This is the best halal place to eat in south beach! The food is amazing, the staff is very very friendly and the prices are very reasonable. Must try their Jerusalem fries they are the best fries I ever had!! Deff a must go place! They also have a house made burger that also very good.

This place is consistently my go-to for falafel and other Mediterranean fare. They are authentic and so tasty. It's a small local place without pretention but who cares when you can watch your dish being prepared by those who know what they're doing. The service was friendly and accommodating. They made sure that I felt comfortable and was happy with what I ordered, which was the falafel wrap. I've had the chicken shawarma before and it's just as good. They're homemade tahini is a standout. I will walk over to Washington Ave for this any day.

I was very impressed, especially by the portions for the price! The Gyro Platter ($16.00) was great, loaded with fresh salad, lovely yellow rice, and loads of meat! The roasted whole chile pepper was a very nice touch and brought the heat! The hot sauce it came with was on the salty side, not inedible, but if you're sensitive to sodium, I would skip it. Quick, simple, and quality 👌 I'll be returning.

Excellent Middle Eastern food at very good prices for Miami beach. Basic decor and seating, but that doesn't matter if you just want good food or are getting takeout. Be sure to try the Moroccan tea as a finisher.

I love Al Basha. I order from them a lot since I work nearby. Everything is always filling and fresh. The portions are large and the delivery is fast. I've never had a single thing wrong with my orders and I order multiple times a week. Definitely recommend, they have something for everyone. I always order a side kabob and side rice because the actual meal is far too large for me to finish, so you can see just how big their portions are.

Second or third time in the area and did not know where to go for food. Found this place. Initially did not have very high opinions of the place, as it was eight pm on a Saturday, with not many people in the place of business. I did observe quite a few people coming and going though. Probably doing takeout. Made an order for beef and rice, fully expecting the food to taste dry as I have made this same order to many other restaurants around Florida to include however not limited to Orlando, Tampa, Jacksonville, Melbourne,. You get the idea. I also order two dishes of beef and chicken and one for chicken only that both come with rice to take home for tomorrow. The food takes a few minutes to be served, which is expected. This leads me to believe that the food is being made to order, which is always a decent sign. I take the first bite of the rice with some of the sauce. Unexpected flavor hits my taste buds. I take a moment to process that this food is not bland, dry or spicy. My brain takes a minute to process. This bed of rice is moist, with the right amount of flavor. Next I take a bite of the beef. This beef has the right amount of flavor. There is no dryness to this beef as with previous restaurants all across the state. The person that made this beef took time and effort. This person is proud of this beef. Lastly, I decided to go for the trifecta and take a bite of the chopped up lettuce and tomatoes, fully expecting them to be past their prime. I am again surprised as each bite of the lettuce is met with crunches, the chopped tomatoes taste as though they were cut at the perfect time of ripening. Now that I have tried everything on the plate and am thoroughly impressed, I devoured that plate. There is not a minuscule of food left on that plate once finished. By this time the additional food has been delivered to my table, wrapped nicely with the lettuce in one set of boxes, the rice and meat in another. I thoroughly thank these two people in this establishment, who are known as Nahyan and Khaled for their outstanding meal. This is a hidden gem of an establishment. If they were nearby, I would come for food at least once a week. I will definitely be coming back the next time I am in the area. Props to this establishment for taking pride in their food, going the extra mile, and adding flavor back to their food.

A reasonable Average Taste (Halal Food) but it’s quite expensive (4 persons Bill was 118$) as they charge 11.8$ as service charges and 3.8$ for credit card fee.

Ordered Hummus and Pita - Hummus was amazing. Loved it. Pita bread was fresh and soft. Ordered chicken shawarma - could have been better - it was slightly dry. Good place to eat. Clean and pleasant seating.

I had a late lunch at this place with my girl and the food was above my expectation, large portions, great prices and above all the shawarma tasted great. I ordered online through DoorDash and picked up the order myself. The staff is very nice and friendly. The place is small if you want to dine in. I picked up my order and left to eat at my place. This is my first time trying Al Basha Grill, and I got a gyro sandwich with fries and a soda. The gyro tasted good and the portions of both the gyro in the sandwich and the fries were generous. However, the gyro was so oily and was dripping all over. And the fries was not great to be honest. I am not sure what it is, but there was something wrong with that fries. I am not sure if this is an always thing, but if they fix the oily gyro it will be a great gyro Sandwich cause it was delicious.

Overall, decent food and quick service. The food was prepared fresh and was delicious. Plenty of seating considering their prime location. Place is well kept but could be more cleaner. Service could be improved by asking customers if anything is needed during meals. It is more of help yourself kind of restaurant. The food made up for it though and makes it worth trying them out.

Food was good but seating space is very limited. AC was leaking and when we complained about it the person serving us was like " i cant do anything about it". Good for a small group of people, if you are more than 6 people then its hard to seat all on one table.

Doesn't seem like anything special when you walk past but go in and try the food. It's so delicious!! The hummus was amazing with a great mix of oil, peas, and red sauce. All the flavors were impressive and fresh. Tabbouli Salad was my favorite thing we got! Shrimp kabob was the perfect size for 2 to share. Open late which is really nice and there's a few sitting tables to dine in. Seemed like there was a lot of carry out orders too.

We ordered the lamb plate, chicken and gyro plate, and the Jerusalem fries.... everything was good but the chicken was dry...the gyro meat was AMAZING and so flavorful...and the hummus was top notch as well. For everything we spent $60 and a service fee was added on. Customer service was amazing. We were greeted as soon as we walked through the door. Overall I would come back if I was in the area, but I have eaten at other establishments that were a tad cheaper and got way more food.

Tried Al Basha Grill in Miami and ordered the chicken shawarma, Lentil and kefta kebab. Unfortunately, the shawarma wasn’t good and tasted like it was prepared by reheating a frozen item. On the positive side, the kefta kebab was great, well-seasoned, and paired nicely with the rice and sauces. It’s still on the expensive side for a quick bite, but it’s a decent halal option in South Beach if you’re craving grilled kebabs rather than shawarma.

Could not believe how quick the food comes out here. The lady serving was very cooperative and quick. The ambiance is nothing to rave about. Food was very average in taste. Pls check your bill as they include service charge and charge you for using your credit card - which is very very odd and on top they expect a tip.

I expected more based on other reviews. It wasn't bad, but nothing had much flavor -- fresh, but bland. The appetizer platter had several items on it and none had any wow factor. The lentil soup was good, but needed hot sauce to wake it up. The place was clean and service was good. There were two annoying things. The prices on the menu were moderately higher than those on their website, and the prices on a sign in the restaurant were higher still on some items. If you are cost conscious, beware that the website prices might be off as much as 25 to 30 percent. Also, a 10 percent service charge is added to checks by the tax line and then there is a tip line with suggested amounts, making it very easy to overtop. I personally think that's sleezy.

Ordered delivery direct from their website and had a few issues but overall the food tasted pretty good. (especially the hummus, baba ganoush and beef kabobs) The pictures on the website's menu are different from what you get and for $50 I wish the pita wasn't cold.

Atmosphere is typical to a casual fast food joint. Nothing super special.

I had a very disappointing experience at Al Basha Grill in Miami. The meat was extremely dry and burnt, and the hummus tasted very poor – nothing like what authentic Arab food should be. My family and I had a terrible experience at Al Basha Restaurant in Miami. We visited on Friday, 12/12/2025 at around 2:30 PM and ordered chicken shawarma platter— the only meal we had that entire day. Shortly after, all four of us — myself, my wife, our 3‑year‑old daughter, and our 1‑year‑old son — became extremely sick with what was clearly food poisoning. Instead of enjoying a pleasant vacation in Miami, we spent our time going back and forth between doctors and pharmacies, cleaning up after ourselves and our kids as we were all throwing up, and taking antibiotics and anti‑nausea medications just to get through the days. What made the situation even worse was the owner’s response. When I contacted Adel, he showed absolutely no concern for my family’s health. He didn’t ask a single question about how we were doing. All he cared about was refusing to take any responsibility. I will be reporting this incident to the health department so they can take the appropriate action to ensure this doesn’t happen to anyone else. This experience was unacceptable, and I’m sharing it so other families can be aware before choosing to dine here.

We tried this halal spot for lunch. It has halal mark at front. We dined in. So, they charge extra service fee and credit card processing fee. Food tasted less than ok, burgers were dry. Fries tasted a little weird. Entire family had bowel issues a few hours after. My wife blames the oil.

Pedí un falafel sandwich específicamente con Lechuga, tomate y cebolla (soy alérgica al vinagre). Al llega mi casa reviso el sándwich y veo que tiene pepinillos !!!! Eso tiene vinagre y le especificamos junto con mi pareja a la chica que por favor no le pusiera nada más ! Qué pasa si lo hubiese comido sin revisar?. También pedí la sopa de lentejas que siempre pedimos y llegando a casa era otra .. no tenía lentejas o estaban molidas pero si cambian podrían avisar. Llamo al restorant para que me den una solución y no contestan. Pésimo servicio
