Grateful with the waiter Willy that sit us without a reservation and his recommendations were assertive. You should do a reservation in advance because the restaurant is always full. The service was outstanding. The bread was hot and the tomate sauce dip was amazing. Great dinner to share!!! The ñoqui pink sauce was delicious!!! For dessert crème brûlée is a wow! 100% recommended.

Did a walk in on a Monday night at 7:30 and we were able to get a table inside. Not a super large restaurant but cozy. We were greeted and sat immediately and handed our menus. We ordered a couple glasses of wine as we continue to look at the menu. My wife had some questions about one of the pastas, and I wanted the eggplant Parmesan as an entrée, and they only had it as an appetizer and they were able to make it for me as an entrée. She had the filet mignon pappardelle. We both started off our meal with a side Caesar salad that had lovely amounts of shaved Parmesan on top. The food arrived fast and both dishes were hot. Very appealing and extremely tasteful. Our way to stop by the table a couple times and we had really nice conversations with him. Many dessert options but we were too full at that time to try any. If you’re in the area I would definitely recommend stopping by here for a good authentic Italian meal, food and service were excellent.

I found myself downtown and wanted to enjoy a great lunch. Fratelli didn't disappoint, some of the best Italian food in Miami and I don't say that lightly. It was busy at lunch and now I know why, the food is delicious! I think it's the best bruchetta I've ever had!

Absolutely outstanding cuisine. I went here on my birthday with family two days ago and was blown away. Not only is this great Italian food, but is unique with a Miami twist. The tomato sauce and olive oil with bread was wonderful, as was the calamari, lobster ravioli - and everything my family got.

I had lunch here and really enjoyed it. I had some delicious pasta, everything was very tasty. The place was a bit noisy because it was quite crowded, but the service was excellent and the food made it totally worth it. 🇺🇸

Went by Fratelli Milano to pick up some takeout for dinner. We live in New York City and have good Italian restaurants all over. This place would fit right in with the restaurants up north as the food and service today were fantastic. If you're looking for great Italian food, this is one of the spots in Miami to visit!

Not only is the food to die for, the service is incredible. Fiorella and her staff were very attentive from the moment we got there to the moment we left. We had everything from bruschetta, fritto Milano, various pasta dishes (fiocchi di pera, and lobster special were both incredible) and the ribeye steak were all phenomenal. We ended off the night with the tiramisù and full bellies! Thank you for a great evening, we'll definitely be back again!

The chicken milanese is dance worthy! People eat it and have to dance a little with joy. Fratelli Milano feels like a family. The staff remembers me every time and gives me a warm welcome. Definitely worth trip!

My boyfriend and I went for an early birthday dinner for me, and from the moment we stepped inside, we were treated so well. Our waiter (wish I could remember his name) has been working there for over 10 years and told us all about the family history of the restaurant. That alone made it feel like a true home-style Italian spot. I ordered the short rib ravioli with burrata on top (incredible!) and my boyfriend got chicken parm with vodka sauce, not on the menu, but they’ll pretty much make anything you’d find at a traditional Italian restaurant. Both dishes were amazing. They also bring out bread for the table with this delicious tomato oil dipping sauce I’m still dreaming about it. And at the end, they surprised me with dessert and a “Happy Birthday” since I’d added that note to the reservation. I didn’t even mention it in person, so that level of attention to detail says everything about this place. Can’t wait to go back! 🍝💛

A week ago I was in Italy, and days later, I just had to have a good Italian meal. Yet as an Italian New Yorker traveling to Miami, I thought it would have to wait until I found Ristorante Fratelli Milano. Suddenly, I was transported back to Italy, with all the feels, replete with dim and warm lighting, wood chairs, true Italian food, pictures ot Italy, and excellent service. You start with a bread serving that is super fresh with a delicious sauce to dip into. I started with a Caesar salad, which for me is always a risky gambit because I’m a really picky Caesar salad eater. Yet, success! It is zesty and flavored with garlic and anchovies as a good Caesar should be. Plus the waiter had the chef add fresh anchovies on top, a real treat. I then had a branzino, which sat on top of a mound of vegetables, piping hot as vegetables and fish should be. It was flavorful and piping hot as vegetables and fish should be. It was flavored with a delicious sauce that put an exclamation point on it. I ended with a chocolate molten cake, with vanilla ice cream. It had a chunk of chocolate in it along with a dollop of cream. Outstanding. So I might have traveled to Miami from Italy, but at least I know where to go when I can’t get to Italy: Fratelli Milano.

I love Fratelli Milano. I think my most favorite part are the desserts which are freshly made every day, but all of the food there is delicious as well. I’ve been countless times and it’s always awesome. Also…strange comment I know but the house dressing they make is the BEST. Also back to the desserts…I generally don’t like Cannoli (cannolo if you’re just having 1;) and I love these. I live in west Palm and I always bring another one or two home with me. Fratelli is a warm and friendly place. The waitstaff and management are super friendly and will make you feel at home. It’s a great spot for a business lunch, romantic evening or a group get together. If you’re debating, GO!

The gnocchi was soft, fluffy and tasty, the polo fungi was delicious as was the ravioli. My daughter had fish which also tasted great. A great experience and highly recommend if in Miami.

I had dinner at Fratelli Milano and I truly enjoyed the experience. I ordered a side of grilled potatoes that were absolutely delicious, and the Vitello alla Milanese (which is essentially a Cotoletta alla Milanese), and the dish was incredibly generous and beautifully presented. It came with fresh arugula, tomato salad and mozzarella. For dessert, I chose the profiteroles, and they were simply sublime. Instead of the usual whipped cream filling, they were filled with custard cream, which made them even more special and flavorful. I really appreciated the quality of the food, and the staff was exceptionally kind, attentive, and welcoming throughout the entire evening. I would definitely recommend this restaurant.

The menu is quite extensive with the usual Italian options. The fake focaccia to start is okay. The risotto was very nice as was the ravioli. The chicken dish was so so with little flavor offered. With 3 glasses of wine the $200+ bill was a bit much. Overall okay if the cost is acceptable to you.
