Cozy like I was home enjoying my meal I just wish they had a dj to make the place complete. The waiter Kiwi was very informative and had great suggestion for the menu which included desserts. I enjoyed the food and great services

Food was delicious and quick! But I came here to praise my server Kiwi who went above and beyond to make sure me and my husband had THE best experience. And when I say THE BEST, I mean it. What a lovely experience. Hands down the best service I have ever received at any restaurant. You made my night. Thank you!!

I had a great experience at the Crafty Crab in Miami! We ordered 1lb crawfish, 1lb shrimp, mussels, and crab legs, which came with corn and potatoes. The seafood was incredibly fresh, and the portions were very generous—more than enough for three adults, and we even had leftovers to take home. The sauce was good, but I personally would have liked it to be a bit spicier and more seasoned. That’s just my taste, though—it didn’t take away from the overall enjoyment of the meal. Our server was very friendly and attentive, which made the experience even better. I’ll definitely visit again when I’m back in Miami!

Place wasn't that packed when we arrived. Waited for hostess a few minutes but it was a sign that said please be patient they are a bit short staffed. Waiter was pretty good he came right away and took out orders. Food came out super fast and was good. I'd prefer they cook the items in the sauce you choose rather than just adding the sauce afterwards. Food would have been much better had it sat in the sauce. Place has a jukebox and full bar which I was surprised to see. Overall a pretty good experience.

I ordered door dash from here on December 10th because I heard they had just opened this location on Monday. I ordered 2 orders of snow crabs one with potatoes and sausage and one with corn, onion rings,, tilapia and sweet potato fries, and crab cakes. Soooo both crab boils were delicious seasoned to perfection. The onion rings were fried just like I like them and seasoned well. The tilapia and sweet potato fries were good and seasoned well. The four stars are because the crab cakes were alright the seasoning was there, but they were a little too soft for my palate, if they were fried just a bit more would have hit the spot. Oh y'all the boom sauce is just that a boom delicious . I will definitely order from this location again it hit the spot.

This restaurant is very clean and the atmosphere is very relaxed. I’ve only tried the fried Shrimp and Sweet potato fries. However, I am looking forward to trying other things as well. I would recommend trying this restaurant.

Great fresh seafood restaurant!... The food is well seasoned and they are very generous on the alcohol beverages 😋. And the prices is very reasonable. My favorite is the crab meat fries 🤤. Nice customer service and very clean. Its a vibe!

Crafty Crab was pretty decent. I went there for someone's birthday and there were two other people celebrating birthdays as well. The bar service was great, the waiter was pretty nice, just at the end it was difficult to find him. But overall it was a nice experience and the broil was good, plus they allowed us to bring in a cake and gave us plates to serve, which was nice.

This was my first visit! It was ok! I had 4 shrimp baskets shrimp was cooked great nicely prepared they get a 5 star for the shrimp but the fries were not fresh or had been sitting a while and I also added the medium heat lemon pepper fried corn which was more boiled than fried and was not a hint of spice or any lemon pepper flavor! This was my first visit! It was ok! I had 4 shrimp baskets shrimp was cooked great nicely prepared they get a 5 star for the shrimp but the fries were not fresh or had been sitting a while and I also added the medium heat lemon pepper fried corn which was more boiled than fried and was not a hint of spice or any lemon pepper flavor! The food was ok.. I don't know why my chicken looks like it wasn't fully cooked after I asked for it to be fried extra dry. The waiter kept forgetting items that was asked of him. We had to remind him several times for simple the items. Overall my family enjoyed their visit.

I’m not sure when not adding sausage to the crab boil became a thing but it’s not acceptable by me. So according to them sausage has to be added separately (since when) so to their logic is a crab boil is the crab and you have to pay separately for each item ie. sausages 🤦🏽‍♀️ just know this will be the last time I visit this establishment. If I could give 0 stars I would , the appalling way my complaint was handled when I called Crafty Crab Miami Gardens regarding a severe case of food poisoning my fiancé and I experienced from their food. When I attempted to report the issue, the individual who answered the phone — identifying themselves as the “manager,” though I suspect they may be the owner — dismissed our concerns entirely. Rather than addressing the serious health consequences of the contaminated meal, this person repeatedly told me that the only recourse was to contact their insurance company. They spoke over me, interrupted repeatedly, and insisted that because this was allegedly an “isolated incident” and that I was the only person calling about food from that day, there was nothing they could do to resolve the situation internally. This behavior was unprofessional, dismissive, and shows a complete lack of accountability or concern for customer safety. Food poisoning is a serious health risk, and to be treated as if our illness was trivial or irrelevant is unacceptable. It is deeply troubling that the person responsible for addressing customer complaints would refuse to take responsibility, offer any form of restitution, or even listen respectfully Like seriously all you had to do was be quite for 30 seconds. The handling of this complaint demonstrates a blatant disregard for customer well-being, transparency, and basic hospitality standards. I expect businesses that serve food to their community to take responsibility when their food causes illness — not redirect customers to an insurance company as a way to avoid accountability. This experience reinforces my concern that Crafty Crab Miami Gardens does not prioritize food safety or customer care. Immediate attention and corrective action are warranted to prevent future customers from suffering similar consequences. Here’s some input from others who heard me speak out on my social media about this location & claim they also received food poisoning from this same spot a few years back .

To Whom It May Concern, I am submitting this formal complaint regarding a serious food safety incident involving Crafty Crab in Miami Gardens. My fiancé and I became severely ill after consuming food from your establishment, and the way this matter has been handled is both unacceptable and deeply concerning. After eating a to-go order that included crab legs and sides, we both experienced symptoms consistent with food poisoning. For three consecutive days, we suffered from constant vomiting, high fevers, severe diarrhea, stomach cramping, weakness, and complete inability to tolerate food. The severity of the illness caused me to miss three full days of work. This was not a minor stomach issue — it was debilitating and disruptive to our health and livelihood. There were already noticeable red flags with the food itself. The potatoes were gritty, starchy, and had an off taste. When cracking open the crab legs, the liquid inside was cold — which strongly suggests improper holding temperature or reheating. Given prior public complaints about stale food and old fries being served at this location, it is not unreasonable to question whether our seafood bag had been sitting out or improperly stored before being given to us. When we contacted the restaurant to report the issue and seek a resolution, the individual who answered — identifying themselves as the “manager” (and who may in fact be the owner) — showed no accountability or concern. Instead of offering a refund, assistance, or even expressing genuine concern, we were told to “contact their insurance company.” This response felt dismissive, evasive, and completely lacking in responsibility. Directing customers to insurance rather than addressing the situation internally is not customer service — it is an attempt to deflect accountability. What makes this even more troubling is that this location has a pattern of complaints regarding food quality and service. There are multiple prior negative reviews referencing bad food and poor experiences. The establishment appears to respond frequently to reviews, potentially to bury older complaints rather than correct the underlying issues. That raises serious concerns about whether management is prioritizing optics over food safety and customer well-being. We genuinely liked Crafty Crab prior to this experience. However, the lack of pride, accountability, and basic care shown after we reported a serious foodborne illness is unacceptable. Food safety is not optional. When customers become severely ill from food served at your establishment, it demands immediate attention, responsibility, and corrective action. Not “contact my insurance company “ . At this time, we are requesting: • A full refund for the contaminated meal • A formal response explaining what food safety measures will be taken to prevent this from happening to others No customer should have to risk their health, safety, or income after dining at a restaurant. This experience has completely eroded our trust in this location, and until accountability and corrective measures are demonstrated, we cannot in good conscience recommend anyone eat there. This matter is serious and will be escalated appropriately if not handled responsibly.

Food is usually good from here but this time I got my food on January 16th my potatoes tasted like they were on washed they were gritty. No seasoning and I got Cajun and butter so I was confused on the no seasoning part. I’m highly disappointed.
