Honestly some of the best pizza around, after a heat game or event - best spot. Late night movie - best place. Always fast and reliable just make sure to ask for it well done it you love that crisp. Can’t find a better spot in Miami
this is one of the best pizzas i had in the area, it tasted great, id come here again if i could.
Place is conveniently located off of Biscayne Blvd. Can accommodate about 6-8 persons to eat inside with a couple of large tables outside. Within walking distance from the Frost Museum, it’s a great place to enjoy that NY style pizza in the heart of downtown Miami. Slices are large as well as the spaghetti with meatballs is a hearty portion.. when I’m in the neighborhood it’s a great place to get a bite to eat. Parking within walking distance.
Quick service! Massive slices of pizza. Great staff! Stromboli is also delicious. Inside seating is limited.
I recently stumbled upon a hidden gem in our town—a local pizza shop that stays open late. In just a few words, this place is simply outstanding. Their delicious pizzas, friendly service, and extended hours make it a must-visit for all pizza lovers. Late-night cravings have met their match!
Great local spot with a laid-back vibe and plenty of outdoor seating. Staff was friendly, service was quick, and everything looked fresh and tasty. Perfect place to stop by if you’re craving a good slice in the area.
There was a mixup with my order that had bell peppers on it and instead of making a huge deal I was blessed with my first pizza from Puccis. I was recommended and regardless of the peppers, it did not disappoint. Talk about customer service too. Guy with shaved sides was a true G. Thank you for that pizza. You didn’t have to, but you did, and that’s why I will keep coming back. Customer service is king.
Customer Service was phenomenal. When we arrived on 06/17/23 at around 1600 the worker on duty notified us that some reason the online system was off and he's not sure why our order even went through. He turned the system on and made everything fresh. Was very polite and apologetic. Food was delicious!
Best pizza in Miami hands down. Day or night they make the best. From the sauce to the dough and all the ingredients, no one does it better than Pucci’s. I also love their subs. PLUS best meatballs I’ve ever had!
Quite possibly the closest thing to real NY pizza that I've come across in my 2 years in Miami. The crust is amazing- not too thin, not too doughy, with the perfect balance of crisp-to-chew ratio. The ricotta-meatball pizza is my personal favorite, it's just so good. Also, the chicken stromboli is delicious and the garlic knots are done right!
This is just the best pizza place in whole Miami (New York style). I live in west kendall and this is the only pizza I buy. Great selection and prices. Plus say "Hey" to my man Papa' Haiti 🇭🇹, and don't forget to give them a nice gratuity gesture.
Excellent pizza! Owner even corrected the mistake that was made when I was served the last pepperoni slice that looked pretty beat and was missing some pepperoni by giving me a meat lovers slice for free. I work in the food business myself and sometimes we make mistakes by misunderstanding customers when processing orders. Anyways, you've got a loyal customer for life Pucci's!
The buffalo chicken pizza is amazing. Couldn't get enough of it. Absolutely delicious. Staff is friendly
Pucci's is an institution. The best NYC style pizza in MIA.
Two words: GARLIC KNOTS!! This place was incredible, taste and portions was more than you can ask for.
the whole place was amazing, the atmosphere was incredible, the staff were so nice, and the food was amazing. it's almost like the place was made in heaven
A friend recommended Puccis to me when I moved to Miami from New York. It’s great traditional pizza and affordable compared to how expensive pizza can get here
Pizza by the slice was great. Very affordable. They were kind enough to open the door after closing early and giving me 2 slices ♥️
the pizza is very tasty and the staff super friendly!
This one was tough to rate. My first time trying the pizza and I would have given it 5 stars alone for that. From the other side of the counter it seems like you guys must be going through something and so I am trying to sympathize with you guys. Prime location but I know you guys don’t want to have to clean up after homeless people that may ask to use your bathroom aside of any animal like person who doesn’t know how to clean up after themselves because it doesn’t even have to be a homeless person to fall under that category. I would love to see you guys take care of the place better. It can be cleaner. And hopefully you can find customer friendly employee who can bring a little cheer to the place. I have lived in the area for 6 years and it was my first time trying the pizza and so you will see us again because we did love the pizza it was good and the garlic omg 😋 We ordered regular to play safe next time we will do the toppings 😁 This Bronx Native approve the pizza 🍕 Update: I love it
went last night after work and it’s very convenient that they close late. once entering they greet you making sure you feel comfortable. The pizza was very delicious and i recommend the garlic knots.
Sometimes I go there and it’s the best pizza ever and other times the pizza is good at best. Overall I’ll keep going there.
This place has really great pizza. Big New York style slices. They have a lot of topping choices. The meatballs are really good too!
For Florida…. It’s some of the best pizza you’ll find! The chicken parm stromboli was great too! Cool spot, zero complaints!!!
Always wanted to try the place and not sure why the lower rating. Pepperoni pizza was excellent. Good crunchy crust and flavorable sauce with right amount of pepperoni. Walked in and order the pie to go. 10 minutes top. Friendly service. Pay cash and save a little. Not much of a place to eat. Better for take out.
Hands down best pizza in Miami. Located in the marina blue building so convenient for whoever lives there...their vegetable pizza is just as good as the cheese and the people who work there are so sweet! Wish i lived closer i would order Puccis literally every night lol...I used to ask them to leave it in the oven for longer to get extra crispy :) look at my picture-that crispiness is perfection!!
My experience at Puccis Pizza At first glance it’s just a small, crammed up, cheap pizza place, but trust me it’s not. The atmosphere here is pretty nice, giving a TGI Friday vibe.Everywhere you can see photos of celebrities, who visited Puccis Pizza.Nice vibe! I ordered a slice of bbq chicken pizza. In about 5 minutes it was ready and I could pick it up at the counter. The slices here are really big. One slice is enough to get full. The pizza was amazing, nothing like I expected. Really nice. Let’s move on to the service. The staff is kinda moody in my opinion, but they get their job done. In terms of money they offer reasonable prices for the quality and the amount of food they serve. Overall my experience at Puccis Pizza was very nice.I’m quite satisfied.Highly recommend.
Everyone was nice. Food was great taste just like New York pizza you can’t ask for a better experience Prices are amazing.
Whenever I am in the area, I go here for Pizza especially after a late night out. I live way up in Broward but have driven there just because I crave their food.
Great pizza ! We went there after the Lady Gaga concert, so they were extremely busy but the staff was great and so was the pizza! Definitely recommend stopping by to grab a slice after leaving the Kaseya Center.
I came here because restaurants near by couldn't serve a group of 12, I walked across the street to this place and was presently surprised. The food was VERY good and reminded me of New York, the service was fast (despite our group size) they were nice moving quickly and answered all of our questions. If you're in the area and looking for good pizza I'd recommend coming here.
Awesome pizza—definitely the best in Miami! And the service from the beautiful green-eyed girls makes the experience even better! Perfect spot to grab a bite before or after the Heat game
The Great Late-Night Pizza Expedition It started as all the best nights do: with a serious case of the late-night munchies. My spouse, our friends, and I decided to brave the night and walk down to the local pizza joint. The mission was simple, but our appetites were complicated. Once we got there, things escalated quickly. We didn't just order dinner; we ordered a feast. We started strong with a Meat Lovers for the carnivores and a savory BBQ Chicken and Bacon that smelled like heaven. Then, the controversy happened. Look, don't judge us, but we ordered a Hawaiian pizza. Yes, we put pineapple on pizza, and yes, we stand by it! But, just to balance out the karma and make sure we still had some street cred, we rounded it out with the absolute top-tier choice: a Bacon Chicken Ranch pizza. It was the redemption arc we needed. The place didn't just have pizza; they had the amenities. We raided the side station for every seasoning and flavor shaker they had—parmesan, red pepper flakes, garlic, you name it. We loaded up. Walking back was the highlight of the night. There we were, carrying stacks of steaming hot boxes down the street, smelling the garlic and cheese, and absolutely belting out the SpongeBob "Krusty Krab Pizza" song. “The Krusty Krab pizza is the pizza for you and me!” LMBrownAO😂😂😂 People probably thought we were crazy, but honestly? Best. Night. Ever.
My boyfriend and I went to Miami for my birthday last june. It was the best pizza I’ve ever had, we went there everyday we were in Miami!! I’m two months pregnant now and last night I dreamed about being there and eating that pizza again as soon as I woke up I had to google pucci’s just to somewhat satisfy my cravings. (it didn’t, I’ll probably be thinking about it all day) I really wished somehow you could ship your pizzas to Minnesota, no pizza around here compares in the slightest!! I never thought I’d be craving pizza from so far away so hard this early in the morning but here a I am😂
“The best pizza I have had in Florida” Went to see the Heat play against the warriors and decided to try their pizza before the game. Very convenient considering it’s right across the street from the arena and very good service. Took my order and cooked everything fresh out the oven!! Will definitely be ordering from them again when I go back down to see another Heat game. I recommend trying their meat lovers slice too!!
Just discovered this pizza place while being stranded in downtown…Didn’t know I was in the presence of a legend! The owner of the spot had seen every celebrity on this gods green earth. Pretty cool.Pizza was good . the staff was nice!
Pucci’s Pizza takeout / dine in is an absolute pearl among the soaring towers on downtown Miami. The selection of pizza impressive and quality is great. They offer a wide selection of domestic and foreign drinks - all at reasonable prices.
Si quieres comer pizzas al estilo de Brooklyn es lo más parecido, para mi las mejores pizzas de todo Miami sin dudas ❤️
Deliciosas pizzas.
Pucci's Pizza has wonderful pizza. Open until midnight, this spot offers big slices at fair prices, making it a prime destination for late-night cravings. The convenience of a full menu available for pre-order is a bonus, but the real charm is watching your pizza slices being baked right in front of you, adding an authentic touch to the dining experience. With at least six options to choose from, variety wasn't an issue for us. The restaurant provides the option to dine indoors or outdoors.. While there is a bathroom on-site, it was out of service during our visits, which is something to keep in mind. However, the staff more than made up for it with their friendliness and efficiency. One slight hiccup was that on a few occasions, both indoor and outdoor dining were interrupted by individuals asking for money. Although it didn't take away from the quality of the food or the service, it was an unexpected element of our visits. Overall, Pucci's Pizza was a good choice for us in search of a quick, tasty, and satisfying meal.
This pizza is good , not great to my taste. I always eat here, I live in the neighborhood and it's very convenient when I want a fresh warm slice of pizza. The ingredients they use are fresh as well. The pizza maker is an old latino guy and he is really good at it, I think he is also the manager, but sometimes has a nasty attitude, I am going for the food, not the employee honestly. Delivery is just awful, basically they make you pay ahead but never deliver the food. One time I ordered delivery but I went to get the pizza myself after 2 hours of waiting, just awful! The 4 stars is because some times I noticed a few flys inside the glass display and they employees are not bothered by it, the place is not too clean and organized. They need to keep an eye on the bathroom too. But I understand they are super busy at times, whitch is good, they have good pizza but that should NOT be an excuse! Other then that, I really recommend this pizza place.
The pizza is solid, good flavor and quality. The service makes you feel like you are panhandling under a bridge. Staff is not very pleasant and couldnt care less about customer satisfaction.
With great pizza at a decent price. Pucci’s is definitely a great lunch spot to visit before attending a game at the Kaseya center or visiting the park across the street. The service is great and the store has friendly employees.
Our first night in Miami, pucci’s was the only place by our hotel open, Roberta the lady who works there was very pleasant, cool life pics of pucci and Tony with all the celebs deff and yummy place to eat.
The delivery order was quick and easy. The pizza was extremely good. It was usually with ricotta cheese but very tasty. The only downside and the reason that I did not give them five stars was that I ordered two 20 ounce drinks, and received two 12 ounce cans.
Very thin crust pizza. Fresh, delicious ingredients and a great selection when you walk in. Pizzas are prepared on display but not baked. They toss it in the oven to heat it up before serving it, but that leaves the toppings a little cold while the crust gets crispy. I still enjoyed it very much.
Always a good place for a quick bite to eat. Pizza is good and is ready pretty quickly. It’s not really a dine in place, although they have a few places to sit inside. We usually get everything to go.
Great tasting pizza but a little skimpy on the pepperoni for the price u pay. Otherwise I can give it a 5 stars. Open late for vampires like us. They deliver but best eating it hot right from the oven on their outdoor terrace.
I've eaten at Pucci's Pizza twice. The first time was pretty good. The second my pizza was way over cooked, burnt on the top and bottom, and too crunchy to really eat. There isn't great places to sit and eat except outside, although it is very convenient if you live nearby and need a late night meal because they are open until 2am.
Good quality pizza. But I give 3 stars instead of 5... due to the fact that I order the Brooklyn Style pizza and I got this... see photos. It’s a normal pizza. The only reason I ordered from this place even though I’m not hungry is because I wanted a taste of Brooklyn style... so I’m extremely disappointed to have spent $21.64 with tax, tip and delivery charge and to get this and the mushrooms 🍄 were not fresh... as in fresh bought today from store and chopped. They tasted like canned mushrooms. The garlic rolls were amazing quality, just like you get in NYC... but as you can see, they went overboard with the garlic.
Above average by the slice pizza. A slice is $4.25 which is high, although it is kind of large. No decor and very small, however there are a few tables out front. There is literally no parking, and this place is best for people living above it in the building or hungry folks walking by. There is zero reason to go out of the way to order their pies.
Pizza is very good and close to me, which are the reasons i frequent there. Service... can leave much to be desired. You never know who you'll get, could be the nicest people working there one day or the most rude the next. Also they are not very organized. I once ordered a pizza at about 10:45 pm, when midnight hit, I called and they said sorry they never delivered my order and they were now closed. By that time it was too late for me to order anywhere else so I was very upset. If you order, make sure to call half hour later to make sure it's left the restaurant. But again, delicious pies so its worth it to consume there.
Mixed feelings about this place. Last time they burnt my pizza because they were in the back on their phones (but they did take care of me.) And every time I come they NEVER have chicken bacon ranch or Buffalo chicken by the slice. Not the friendliest place but, that's Miami for you. Good place to stop by for hangover food but not one of my top choices overall.
I needed a quick bite to eat before catching the Heat game across the street. I got the Brooklyn style pepperoni slice of pizza. It was OK for non-brick oven pizza; good crust, thin and crispy, cheese was good, but too greasy. Customer service was decent and the atmosphere was on-par with a local pizza joint. This won't be your go-to pizza joint, but it will do in a pinch.
I had the meat lover pizza, but honestly it was not so good, it was the last piece at 22:30 so probably it was from hours ago, but the latino girl was very nice and polite.
Extremely rude and poor customer service. The service is so bad that they have a bell for anyone who leaves a tip and no one ever rang the bell the whole time we were there. They are extremely unprepared. The refrigerator had hot bottled water. Pizza slice is 10 minute wait. 45 minute wait for a pie and no other style of pizza i.e. pepperoni, meats, mushroom, etc only cheese. This place was a last minute thing to eat since there was a concert at the arena and we didn't have enough time for casual dining. Also, the establishment is hot due to doors open and A/C not cooling fast enough. The only reason for 2 stars is that the food was good.
I was looking for a late night place to eat at when I landed here. To keep it short, my experience here was just awful. The server treated me miserably, his attitude was full of disdain. The pizza was no where close to Brooklyn style, just pure crunch and grease. I'd suggest a fast food pizza chain over this place.
Mediocre across the board. Felt like we were disturbing the counter with our order. Pizza was bland.
Horrible customer service i eat here atleast 3 times a month and they still don’t get my pizza right ever. I ask them to cook it crispy and it’s always undercooked and burnt you guys gotta do a better job and here’s the best part the more you leave them a tip the more the short term memory kicks in for the employees other then that Haitian manager is cool.
Food is okay...Nothing extraordinary...overrated and overpriced tbh. $13.00 for 2 slices and a bottled drink?! $13 for pre-made pizza and when "reheated": the cheese didn't even melt...SMH. A REAL SLICE OF BROOKLYN"...for that price it seems like they flew in the pizza..."...you'll never go broke" the box says...the pizzeria won't with these prices lmao. Oh well...
It was not very good over all. Had a slice of cheese pizza, which was pretty good. Had the chicken parm sub…chicken was still cold when I got it. Had them reheat it and then it was only mediocre. I fell like I wasted my money and didn’t get any dinner. Would not recommend.
Mala atención y poco profesional.
Came here to get my pickup order and the man was so rude i was flabbergasted. All I asked for was my pickup order and he tells me I’m “giving him orders” then told me he’s not giving me my pizza. Another guy from the back walks up, and he starts laughing as if he’s mocking my frustration. Why is it so hard to treat people nice? Especially the ones keeping you employed. Quite off. And the pizza wasn’t even good! Wouldn’t come here again!
I originally stopped going to this place due to the quality of food isn’t what you’ll expect. After years of never going back to this place, I went back today because I just wanted some wings to go with pizza we brought elsewhere. I ordered the 10 wings but wanted them “extra crispy” or either “well done”. The guy told me it’ll take a bit longer which I didn’t mind because I don’t like soggy or wet wings. After waiting, and watching them check on the wings im thinking they’re doing their thing but then they take them out & ask,”like this?” I replied no, “but I’ll just finish it at home” being that I had already waited for so long because they use an oven when I personally think they should use a deep fryer. Just simply trying to get home to watch the football game I didn’t wanna wait any longer so I took them and this is what I received. Who wants wings that looks like this to go with their pizza on game day? Not to mention their pizza’s start at size medium for like $23. Maybe the quality is good but tbh that’s so overpriced and with no smaller options except BY SLICE. They definitely need to get better on their wings. These are not game day wings. Before + After(I deep fried them a bit)much better!!!
They have the worst altitude. Placed and order online, went in after 50 mins because the order said 45 mins wait and this dude was like, its a game and it will take an hr n half. You can wait or take your money. When asked , he said, he did hi job and dont care if i stay or not. I am never going here again. Worst service for an average pizza.
I want so bad to support this small business as I live in the condo building above it. Unfortunately, i’ve began counting the amount of times they’ve either completely forgot to make my order or haven’t even picked up the phone to take my order. (7 times in the 2 months) I walk by this pizza shop every day and would usually order a pizza at least once a week…but my patience has run out on the poor care they take of their customers. The pizza is okay, but don’t expect it to be ready or accurate when you arrive. I now pay $7 more to have pizza delivered by Doordash from Piacere Pizza which is much farther away….but they’re service and pizza are always on point. If you look at most of the other google ratings, you’ll see that my post is consistent with the experience of many others.
Worst Worst l! Experience.. First time I ordered a medium cheese he gets the guy in front of me order wrong then gives me one slice. Then he starts talking in Spanish about how the customers are driving him crazy. A younger guy comes from the back and ask what’s wrong I said all I want is my medium pizza not just one slice how does medium convert to one slice. They guy was still talking trash in Spanish under his breath. At the point I stated I don’t want the pizza anymore. I’ve never been treated with so much disrespect for no reason. I’ll never ever ever ever go hear again by the looks of the reviews this was not the first time.
I wish I could write a review with zero stars. I experienced the worst customer service here on Monday. When I complained about my online order being 45 minutes late, instead of the two employees apologizing, I was told I didn't need to be a customer anymore. The two employees, Atwin and Alex were very rude in their tone. Very disrespectful for two grown ass men to speak to a woman in that manner. And to make matters worse, they ran out of toppings I ordered and if course no apology. I'll never go back again.
LAZY LIARS. I went on a Friday night. The place was pretty empty. I tried to order a pizza and wing special from the menu. The guy at the counter tells me it’s only for lunch. Well, that is not written anywhere on the menu or in the entire store. So whatever, I just ask for a large pizza instead. Then, both the cashier and the cook tell me it would take 35 minutes, but slices were ready. They must think their customers are stupid. It was so obvious they just didn’t want to make any new food. For the sake of being lazy, they lie to their customers. It’s insulting and unprofessional. I will never go back, and I will definitely be sharing my experience on social media. TERRIBLE PIZZA. The sauce is bland. There’s barely any cheese, which is low-quality anyways. And, the crust is incredibly dry. I’d rather eat the box it comes in. Don’t waste your money here. There’s better pizza all over this city.
I'm a food connoisseur and was born and raised in Florida. I have eaten at many restaurants allover south florida and many other states; which includes high class and modern restuarants. Pizza is very easy to get because there is alot of competition in that area. This was my first time eating here because I was on my way to a miami heat game and was passing by. I bought myself and my cousin a slice of cheese pizza. The guy behind the counter tried to sell me 2 slices that have been sitting out for a while, although I selected the fresh slices that just came out of the oven. They were not friendly and lacked customer service and the place needed a cleaning. I put aside the lack of customer service and the fact that the place needed to be cleaned, my low rating of Pucci Pizza is based upon the food. They state it is a New York pizza restaurant, they are far from it as the pizza in New York is far better in comparison. The Pizza lacked taste and zest. I had to purchase pizza at the heat game because we didnt enjoy it from Pucci. Pucci ingredients needs to be reinvented. I dont mind paying for food that I enjoy, however the pizza from Pucci didnt taste good at all. Management needs to do something about this place. They will never see my face again.
Called in for a pick up order. Guy on the phone barely could speak English and also couldn’t speak Spanish. He started getting mad when I asked about pizza sizes then insisted I could not order for pick up and told me to come see him in person in a threatening manner. He’s lucky I was with my family
I ordered a pizza on 10/5/24 - half white half regular. I have never seen a white pizza without ricotta cheese. It was the driest white pizza ever. Pucci's use to be great, but we haven't ordered from there in years. The white pizza had no sauce (obviously) and no ricotta which made it quite dry. For $25.00, it sucked. When I got there to pick up, the girl looked at the pizza and seemed confused. Another guy came out and said 1/2 white 1/2 reg. I looked at it and couldn't figure out what was missing. Came home and threw out most of the white. Its a shame - especially since they say they are from Brooklyn. :(
I want to share this review to get the owners attention. I was here about two weeks ago and I have never in my life been made to feel shamed for being gluten-free until now. There were two guys working the counter, an older guy and another guy a bit younger than him so probably 30s and 60s if I should say. I asked if they had any gluten-free options and they said no. I said OK no problem. Let me get one of your sandwiches which I ordered, but I asked for no bread. I was just going to have the meat inside, but I will pay for the entire sandwich. They proceeded to repeat shock. You were going to get a sandwich with no bread? I said yes, correct. After they gave the other people in my party, their pizza they again questioned my dinner option and asked me if I wanted bread after I already explained to them that I did not want the bread and they laughed again and said so that’s all you’re going to the inside and I said I’m ordering a non-sandwich correct. The interaction with them was very literally made me feel a bit ridiculous for being gluten-free, which is not really something that is optional for me. It’s not a fad or diet, Gluten truly makes me very sick. I really hope that nobody else ever experiences what I experienced there, and I also hope that the owner does a bit of training with the staff so that they know not to mock or shame anyone with dietary restrictions.
Worst customer service ever! We ordered a pizza from them and our order was cancelled with no explanation. They charged us $2 and we are going to see that money again probably in 3-5 business days. We called them and they hanged up the phone multiple times. So sad not even the courtesy of giving us an explanation or reason.
Pucci's consistently makes great pizza but the service is frequently so terrible it feels like I must be on some kind of hidden camera prank show. I love pizza and live in the building attached to Pucci’s but I will frequently go out of my way to order a lesser quality pizza somewhere further away to avoid the frustration that is Pucci’s Pizza.
We were here on a Miami Heat game night and were told they were sold out of everything except cheese pizza due to the high traffic from the game. We ordered 11 slices of cheese pizza for 6 people and ate it outside on the picnic tables. Since we were just staying the one night (cruise vacation), we sat around and talked for a while. We stayed long enough to see that the people who were coming out of the game were all ordering pepperoni pizza, and that establishment was indeed NOT sold out of everything. We were straight up lied to, and they were just saving it for the game to let out. On top of that, their soda came in cans that were expired and tasted horrible. The fountain drinks weren't any better. What a horrible experience. I'd love to have over $80 back.
The people who work here are rude to you and the pizza is average at best while being $6 a slice. Its a shame because it’s in such a prime location but its more worth it to get frozen pizza at the cvs next door and warm it at home.
Placed a large online order @ 10:45 for a company lunch/meeting. Estimated delivery was noon. I called a little after noon to be told that they needed 45 more minutes. That they didn't open to 11 am - I spoke to the owner right after I placed the order at 10:45a and he didn't mention anything about not meeting the time. Long story short, everyone at the meeting left at 12:29 as they had to be at another meeting elsewhere. We were left with a large pizza order (5 XL to be exact) paid for.
Staff obviously don't want to be there. We ordered wings with no other customers in the shop. After 15 minutes I asked what the status was. They appeared to forget we were waiting on an order and began to make the food. After another 15 minutes, when I walked up again, the cook was placing the wings in the oven. I asked what the problem was. He looked at me, irritated, and said, "What, do you want them cold?" as if it was unreasonable to expect an order to be completed properly. At that point we asked for a refund and went on our way. Strange experience. I'm pretty sure they only survive because a bunch of celebrities stopped there 10 years ago.
The lady who delivered my pizza was the most rude and snobby person I have ever seen and spoke with. Her name is not important but I promise you I will not return for another pizza or any other item on there menu. Oh and in my opinion...I give the taste of the pizza a (3.4) 1 for the sauce 1 for toppings 1 for the crust and the .4 is me being nice. I still gave a $10.00 tip to the rude lady who delivered my food and was being the good nice guy that I am hoping to make a difference in her day/life but anyways hope all has a better experience than me. Thanks and God bless.
Put in an order around 2PM for two pies. Came in to pick up at 6:30. They looked like we were crazy saying they didn’t receive our order. acted like they were doing us a favor making them for us and told us they couldn’t throw anything else in for lack of service, disappointing because their pizza is usually fire.
Terrible customer service, awful delivery, cold pizza. It really felt like "It's not delivery, it's Digirono". I had to rebake the pizza myself it was so cold. It makes sense though due to the over 2 hour delivery time. Called after an hour to get an ETA, and they said the delivery guy is out with it. I guess they weren't lying, because it surely was cold. At least it tasted good...wait wait, sarcasm doesn't read well through texts. It was bland in flavor and was definitely missing seasoning...like salt at least! They didn't even cut the pizza properly! What!?!? Really!?! How are they still in business? Can't cook, can't cut, and can't deliver.
If I could give this place a negative I would Service is HORRIBLE! Guy at front counter is not a friendly person. Treats customers as if they are beneath him. Food isn’t even good for him to be so nasty. Well I guess it matches. Lmao. I would go to a different pizza spot there are PLENTY on biscayne
So disappointed with this. I asked the cook to heat up my pizza because it was cold. He burnt it. The owner would never do this. I was not the only customer had to experience this, as they did this to other customers who came and asked for a refund. Tasted like tostinos pizza that has been sitting for three weeks.
If I could leave a zero star I would for how rude and terrible the staff are. This might be the worst restaurant in all of Miami and wouldn’t recommend to anybody. In order for the Cesar salad to taste decent you need at least 8 extra dips. Each ranch and Cesar wouldn’t fill a baby spoon full and they charge 1 dollar. I paid for 3 ranches and the guy only gave me 2 then proceeded to argue that I didn’t pay for 3 as I’m showing him the receipt. When waiting for my food one of the employees is picking his nose and playing on his phone while waiting for my pasta that he just put in the microwave for 5 minutes. If you go to this place I recommend wearing a hazmat suit for how gross it is inside. You would need 3 rolls of paper towels to get the windows clean enough to see sunlight. The only thing I recommend is going there to use the bathroom that’s all this place is worth.
