I initially connected with GVA Hair at Cosmoprof Las Vegas in July while exploring new manufacturers for my salon’s luxury extension line. Unfortunately, my experience since then has been extremely disappointing. After placing a custom order, I waited five weeks only to receive the wrong products — the blonde weft wasn’t rooted as requested, the dimensional weft arrived with a noticeable green hue, and the color ring I was promised was missing. Despite multiple follow-ups, I never received the color ring, and the company denied that I requested a rooted blonde even though my emails clearly show otherwise. I spent my own time and product trying to fix the green discoloration, but it didn’t resolve. GVA later offered to send replacement hair — but now they are charging my credit card and shipping fees again, even though I’ve already paid for the original order and received faulty products. It’s now been months with no real resolution, and I’ve lost both money and time. I truly wanted to support this company after meeting them at Cosmoprof, but my experience has been unprofessional and frustrating from start to finish. I do not recommend GVA Hair to any salon or stylist seeking reliable, high-quality hair or responsive customer service.
