COSECHA FARM TO TABLE

Cosecha Farm to Table was easily the food highlight of our trip to Bucerías/PVR. We ended up coming here three days in a row. Honestly, we were a bit surprised—and grateful—that it wasn’t outrageously priced. A place of this quality in most tourist destinations would be gouge-your-eyes-out expensive. The setting itself is unforgettable. You drive down a slightly bumpy off-road stretch for about a kilometer, and suddenly you’re transported: hand-painted signs point to the gardens, barns, store, and restaurant. It’s not manicured or artificial, but it balances refinement with authenticity in a way that feels effortless. On our first visit it was just my wife and me—romantic, quiet, classy. On the second, we brought our kids, including my 14-year-old with special needs. That’s rare for us: to find a place that offers elevated food and makes us feel completely at ease as a family. Toddlers ran barefoot nearby, our kids fed animals between courses, and yet the atmosphere never lost its sophistication. The hospitality matched the setting. From arrival to goodbye, the staff were gracious and attentive, perfectly comfortable with English, and never intrusive. They even packed me a vacuum sealed bag of their espresso beans which weren’t even on sale. And then—the food. The coffee alone deserves its own paragraph. I’m extremely picky, and yet they pulled a proper wet macchiato, third-wave style, even though it wasn’t on the menu. It was perfect. The juices and shakes (especially jackfruit) were fresh and balanced. The baked goods blew us away: croissants (almond, chocolate, peach), muffins (banana chocolate & mango) —all flaky, tender, melt-in-your-mouth. For meals, we tried a herby tiradito, a green omelette, and even a vegetarian version of their poblano mole dish. Each plate was prepared with real care. Our kids devoured the carrot-pecan pancake, which tasted like the best kind of carrot cake, but lighter. As vegetarians, we rarely leave a restaurant this happy. This was easily in the top 2% of our food experiences anywhere. Cosecha over-delivers in every sense. Highly recommended.

Terrific experience, the food is delicious. My sister and I had the carrot pancakes, huarache, and the omelette of the day. Saulis was our server, and he was so friendly and helpful. Highly recommend.

What an incredible dining experience for our family. From the attentive service and excellent cocktails and wine, to Batman, the beautiful dog who greeted us, everything was memorable. The outdoor firepit overlooking the farm and the stars was the perfect finishing touch. Highly recommended to anyone visiting the area.

By far and away the greatest restaurant on the Nayarit side of the Ameca river. Friendly but professional service, innovative delicious cuisine, incredible ambiance etc. Chef Tona is exactly what we needed here!

Absolutely amazing dinner, the service was fantastic and ambience there was wonderful. We came for a dinner and loved it so much that we booked a reservation for a few days later for brunch. A must visit spot for impeccable food and great cocktails.

This restaurant and farm is adventure! Take your time getting there and linger around the property. The restaurant was amazing, the service, atmosphere, and service top notch. Little surprise before we even ordered. I give Kevin 5 stars...he's new and eager to please.

La Cosecha is my new favourite brunch spot! So much so that I’ve been back five Sundays in a row with friends. A quick drive from PV and I arrive to a delightful organic ranch full of charm and beauty with a stunning farm to table restaurant. They’ve created a beautiful brunch menu - the food is organic and fresh and inspires a vibrant way of eating + living. The service is excellent- special shout out to Emiliano who always goes above and beyond to give us the best experience at our table. The ranch and restaurant is family owned and I’m always warmly greeted and served. It’s an absolute pleasure to support such a beautiful family, ranch, restaurant and mission. 🌱 Some of my best memories and meals with friends this season have been at La Cosecha! I’m looking forward to their dinner menu launching later this year.

Spectacular setting and one of the best experiences in Mexico

Wonderful experience. Food was delicious. Ambience was excellent. A real cool dining experience. Google maps gets you there no problem. But we were questioning if we were going the right way down the dark, bumpy road. Eventually came upon the lit up grounds.

Within this establishment, both sense and spirit were royally indulged. The fare, exquisitely prepared, did ravish the palate with flavors rich and artfully composed, leaving no desire unmet. Attendants moved with practiced grace and unfaltering courtesy, rendering service most attentive and refined. The halls stood immaculate, unmarred by blemish or disorder, while an atmosphere of warmth and cultivated merriment permeated the space, enchanting all who entered and compelling them to linger in contented admiration.

Wow. Best dining experience I’ve ever had. From service, opening the door as you approach the building, to the best meal you’ll have in your life. A secret oasis. It’s well worth the drive!!

Absolutely amazing food, surrounded by amazing nature and gardens. It was a great experience and was able to feed the animals after and then shop at the store. Highly recommend anyone to make a half day out of here.

Hands down the best farm to table experience I’ve ever had! I visited this restaurant in the beginning of my trip and right before heading to the airport I had to go back and experience it one for time. The food was so flavorful and Rich in freshness. I’m one to always question where my food is coming from and how organic it is and not once did that thought come to play. From the presentation the color and the smell you just knew you’re getting the best quality! Service here is Devine, so attentive and helpful waiters go into details for any questions you might have about a dish. Before you eat they explain exactly what you’re trying. From the minute you walk it’s smiles and kindness. We had the pleasure to have Raul and Moses attend to us and i couldn’t have asked for better service from pushing in our seat every time we got up and sat back down, to taking away anything they saw we were finished with to wiping down anything on the table or anything the fell on the floor. To giving the best recommendations with smile on there face they knew the menus down to the flavors of everything and I appreciated that, we enjoyed the service so much that we asked for them again. The beauty of this restaurant speaks for its before you walk into the restaurant its placed in the middle of a ranch where fruit and plants and animals are taken care of. It’s a beautiful place to just walk around before or after your meal. Inside its fresh warm and inviting the greenery gives a nice touch to the place. What had me was little boutique in the woman’s room, I mean what more can a girl ask for food and shopping. Overall I would give this place a 10/10! I can’t wait to see they’re dinner menu coming in October I would gladly take that flight back.

We went here to conclude our trip. Absolutely amazing experience. The food was fresh and flavorful, and the service was top notch. By far our favorite restaurant.

It’s very beautiful. Women in long summer stresses and flowy pants. Men on tractors taking photos. Goats and Bunnies that like to be cuddled. There’s a nice shop to buy fresh eggs, kefir and organic toothpaste

Had the eggs benni. Hollandaise was lemony and very good. Feeding the cows and goats was a special treat.

By far the best restaurant in the area, the facilities are excellent, the service is attentive and dedicated, and best of all, the food is fresh and creative, with quality in every single aspect.

Very rare do you find a place that can truly meet all 5 stars on food, service and atmosphere. We just went with 3 families and were blown away to find this gem in the Riviera Nayarit. We can’t wait to go back!

What a fantastic Oasis!! The restaurant is beautiful and the surrounding property is fantastic. The food and service were excellent. Definitely going back.

What a fabulous find! My whole family (13) went for a celebratory brunch on our last day in PV. The organic food grown on site, service, and ambience far exceeded our expectations. Very family friendly! Lovely to walk around the grounds after brunch to see their plantings and farm animals. Can't wait to go back!

13 people for brunch on the day before we left the area. If we were here longer, we'd go again in a heartbeat. Very good food. Well prepared. Great service. Very nice setting (after half a mile on a dirt road). (Get your phone navigator activated because your cab driver has probably never been there.) It's in the country just outside Mezcales. 5 star bathrooms -- the whole place is well-maintained. Lots of attention to vegetarians and vegans. We did not consider it expensive for a high end restaurant. About $30 American per guest for food and drink. That included more than one round of various types of drinks. It also included mimosas, deserts, and side dishes like their house-made yogurt. Most of the food comes from the rancho. Propina (the tip) is extra and we tipped for the great service. Air conditioned. More than adequate English but not the fluency one often finds in the big city. This is NOT a tacos, enchiladas, and tamales restaurant. AND THERE'S MORE! This restaurant serves breakfast only and has been open since about the start of 2025. We were told that they were going to start serving dinner in October. I filled out the survey using pesos at 20:1. No wait, we had reservations. But the restaurant was full.

Chef Tona and his team deliver outstanding service, and the food is among the finest in the region. The restaurant truly embodies the farm-to-table experience, with thoughtful attention to every detail. The mole instantly transported me to my grandmother’s kitchen. If you're visiting with young children, I highly recommend booking a breakfast or brunch reservation on a Sunday. You’ll enjoy the delicious offerings at La Cosecha and have the chance to explore the farm afterward. The grounds are stunning, and our daughters especially enjoyed feeding the animals and visiting the farmers market.

I travelled from Arizona to Puerto Vallarta this weekend and Cosecha was by far my favorite place I visited. Definitely a highlight of my trip! The food is insane!! And the horchata cafe is delicious!!! Must try

My daughter and I came for Sunday brunch. It was exquisite! The grounds, the service, the food all exceeded anything I’ve had in the bay.

We are obsessed with this new restaurant! The atmosphere on a farm was perfect for all ages. The food was 10/10. Service was top-notch. We will always come back here when in Nuevo Vallarta. Favorites were the margarita, tuna tostada, grilled vegetables, organic chicken, vegetable casserole, and corn bread.

Except for the drive there- middle of nowhere- we absolutely LOVED everything about the restaurant. Stunning, great vibe, wonderful service,, inventive fresh, creative food and great drinks. The presentation is fabulous. The servers were so friendly and professional. The Chef came out to greet us- lovely man and so handsome (lol!). Can’t wait to go back next year. It’s a jewel- well kept secret which I think will become popular.

This was quite possibly the best meal of our lives. Start to finish. We came out here on our honeymoon and had a meal that felt like it belonged in a movie or book. Don't let the drive in deter you, the directions had us going down small dirt roads in our rental car. Emiliano was very attentive, as was the rest of the staff. We were provided a comfortable and romantic setting that only enhanced the meal. We honestly would come back to PV just for visiting Cosecha again.

We traveled here back in July and I kept forgetting to write a review, but this meal stays in my mind nearly 6 months later. The farm is beautiful, the service was the best I have ever experienced, and the food was so fresh. We started off with a yogurt bowl, and it nearly made me emotional. It was just....so fresh. I swear the fruit was picked that morning, perfectly ripe, and the HONEY. We brought back 3 jars of it, nothing tastes quite as good as this honey. I feel like I will be searching for its replacement for the rest of my life. Go here if you have the time. The drive out was a journey, and our uber totally got lost, but it was worth it. If I am within 100 miles of this place ever again, I will make sure to stop here.

My wife and I are seasoned travelers. Our dining experience at this restaurant was undoubtedly among the best we’ve ever had. From the pristine setting amidst vast farmland, seemingly in the middle of nowhere, to the layout of the restaurant, the decor, the ambiance, Raul’s service, excellent drinks and exquisite dishes prepared on a foundation of fresh ingredients straight from the farm made for an exceedingly satisfying and rewarding experience, without a hefty price tag no less. We are spending extended time in Nuevo Vallarta and will surely be back.

DON’T GO HERE! The experience was extremely dreadful it took ages just to get drinks, let alone appetizers. After such a long wait, it was incredibly disappointing that my food was only mediocre. The cornbread was delightful, as was the chicken and a handful of other select items, but that wasn’t enough to make up for the excessive wait of over 2 HOURS. And no apology from the staff. Overall, the experience was a major disappointment for me.
