Absolutely loved this bagel! Great Asiago flavor and the sun-dried tomato cream cheese was so flavorful and fresh tasting. Also, the iced vanilla latte was fantastic and they allowed you to make your own when you’re done. The inside was very comfortable with welcoming employees!

I have been a loyal customer of this franchise for several years. Over the years the staff has done a good job at making good bagels and sandwiches. Their coffee is good too. Many of the staff get to know you by name and are quick to attend to any issues you may have with your orders. Both Carla and Gustavo in particular have always done an excellent job at making sure things run smoothly. I recommend this place.

So far my favorite bagels in South Florida!! I got it delivered via Uber Eats a while ago and it arrived still hot and fresh. It reminded me a lot of the bagels I would get in New Jersey & New York since they were pretty big, fresh, and like fluffy on the inside. Was more pricey than I am used to but worth every penny

OMG! Believe when i say this place has the best bagels I’ve ever had. I was looking for a place to meet some family and found this one, definitely would be coming back to enjoy those delicious bagels.

We found this place while we were visiting overnight, and I really wish it was closer to where I live. It was SO good! When you walk in, you're greeted by friendly staff who run a "well oiled machine". Everything we ordered was large portions and delicious. My son ordered a chocolate muffin and fresh fruit. My husband and I split a bacon egg and cheese bagel sandwich and a breakfast burrito. The bagel sandwich was by far the best I've ever had. The bagel wasn't too chewy and the flavor was perfect! The burrito was a huge portion and so delicious! My only complaint is that I don't live closer to make this a regular spot.

I have been a loyal Toasted customer for about 10 years! I love the tiger tail asiago bagel. I used to walk here when I lived in Brickell a million years ago but every time I visit Miami I make SURE to stop by and have myself a breakfast sandwich -- their pastries are amazing also. This is legit NYC guy who brought that New York bagel energy to Magic City!! I love love love this place. Also great coffee and fresh squeeze orange juice! its a YES!

I love their scallion cream cheese the best and if you’re in the mood for lunch their grilled chicken sandwich on a wrap or bagel is delicious. The bagels are pricey but boy, are they good! Fluffy bread and lots of toppings. Friendly staff and really good coffee (not that common in the US of you are from Europe and are used to darker roast). Good music and not too high volume 😉

The service was great and the food was delicious! However it was expensive 😔 $20 for a loc bagel with just two or three slices of lox is quite sad for me. I’d love to have this bagel more often but at that price is impossible. Definitely not an authentic New York bagel because they would put double the ingredients for half the price lol but still very very delish. I also had a passionfruit mango smoothie which was also very nice 😋

the bagel is very good not really a bagel morre like bread but soft and good, good taste with everything! i tried the tigertail with sausage and the philly cheessteak bagel which the meat was very good on, however i’m giving a three because i had food coming up my throat and nose and made me feel like i was gonna vomit.. which was very weird

This location on Brickell is very nice and chic the vibe is different but equally pleasant as the Midtown location. The different variety of cream cheeses makes it difficult to choose. The jalapeno cream cheese is 🔥 you may want to ask to try it first. And I like that it's not just a flavor.. you actually see the scallions and the jalapenos. The scallion cream cheese is very tasty. I love that they give you a portion that can spread over the entire tasty fresh bagel🥯. The asiago bagel has REAL asiago cheese all over it. Mouth watering. So if you're bread conscious... why are you here... but anyway you can ask to have the bread scooped out. Or opt for a skinny bagel. A recommendation: Normandi (bagel & Lox w/ jalapeno cream cheese) you're welcome!!The sandwiches are cooked to order. Super fresh with great quality. Now if you're brave enough to try the massive croissants 🥐... you won't be disappointed. Fresh, flaky and tasty. And the crumb cake😋 get your own. No one wants to share the delicious chunk of sweetness. And to top it off. The staff is great and friendly. 😀😀 There's no bagel like the Bagelry. Bon Apetit.

Very good Bagel crunchy on the outside chewy on the inside. The coffee was hot but a bit weak. The people who work here are very friendly. Called chill. The place inside has a good vibe. Parking could be a mission. Only street parking and very limited.

First time visiting this place. We had breakfast. I had the coral way bagel on Asiago bagel. So amazing! My husband has the breakfast burrito. It was super filling. I had 1/4 of the sandwich and was full.

Looks nice, food is so so. I’ve been in Miami a few days and I’m seeing a pattern. I think this place is maybe Miami good and New York bad. They love cheese and salt here and it reminds me of Atlanta a lot. 6/10 not for me but try for yourself. Cheesy!!

It's got nicely cooked bagels. However, the fruits were not very fresh, grapes even had a bit of mold. The menu was heard to understand, and it gets very busy breakfast time. Friendly and helpful staff.

I order a Chicken midtown that is one of the top tens of the shop I felt the chicken was a kind dry and to much sauce for my taste, good presentation nice atmosphere

This place was ok, wasn’t the best but neither the worst. They have the menu on a board but even with my glasses it was hard to see due to the small writing. There was a QR code available but you have to press the pick up option to see the menu. The food was ok, and it has potential. However if your looking for a quick bite, this is not the place. Ordered my food at 12:33 pm and it got to me at 1:05pm. I thought it was just me but I came with a large group of friends and it also took them 30 minutes to get their order. We got bacon, egg, and cheese, and other bagels with similar ingredients. At the end my friend order a simple smoothie and it took 20 minutes to get it. This place has potential but the wait time is too long.

Amo con locura los bagel de acá. Siempre compro. Y las chicas que atienden son super amables. Pero hoy compré un croissant de pistacho que se veia lindo y pensé en probarlo... fue una total decepción. El precio super elevado para no tener ni la mitad de su tamaño en relleno. El relleno creo que por exagerar era solo un tercio del croissant. Para $8.

What a disappointment thus place was. Visiting Miami we stopped here for some breakfast. We ordered a breakfast sandwich consisting of a sesame bagel, egg, Swiss cheese and pastrami. We were sharing this and the size was quite adequate for two people. I was so looking forward to something yummy, especially highlighting a bagel with New York City Heritage. I took one bite and was immediately disappointed. It was dry and lacking flavor. I said to my companion "this needs something. " He concurrent and I grabbed some mayo and mustard packets. That's the first time I have ever done that for a bagel sandwich. Maybe if they had buttered the bagel it would have improved it. But, basically it was the most tasteless bagel sandwich I have ever had. None of the ingredients had much flavor.

Don’t usually leave reviews but Jessica was so rude that I had to. She got our order wrong and charged us twice for an omelette. When we asked her nicely to remove the charge she started yelling at my mother to speak in Spanish. Twice. In addition she told us to “get over it” and told us we should have paid more attention on the screen. Very condescending, began murmuring with her coworker and laughing as this happened. The manager, don’t know his name (blonde man) was kind and stepped in to resolve the issue. He was great. This happened around 7 am, on Saturday, January 11th.

The service is frustrating even w 6 people working at the front and the food is mid. After waiting on a bagel w cream cheese for 25 minutes on a Saturday at noon (there were several ppl complaining about their food taking a long time) my bagel was burnt with barely any cream cheese. I wasn’t about to wait 25min for another bagel but I showed them and asked if I can get cream cheese on the side. She said I need to get back in the line that had 20 people lined up and pay for it before she will give me one. I mean look at the photo, both sides looked like that.

I have previously really enjoyed Toasted, but they keep raising their prices and the quality has really gone down. I usually order the same thing and it has gone up $2 over the past year. Today, I ordered the same and they didn’t even bother putting cream cheese on half the bagel and forgot to add the cucumber topping. And this is after the bagel had been sitting outside the toaster for 5 minutes and was cold by the time it was finished. Not very impressed with where the quality is going.

I experienced the rudest service at this cafe yesterday when I went to get a breakfast panini. The short man with the overly white veneers was downright rude and snappy and kept taking phone calls while trying to serve me. I have not experienced such abysmal service anywhere else during my 8 night Miami. The panini was just ok, nothing special. I do not recommend this place. Normally I leave 20% tip at restaurants but I gave $0 to reflect the quality of service.

The food is good, but consistency has been hit or miss. My biggest issue is the pricing for simple sides. I like ordering my $7 bagel with onions and capers on the side so I can control the amount, but while they’re about a $1 add-on when placed on the bagel, asking for the exact same ingredients on the side results in a $3 charge per item, $6 total. That’s nearly the price of the bagel itself and feels excessive for something that literally just requires not putting them on the bagel.

Stopped in just after noon on a Saturday and they were out of nearly every type of bagel. Ordered bacon on mine for a substantial upcharge and there was litearily one slice of bacon. Also DO NOT ORDER THEOR JALAPENO CREAM CHEESE I am a fan of spicy jalapeno cream cheese but this one was way too hot. Tasted terrible and was like a wildfire in my mouth after only one bite. Completely ruined the bagel for me.

Been ordering from this place for over 1 year now and havent paid much attention to the quality of the food. Took a close look at todays delivery and food a whole mess of dirt in the lettuce. Threw away the whole order. Last time i order from Toasted

I never knew a bagel could taste bad. Until I got a bagel from toasted. To be honest I’m not sure they even gave me a bagel. Just a tough to chew brown piece of bread I’m the shape of a circle.

I ordered a sesame bagel with lox cream. Bagel was good, crispy and fresh. The spread was too salty but I was so hungry so I almost managed the finish the sandwich until I realized I’m chewing something that was not supposed to be in the bagel. I took out the piece and seems like it was some kind of wrapping paper but the salmon was sticked on it so well, I could not even separate it from the paper with my fingers. This is supposed to be a well mixed cream cheese with salmon. They forgot to remove the paper before mixing them together unlike the manager claimed that it was just put on the spread. The piece of paper was so big with the marks of my teeth on it, I would say I might have eaten a whole sheet of paper inside this sandwich. I first thought that it was the skin of the fish because of how well its sticked together. I reported it to the manager and he looked at my fully finished sandwich tray except the last bite sitting there and asked me if I wanted another one. I said I’m already full, how can I eat another big sandwich. He said he was sorry and offered me to refill my coffee which was already included in my purchase anyways. No empathy from managers to make this situation right. He should have refunded the whole transaction and apologize for the mistake, address the issue with kitchen and convince the customer that it would never happen again. 3.99 for a regular coffee was bit too much and it was not so great, just an ok coffee. I would have given 1 star but I gotta be honest that their sesame bagel was good. ——UPDATE—— I contacted the manager at my next visit as he suggested via text message and he never responded and I did not bother to go visit this store again. So I’m lowering my rating to 1 star because of the poor customer service.

Unfortunately, went to this bagel spot here in Miami during vacation. And as a New Yorker we take our bagels very serious. The bagels were lackluster and unfortunately the cream cheese had mold in it. I didn’t realize that there was mold and the cream cheese until I got back to my hotel. When I called the restaurant and explain to them that their cream cheese at mold, they did not respond back to me and pretended they did not know what I was saying. Also, there are home fries on the menu and they did not have any. They need to update their menu.

The worst bagels I’ve ever had! They are so well done when I specifically asked for a light color everything bagel the eggs are like rubber and I ask for scrambled! The kid with the blonde hair is nasty! I’m standing waiting to order for 6 min as he’s talking to some girl behind the register. I asked what was good since I’m not from here and he’s like oh it’s up to you instead of giving me a suggestion like so nasty! Anyway if your from NY stay away and if you enjoy a nice experience don’t bother coming here!

Horrible staff that always gets the order wrong. Bagels were stale and not toasted. I asked not only toasted, but repeated well toasted multiple times. Instead of cream cheese and tomatoes they filled it with some orange paste instead. I have no idea how this place is still open outside of the fact that nowhere else they sell bagels. Absolutely horrible, and today was the last straw

They don’t validate parking, so where is a Delivery Driver supposed to park his/her car? I cancelled the order due to lack of parking. Please start validating parking so we can use the parking garage.

They got 50% of our very simple order wrong which we didn’t realize until we got home. The gentleman who took our order was not particularly friendly and there didn’t seem to be a good reason for him to be rude and short considering it wasn’t busy at the time. The turkey and egg white wrap was also terrible. Plenty of better options in the area.

Feb, 9, 2026. This place used to be excellent. I believe they probably sold it. Staff is different and customer service is horrible. So you can call at 8am on any day to order bagels and they are already out of many flavor. Apparently, they only bake a dozen bagels for the front store of each flavor. So if I want a dozen of the same flavor I won't be able to get them. It is frustrating but they don't care about it. I tried many times to see if it was an off day but even the Latin lady that calls me to tell me that they don't have the bagels doesn't have the best manners or customer service knowledge. Apparently, nowadays, they give more importance to catering orders then front store and walk in customers. Terrible service and policies. They ruined my morning and my family's breakfast multiple times. I just won't do anymore. I have been a customer since the beginning days around 2014,, when there was a group of very polite guys from New Jersey making the bagels live and the experience used to be great. I don't see them anymore. Now, it is just a bagel shop for caterings. Sad to say goodbye but no more for me.
