Honestly, THE place to go if you're visiting Florida. We don't have lots of great stuff, but somehow Flanigan's really hits the spot. Highly recommend the Joe's meal deal, and also the 5.99 lunch hour which is basically a steal. Also drinks are cheaply priced if you come at the right time.

Today I have to take my Daughter to flanigans restaurant because she had a free meal for being a honor roll student I stop by flanigans restaurant and ask to take the meal with us because I have to go to work but the manager would not allow me too but while we sit down to eat ,our wonderful Ms.Madeleine has our server very sweet, and respectful help us out with the order and she also makes us feel like we were home I only give this restaurant a 5 star due to Ms.Madeleine We need more people like her in this world we appreciate all you do for us today stay blessed and may the Lord of universe bless you and family because you take good care of my family we will be back because of you Ms Madeleine❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️thank you Ms.Madeleine from my Daughters ❤️❤️❤️❤️ thank you for the great service from my son❤️❤️❤️

Maya was a friendly and quick server. Super attentive! She made sure to keep her area clean, and she was providing excellent service while she did it. Gaby was incredibly helpful with my receipt issue and she was very kind and understanding. The whole team seemed to have great moral while they worked, and that makes my visits even better!

Nice place to be. Free parking available inside the premises. Very safe surroundings. They had full house inside, but outside they had some spaces available by the time we arrived. So we decided to have a chair outside. In here, totally different compared to the other place we first went, it is said it is first come first serve if it is full of people. I would say the waiting either way is worthy. They had music playing too loud. Hostess, waiters and waitress and we (clients) felt we were struggling to communicate. The waiter that assisted us missed one thing we order because of the noise. The facility is quite clean, great distribution of space. Service was great. The waiter was very kind. She asked constantly if everything was ok, if we needed something else. The food was amazing. We ordered full rack of baby back ribs and fries and it was tasty. This dish can be shared with another person or be eaten by a single hungry one. You will end up quite belly full. Of course there are some more dishes but they are quite famous because of the ribs, so we did not have the chance to order any other thing from the menu to try as my previous visit. Prices are affordable. You can either pay cash or card. You can come here with friends, coworkers and/or family. You may wonder, would I recommend it to the point I'll come back? I said it once and I will repeat it one more time. Of course.

Dinner was hot and fresh, as always. I’ve been to this location more than enough times to know that the food is always good. This particular visit was UNFORGETTABLE because of my server Rochelle. Rochelle was patient and attentive the entire night. Not only was she professional, but she was so kind and nice. Very personable. Her energy and spirit brightened my night. I wish more servers were like her!!

This is always a bustling spot. Secured a seat at the bar and was promptly greeted. I appreciated the personal touch when the bartender asked for my name and continued to address me by it. Among the offerings, their massive burger, topped with mushrooms and onions, stands out. It's so generous in size that I often split it, ensuring delightful leftovers for the next day. The food is consistently good, which is expected from a franchise. However, there was a hiccup with my order. My fries sat too long in the window and arrived lukewarm. After pointing it out, the bartender assured a replacement, but seemed to forget. I had to remind him 15 minutes later. Unfortunately, the new batch was also not as hot as I'd have liked. I ended up taking them home and reheating them the next day. I'll definitely return, as I've had better experiences before and believe everyone deserves a second chance.

The food was the best tasting I’ve had in Miami Beach by far! Omar was our server and he was also terrific, he was funny and helpful with the menus as it was our first time. Will definitely be coming back again soon! We had the chicken sandwich and fish tacos. All in all it was a flantastic experience:)

I don't care how many restaurants there are, I will always choose Flannys. It's delicious, the atmosphere is fun and I have never had a bad time. It's one of those spots where you hang out with friends and enjoy a beer while eating banging wings.

Great birthday dinner at Flanigan's! Food was great (as always) but the service was even better. Ask for Paris, you will NOT be disappointed. We were a party of 17 and he never skipped a beat. Very attentive, great timing with the food and super cool. His customer service was above and beyond.

Classic Flannigans location with crispy wings and rib rolls. Anthony took care of us and despite having a huge 3 table family, he took great care of us, was attentive, and kept the food and drinks coming. This location is right next to a Flannigans Liquor store and every meal comes with a coupon to use there after.

Really enjoyed this location. Very busy and good food and cold beer come out fast ! We had an amazing waitress her name is Finesse. When we go back we will ask for her again. Oh and the NACHOS!! On Point !

Ordered takeout and the food was absolutely delicious! I was a little skeptical about ordering pasta from them but was very happy I did. I can't lie I regretted not ordering the shrimp scampi pasta that my bf had ordered but he let me have a few bites. I had ordered the Cajun pasta it was okay just wanted it to be saucy but that's not that kind of pasta. When picking up my order the girl at the front had lots of good recommendations and showed me everything I ordered before leaving. The food was very fresh and well seasoned. I will definitely be returning.

I love to come to this place, specially for the daily specials, the late night specials or the Sunday to Thursday dinner options. I like to sit at the bar, even though sometimes the girls are not very professional if you need an extra something or a refill on a non alcoholic beverage.

My wife and I stopped here just after attending a Marlins game. It’s open late. It’s a bar type of environment with a ton of TVs. That’s a good thing if you’re trying to catch a game while you eat. It’s pretty busy and it took 40 min to seat us, a party of 2. The food is great. They have lots of late night specials. Fun environment. It’s worth stopping by.

had the pleasure of being served by Erika during my recent visit to Flanigan's, and she was absolutely amazing. From the moment we sat down, she was welcoming, friendly, and attentive without ever being overbearing. She knew the menu inside and out, gave great recommendations, and made sure our food came out just the way we wanted it.

A friend and I enjoyed dinner at Flanagan's the other evening. Although we had a half hour wait it all worked out just fine. Erica was our server and she took good care of us. We had delicious seafood gumbo, a Caesar salad with grilled chicken and a Flanagan's burger with an iced tea. It was a nice meal watching the Winter Olympics while we ate. 😋

We order food for my office here very often, the to go team has been great but Jet and Nessie really went above and beyond today. They helped me make sure I had names written on all my orders and wasn't missing anything, that can be overwhelming on my own but I appreciate their attention to detail when packing it.

On 2/12/23 was my first time coming here ever since they have remodeled. Inside was huge and they also have outdoor seating. They had a variety of seating areas, chairs, and a bar. The workers greeted me upon entering and quickly seated me. The waiter was nice. He constantly checked on me throughout my visit. I ordered a salmon sandwich, sweet potato fries, garlic rolls and a dulce leche cheesecake. The food was hot, huge and delicious. The salmon was well done. I had to use two hands to hold this sandwich because it was so huge. I enjoyed every moment of my visit. I would love to come back here.

Celebrating a birthday with friends. The rib rolls were a perfect starter. The ribs were amazing as always. Tati was our server. She remembered me from my visits from a few years ago. Everyone enjoyed. I should have taken a picture of the yummy, huge Kit Kat Ice Cream and brownie sundae for the birthday boy. The 5 of us barely finished it.

Flanagan's is fantastic. The food is great, so is the service. Everybody is treated with respect. I would recommend flannegans to anybody and everybody try it once you will go bad. The first time I ever went to afflangins was in March of 1972 and I never left.

I barely come to Flanigans but when I came with my friends it was an amazing dinner. Thank you to Dennis and his incredible customer service, he’s been super kind and knew how to handle the pressure of the guests he was attending and us! We will definitely be coming back for more <3

This place was very popular. The staff were very friendly, great and attentive. All the food was awesome. Because of the high traffic there may be long wait times and the cleanliness of the tables and floors are indicative of the rush to get people seated.

Wow if it wasn't for Maddy and more importantly Jessica I would have walked out hangry. I sat down at the bar and was by my self. I ordered a beer with in 90sec. Then it tookmore than 20 min to get another look because Jessica was SLINGING Drinks at service bar while Sharon, Shannon, Karen, idk because she never told me was too busy trying to close out as many checks as possible before leaving the other two bartenders visably frustrated, but in my opinion they kept a smile worked extra hard for the next 30min and recovered most if not all of the guests. I will only sit back down if one of these two are at the bar. Still the best place in Florida for consistency!!!

Love coming to this Flanigans! They are always on point with the food, service, and atmosphere. I love ordering either the skateboard burger, bahama burger, or their chicken wings. We order takeout and dine here a lot and have never been disappointed. It is one of my favorite Flanigan’s in Miami. The prices are awesome and the food portions are perfect. Highly recommend!

I went with my 11-month-old daughter and my husband. I like it because it has a nice atmosphere. Yes, you have to be patient and wait for a table. The food is fine . My favorite dish is the ribs. On my last visit, we were served by Anthony H., a pleasant and very helpful young man, who was also very attentive to my baby. I will continue to go.

Got the Joe's deal, cant beat eating prime rib with free drink and salad and garlic rolls for 18.99. Mel our server was great and checked on us often. Friendly and fun vibes and atmosphere. Also recommend the haystack.

I love Flannigan's n never have had any issues...but Tuesday night was crazy w waitress Keira being hyper n in our faces every 2 mins.. unacceptable n she declined to tell us where she was from which we found rude ...n wanted to scheme us into some game for $...crazy 🤣 I hope Flannigan's n North Miami hasn't changed their approach to customer service as we love it there but felt super pressured n not at all relaxed...had just gotten home from a flight n super hungry n left that place feeling ambushed ..not cool at all

Love this location, but if you visit ...say 1 or 2 times a month, it seems the staff always changes. This can be good or bad as I've seen great servers here and bad ones. So, you may run into that here. I feel whoever was bartending at the beginning of the year was incredible. Lately, some couldn't make a cocktail to save there life ! Nonetheless, I dig this location and the food is affordable, filling and pretty darn tasty. Just wish some of the new servers wouldnt forget my water, ketchup and drink...

I enjoyed my food. It took quite a bit to get our food but when we did it was good. They can go easy on the salt 🧂 though! Lol! The service was good our waiter was very friendly and moved speedily with getting our drinks!

Flanigans is my dad's favorite spot so we frequently eat here and I usually get the ribs n shrimp combo which is always cooked to perfection!! This time my dad ordered the filet mignon medium rare but you'll see in the pic it was very rare so be careful what you ask for! They cooked it more and brought it back extra medium but it was still better than rare! We also love the decor here, kids love the huge fish tank, and outdoor patio is covered with big TV screens -- really nice!

Salad lacked the green-ness it was just ok it was so much iceberg lettuce I felt like a rabbit. My husband loved the ribs and the wings were ok.

In on a Thursday at 6 for dinner. Got seated right away. Unusual for me at that time of day. They have good specials on Thursday after 4. ORDERED: Prime Rib Special $18.99 8oz Rib, Garlic rolls, Cesar salad, Baked potato & Drink. Service was slow and the meat could have been a LOT hotter. Good bang for your buck. Will go back for sure.

We were in town and met up with family at Flanagan's. The shrimps and ribs were good. However the pasta was very bland with little flavor. They have a great selection of beers and we enjoyed a few them. It's a sports bar atmosphere. They have a nice outdoor seating area with plenty of spots to watch on TV.

Walked into front door where it was no lie 60 degrees with the AC working extra hard. Hostesses were literally shivering. Never got the waters I asked for. Fries were old and cold with first rack of ribs. Server was inexperienced at best or incompetent at worst. Also, tricked my partner into an 18% tip because he saw that as lowest option and didn't give him tine to see and hit the "custom" tip button. First time at this specific location and leaves a lot to be desired.

Pulled up with high expectations the name carries weight. The food had good flavor, especially the seafood, but it wasn’t as consistent as I hoped. Service was decent but felt a little rushed, and the energy in the room dipped between shifts. I come to this Flanigan’s often, and usually the staff is great about acknowledging guests as soon as they walk in. Today was different— the hostess with glasses, I believe her name is Shantell, completely ignored us, didn’t greet us, and didn’t even make eye contact when I approached her. She just asked for my name and number with no acknowledgment at all. Very disrespectful. I’m only giving 3 stars because Nessy, our waiter, was excellent.

I like the atmosphere here. The bartenders are very friendly, but I don't understand why they run out of beer modelo every week, so you have to get another beer if you want to drink, or you have to leave.

Waiter suggested the sirloin soup . Had no idea what that was and the side salad. Soup was overly thick and too spicy. Salads a salad. The booth he sat me in was so dark I had to use the light on my iPhone to read the menu. Most rave on Flanigans. It’s just not for me.

I just ordered takeout. Ordering on the website took a half hour because it wouldn't work. I finally put my order in and it's nearly inedible as it came. Baked potato not cut. Came with the tiniest dollop of sour cream on the side, nothing else. Not even close to being fully loaded with fixings as it is supposed to come and was specified. No coleslaw. Shrimp with no cocktail sauce or lemon, just shrimp. Anything that is breaded served without sauce to accompany it should be illegal and I guarantee you the person who made this would not eat it as they gave it to me. I was excited about this order because I live nearby and wanted to make this a regular thing but this is borderline insulting. At least the people I dealt with were nice and the ribs decent

The rib dinner was delicious. The service was awful. Had to get my own napkins from the service station after the waiter disappeared for over 10minutes. The waiter then came to the table and thumbed through the napkins and took back over 1/2 of the stack complaining that they do not allow us to take too many napkins. The waiter kept trying to upsell on the menu for all types of unnecessary appetizers and side dishes. The blaring Latin music was very loud and held at a ridiculous level. The fans were on high and the outdoor area was very hot and humid. Have never been to this location where there is ever seating available inside in the air conditioning.

Man this has to be the worst flannys. I always sit at the bar and 60-70% of the time get terrible service, if Maddy or Angel are working you are good - anyone else and you are waiting 15 minutes for a drink (and i normally only drink beer but your glass will sit empty for 5-10 minutes before they even acknowledge you, then another 5-10 before you get it) food comes out wrong, just a miserable experience. They got rid of the day bartender Kris a while ago and now daytime is the same, only decent service is if Angel is working a day shift. Honestly, just head to the beach location or don’t bother.

Didn't have what it takes to make a rum runner. No problem. The nachos are piled high cheese not melted. A teaspoon of sour cream. The beans taste like can food. The lettuce just thrown on top like it came from a bowl of salad. The tuna salad was borderline tasty. Latest visit: The cheese sticks were good. The vegetables too hot you can tell they heat it up in the microwave too long. Then there's the brownie desert. The lowest budget tasting brownie ever. The ice cream is cold and tasteless. Whip cream thick. Brownie had a burnt after taste. And the drizzled chocolate syrup is cheap no name brand syrup. Low quality. This location has been renovated, not upgraded. Low Quality food. Just another veteran sports bar that has loud noise, dozens of TVs and subpar food. The server was nice and attentive. Next time my husband comes here, I'll wait in the car🤷🏽‍♀️

My review is pointing out the actual time between closing the kitchen at 1:30am and stating that there open until 2:30am. This has been the second time I’ve been to this place, please adjust your times if no food will be available after 1:30 then say so.

I've been here plenty of times but today was the worst service I've ever experienced. The firecracker shrimp had a burnt taste and very little dressing. The waitress acted like my grandson wasn't there, she didn't offer a cup of water for him even though it was 3 of us there and we ordered a pitcher of tea, she came back with 2 cups( for the adults). We placed orders for all 3 of us but this woman acted like she didn't want to be bothered. Worst service ever. But a waitress named KIKI showed him love as well as getting him a child's size cup of water as we waited outside for my daughter to pay the bill and still leave a tip for our table.

One of the worst services i've gotten. After waiting 20min for drinks, 40min for food, and other 25min after asking for the check, our waitress couldn't even charge the right amount even after several revisions. She said she didn't need our tips/money in front of other tables. This is embarrassing for Flanigans which is a nice establishment. Managers should pay attention to who they are hiring. Server. First of all, the seating is very haphazard here. There's like 4 different places to sit and no one explains which are reserved and which are first come, first serve. The apps (we got garlic rolls and potato skins) and mains along with the sides were mediocre at best. The fish breading was so soggy it wasn't even adhering to the fish. The ribs were overcooked, the steak was undercooked along with the fries. The only reason for 2 stars was the dessert. Man was it amazing! I'd come back just for the dessert: brownie was delicious and fresh. The server seemed very unsure of himself and left us alone for a long time, but looked at us for queues. Last, another waitress tried holding our child and even after I told her no, she gave us a mean look everytime she walked by.

Flanagan’s on Biscayne in North Miami just provided despicable customer service to my daughters and myself. After my daughter requested a table near their aquarium (which as vacant) we were told by the hostess to wait a few minutes for the next table to have their drinks served to that the waitress doesn’t “overwhelmed.” This seems strange but heh. An adjacent table opened up and was immediately offered to a couple that just walked in. Within a minute another couple entered as was offered the table that we originally were waiting for. Meanwhile the middle table still had not received those overwhelming drinks. We immediately left and came to Surfside to receive immediate and excellent service.

The entire experience was very bad, starting from when we put our name on the waiting list and asked to be seated outside. After waiting for 30 minutes, we were called, and Andrew at the front desk told us, “Sorry, you can’t stay outside — there are other people waiting.” However, we noticed that some people who arrived after us were seated outside. During the meal, no one came to clear our appetizer plates, and they remained on the table the entire time. The first order of chicken wings was overly salted and had to be replaced. We expected better attention with the second order, but unfortunately, that was not the case. The second round of chicken wings even had feathers on them, which was very unpleasant. For sure, I will never come back and would not recommend this place.

My friend and I had an experience last year 1) the manager was going to throw us out because my friend wanted to stand next to me at the bar and a friend of hers objected. The 2nd thing was that we couldn't get more than two napkins at a time even though we were eating finger food - Wings! I avoided Flanigans for over a year, but a different friend wanted to go there last night. I ordered the fish dip. Although I asked for extra crackers (the saltine type one) for the fish dip I could only get 2 packets at a time. I even explained to the waiter that I could not eat the chips that it comes with because I had dental surgery and they were too sharp for my gums which had been stitched only tge day before. It took 5 times to get enough crackers to finish the fish dip. Seriously Flanigans has to start doing better!

Manager has NO KNOWLEDGE of good customer service. Came here with my 7 months pregnant daughter and small kids . This was an empty table for 20 minutes while we waited and he refused to give us the table . We walked out and NEVER AGAIN at this location!!! On to Hallandale where they know how to treat customers.

We went to flanigan's to have a nice dinner between neighbors. I've been asking my neighbor for years to come out to have dinner since he's on a fixed income. I finally got him to come out and he wanted to sit on the patio at flanigan's. This was probably the hardest dinner to have for someone since the end of the Cold war . It was extremely difficult to get a table although there was 10 or 15 tables available we were quoted 20-minute wait time and waited an hour and a half, we didn't receive our drinks we didn't receive our food when the food came it was cold. I prefaced the entire dinner with the general manager and told him hey my friend is here and we're having a special occasion we would appreciate it if you would make things nice for us. He never showed his face after the continued complaints. I'd recommend just going to another restaurant. I've been going here since I've been a kid but this location is total crap. Our waiter Sam and the older gentleman who is the GM sucked!

Gross lapse in service. My son chose this restaurant to celebrate his birthday. Unfortunately, half of our party never received our orders after nearly an hour. Seeing portions of our order going to another party, seated 30mins after us, was the deciding factor to leave.

I’m here to enjoy the game and just being here because. Not only do they have an amazing special $6.99 eleven bottle. I’ve been requesting drinks and all of a sudden they stopped offering because they are out of eleven. How is it my fault that you guys are out of it when you have a big daddy next door.

12.22.2025 I went there after 10pm as I just got off work thinking I could get some beers and food. The 2 white girls at the bar never served me and never approached me, at least with a greet, nothing! That's the thing with service at the restaurant and bar today. They dont provide sufficient service but expected to be tipped.

TRASH!!!! Everything trash!! Tried tell the manager that my son has a seafood allergy and asked if his food could be made on aluminum foil.I was told that the grill is HOT. Not that it get cleaned periodically or even clean just for this reason just that the grill was hot. I couldn't breathe stifled by such ignorance. So I politely grabbed all my stuff and left.

Service was awful, if you come here, ask for anyone BUT Chris. He was nonexistent for the majority of my time here and he was even called out by another server to come check on my table but he never showed up. Just a lot of pacing back and forth, skipping by my table and only came by to ask if we were going to order more food even though we had just started eating our appetizers. I usually enjoy coming to this location and this was just a really unfortunate situation, especially considering it was my birthday. Thank God I didn’t mention that to him because I’m sure it would’ve changed absolutely nothing. Croquetas were also horribly dry. The manager and the hosts were really kind though and salvaged the last bit of the night.

If I could rate this 0/10 I would. Do not eat the chicken there. I placed an order for chicken wings during my lunch break and made sure to say I want my chicken wings to be well well done, not burnt but cooked well done, all the way through. The waiter put that into the system twice to make sure it was cooked to my liking. I picked up my order and was met with raw chicken and blood when eating a chicken wing twice! You will get food poisoning here so be cautious about dining here. They tried to give me credit instead of a full refund which is absurd due to this being their mistake. Why would I want to eat there again if they do not know how to cook properly.

It was my favorite place to go always . But now is the worst had to wait 2hours to be seated i ask management what's going on and they did not do anything they were sitting people that got there that been waiting 5 minutes before us. I never had the worst experience till that night. They have to do something about how they sit people when they come in this use to be a 100 percent restaurant now o percent I hope the district manager does something or this gets to the owner

What a bad service of this location in particular, I have been to other locations and I have loved it but all the staff that bad service ordered online some bbq beef ribs and I received ribs without sauce and not on the side, I called and they said sorry we can’t do anything for you if you come back I can give you a portion of bbq to take away!!!! What a really bad time

If I could give zero stars, I would!!! The customer service at the North Miami Flanigan’s was absolutely horrible. I’ve been an avid customer of Flanigan’s for several years and have done several other reviews that were superb for other locations but this location has by far delivered the worst experience I’ve ever had. I placed a takeout order for a 50-piece wing and a Rockin’ Rib Roll. When I arrived to pick it up and asked for blue cheese sauce, I was told I had to pay for it. I didn’t even get a small starter sauce or anything. Never in all the years I’ve ordered from Flanigan’s have I had to pay for sauce for my Chicken wings especially when dining in. So why the upcharge for takeout? I was told by the manager, whose name was Kash that it was their policy, and they went ahead and blindly charged me for it in the past. I’ve never seen sauce charges on my previous receipts, and it felt like a total scam. I mean I don’t mind paying for the sauce but it was the attitude behind the delivery. To make matters worse, the young lady working the front desk couldn’t be bothered to even acknowledge me when I walked in to pick up my order. She was too busy chitchatting on the phone - no greeting, no eye contact, just straight up rude. As for the manager, her attitude when she approached me was just as bad. When I mentioned I would be leaving a review about my poor experience, she had the nerve to say, “Don’t worry about it, we’ll do fine.” Absolutely unacceptable. There was a young lady who was willing to give me a small sauce at no charge before I left as a courtesy but because the attitudes were so terrible I had to get out of there fast. I had to go to Publix and pick up some blue cheese just to eat with my wings. WHAT A TOTAL DISASTER!!! I will never return to this location, and I strongly recommend others think twice before going. If this is what they consider acceptable customer service, then they’ve already lost the meaning of hospitality. Do better. The manager and front desk take out girl need to go back to Customer Service 101 training. I still can’t believe this happened. I was sooooooo disappointed! I couldn’t even enjoy the food because the service was so bad. Wow 🤯

Sam the server was incredibly rude and obnoxious!! Way over salty food and service. Sam as a waiter and person in general sucks. Had dinner with my family tonight. Sam is an awful server. Forgot our drinks multiple times and terrible hospitality. Don’t recommend and won’t be back. The hosts that seated us however were lovely! - Tijana from Toronto xo

The server only took our order and when we recieved our first item it was good but after when waiting for the other food, they took long and when they finally brought it our, fries were cold and nachos were all stuck together and the cheese ontop looked like it had been out a while. Another server came and I told her about the food being cold and she told me that “they would redo it”. I waited but the kitchen did it incorrectly and I just told her it was fine I was just going to cancel it so the server cancelled it and she let us know. However, the server Erika returned a couple minutes later to say, “nachos were cancelled.” We just asked for the check and we told Erika that the food was cold and she never asked us once how everything was. We told her the service was also not too good and she just said ok and never apologized for the food being cold or poor service. This is coming from someone who always going to flanigans throughout Miami. I would never visit this location again.

Been going here for years. Really seen a decline in management and service. Last time I went for lunch, the hostess was rude, just pointed at two tables but wouldn’t just say which one and gave me a bad look when I nicely asked which one. I even held the door open for her later and she just ignored me. I was half way done with my food before I got my drink. Was only checked on once the whole time. They also treated me differently than people who seemingly would have a larger bill at the end. The food is still great and the environment is cool but the way management runs the place and trains their staff is abysmal. It’s unfortunate to see such a staple of the community decline.

Horrible service. Bad attitudes. My wife came in with a water then was told she had to dump it out. Took 20 minutes to get a water. Drinks cane 10 minutes after. Told the waiter bring another round because it’s slow. That came after the food and after the server brought only part of the food. Then I asked where is the rest and with an attitude I was told I dropped it on the floor ok. It’s coming. Horrible. If u want to enjoy a meal this is not the franchise for you

I am writing this review to share a serious concern about food safety at Flanigan’s Seafood Bar and Grill - Biscayne Blvd. My sister and I dined there on Valentine’s Day. The menu has a large selection, including seafood, fish, and chicken. Because we both have shellfish allergies, we informed our server immediately and asked whether fish and shrimp were fried in the same oil. I can eat fish, but not shellfish, so separate fryers would have been fine. Our server told us that the fish and shrimp were fried in the same oil, which was disappointing but appreciated the honesty. We then decided to order chicken instead and specifically asked if the chicken was fried in separate oil to avoid cross-contamination. The server went to the kitchen to confirm and came back stating that everything fried in the restaurant is cooked in the same oil. Concerned, we asked to speak with a manager. When he came to the table, we asked again about cross-contamination. He confidently stated that they have five fryers in the back and “guaranteed” we would not have a reaction because everything is fried together. This response was alarming. For anyone with a shellfish allergy, cross-contamination is a serious health risk. There were no visible signs posted and no indication on the menu warning that all fried foods share the same oil. If you have a shellfish allergy, please be cautious when dining here and make sure to ask detailed questions before ordering.

Una falta de control y detalle por parte del personal. Muy mala gestión. Y tampoco permitieron de que se reservara previamente antes de llegar al restaurante. No era hora pico. 6.30 pm.
