Extremely delicious food, friendly and quick service, the restrooms and eating areas are clean. A great variety of main entrees, sides, and drinks, vegetarian options, and has a moderate, sizeable dining area to eat indoors or outdoors, with decent parking. Overall a great place to catch Mexican food on the fly.

Bodega is great!! It's a little on the pricey side, however the food is always worth it. I loved going to the Miami Beach location, so I am glad that they opened one closer to my neighborhood. I will definitely visit Bodega again soon!

I honestly love coming here! My co workers and I tend to come for taco Tuesday nights or wine down Wednesdays. All of the food is made fresh and the drinks (both alcoholic and non-alcoholic) are amazing!

This place is awesome, decorated inside to simulate a food truck, 5 stars just for originality. Food was great, Tacos de Birria and Al Pastor were on point. Dis not eat the burrito but it looked fresh and tasty. Highly recommended.

If you are from Aventura, bodega taqueria is your go to place, with amazing tacos, burritos and delicious nachos accompanied by a frozen margarita ,what else can you ask for? Their costumer service is amazing and the food comes out super fast. My new favorite place. Yohalis went above and beyond, she is one of the managers and she came to the table to make sure everything was good, and explained what is bodega and all the other locations and the ones coming.

I have been to this small restaurant few times already. Employees are welcoming and nice. Food is good but not great especially for the high prices. Location is convenient along with plenty of parking. I don't know if this only happens to me or it is a regular situation but if you order at the restaurant, order takes a while to be prepared. I learned my lesson and started ordering online 30 min before my arrival. I want this business to succeed and work on their minor inconveniences so I gave them 5 stars otherwise it is probably at this time 3 star rating area.

It was my first time visiting the restaurant today. Been hearing how great the food is from this Taqueria chain. Honestly, I passed it so many time when I go to Kura Sushi Bar every time until I realized during my last trip. Anyway, my brother and myself both ordered the steak quesadilla and the barbacoa tacos. We were amazed after our first bite. Food is delicious and look forward for the next visit. Will try the steak and shrimp burrito next time.

This is a great place! The food is excellent, fresh and so many choices. Very casual, great selection of drinks including margaritas and frozen spiked lemonade. The manager Joseph was so friendly and helpful. He seemed to really be involved and care about this establishment. I hope to see many more locations. It’s my new favorite spot !

Absolute Wonderful place. The manager let me use his phone charger, and then let me keep the phone charger. An act of kindness, during what had been a terrible last two days. 10 out of 10 would recommend, wish I could leave more stars.

I had 2 different fish tacos. The crispy one was not as good as the salmon but they were both still very good. Not sure if the have hard shells but the soft shells managed to hold up with all the fillings.

Great location for this fairly new restaurant. Plenty of parking available inside the plaza, this restaurant offers outside and inside seating. It has very nice decoration and feels welcoming. I ordered everything to go. I ordered the late night burrito, a jarrito soda and also chips with guacamole and salsa. Everything was packed nicely. The burrito was excellent (it came with chips), the extra chips were also fresh and the guacamole was fantastic. I really enjoyed the dish and all the food. The meat was very tender and the Mexican rice was very savory.

I love the fact that they have 2 tacos and guacamole for $12. The order was ready at the promised time. The one thing I would appreciate is when you place the online order, please actually list all the ingredients in the choose 2 for 12. We got delivered some taco boxes and chips and salsa. Food was tasty, one of the salsas a bit too spicy for me but the other 2 were ok. Good portion on all short ribs, shrimp and chicken tacos, however I knocked off a star because the tequila shrimp said it came with avocado and had 2 big pieces on the picture but got no avocado on mine! Forgot? Food was tasty, I would get it again but maybe would eat there so they cannot forget that avocado! Btw I love avocado 🥑😍

(Taco Bell may be a better choice if comparing only portion size and price.) Portions are small. Food is not spectacular. Bad: This sh!t Pricey !! 1 taco is 5 bux?! Small platter of nachos was $12?! For better choice go to Chuy's in Pines (similar flavor, better portions, reasonably priced). For authentic Mex go to Miami River I or II. Near downtown Miami. Definitely worth the ride - best food from abuela's kitchen *very cool decorations, look, art, food truck vibe feel - just missed the mark on the food.

I ordered som tacos via DoorDash for taco Tuesday and ordered the birria quesadillas with an order of elotes. The food was good but I felt that the birria quesadillas had a very strong cinnamon flavor. I ate the food and liked it just felt the cinnamon flavor was a little overpowering. I wish the flavor was a little more on the savory side. The corn was really good probably my favorite item. I ordered because they’re near my house but this north Miami area doesn’t really have the best tacos. If you want good tacos I would try downtown Miami or homestead.

Was in the mood for tacos today place my order through Uber. Ordered 5 items 2 kids cheese quesadillas 👍 one classic burrito 👌 and 2 taquilla shrimp tacos 😋 sounds good right? One of my Favorite places in Miami. Both locations are great… I’m adding to this review to mention that the Aventura location has messed up my order twice and FORGOT to deliver my food. I’m actually over it. Not ordering here again. They don’t answer the phone and I don’t get any refund or even an apology. Gtfoh

Tacos were okay, honestly. I was expecting an amazing taco with the price tag it comes with, but I guess that's just Aventura prices? Not many sauce options and the tacos were cold when we received them. I have to say though they weren't bad, but they just aren't worth the almost the $5 a taco.

It’s pretty good but it tastes like it’s missing something. Idk soul? It’s taste like how watching My Hero Academia feels. Like it’s good but you still feel empty inside. The white pop music blasting is a bit unbearable so I wouldn’t dine in. I had the crispy fish and short rib with a side of rice and beans. Maybe if I was drunk it would hit better.

Don't get this location confused with their other locations its not the same vibe. It appears their focus is geared more towards their pickup/take out orders. The person who works in the front was unwelcoming and her only focus was her to-go orders. While I sat waiting for my food she turned the music up full blast that I couldn't have a conversation with my lunch buddies with screaming and she gave us an attitude when we asked if she could turn the volume down.. The food: I ordered the Kale bowl with the fish. While the fish was delicious! the Kale tasted like it had not been washed and it was stale. I couldn't eat it. I don't think I'll ever go back to this location. Ever!

The pollo asada burrito is heavy in the hand, and has you feeling assured you won’t me hungry once you’re done, only to find out it’s filled with mostly rice, it was also very much on the bland side. No sauce of any kind was offered nor given when requested. Nevertheless, the abundance of rice and size of the burrito did fill me up. At the $15 asking price. I’ll find my burrito some place else.

Food was very tasty ,fast and fresh also the place it self is very cute . But I must say customer service was not the best .. the cashier who took our order was not nice she was rolling her eyes everytime I asked a simple question about the menu. Also when it was almost closing time they shut the place , put down the umbrellas in our face and didn't mentioned a word , they could have been a bit nicer ! I understand they were closing but thats no reason to make us feel unwelcome , unfortunately didn't have a good impression of this place in regards to customer service, next time definitely I will rather do pick up instead .

The kids that work there act like you’re doing them a favor by eating there. The Tacos are not genuine Mexican tacos, or taste like it. The carne asada has little flavor, the chicken and shrimp is okay. The best thing they have imo is the coconut fried shrimp taco, but then they drown it in this mayonnaise sauce. I are about 4 times trying to find something I really like and each time got more disappointed…3 stars.

MAJOR LETDOWN. Long time fan of the other location so naturally was excited about this place opening up closer to me. They have a long way to go if they want to be successful- there is very, very poor organizational management going on here. My small order of a few tacos and nachos took over an hour. Seems like they focused more energy on to-go orders instead of those dining in. After all the wait the food wasn’t even warm and was just “ok.” Super disappointed with what I expected to be a weekly thing.

if you go to this restaurant prepare your pocket, the $12 burrito comes with rice and vegetables, if you want meat ask for an addition for 5, if you want cream, add $1, if you want guacamole another $5, if you want a sauce it costs. The flavor and presentation are good, but if you are looking for quality and fair prices, this is not here.

For the first time we visited a Bodega as it opened in Aventura. Not impressed at all. Dissapointed in tacos, they are tiny, not much taste. Quessadilas is the reason for the second star. They were at least close to average. Maybe the taste thing is the covid era worker shortage issue. But still the size of the tacos was a no-no. Not planning to visit in the future…

I was excited to try considering the hype around this place. Disappointed to see it is just hype. Tacos were bland, had no texture, no real flavor. Overpriced. I can think of at least 3 places with much better tacos within a 10 minute drive of here and Florida is a taco desert...

Used to be good, now they just slap it together. My burrito was ripped before I opened it. To top it off they had stuff I did not order in it.

Today was the 8th and last time I visited this establishment. First, the place was blasting with inappropriate rap music full of obscenities, even though there was a child present. I asked them nicely to lower the volume, which they did although not without rolling eyes. Then I used a water cup to get one inch of lemonade from the machine for my 3-year-old son and was charge $3.21 for it - even though I had already purchased a lemonade and could very well have poured from the lemonade cup to his cup anyway. All of this unpleasant experience after spending almost $70 on average-tasting meals (with chips that were poorly cooked). Sadly, they lost a few customers today. Nonetheless, I’m giving it a 2-star review because for the average of the eight times going there, the food has been proper. In sum: Petty business with a disrespectful environment that serves good food.

Ordered here via Uber eats and heard great things about this place. I ordered 2 steak tacos and one al pastor and some chips and queso. Al pastor was delicious, queso was great. The steak tacos were awful. They were not even edible. $5 a taco and the steak was straight cartilage in every bite. That’s $10 I threw in the garbage. Honestly every steak piece in there was straight up cooked cartilage. I am on the fence if I will give them another shot. First time eating here and left disappointed.

The new guy Joseph at the take out could definitely be better customer service. He doesn’t really acknowledge you , don’t seem to be in a great mood. He definitely just seemed like a bus boy to me and my friends. Very bland personality. I come here all the time and get such great customer service and acknowledgment of my presence from the girls and even the other tall gentleman. I think he’s new, but there’s no excuse to not acknowledge anyone standing there trying to get his attention for minutes at a time. Please do better Joseph.

Not even close to the quality of South Beach location and expect a 30min wait for your food (south beach is 15min tops when packed) . Decided to try the bowl with canitas, got mostly pork fat and gristle. Wife had tacos and they were not great either. Not coming back

I got the birria taco and a bowl for pickup. The taco took waay to long to come out and by then my bowl was cold. I also had payed for an extra sauce which I didn’t get. I give 2 stars because the taco was good. Idk about the bowl because it was cold.

My online ordering process was smooth and the experience with picking up my order was pleasant. The food, however, was not so great. The flour tortillas for both tacos were chewy and didn’t taste fresh. Also, the tortilla chips were stale. The only items I enjoyed from my order were the guac and the Mexican Coke.

I used to live on south beach and always went to bodega and recommended bodega to everyone! I was super excited to see they had a location in aventura but it definitely was not the same atmosphere/vibe and the food didn't taste like it was made with love like the sobe location. Portions seemed way smaller. Also super disappointed there aren't any classic frozen margaritas here which is a bodega staple!!! Why??? I hope it was temporary that they weren't available. I won't go again unless they have them to make up for the subpar food and atmosphere.

Perhaps we went on an off night, but we were disappointed after reading the reviews. The tacos were very dry and the tortilla chips were not crisp, practically flexible. Quesadilla was soggy and had to be thrown out. Surf and turf burrito was decent, properly seasoned proteins and ingredients spread throughout. Consider take out during peak times as they have limited seating.

I ordered breakfast burrito $17 the order took 30 minutes, finally got the "breakfast " with no egg! They gave me whatever they wanted! Was to go so, never again! Honestly is a big value! I could change my order with no problem!

Do not buy from this place, multiple times i ordered from this place they never give you what you pay for. I ordered sweet chili jalapeño wings and shrimp taco. They gave me one shrimp and slice on avocado, and for the wings they don’t even put enough chili sauce on the wings. All customers Go to bodega located in Fort Lauderdale, do not visit aventura bodega.

I have been to alot of taco places and I won't visit again. First the don't have hard tacos at all only soft. Also no ground beef tacos. Never been to a taco spot that doesn't sell ground beef or hard tacos. Outside of that I did order but I was very disappointed. My fish taco was awful. The fish tasted like old frozen store bought product. I also had a pork and a chicken taco.... On both the meat was extra dry. Just over all not happy.

An insulting concept to Spanish culture pretending to portray that eat in a trashy environment is "ethnic" or "Mexican" or "Hispanic". From the entrance you can see the signs for food and bathrooms written in trashed cardboard. It is the exact concept a white minority uses to stereotype Hispanics in America: racist and degrading. If you are of Hispanic descent I call you to see it by yourself and then boicot it, not purchasing any food from this place. Boicot "Bodega"!

If I could give it negative stars, I would. I ate there and got severe food poisoning. Severe diarrhea and intense stomach pain. I am not sure if it was food mishandling by the cooks or contaminated food or what...but I know one thing, I will not be eating there again. Be cautious eating there, unless you don't mind getting food poisoning and having a night spending it with intense stomach pains and having to go back and forth to your restroom due to severe diarrhea.

Not sure if this place is going out of business or not but twice now (last week and today) my coworkers and I have tried to place an order through the website and we keep getting error messages. Then, when we call, nobody picks up the phones and at times the calls are immediately forwarded. Would have been a large order both days... guess we will take our business elsewhere.

1. Could not get hold of anyone on the phone to order. Recording said use "WhatsApp" to text them. Tried that. Never texted back. 2. Finally ordered through Ubereats. First time ordering online with them. What a mess. They forget my tortillas then there is no way to communicate with the place unless it’s via WhatsApp and they still haven’t responded. I place an order for food from their website. We get no confirmation that the order went through. We call them to see if the order went through and all we get is a link to message them on what’s app. I do so multiple times and no response. Since we have no way of knowing if we are going to get our food or not we ordered food from our hotel.l since our kids were getting hungry. Once we start eating we get a call from our hotel stating we have food delivered to us. Now we have two meals of which one will most likely be eaten cold at a later point in the day if it still tastes good. Thanks.

Different menu and cheaper ingredients, the South beach location was tastier. Sorry but I feed better quality steak to my dog. For the price of nearly $5 per taco you need to up your game.

I don’t have a complaint about the food, but definitely the unprofessional service from the 2 teenager looking kids that have poor service etiquette. Before my order came out, I asked some girl in a red hoodie working the window I’d like my order ‘to go’ instead. I didn’t think it would be a big deal. Food wasn’t ready yet, but she insisted on giving me a disgusted look and said “uhhhh ok?”. Whatever, didn’t really think twice about it. Went back to talking to my little 6 year old daughter…then my food comes out and some other young man hands it to me. I said “I’m sorry I’d like them to go” and he just looks at me then back down at the food and said “ you’re gonna have to give me a few minutes then” ok, cool! No big deal, except for the fact we were the only customers in the place and the kitchen didn’t appear to be working on anything. He just wanted to talk to another coworker about her employee order. Then packed my order and handed it to me without even looking in my direction. Like in a ‘get out of my face’ demeanor. So weird!! I didn’t once give attitude to either one of these children. So what’s up?? Anyway, I don’t know what is with some you Miami folks but the attitudes are irrational and annoying to deal with. Try lithium or something if y’all are really that miserable.

I would never expose what I went through without first speaking to them, BUT since you call the store and CAN'T speak to anybody my ONLY way to express is here in a review. FOOD POISONING from the shrimp taco I had yesterday, called the store several times to simply give them an alert but you can speak to anybody. Sad!

The attention of the place was horrible, I made an online order in adventure for pickup, when I arrived they told me that they did not have any order, I showed them the confirmation and I had to wait more than an hour for the manager to pay attention to me, then according to her, I had to wait for the text to confirm if they could make the food, I waited another 15 minutes, she didn't pay attention to me, she ignored me, and the answer was, after waiting more than an hour, she couldn't give me the order until I I did not receive the text back. They never gave me my food nor did they refund my money

I’ve been trying to get in contact with this location, but the phone goes. Straight to voicemail. I ordered to the wrong bodega location aventura instead of miami beach. I called trying to cancel, but got charged and no confirmation of my order being ready. I didn’t have the food, so not commenting on that I’m sure it would’ve been great. I would really just like to talk to a human to get my refund as I do not live in miami. Thank you

Horrible new GM. They removed all salsas and now serve dry tacos with Tabasco. Old manager / GM was always on top of everything satisfying guest needs. New lady was very rude and basically told me that’s how things are now. Wouldn’t even offer me salsa or anything to accompany these dry tacos. Tabasco isn’t authentic Mexican hot sauce. I DO NOT RECOMMEND COMING TO THIS LOCATION. Dry tacos for triple the price served with a bad attitude by the new GM.

Horrible service. Gustavo the manager was working the front when I got there to pickup my food I already paid for. I spent $60 on food and two drinks and when I was handed the food, they went to get my 2 margaritas that were $12 each just to found out they were all out. So naturally I ask for a refund and Gustavo says "it'll fall off in 3-4 days" leaving me with no reassurance. I insisted I get my money back immediately and he said I had to wait. I proceeded to wait another 15 minutes before I finally had enough and demanded that he reimburse me the $24 I spent on product that wasn't delivered to me (The margaritas) only then he giggles at my justifiable frustration and proceeds to go to the back and hand me a receipt paper with the two margaritas voided with my order number. I guess that works? I pay immediately and you give me my money back when you feel like it? He showed a level of unprofessionalism that I've never seen in my life in the service industry and I'm in the service industry! Gustavo had no sense of urgency to address a justifiably frustrated customer by just immediately giving me my refund instead of just brushing me off like I'm not a paying customer. It seems like it's a common thing at this place because there was a police officer and another customer that were frustrated due to the food wait. I'm never coming back this this Bodega again and my job caters from this place! I'll go out of my way to see to it that never happens again! Do not go here unless you want to wait forever for your food and pay for product you didn't receive all while they laugh at your frustration.

Ordered through Uber eats for pick up sat there waiting for the order and eventually asked the person working there and she says they are closed. Their hours on google say closing 9 pm on Sunday and the order was placed before 8 pm. Order continued to show as being made on Uber eats and had to call customer service ourselves to get it canceled without being charged a fee. The place should not allow orders to go through if they are “closed”. Wasted an hour of time between driving there, waiting and have to call Uber eats customers service to not be charged.

Not worth it… Not geared for families. I had dinner with my 4 and 2 year old. - Limited seating (outdoors is fine but indoors is high chairs) - The girl who took the order was in such a rush that she failed to place 2 kid orders. Instead of expediting the food, I had to stand in line again and wait for all the orders to get processed. - Staff kept cleaning near our feet as we were eating. I asked to wait until we left but ignored the request. - For $5 per taco, I expected pressed corn tortillas. What we got were corn tortillas from a bag.

The entitled black female line cooks here have a stank attitude, are spiteful & evil. They purposely messed up my order & gave me bad food because I didn't tip. When I let them know about it they aggressively got a disgusting attitude. No problem I'll just go to the nearby Taco Box from now on. Can't believe I chose this place over their unlimited taco Tuesdays on a Tuesday. Never again.

The tacos are good despite the fact they charge for salsa but the management is terrible. I was sitting outside and due to their negligence, they did not thigh their commercial heavy umbrellas. a gust of wind picked on up and fail on top of me leaving 2 enormous bruises on my leg and stomach (better to fall on me than my 2 small dogs that could have crushed). I got very hurt and manager did not even ask my name or contact information. Everyone was screaming. Other guest helped me, hold my dogs as I was crying and spitting my food, and asked for ice. Management was negligent, inefficient and did only reacted to bring ice after other customers begged for help. They definitely need more training. I bet they did not brought this event to the owners. I mean they did not ask my name to even try to refund my meal. Impossible to reach the true owner or head manager to see the pictures of my bruises or review the footage of the accident. Very disappointing that a franchise like this does not care to follow up on an accident just to try to avoid responsibility.

I visited this location 12/11/21 after seeing there Instagram page. I was left disappointed and upset.The tacos were super cold after waiting 15 to 25 mins after ordering to receive. The tacos were small for the price paid per item. The tacos did not taste fresh which left questions on quality. I expected the chili queso to have a little bit of heat but that was a fail. I had to jazz it up with the bottled Chipotle hot sauce. I stop eating after taking the first bite which made my stomach upset and had to drink hot ginger tea upon arrival to my place of residence to settle my stomach (which I'm suffering for the next day). The Watermelon and Mango seltzer were delicious but yet too pricey $15 for small cans.

I don’t usually write negative reviews. But the price for each taco…. $5.50 FOR THESE NASTYYYYYYYY A$$ TACOS is beyond me! The pollo asado IS DISGUSTING & The grilled fish taco is DRY AF and nasty. The salsa verde is 🤮 Like… I’m mad. Real Mexican restaurants would never. What a waste of money. 0/10 I don’t recommend.

Mexican food requires Salsa and this place doesn’t provide it for free, you have to buy it by the ounce…. Doesn’t make sense! The food is ok. But is overpriced and the service is not good. The waiting time is not reasonable. They take too long… See picture below.

Worst tacos EVER! gotten better from Taco Bell… ordered wings with tacos to go tacos cold very cold! Wings hot fresh out makes no sense.
