Thank you for a wonderful experience! The woman assisting us was incredibly kind, warm, and patient. She kindly suggested some delicious options for our order and did an excellent job of preparing them. We decided to try horchata, guacamole, and vegan tacos: chaya kabax and guacamole con maiz. The tacos were served with two salsas, a mild and a spicy, and pickled red onion. After spending 2.5 weeks exploring the Yucatan peninsula, this handmade corn tortilla was my favorite I’ve ever had! We returned a few hours later for dinner, as it was our last night in Mexico and knew we had a great experience here.

The food is amazing Yucatán tacos and snacks. The tacos are incredibly flavourful and rich with amazing ingredients. The sikal pak is incredible loaded with lots of delicious ingredients. The tomatoes are charred and gives a delicious smoky flavour with the pumpkin seeds. The ojo rojos are also really good here. The staff are friendly, attentive and not overbearing which I appreciate, it gives a more relaxed atmosphere which I also enjoy and appreciate. I highly recommend taqueria De La Union.

Let’s put it this way: it was so good, I had to reorder the Polcan again (even though the tacos and especially the tortilla itself, was out of this world) Amazing. Authentic. Tasty.

If you are hungry and want some tacos in the centre - this place is brilliant! Perfect service, funny atmosphere. I planned to eat 2-3 tacos. I got 7 in final. 30 pesos each. Don’t miss this place for the night smacks…

Really good food! Amazing tacos. One of the best we tried during our two weeks in Yucatan. Atmosphere is ok. Small and crowded but nothing really bad. Service missed giving us hot sauces and such. But it was a like outside and I think they were really stressed. Would highly recommend it for the food.

Went back 3 times. This place is hands down my favourite Taqueria in Merida. Everything is delicious. The filling is ample, and the tortillas are nice and thick. For the juicier tacos, a second tortilla would have been nice, but not necessary. Tortas are nice, but the bread needs a slightly heavier crust to stay in tact when it gets moist.

Wow! Fantastic tacos. We tried several. Could have used two tortillas. Super juicy meats, big servings with tons of flavor. Don’t miss this place.

Very happy with the service. We were greeted and seated as soon as we walked in despite the fact that it was pretty full. The gentleman was ready to take our order straight away and the food came so quick. It was fresh, hot and delicious!!!! 🤤 The tacos were also very filled and the tortillas were yum! We ordered the cochinita pibil, Campeche o and of course pastor. It was all so good! We had to order a couple more after trying our first ones. They were closing the kitchen and the waiter asked us if we wanted any more before they closed the kitchen and we did order more. We weren’t rushed at all considering they were closing. Very happy with the visit!!

We came here for a dinner. The place is pretty small, only one room for tables. When we arrived, there was only one available table. Overall, the flow of people was constant during the evening- quite a popular place. Inside, the interior is simple but pleasant - tiles on walls, simple but comfortable chairs. We ordered pork sandwich and pork tortilla, also cooked Mais, mushrooms and beans. For drinks a beer and a lemonade. The food arrived rather soon and was very good, but the best were the beans. We paid 450 pesos for everything and tips. Overall pleasant experience, a nice place.

Tasty food but small portions and not so nice atmosphere. The waiter forgot our drink and had to be reminded after a long wait.
