Amazing food great atmosphere and Eric was amazing. HE TOOK CARE OF ME AND MY BEAUTIFUL WIFE. Amazing experiences lamb chop 👌 snapper ❤️. Can't wait until we can experience this again.
Fun spot. Good drink selections. Staff is really cool and helped me find some places around the city.
The food here was tasty. Cocktails were delicious, as well! The waitress was really nice. We enjoyed the music there, it made it cozy to be there!
First time visiting Miami Beach, passed by this place and so glad we stopped and ate. Amazing food, drinks and ambience, highly recommend. Staff was amazing friendly and helpful
Ate here since I was staying at the viajero hostel, and the food was pretty good. I think the crab cakes were my favorite -- the ropa vieja wasn't the best I've had, but still good. The drinks are also good, but a little pricey (even compared to some other bars in Miami). Service was great though! The waiters were all very friendly, and we got our food/drinks fairly quickly both times we stopped by here :)

Eric made me feel very welcomed and his generosity is amazing. Lucas made me a fresh virgin pina colanda and it was absolutely amazing! Benji also was very welcoming and explained everything dry well!

We had the tacos de carne and the spinach and cheese empanadas, accompanied by a Latin margarita and a mojito. Good and drinks were great and our server, Sarita, was outstanding.

If you are in South Beach, it’s a must visiting this hidden gem near to Viajero Hotel, excellent vibes. Excellent Cuban style food. Shoutout to the best bartender Suzzy she went above and beyond, so professional… made me feel home and she made me had the best experience. Be prepared, she is a Colombian queen 🙈.
i got the Cuban sandwich here, which came with the relatively standard set of ingredients that you'd fine - mustard, swiss cheese, pickles, ham & pork One thing I found odd was the bread didn't seem to be your traditional Cuban bread - it seemed to be some other sort of bread that was heavily grilled on either side. Probably the only good thing about this sandwich was the portion size. It was really large, and half would be enough for dinner on its own. Also, the drinks were pretty decent as well That's where the good things stop with this place, though. First of all, the cheese didn't even seem like it had been near light, let alone melted. It was a cold block that felt like it hadn't been touched since it was out of the fridge. The same goes for the ham. The pork was slightly better, but not much. Also, the entire sandwich felt incredibly dry. While there should've been pickles, there were essentially none to be found. Also the mustard was pretty nonexistent as well While this place advertises itself as a 'Cuban Kitchen', please don't go here for actual Cuban food. It's for tourists that don't want to walk too far from where they're staying on South Beach. Overall, a dry and boring version of an iconic sandwich. 5/10
The environment was decent, but the service and food missed the mark. We waited about 10 minutes before a server greeted us. When our drinks, a Mai Tai and a Miami Vice, arrived, they were oddly both pink—not quite what we expected, but we shrugged it off. However, our food order was also incorrect; we ordered shredded beef empanadas but received taco-style beef instead. To top it off, we didn’t see our server again until I had to get up to find her. Overall, disappointing, and we ended up looking for a better spot.

We ordered a sandwich and a salad with additional chicken. Both was unfortunately not spiced in a good way. The Quality for the price were not enough. Couldn’t recommend this place, also in front of it could park who wants and hear extremely loud music.. no atmosphere to have a relaxed dinner
Not sure why this place has such good reviews, maybe it's the extensive drinks manu... The food is mediocre at best, and the service is half-assed, in no way justified the price we ended up paying. $100+ for an appraiser, 2 sandwiches and a non-alcoholic drink is crazy, especially when the sandwich was cold and small. Not worth it.
This was a classic tourist trap. The food was exorbitantly priced and the quality we got for that price was subpar. We got stuffed tostones which seemed reasonable enough, but if we wanted to add beef to it, it would cost and extra $17… So we got chicken instead which was dry and drizzled with what tasted like Franks Red Hot Sauce. Next, the ceviche was missing both fish and passionfruit (even though the menu stated these ingredients would be in the ceviche) so we sent it back and asked them to take it off the bill. Finally, the Cuban sandwich which was a sandwich, but was definitely not Cuban. It was grilled, but it wasn’t hot. It didn’t have pickles and the cheese wasn’t melted. All of this being said, we thankfully got out of it less scathed because we got a 20% discount for staying that the hotel attached to this restaurant (but not directly associated with it… thank goodness). All-in-all, if you want real, local, authentic Cuban food, don’t go here. Go to Puerto Sagua. Go anywhere else except for here. Your wallet will thank you.
Our waiter was super nice and the music was amazing. Despite our service the food was terrible and for the price I would’ve rather eaten at a gas station. There was a piece of hair in my drink and we still had to pay for it. I was given a new one but from a customer service standpoint, the drink should’ve been free, or an apology at least. We ordered 2 appetizers and 2 drinks and it was over $100. The drink menu is misleading and borderline deceptive because it lists majority of alcoholic beverages to be $17-$22. We ordered a cocktail and a margarita, both priced at $17. When we received our check, it was $22. I brought up the price listed on the menu and apparently the $17 is for that specific drink BUT without alcohol……..There was no fine print, or non-alcoholic/ mocktail section indicating that condition. The wings were boring, ceviche was nasty. I felt like I was eating food that my 5 year old cousin tried to make.

A tourist trap. Many of the high scores are fake reviews. Be careful. Below average everything. Food is below average as service is very bad. Just keep walking and find something else. If you are already stuck and ordered, be careful as the place is a rip off and will over charge you
Party of 15. 1 order served and 1.5 hrs later we were still waiting. When we arrived we were told that we could only wonder from BRUNCH menu. BUT coul not order shrimp and grits because there was no shrimp. Jerk chicken was with added rub only and sorely overcooked wings. All French fries were COLD. 1 waiter for our party who couldn’t speak English welll so didn’t understand our questions. Really bad bad service and food.
We were there and ordered 2 appetizer and 2 drinks and ended paying $138.22. They took 20% of tip when the drink didn't taste like caipirinha and we ask for napkins 3 times because they didn't bring it and the meat didn't tasted good. We ask why we pay that much and the server named Erick told us that we are in south beach. Never again, bad service, bad drinks and bad food. I don't recommend this place.
Good times when gratitude was based on service quality, not a fixed obligation of 20%. If a place wants to do that, it should at least ensure the service is good, which was not the case here. Nevertheless, the food was also simple. So overall, it was not worthwhile.
The serving staff was unprepared to handle any customers. Every order was confused and we sat for nearly 2 hours to receive our food. Food was not prepared well at all. Mediocrity at its best. Avoid this establishment as you will have a lot of wasted time and disappointment.
We went there last Friday night (July 5). We ordered 2 drinks, pasta and a sandwich. They gave us the drinks, then 2 other tables got there, they got their drinks, their meals even the check and we were still waiting for the food! I had to remind them. There were 2 people working at the front, an old man and a tall latin guy. The latin guy was our waiter. After an hour, I got my food, and my friend had to wait another 20 min for a sandwich. The waiter threw it at the table and said nothing. I was so mad but still kindly asked for the check, and the prices didn't match with the menu. (I add a picture), so it's not really a discount. I was aware it wasn't going to be cheap. But I expected a different service for the price. I felt completely scammed.

When having dinner the waiter brought out the wrong side. The food was OK, a bit below average. Way below average if factoring in price. The drinks were bad, the mojito mostly tasted like sprite. Then they charged more for the drinks than the price listed. Also the service was very bad. The male server in particular spent their entire time as a salesman instead of bringing food, drinks or the bill timely. Overall there are way better options all around. The only bad experience we had in Miami. Others were much better.
