A friend recommended Mad Butcher and it was amazing. We had the St Louis Ribs with Mac and Cheese SUPERB! Out friend devoured the brisket sandwich. Fatima was extra polite and hospitable. Definitely recommending to everyone.

OMG I had a Philly cheesesteak from here at the beginning of May and it was the best one I’ve ever had. It has so many flavors! I’m flying back to Miami now and the only thing I can think about is getting another one of these!

Stopped by yesterday because i seen they had smoked burgers which I've never had in my entire life Fredy recommended the sweet and dirty plus hawaiian, when i tell you best burgers I've had in Wynwood not to mention in all of miami. the fries were nice and crispy!!! 10/10 thank you Fredy for the recommendation and flawless service.

I love that this place gives you a multitude of options. They have plant based options for all their menu items which is honestly the reason why I chose this place instead of another. On top of having a diverse menu that caters to all, their burgers were on point. We got the Hawaiian and The Guava burger (I forgot the actual names, my bad) with fries and Mac and cheese. Burgers were fire! I surprisingly liked the Guava burger more than the pineapple. Infact, I thought the Hawaiian burger was a bit too sweet, ironic lol but again this was take out, that could have alot to do with how the burger sits. Fries were well seasoned and Mac and cheese was delish too. They had a crumb topping that added texture which was a plus. The only thing I wasnt the biggest fan of was the after taste of the Mac and cheese. I couldn't put my finger on the exact seasoning, but it was creamy the noodles were tender and the crust on top was a nice addition. We'll definitely be back, I'm curious to try more of their burgers!!!!

Been wanting to try this spot for a minute now, was greeted as soon as i came in. Tried the Mrs butcher burger and Jessy recommended the sweet and dirty. Who would have thought guava on a burger??? It was soooo good. Fries were perfect! Thank you Jessy!!!

The food and the service were great! We ordered the Philly sandwich and the pulled pork. Both amazing. They both come with chips. I was impressed because the place was very clean. It took me a while to find a good sandwich shop and I am so happy I did!

I had the brisket sandwich served with potato chips. It was excellent. The meat was very tender and the bread it was served on was tasty. I ate the other half for breakfast the next day! Staff incredibly friendly. Wash it down with an IPA.

One on my favorite spots in Miami. Food: I have eaten a few (not all) of the sandwiches and they keep getting better. The Reina Pepiada and the Cuban sandwiches are two of my favorite. They have a wide variety and their vegan options are GREAT! Bar: The speak easy is amazing, very classy spot. Finally a good spot to go out in Wynwood that is not sketchy. The bar crew is very attentive and there drinks are unique and tasty. Overall, a casual sandwich spot and a classy speakeasy great for a night out.

I have a gluten allergy, Jess made sure my burger and everything in it was made in a separate pan! Service was awesome, food was great, would have loved to try the fries but they're not gluten free because of the oil it's fried in. But I did try the smoked Mac and cheese 9/10 and I'm a big fan of mac!! Will be back!!

Very good burgers! Was worried based off of reviews but glad we tried it. I had The Sweet & Dirty and my wife had The Hawaiian. Both were gone swiftly. Strongly recommend for a burger while in Miami.

The menu at the cafe was varied and offered many delicious dishes. I decided to try their specialty - a burger with juicy meat and fresh vegetables. The burger was hot and very tasty, and the portion was quite large. Also, they offered a wide variety of drinks, including fresh juices, which I enjoyed.

I've been there many times and find their burgers quite tasty. I much prefer it to the more popular (and vastly overrated) Coyo Taco nearby. Very clean place and reasonably priced. Nice speakeasy wine bar in the rear.

Brand new place in Miami right in the heart of Wynwood we were walking around the corner and decided to try this place. We definitely do not regret it. We ordered a butcher, boy burger, and a pulled pork both of them with great taste. We also were surprised that they have Alhambra beer from Spain. The only thing we need to mention is the probably their customer service could be a little bit better, we explain to the cashier that this was our first time asking for a suggestion, and she only pointed out the menu. Took my son to the Marlins game last night and stopped in before for some burgers. We both agreed they were good! I got the sweet and dirty burger. Smokey with a touch of sweetness then a good crunch. The buns were perfectly soft. My son got a bacon cheeseburger and fries. He had zero complaints. Still a little pricey but nothing outrageous for Miami. The staff was welcoming and offered some good recommendations.

A plain small burger is NOT the choice here! Grab something BEEFY, and that has goodies to help bring out that smoky hit from the brisket burger, and your tongue will thank you Shared the Sweet and Dirty. I have shoe string potatoes on peanut butter, but never a burger. This was a great compliment to the sauces to add some crunchy texture that doesn't get soggy easily. The way to really bring this one together is to request the oaxaca cheese and a side of the guava paste/sauce for your fries.

The Reuben Brisket sandwich has a nice balance and tangy and savory flavor. It’s a great spot for a quick bite after spending the afternoon exploring Wynwood in the heat. Nicely A/C on the inside and generally not crowded.

$14 for a MAD BUTCHER, Micro Burger? I eat it, very slowly, it was very tastefull. But feel unsatisfied by the size of the Burger. You have to eat 2 to have a fully meal....I feel ripped off. Don't go again!

Came in on the spur of a moment decision. I guess I try everything once. I think the location is great and the atmosphere casual as you would expect but the burgers just don’t pull their weight. I thought the concept of smoked burger would translate well but I just didnt see it. Fries were not good…it’s the easiest thing to get right. Do better.

Ok, so I'll start by saying I really enjoy the burgers (when the staff is on point, sometimes it's clear that it's not the A team / employees are over it and I don't even order bc you can just tell things are dysfunctional. Typically the result of poor morale due to management culture) the inconsistencies aside - I still go because when it's good it's really good - But I'm a little disappointed they've completely stopped selling bbq plates. The only way to order the pulled pork is as a sandwich with no bun. Why? I don't understand, if it's more expensive that's fine, but as someone who doesn't eat bread why are you making me buy a sandwich when I just want a scoop of meat? I'll pay more if it's more meat.

The burger looks like a slider, it is clearly overpriced.. BUT, if we’re talking quality and taste it’s really good. The only downfall really is the portions (even the sides were so small..).

This spot has a relaxed atmosphere and great service! The only reason I personally wouldn't give it 5 stars is that all the burgers are brisket based, which is not bad, but I prefer to have some options. Other than that, it's a great spot to grab lunch at if youre in the area!

We decided to have lunch here and we asked to use the bathroom politely and the woman refused to give us the code until after we placed our order. The fries come with a half full tiny ramekin and there aren’t any sauces available through the restaurant. These things show a lack of hospitality and Unfortunately I won’t be likely to return.

I wanted to love this place, but it just didn't live up. There was no smokiness at all to my burger. They were big but seemed like they had been cooked yesterday and reheated. Overcooked and a bit tough. When a place advertises smoked it should be without a doubt smoked and it was not, not even a hint. Plus at near 50 bucks for two burgers one fry and 2 beers, it should have been awesome. Sadly it was not.

The crispy chicken sandwich was burnt. It was definitely crispy. Funny enough, I liked it. I kept eating it because of how crunchy it was. I love crunchy stuff. The sauce toned down most of the burnt strong taste so it was tolerable in flavor. My friend did not feel the same way about it and actual could not finish it. This is a small restaurant. It has no table service. You place the order, find a table, and wait to pick it up. The staff was friendly and the food arrived in good time.

This is what you get for about$13.00 I had Burger King yesterday and it was better. It’s fast food, small portions, expensive, and cold fries. These guys market themselves as gourmet? There is nothing gourmet happening here, no attention to quality, just slinging out fast low quality food. I was still staving when I left. They seem to doing well on all the tourists? I won’t be back. Burgers and Beer in Fort Lauderdale knows how to do a Burger.

The fries were the highlight of the meal. Fries which - by the way - don't come with the meal; you have to pay for them separately. Initially was going to get the pulled pork but I allowed the cashier [who was pretty pleasant] to convince me that the Nacho Birria was better. Ha. A nice salty sandwich with zero complementing flavours. I don't remember what my friend had but it was equally underwhelming. Yawn.

High price, poor service, low quality establishment. Decided to try this place out and I was very disappointed. The burgers are small as you can see in the photo and nothing was really good to convince me to come back. Everything was ok, but the prices don’t justify the amount or quality of the food. Not to mention the poor service and how long it took to receive the food. There was no one else there (I wonder why) when I went at night and it still took like 15-20 min to receive my food for takeout. I would not recommend this place.

The BBQ pork sandwich was really overpriced but delicious! Added coleslaw, picked onions and extra BBQ and that was $6 more! Never get the Mac n cheese, it's terrible. No flavor and super dry. Also ended up throwing out the guava Pina colada because it was so nasty. Not sure I would try this place again but if I did, I would only get the pulled pork sandwich.

I ordered a banh mi and it was nothing like a banh mi at all. Not even influences of it. The veggies were not pickled, the pork was very very bland, and the bread was soggy. The sandwich was “ok” but you should not advertise something has a banh mi when it doesn’t have any flavor like it. My husband got the Rueben and that was good at least.

The food was so small for the price. I was expecting at least a decent size with a place called the mad butcher, but I ended up with burger a little bit bigger than a slider at twice the price. The burger was good but for the chicken sandwich they need to put more chicken than cold slaw. However if you need a pricey snack this is a good place.

I used to like coming here and I thought they had pretty decent burgers. I recently went because they were part of burger week and I was left so disappointed. First off, the staff looked like they didn't want to be there. It was even packed or busy. They look like they were annoyed to take our orders. Now, for the burger. Don't know why you would participate in burger week if all you're gonna hand out is rubber drenched in watery guava sauce and put it between 2 buns. This meat was chewy and burnt. What a way to put your reputation on the line. Never coming here again.

Disappointing Dining Experience I was really looking forward to trying this restaurant, but unfortunately, my meal was a letdown. I ordered a burger and a side of wings, both of which were far from satisfactory. The burger was burnt to a crisp, making it tough and nearly inedible. It wasn't just slightly overdone; it was charred beyond recognition, which completely ruined the flavor. The wings weren't any better. They were so overcooked that the meat was dry and stringy, almost like they had been forgotten in the kitchen. What should have been juicy and flavorful was tough and flavorless. Even the sauce on the wings couldn't mask how overdone they were. I was hoping for a delicious meal, but I left disappointed. The quality of food did not meet expectations, and it's unlikely I'll return or recommend this place to others. A real shame, as I had high hopes based on other reviews.

My husband and I have worked in the food industry for over 15 years each. Myself in food and beverage and my husband as an executive Chef for an established restaurant. The Mad butcher is an absolute disgrace to our field. It exemplifies everything that’s wrong with cuisine in Miami. First and for most, for $14, a burger should be a burger. This tiny, less than 4 ounces of charred, dry, burnt meat, is a joke as well as robbery. This burger is smaller than my hand and I’m a 4 feet 11 inch tiny woman with small hands. (As you will see in the photo attached). To add insult to injury, the less than half a cup of cold Mac and cheese for $5 is half a cup of smoky unsalted sadness and the soggy fries were the cherry on top of a self-loathing meal that only someone who has Zero respect for food, would dignify to sell to patrons.

Terrible service Service is trash here, went to this place with friends during the night and asked for the bathroom they said I needed to buy and my friends were in the line to get some drinks, still the guy at the register came to me and said “You go over there” pointing at my friends.. I said I needed to use the bathroom and he said again “no you go back over there” and then proceed to push me to the front.. we are talking about burgers and fries that are not even good and you treat customers like this? Save your money guys.

It’s a shame that as a regular customer who lives and works in the area, eats lunch 3 times a week at this location, is denied access to the bathroom. The gentlemen in the front said I would need to buy something before I use the bathroom even though I frequent here very often as a customer. I was going to eat after washing my hands and using the rest room but the service turned me off. Will not return and will not recommend to other locals. My visit was 3/8 at 2PM.

I was there based on an article 10 best barbecue places in Miami specializing in beef ribs I arrive there & they had no beef ribs No other beef meat only pulled pork on a Ruben sandwich for $19 .hardly any meat with Cole slaw inside . .Money wasn't the issue but it's a rip off ordered their pinto beans & a small bottle of water since their draft beer machine wasn't working. $33 for a lousy meal . This place was not good, looked for food for a while in wynwood and settled on it thinking it was a safe bet. riiculously expensive and the burger is the size of my fist alone on a depressing tray, no fries etc. It was edible and ended at that. Would’ve been happier at wendys or shake shack

Worst burger in my life. Came with cold bun and it wasn’t even a busy day. Much smaller than on the pictures displayed. The bun wasn’t only fridge cold but also really dry. Do not spend your money here.

I recently tried the burgers and fries at this place, and I have to say, I was quite disappointed. Not only were the prices ridiculously high, but the taste didn't live up to the hype. The burgers lacked flavor, and for the amount I paid, I expected a much better culinary experience. Definitely not worth the money.

My experience with the mac and cheese and wings at this place was far from satisfying. The prices were sky-high, yet the quality didn't match up. The mac and cheese tasted bland, and the wings were nothing special – certainly not worth the hefty price tag. I left feeling like I had overpaid for a mediocre meal.

I’m not one to really write reviews at all but for the first time I felt it was necessary as i am beyond disappointing in my experience with my family at this place. My oldest son turned 18 yesterday, on 9/14/23. He loves burgers!! It’s honestly his favorite thing to eat. We were all excited to come and celebrate his bday here. As we are waiting for him to arrive with his GF my youngest son kindly asked the gentleman who was at the register if he can use the bathroom. He denied him the bathroom and said we needed to order food. I kindly told him that we are waiting for the rest of our party to get there. As soon as I said that my birthday boy walks in. Hungry and Excited to order food we start putting in our order right away. I then asked again, can we now use the bathroom. The same guy started giving us an attitude as he is denying once again the bathroom!! How is this right?!? That’s alone took away the excitement of eating at your restaurant. Mind you we were all so excited to try something new. How is it ok to deny a child the bathroom?!! How is it acceptable to give new customers an attitude as they are putting in an order, not to mention we were about to spend over 100 dollars in food. We were a big party! Your employee not only ruined our first experience there but also my son 18th bday! By far the worse first experience I’ve ever had at any restaurant. This place left a bad taste in my mouth. If anyone is reading this, I would recommend Kush over this place. That’s where we ended up at. The staff is absolutely the sweetest, very welcoming and way better atmosphere all around. Plus the food is top notch! Your employees can learn a few things from them. Your male cashier from last night was just horrible! You don’t even deserve 1 star for the kind of experience I had with my family last night.

I ordered from the Mad Butcher on Uber Eats as I’ve been eyeing this burger joint and was super excited to try. Upon delivery, I opened the bag to see the fries were placed in a paper tray rather than a to go box. They were also cold and stale, but fries are always hit or miss when getting delivered so no biggie. When I take a bite of my burger, I realized it was PULLED PORK. I ordered a Beyond Burger because I am vegetarian. This has got to be the highest degree of negligence I’ve ever experienced when ordering delivery. Esp when it comes to meat preferences. I didn’t get to try the burger I wanted, and when I tried to call (to see if it was possible to pick up my correct order) the line was disconnected. I will never trust to order from this place again.

1-star all around. Came in because my girlfriend needed to use bathroom before going to the speakeasy. Mind you, we were both dressed very nicely having come from a Michelin starred restaurant. Was told that I need to buy something. I am not a Miami person and not used to hearing that, but I automatically threw up in my mouth with such a low class response. My girlfriend, badly needing to go, screamed “can you get something?” - and so I relented and bought a water. While in the transaction, I then asked for the code and the teen idiot behind the counter said I needed to complete the transaction before giving it to me. This is when I completely flipped out. By this point, another worker seeing what was transpiring gave the code to my girlfriend. Nonetheless, I purchased the water and then asked for it to be served to me. The kid behind the counter refused. So let me get this straight, you’re a stickler for the rules on one end, but you won’t serve the customer AFTER I purchased it??? So I was forced to take it myself from the ice. Overall, a very bad experience. This place left me grumpy for 15 minutes. But all in all, it’s reflective of the class level of the restaurant and at least this one employee. So make your choice on how you view yourself if you want to patronize the establishment. I thought by 2023, restaurants would have solved the bathroom issue. Obviously dealing with amateur management. Who knows where else this lack of experience permeates. Pay your employees a little more to increase the quality.

I was so excited to finally try this place. The menu looks so good. I went on Sat Nov 26th at 6:30PM. I ordered a $13 "Double smoked burger" which is advertised as having a "smoked brisket patty, potato buns, smoked Gouda, lettuce, tomato, mayo". I paid an extra $2 for pickles. When the food came it was literally just an anemic bun, patty and unmelted cheese. No pickles, no lettuce, no mayo, no tomato. I sent the burger back and they returned the same plate but with 3 mushy pickles on it. I went back again because it was still missing the rest. They returned it a second time with the missing lettuce. I went back a 3rd time and pointed out that it was still missing the mayo sauce... they came and handed me a small container of mayo. I'm very disappointed by the experience (it took 3 times to get it right) and the small portions. The meat was okay, but the whole experience was ruined. I really wanted to like this place. Maybe the chef was out or something else happened, but it was such a disappointment :(

The worst experience here. I waited 15 mins in the line for food and wanted to use the bathroom … the lady there said you needed to be a paying customer to use it. Got it we ordered 2 burgers and she still had the worst and most nastiest attitude ever.. even though we we’re paying customer still did not want to give the code and instead walked outside to the cop car which was empty and wanted to pretend like the were going to kick us out??? For buying food here and wanting to use the bathroom? Then I came back in after we got out food and asked for napkins and she said that’s why they are on the table don’t you see? What kind of customer service is this? I will NEVER EAT HERE AGAIN.

terrible. Cashier was so rude. When ordered chicken sandwich’s and the CHICKEN WAS RAW. We asked them for a refund and they said they wouldn’t if we wanted them to remake it. They didn’t say sorry, they took it and fried our bitten chicken on the pan where everyone else’s is and put the soggy bitten buns back on top where the raw chicken was. They weren’t even new sandwich’s. It was so gross

Nothing was actually smoked ! They’re overly expensive when Burger actually taste better , the mac & cheese was tasteless …… The workers are very nice however this is what we now know as catfish….. oh the hotdogs are very small for $8.00 , not worth the money for the quality

Tried to buy a homeless man a meal. The owner personally cornered me and my friend to tell us never to do that again and kicked the homeless man off the property. Had no intention of making the meal we paid for, 20min later tried to ask for a refund and gave us a the run around for it. Literally had to argue to give us a refund for a $25 meal they never planned to make in the first place. Horrible place, horrible owner. Backwards morals and backwards business.

Scant amount of meat on this sandwich, one slice of thin ham and one slice of pork. When the pork was tasted alone it had an “old” flavor to it. Super disappointing, as the menu descriptions sounded really yummy. Bread wasn’t toasted and they were out of chips…. Sigh… not good for an $18 sandwich.

I ordered the BBQ pulled pork sandwich… this was so dry lacking bbq sauce and flavor I had to ask for extra bbq sauce and she just gave it to me on the side… save your money don’t go here

Was going to get McDonald's but decided to give Mad a try for the first time. Wanted to try their smoked burgers. Big mistake. There was nothing good about it. All three burgers were overcooked, dry and burnt. Haven't had such a bad burger in a long time. Chicken tenders were horrible. Batter was too thick. Fries were soggy. Very impressed how this place is still in business selling such poor quality food. Will definitely not return again.

The burgers/sandwich’s aren’t worth it AT ALL. The prices are high for what? I got excited to try the Mac and cheese and it was extremely salty along with their fries. We requested no coleslaw on the burger due to stomach problems and it was still on there. we nicely reminded them that we didn’t want any and the cook rolled her eyes. Not even a minute passed and she returned it. All she did was scrape it off lazily. Super dissatisfied . Visited dec 22 evening
