Beautiful atmosphere and wonderful food. We came during restaurant week and sampled different foods. Everything was amazing. Great service from Diego.

Excellent food, especially the pork dishes. The ribs with stout sauce were amazing, as was the porcetta. Good wine list includes some nice MX wines. Prices on some things are a little high, though the main dishes are reasonable given the large portions. Service is excellent.

I've been here twice and both times have been great. Food is great, so are the cocktails in general. Service is also very attentive. The location is great and the decor is also very pleasant.

Amazing place in Nuevo Nayarit. Great food, good drinks and an absolutely excellent service, specially from Ivan, who treated us with the best hospitality and amazing attitude. The food is great and their prices are very reasonable with the quality and the portions. The shrimps cucaracha style are a must and the esquites are 11/10.

This is a lovely spot in Neuvo Vallarta. We had the shrimp and tomato pizza pictured here. We also shared the pear salad and fresh pasta with Italian sausage. All dishes were delicious. The bar, open kitchen concept and modern chic dining area make for a pleasant place to have food and drinks.

New hip modern restaurant. My favourite Rose wine is by the glass which is Casa Magoni; very difficult to find I dont know why? We had grilled octopus as a starter, then pork ribs and loin of tuna with salad and a side if baked small potatoes. Very good! We will definitely be back. There is pasta, pizza, grilled dishes a variety for everyone.

Just amazing! Must try the bruschettas, pork belly pizza, and the "pulpo cachondo" tacos. Pair it with some wine! also have Great wine selection.

Last evening with our granddaughters. We want to thank the team at Loma 42 for providing our granddaughters with a great evening before they return home to the USA. A special thank you to our waiter Carlos who took time to teach them how to order their meal in Spanish and to the wonderful food experience they experienced. This will be an evening that will be remembered.

Wow wow wow! Every dish was unique, exotic and super exquisite, they are no words to describe them, couldn't find the picture of a salad with goat cheese OMGes it was out of this world, the perfect balance of flavors, the octopus with THE sauce, do not waiste the sauce it was the best part, ask for some bread to clean the plate, it was super yummy, I am getting hungry just by thinking about it, cannot wait to be back in town to stop visit them.

Love it! Delicious, fresh, tasty food and yummy cocktails! They have a vast menu to choose from with different options also for vegetarians. Prices are on the higher side but everything is worth it. Presentation of plates is delightful. The ambiance is great, staff is friendly and attentive. Defenetly a must if you are in Nuevo Vallarta.

We were there on Feb 15th and it was the best meal we have had in Nuevo in years. The service was amazing and the flavors were so complex and unique. The crunchy shrimp, tuna appetizer, short rib, pork ribs and avocado ice cream were amazing! We are going back for a second time later this week

Great dinning experience. Our server Kevin was fantastic. The mussels and the tuna appetizers were our favourites. The ribs looked awesome, wish we ordered them!

The restaurant was recommended by some local friends and we were very happy with everything. Jorge, Daniel, and chef Jesus took excellent care of us and every single dish was amazing. The drinks were wonderful as well. We had a party of 19 and they accommodated us with the welcoming Mexican spirit of hospitality.

Been coming to PV for almost 10 years, and our dinner here last Saturday was the best meal I’ve had in that time. The food was exceptional: fresh, quality ingredients properly prepared, and the service was equally great. Well worth the $$$.

I brought my wife here for her birthday dinner and everything we had was delicious! The ingredients were all fresh and you can tell the chefs pride themselves in their presentation. At the end of the dinner they brought out a special cake with huge sparkling candle that blew us away(we weren’t expecting). Overall great experience! Keep it up! Would definitely come back!

The food is amazing here. The service is spectacular (my server was Ivan, amazing guy, friendly, and was an expert on the menu) The customer service was simply amazing. Everyone smiled at me and waved etc. (please keep training your staff on customer service, that made me realllly like this place) And the prices are perfect. The reviews are correct. The food is super super good! Best tacos I’ve had in Mexico by far!

We dined at this restaurant after reading the reviews. I was cautious from the beginning and ordered one course at a time. After the 1st course my husband and I knew we made the right choice relying on the reviews. The flavors were a different experience. We have the mussels and beet salad that was so so good. I’m still salivating for the beet salad.The pasta recommended by Kevin, our server, was so so good. We can’t wait to try many of the other dishes based on our dining experience. I highly recommend this restaurant, the best we’ve had in Mexico having come for 16 Years. We will return…hopefully Kevin will be our server,

Nicest waiter ever! Some the best food as well! The tacos fifis, pork belly tacos, and pork belly pizza are the best things there! The truffle fries and bruschetta are the best appetizers!

This is a great restaurant that I sometimes forget it’s so close to home. The service is always friendly, the drinks are great and the food is amazing! The flavours are to die for. My favourite is their beet and burratta salad - a must have if you like beets. Last night I tried the pork belly tacos and was impressed with the flavour. They have something for everyone from tacos, pasta, steak, ribs, pizza and even a burger. A great place to take the whole family for dinner.

Loma 42 is a culinary gem that left me utterly impressed. The wood-grilled octopus was nothing short of exceptional - truly the best I've ever had. Each bite burst with sensational flavor, showcasing the kitchen's mastery of this dish. The mussels were another standout, swimming in a sauce so flavorful it had me reaching for the excellent sourdough bread to soak up every last drop. Speaking of the bread, it was a perfect companion to the meal - crusty, tangy, and clearly house-made with care. Our waiter, Kevin, enhanced the experience with his attentive and friendly service, striking the perfect balance between being helpful and allowing us to enjoy our meal. From the expertly prepared seafood to the warm atmosphere and top-notch service, Loma 42 delivers a memorable dining experience that's well worth five stars. I can't wait to return and explore more of their menu.

We had an amazing experience at this restaurant. Service was excellent, Everybody's meal was exceptional including my own which was the octopus. Outstanding dish flavors were exceptional and the presentation on matched! Looking forward to visiting again

This restaurant genuinely had the freshest quality of food I have had in my whole life. I took my mom and sister here, while on vacation in Puerta Vallarta. Jorge was our waiter and he was absolutely amazing and very friendly. We will be coming back again on Thursday night before we go back home to NY. The in-house, fresh, garden grown tomato appetizer was so delicious and bursting with flavor. Cocktails were perfect and the pork belly tacos were great. The smoky char they get on their food is to die for. For dessert we had the fresh Strawberry and Raspberry dish with warm pound cake and delicious mascarpone crème. Can’t wait to dine here again!

My husband and I love Loma 42 and try to stop at one of their locations whenever we are in the area. The Bahía location is closer to our home in Vallarta, but we have friends and family in Tepic, Nayarit and love that spot just as much. The food and drinks are consistently good, the service is outstanding, and we love the overall decor and ambiance. Solid experience every time. Surprisingly great pizza, too!

Absolutely the best grilled octopus! served with small roasted potatoes, and two sauces on the side to dip in each tender piece. The steak tacos was another one of our choices and they were so tender. Great presentation, great service, nice atmosphere..

Found it hot in the restaurant so it was hard to enjoy the food. Drinks are expensive especially wine. Food is very rich. Had the lasagna and beef short ribs. Beet salad for starter to share. Just not for me as was too heavy/rich.

I have eaten here several times in the past and enjoyed my meal. Last night, not as much. The captain of the wait staff "served" us and made our less pleasant. He had a sour and dark attitude that affected all the staff around him , stealing smiles and joy wherever he went. Quite unappetizing. Upon arrival, we were cheerfully greeted by a waiter who had served us on our last visit. He was smiling, though not for long, as the captain arrived with his dark cloud and blotted out good cheer. I will think twice about returning during during dinner hours and may not ever go back. Dinning should be a comfortable and enjoyable experience, not one where the captain of waitstaff looks down on dinners in black judgement. The rest of the staff was great, even when obviously brow beaten by "despicable me".

Disappointing to order food using their online menu only to find out the prices are wrong and you end up paying almost twice what you thought you were going to pay. Nobody even offered to lower the bill due to their obvious mistake.

We were really looking forward to dining there. My octopus was great but my wife's steak was very tough - inedible. When we told our server she spoke with the chef and offered a free dessert which really wasn't a good response in our opinion. Then later the server said the chef "got busy" so no dessert. We definitely will not eat there again.

I own a condo in south Nuevo Nayarit and have been coming to this area for 19 years. I last went to Loma 42 about 6 years ago and the food was atrocious. Friends asked me to join them tonight and since my wife was away I decided to try it again - the worse decision ever - the waiter didn’t know his menu and how food was prepared and he was pushy. Three main courses came out approx 5 minutes apart and mine was not edible and was sent back - I declined for them to re-make it for me properly as I didn’t want to eat alone. There are SO many better restaurants in the Bay then to spend your money on such a sub-par meal at Loma 42. I have no axe to grind - it was simply a terrible experience!
