller portion, if they don't do this already). Prices are not high, parking available.
My favorite burger place on the peninsula. Everything is fresh and made to order. The burgers are great and the tuna melt is a good backup. Kids love sitting at the counter in front of the bustling kitchen. They can get pretty busy on Friday or Saturday nights, so call ahead or take out is an option, too.
Nice place. Food is good. It's hard to screw up hamburgers but these are good. It got really busy around 12:30 so try to get there early if you want a seat. The prices are decent and the milk shakes are good. We would go back if we are in the area again.
The burger meat tastes very fresh and homemade. The service was immaculate, and my family and I were very satisfied and stuffed with the food. I recommend getting the root beer float. It was excellent!
Saw really good reviews for the burger bowl which just ended up being an uncut patty on top of a salad just completely drowning in vinaigrette like two mouthfuls of dressing with each bite, topped off with super greasy onion straws which complemented nothing. They didn't even give me any plastic utensils to use for takeaway even when asking upfront, had to go back in for a knife instead of just logical burger chunks already. Pretty gross to try and finish honestly.
The burger here is a good sized burger. As you're eating it the juices (and grease) tends to drip. It needed a bit more salt. Other than that it is tasty. I ordered a single patty regular burger with single fries and it was more than enough. The decor has the classic diner look similar to Happy Days with similar music of the old days.
Been taking the kids here for years and years. Great place to take them for dinner. One son almost always gets the fish and chips, which he's still quite likes even after living in Scotland for 2 years! Another always gets a cheeseburger on a gluten-free bun--one of the few decent GF buns around. Their fries and milkshakes are awesome. Just miss the fixins bar, which was closed during Covid.
Never had hamburger in this place and for the first time I love the flavor but hey really pricey we order garlic fries and they just throw the garlic on it lol but delicious if you are a IN-N-OUT lover and it is far away from you I recommend this place !! I gave 4out of 5 bcause I felt it was not flavored as Im and out 🍔
They made things right in correcting order and they were very professional about it. This shows great management and teamwork thank you.
Burgers lacked seasoning and were quite greasy. Onion rings were really tasty and shakes are yum as well.
This experience is great! I love all the themes and the servers are always so friendly. I especially enjoy the milkshakes! They have great hamburgers too! I usually order the double-double.
Tried it a while ago. The burger was good for a diner. I ordered the double cheeseburger with fried onions. I ordered the meat medium and it was dripping. The sandwich was messy in a good way, but double is just too much meat (2/3 lbs). The fired onions were nice and crispy. Overall, for a diner, I thought it was pretty good and did its job well.
Tried Jeffrey's for a 2nd time. Definitely advise eating on site while your food is freshly cooked and served. I see why the dining area is so busy. Many got the memo to eat it hot. The fries have a great crisp. Cooked through as well. Nothing special I actually ate with ketchup but they sell Evergood Hotlinks! What?! Those are my favorite! And they advertise it on the board. They have something for everyone. Correction: Evergood hot dogs. And they are delicious. If you like a good firm hotdog grilled like a link with much flavor, it's a must try. I did the regular cheeseburger again with pickles. My girlfriend ordered the bacon burger with avocado on the side. She loved it and the Avocado was delicious!! Not a fan of the chilli fries. It was a little sweet almost like there was BBQ sauce in them. They have ketchup on the table. The sauces are good. They have an aoli which i forgot to try for the fries (oops) then they have a green based spicy sauce. Forgot to try that too. I was all over the burger! She loved her bacon burger too. Said the bacon was nice and crispy and cooked like old school home style. They serve Coke products and have lemonade, beer and I think wine. Great indoor decor reminded me of an upgraded In and Out. They play old school music and have allll the condiments you could want! This is a Coke product restaurant but worth the stop if you are at Stanford. El Camino Real is a busy street but they have plenty of parking and you can walk through the parking lot to a Bev Mo! I want to say they serve beer and wine as well.
We visited Jeffrey's Hamburgers yesterday after a few years away. Here's a quick review: Onion rings: 9/10. Super crispy, real onion, super fresh. Sweet potato fries: 8.5/10. Great crispy, slightly too thin, but you can't stop eating them. - Double burger: 8.5/10. Cooked medium, great flavor, and crispy char on the burger. - Vanilla shake: 9/10. Enough for two people because you get so much. Great thick texture and taste. Overall, Jeffrey's Hamburgers is a great spot!
Similar to a Johnny Rockets, but more upscale than a Steak n Shake, Jeffrey's provides a retro feel to the classic diner with the expected types of food. Burgers, fries, and shakes are the star here with soups, salads, and specialty melts accompanied. The food was good, but didn't offer anything that was a standout. We would visit again to try another option.
This is a local restaurant with Good food quality and fast service. French fries looks like homemade and was tasty and delicious. They have a beef hotdogs (good to go with for Muslims) which rarely found in Europe. Burger patty size was good. Soda's are refill. I can't say it's pricey, yet to discover more local restaurants but it is the most expensive one I had until now. Recommended.
Honestly haven't been here since they opened the place no reason really just not really my cup of tea. But today I felt like eating old school and just getting some simple food I've been craving a club sandwich for a very long time a lot of restaurants don't make it this way anymore they just use two pieces of bread the sandwich was fair the sweet potato fries are fair the first time I came in this establishment I don't remember them selling beer I could be wrong but I love the addition the place is very clean and nice all the workers very attentive clean-cut shaving all that good stuff very friendly to customers I ordered Modelo draft and it was a bit flat but i had such a long day I didn't bother to complain about something so simple but the guy made a point of it to me and I told him it takes it a little flat and he traded me for a different beer which was really nice even though i had drank half of the beer already. This place has lots of parking. Its right next to El Camino like I said simple old school food not so bad once in a while
Came here for date night. Really close to our house so we rode bikes. (Wish there was official bike parking but was able to lock up my bike to the front railing.) The best part about this place is the employees! Everyone was SO friendly. Ordered the small fries and an Oreo milkshake—super yummy. Open til 8pm, so it was the perfect little snack for date night. As a vegetarian, I looked for their non-meat burger options—looks like they have a garden or mushroom burger. (I wish they carried Impossible Burger & I’d go back in a heartbeat.)
First time. Nice cashier. He was helpful. There was 5 of us. Got lettuce wrapped burgers. Yum. Grilled ham and cheese. Yum. Onion rings. Very Crispy but good. French fries - ok. Slightly overcooked. Bacon, cheeseburger...very yum. BLT ... too toasted, dry, bacon too overcooked. Good amount of lettuce and tomato...this sandwich would be better if BLT sandwich was grilled and not toasted. Overall... it was good and although it was slightly expensive, we all agreed we would go back soon. Want to try the shakes and other menu items. Would have liked to dine in too, but had a new little dog with us so we ate outside.

The burger was okay, better than most fast food but not spectacular. The service was pretty slow considering that we got there early and it wasn't very busy. The retro ambience was somewhat lost on me since I'm more focused on the food. One good thing about Jeffrey's is the toppings bar. If you're picky about what goes on your burger then you're able to set it up exactly how you want instead of having a cook slap it together.
I had mushroom burger and my family had the cheeseburger with the strawberry shakes. The bread was a little over toasted. The meat was decent but not great. I am glad I had the option of how I had the meat cooked. I really liked the vibe. Felt good, the energy in this establishment was very positive.
Good but pricey. Ordered an avocado burger and fries and a Coke $16.75. It was very good but if I brought my family of 5 it'd be almost $80 for burgers and fries. Service was good and staff were helpful. The burger was fresh, avocado was just right and the fixings were well stocked and displayed in a way to make them look appetizing. Recommend this place, just be ready for the price tag.
My burger was fine (my husband says his was too dry), my chocolate shake was decent, and the fries were good. However, for the price, I wasn't terribly impressed. I might have preferred to go to In-n-Out for a comparable meal at a much lower price. There were quite a few menu items though, so perhaps I would have enjoyed something else more. The food aside, the vibe of the restaurant was fun, and the staff were friendly.
Ordered: Strawberry Milkshake, Chili cheese fries, Bacon Burger, Avocado Burgee - $44 Review: I finally got to try Jeffrey’s after years of driving passing by which made the anticipation of finally getting to eat them bigger. Also, all the great reviews! Sadly, I was not all that impressed by their burgers or fries. Food to me is definitely a 3/5. The burgers are a good size but again nothing really great about them. The strawberry milkshake was good. Idk if it’s just me but I was also a little surprised that fries are not included with a burger and you have to pay extra ?? Would definitely recommend splitting a basket between two. The chili cheese fries are a pass and would not recommend. But these are just my preference. The staff are super nice and when we went it was not busy so our food arrived quick.
Not my favorite place. The food here is just okay. The chicken sandwich we ordered was super bland, but the burger my husband ordered was pretty good. The fries and onion rings were okay. For 3 peo…
So use to come all the time from 2017-2019 and was amazing, 5 star so consistent. However 2 of the last 3 times I have come in 2021 (including tonight) burgers were flavorless, tasted like cooked from frozen and not medium rare like I always order. This breaks my heart but I don’t plan to come back. On to a different favorite burger spot.
The experience was a 2.5. 2 stars were awarded for the service and .5 stars was awarded for the food. The service was excellent, the food came really fast, the waiter was polite, and I didn't have to ask for sauce twice. The food was ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE. The burgers taste like I went to a backyard bbq. The burger was drowning in grilled onions. The cheese was not melted, they put cold cheese on the burger. We asked for garlic fries thinking they were garlic seasoned fries (like most places) and they gave us fries with chopped garlic pieces on top. Do yourself a favor and save your money (and tips) for another place. I could've lived without this experience.
NEVER GET A HOT DOG FROM THIS PLACE! I ordered some fries and a hot dog from this place expecting the bare minimum from a hot dog: hot dog bun and hot dog, but Nope! The bread was a what I'd assume is their sandwhich bread like a hoagie. So, it was just a sad hot dog with 2 hard pieces of bread. I didn't even eat the bread in the end. Hard to mess up, but you did
Today I visited this restaurant and while the place itself is very charming and the food was decent, I had an extremely unpleasant experience that I can’t ignore, I ordered a milkshake and everything seemed fine until I got to the end and decided to scoop the last bit with a spoon, to my absolute disgust, the back of the spoon was filthy, it had black spots and what looked like old, rotten food stuck to it. I didn’t say anything at the time because I was honestly overwhelmed with nausea and didn’t want to cause a scene in front of other diners, but I left the place feeling like I was going to vomit, It’s shocking that a restaurant with such a nice atmosphere could overlook something as basic as properly cleaning their utensils, and I don’t mean just “properly”, I mean at all, that spoon should never have made it to a table. I truly hope I don’t get sick from having used it, this kind of negligence is unacceptable and could have serious consequences, I really hope they take hygiene more seriously going forward, because this was, without exaggeration, one of the most disgusting things I’ve ever experienced in a restaurant.
Reuse canola oil fries were dark presentaion falling apart hamburger thin bread all to make extra buck was not cheap either why not lard or coconut oil which good for the body
