So I’m a local and I’ve been coming to this chicken kitchen since 2000 when it was on the corner of the block. They run a tight ship at this location. The food is always fresh. The people are always so friendly and the service is always great! Especially a gentleman by the name of Jaimen he always makes me laugh and brightens my day. I love this chicken kitchen. The corner window is my spot though. 🤌🏼💯🙏🏼

I go out of my way to eat at this Chicken kitchen. It is the BEST in the area. Freshest food. Best Staff. Cleanest. Love this place and Robert the manager is so helpful.

When you are reading menu, sounds delicious and makes you wonder why the place is empty... Well, that's when it is starts... no one will tell you that there are ingredients missing ( kale, bean), you will get lettuce and tomato with your bit dry chicken. Sauces are okay but you need to ask for them. And then... you are told to press 18% tip. Not even as an option. Another place which could be amazing but destroyed by lack of care about the guests...

Manager didn’t pay attention to detail to the order by the excellent team member and was over charging me. Please attention to the team member and next time don’t tell me me that I am the customer and you don’t need to fight with me… 3 star because of the rude manager…HAS ANYONE WON THE 500.00 yet? I also noticed the manager doesn’t respond to negative reviews. Those are the ones you should really be concerned about

Our first time here and we must not have been paying attention because somehow got our food with none of their signature sauce 🤷🏾‍♀️. Actually thought it already came with it however she never asked just boxed it up. We were on the go, and in haste didn't check before leaving which would've probably been an easy fix. But it was still good, very fresh and the grilled chicken is amazing so the ingredients in my Mexican wrapito took care of itself however the original chop chop with no sauce was kind of weird.

This chicken kitchen location in Miami Beach can be tricky. As a local, I have ordered plenty and have visited as well. My suggestion is that you dine in. Never had a problem dining in. Deliveries, however, can be a nightmare. Perfect example is my delivery order today. Kids Quesadilla is completely burnt. Thank goodness I flipped them to see it when I opened it to avoid my kid getting sick off out of it. This location also has issues reading instructions. There are many times I order extra things I pay for and they don’t put them. I ask for utensils and extra things and they don’t put them (See picture). It’s pretty clear on the receipt they attach to the bag. It feels like they don’t put much effort on deliveries. You’ve been warned!

This is actually the best chicken kitchen I’ve ever been to. All the staff and management are good people and the food is always great. Unfortunately the owner has decided to charge .99 cents for chicken skin? When you buy chicken the skin is on it. If I am paying for the chicken I am already paying for the skin. This is a sign of bad profit margin management and marketing. You are essentially stealing from your customers and pocketing the money. Not a smart or morally sound move. I have been coming here for 3 years. The food is always delicious but this definitely put a bad taste in my mouth.

i like to say that is sad to see a business empty no customers and the reason is that you over charge for everything the protein portions is totally missing on the plates.

There are couple of guys that they have no clue about customer service. They look dirty and grumpy. I’ve been going to the same store for about 10 years and was good before but I don’t even eat in because service and atmosphere are very heavy and very bad vibes .

As others have already stated, I was also overcharged. The register doesn't display a price when you pay nor does the credit card machine. No receipt given on top of that. All this leads me to believe that the overcharging is intentional. I won't be returning.

You bogo offer on uber has enough portion for half a large serving thats not right also this looks terrible ill be giving this to my dog atleast.

I stopped as they have the new Skirt Steak platter I think they have never seen a skirt steak in their life When you look at the picture on the door, the steak looks good and juicy When you order it, it is a precooked overcooked pieces of meat that have nothing to do with a juicy skirt steak They do not ask you how you would like the steak as it is already cooked when you place the order The platter with two sides and a fountain drink almost 30$ It has been a long time I did not have a so disgusting meal. Make a few more miles and go to a Latino place to get a real skirt steak. For the same price you get a full skirt steak cooked the way you like and with taste. Never again

Ordered through uber eats and customized with 7 toppings adding up to $17 for one bowl however they only gave me 4 of them. Tried to call but the line said it was busy even when i called 20 minutes later. Stole my money and gave me lettuce in a bowl.

The worst chicken kitchen I have ever experienced. The staff doesn’t open the restaurant on time; workers are hanging around, on their phone, watching people standing outside when it should be open for business. I am a teacher with limited lunch break and stood in the heat waiting. They never opened and I left. Never giving them my business again.

Although the food was good, the customer service experience and atmosphere was absolutely terrible. Jaime was not only rude when we approached to pay for our order, he also discriminated against a man of color a few minutes later by refusing to take his order. My sister and I couldn’t believe our ears. I will not be returning to this location. This happened on 1/27/26 between 8:00 PM and 8:30 PM.
