Opinions de Tre Italian Bistro Miami
Nice Italian Restaurant with real taste of Italy. Nicely decorated open place, clean and not crowded. Food is delicious, but lack of protein(meat/seafood) in post of the meals. Good choice of drinks. Nice atmosphere and location. Service is great. Best time to visit is dinner time, but you can always get some salad if you come there for lunch. Thank you!
Greeted immediately when we walked in and taken straight away to be seated. The waiter recommended some delicious combos and I’m not to much into pasta the correct way. But with his help I was eating right in no time. I tried to order gnocchi with clams and garlic.. Hummm no no no sir he said with a look 👀. I was really? Yes really, don’t do it you will send it back, let me help you. And man I’m glad he did. The bread was super soft and the oils on the table was perfect combo. Bottles of water on the table made sure we never ran out Yes I was able to put a basket of bread and my pasta to good use. The talk in the city is that this is the best pasta in Miami? YES I APPROVE this is the pasta spot where you are guaranteed authentic Italian pasta. Speaking Italian? Come have a conversation with GIGI. And leave with a SMILE 😀 P.S. A MUST try is the TIRAMISU !!
Came here at the last day of our trip in Miami. The owner is very patient and polite to explain his menu. Order the $20 combo came with a good portion appetizer and a bowl of pasta also a dessert (gelato or a homemade tiramisu). It’s really good price and I’m so stuffed after the meal. Would definitely come back!!
Lovely family owned, authentic Italian restaurant. A hidden gem in Miami. Visited twice, never disappointed. Great, fresh food , service, and staff. Had to try the tiramisu after the other high reviews, and we were not disappointed. Highly recommend to anybody visiting Miami!
Delicious Italian food, would specially recommend trying out the fresh pasta, portions are decent and the service was great. The wall art inside creates a nice atmosphere. Prices are reasonable for the quantity and good quality!
Ok found it two weeks ago and since have enjoyed 8 dinners here, casual and relaxed, excellent staff and friendly managers/owners. I have even had the chef come out to see how I was enjoying it. I was very much. For $20 I get excellent calamari as a starter, great traditional Italian pasta, and so many choices, then I choose gelato but many have the tiramisu... Again all for $20 (Combo 1) The chef makes some of his own pasta, it is great just like the many sauces, lasagna really tasty and they do have other starters but I could not go past the calamari. I highly recommend this restaurant for lunch or dinner. Bellissimo!
What else can I say. Luigi was very hospitable and welcoming. $20 for a three course meal was outstanding. I expected to get paltry portions but to my surprise did not. Caprese had fresh delicious buffalo mozzarella that melted in your mom with firm ripe tomatoes. Risotto con Fungi...delicious! Panna Cotta was smooth as silk....just a tad too sweet though. The Italian bread was just like Nonna's. Crunchy on the outside, soft/tender on the inside with a great rustic taste. I have to admit...I ate way too much bread. I couldn't stop. Sandra was very sweet, kind and always made sure you were attended to. What a nice person. Overall....I'm going back...again and again and again!!! Mangia bene…la vita e breve!
Unfortunately we found this place at the last day of our vacation. The best service and food on south beach! Everything was just amazing! I will definitely recommend this place. Great servers who really care about their customers.
Nice pasta place in South Beach. We stopped by on Friday night and was pleasantly surprised that we didn't see a single mask wearer in sight. I got the mushroom risotto and my husband opted for the tuna steak, both great choices.
Delicious food, we ate 4 types of pasta, Spaghetti alle vongole , penne alla bolognese, penne cacio e pepe and spaghetti carbonara, simply awesome!!! recommended for quality and price!! Thank you ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Highly recommend this place. The handmade Pasta was delicious as well as well as their calamari appetizer. Make sure you save space for dessert and try their tiramisu, it is SO GOOD! The one thing I tried that I did not like was their cannolis but the individual taking care of us (I’m assuming was the restaurant owner) took it off our check. He also provided excellent service and took the time to answer all our questions and explain how the dishes were prepared. Also, unlike most restaurants in this area, the food was not overpriced. If you are in this area, this is a must visit place.
Vibrant environment with good food. Drink presentation fun
Fantastic! FAN-FREAKING-TASTIC! I love this place. The food was amazing. I ordered off the "pre fix" menu, and it was awesome. The carpaccio was one of the best things I have ever eaten. Because we were so busy with everything else this week we got started late with our plans for a celebration dinner (it just slipped our minds), so we celebrated our 20th anniversary here last night and it couldn't have been more wonderful. To say we loved this place would be an understatement.
Had dinner at this authentic Italian restaurant for the first time. This restaurant offers homemade pasta and sauces a la carte as well as 3 course meals. Choose an appetizer, entree, and dessert for $25 to 30. I had eggplant parmesan, spinach and ricotta ravioli with pesto sauce and tiramisu. There was enough for 2 people to share and all of it was mouth watering deliciousness! The intimate atmosphere and family owned vibe added to the experience. I recommended this restaurant!

Very cute restaurant with amazing service and food! I’m Italian myself and loved the quality of food!
Having been probably more then a 100 times to Italy I must say this place definitely can compete with the best Pasta I ate there - except in price maybe. We were really surprised to find something like that in the US. The Penne Arrabiata were really perfectly spicy and the noodles al dente. Also their Espresso is like it should be - the taste, the temperature....just the small glass of water was missing.
I and my guests loved our salmon, veal, and penne pasta dishes. The tiramisu was light, creamy, and delicious. Prices are much lower than the Italian restaurant that used to be at this location in early 2020. They have two 3-course fixed price dinners for $24 (appetizer, pasta or risotti course, dessert) and $27 (appetizer, salmon, veal or chicken course, dessert). Two chicken main course selections for $17. Salmon or veal main courses for $19. Many pasta dishes for $14, an upcharge of $2-3 for special sauces. Salmon portion was much larger than we have gotten on MB's Ocean Drive and at a lower price. Great ambience inside with little traffic noise from Alton Road.
If you wish to taste real Italian pasta/food in Miami, that's the right place to go. In a 4 days stay in Miami we've been here 3 times, everytime we were surprised by the rich taste of the sauces, the good cooking of the pasta and the super kindness of the staff, the chef Alessandro and the manager. You will not find such a taste anywere else around. And as Italian, you can believe me! They have 2 location in Miami beach, Ocean drive and Alton Road; we've been to Alton Road. And i forget to speak about prices, so cheap, i would say ridicolous for south beach. That's the perfect place. Dopo 30 giorni di America, vi ringraziamo di cuore per averci fatto sentire a case e per averci fatto sistemare un po' lo stomaco. Grazie di cuore e a presto. Gianmarco
I Highly recommend this place. We had a large group of people and everyone loved their entrees and desserts! South Beach has a lot of very pricey restaurants, this place was slightly cheaper but it was definitely worth it!
Excellent service and the fresh pasta was perfect. The cannoli wasn’t good for me but the tiramisu was so excellent! The gentleman that served us was very tentative and helped with recommendations too.
Amazing food! Always consistent. Quality and value unable to be compared to anywhere else in Miami.
The best dining experience we had on Miami Beach. If you seek authentic Italian cuisine, go here!
Food was authentic Italian and absolutely delicious. The waiter was friendly and attentive. This is definitely a hidden gem in Miami.
Love this neighborhood trattoria. The owners run* the place and give extra special service. The pastas were amazing. You can tell it's housemade. This is a favorite among favorites.
awesome !!! service was a little shaky but she was learning laid back vibe and a great sense of humor. The food was excellent!! I definitely wasn't expecting that at such a reasonable price.
This restaurant happens to be my favorite restaurant ever. The entire staff is very attentive and professional. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone that likes good food! Thank you Vita Osteria!!
This was the best part of my miami trip and I want to go back just to eat at this place, it was the best meal of my life seriously. My friends and I got the homemade pasta with all different sauces and it gets brought up in conversation at least once a week. Every meal I eat I think about how it could be pastgo.
Really good food and very affordable for Miami. The ambiance is very cool and relaxing. They have a great $4 wine special. If I lived in Miami this would be a regular spot for me. Highly recommend this place for the best bang for your buck.
Food was fantastic. Great service. Portions are big. Could do with turning their lights down to create some ambiance. Would recommend it.
When it comes to customer service there is not one specific person I can point out because the entire staff is AMAZING from start to finish. The servers are personable and help with selecting items from the menu when attempting to try something new and as always, the food is delicious! Definitely recommend of you love good food!
Definitely not disappointed!! The service was incredible, our meal was delicious, and my party was welcomed by the super friendly staff to sing some New Years Eve Karaoke which made the night one to remember! Would 100% recommend!
Best pasta in Miami Beach. It’s an authentic Italian restaurant, both owner and chef are Italians, the price is cheap comparing with all the other restaurants in the area. Tasting a carbonara spaghetti is a must! Dinner with glass of wine per two people for just 50. I loved it and recommend you, give it a chance, will be your obligated spot in Miami.
This was a nice little Italian restaurant! The owner and staff were extremely friendly and very personable! I love little family restraunts like this, that show pride and passion for their place! I will definitely be making this a stop when I'm in Miami! Food was muy delicious...authentic! Great wine selections😃
Absolutely amazing. I never leave reviews unless I feel I really need to because it was either too good or too bad. This place was amazinggggg. The food and service was excellent. Waiters were very attentive. The owner Gigi was great making sure all customers were satisfied. Food was THE BEST IN MIAMI. Check them out !!
We had a very nice dinner here. Both the food and service was excellent. I got the lasagna and my partner got the spaghetti bolognese. For SoBe the prices were exceptional. A glass of wine was only $4.
delicious food! my plate did not make it to the photo. but here is a picture of my boyfriend with his pesto pasta! highly recommended. I will be back
If you dine here, you will find: delicious food for the right price -and- genuinely friendly staff. Had a very pleasant last meal in Miami here. Thank you guys! (It was also a much more peaceful and calmer area of Miami Beach)
Amazing experience in this restaurant. Friendly staff, quick service, and authentic food. I recommend any pasta and their tiramisu for dessert! Will be coming back :)
Authentic italian ingredients on a feast of legitimate flavors. Real carbonara, just the right balance on all the ingredients makes you enjoy a feast of flavors… Tiramisu…beyond good… the cream is not too sweet, the coffee is not overwhelming… just like the one “la nona” makes back home in Italy… and the service is top of the line.. makes you feel like family…
It’s been a wonderful dinner. Very nice staff. All tasted very good. Tiramisu is the best I’ve ever tried out of Italy. It’s like being there in Italy.
Hidden gem in Miami. Authentic italian homemade pasta. I live nearby and come here weekly, can’t recommend them enough.
Love this place. Delicious food. Great quality and good prices. I have tried almost all the pastas on the menu and chef Alessandro Calabro is always on top. He has a magic touch. His pastas and risottos are the best .
Vita Osteria Italian is a very nice find for this newly opened Italian restaurant in South Beach… had a wonderful meal with attentive service! Decor is really cool!
Amazing restaurant, delicious food and great service. We missed it when visiting Florida among the heavy American cuisine
They went above and beyond!! When I made the reservation I had mentioned it was me and my wife's 5yr anniversary. When we arrived, our table was all set up and they had placed roses in a vase at the center of our table. The food and service was phenomenal!!! After dinner, they were kind enough to offer us a complementary dessert! They brough out housemade chocolate mousse that was delicious!! Would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for freah authentic Italian food!
Amazing place. Amazing food. Great service. So beautiful inside. Lots of different wines. Love it. Will be back again 100% and recommend to all friends
Overall, we loved eating here! My family (we're Filipino-American) felt that it was very authentic Italian. There were two guys who were serving us and, although we were addressing them in English, they would respond with Italian, at times. (I had to look it up and found out that "Prego" means "You are welcome") The pasta was the best I've ever had in the various Italian restaurants I have ever visited. (And, I do not go to Olive Garden, which I feel is the McDonalds of Italian restaurants) I think we got there close to their clos8ing-time, and, yes, they did seem rushed, but my family did not feel rushed to eat and leave. Thanks for the great experience, guys!
My favorite Italian restaurant in Miami for value and quality! It’s consistent, relaxing and amazing food. Highly recommend!
We had a very good time there. The owners have recently changed, and we liked the menu, it was not too long, and we could tell that each of the plate we had were homemade and using good products. The staff was very nice as well
We stopped by and the most exceptional experience. We ordered the lovely calamari, followed by the linguine seafood In white wine sauce. We also ordered creamy carbonara. Everything was delicious including the Italian balsamic!
Pasta Go is definitely a place to have an authentic Italian meal, from the appetizers like my favorite Carpaccio di Manzo to the many pasta selections, amongst my favorite Amatriciana , Bolognese and lately the best Penne Arrabbiata always cooked to perfection Al Dente...when you dine at Pasta Go you feel like being at home with friends and family.....bravi ! Fino Alla Fine Pasta Go !! ...and let me add Fino Alla Fine Forza Juve !!!
I recently visited this Italian restaurant and I must say, it was an amazing experience. The ambiance was cozy and inviting, and the staff was friendly and attentive. The menu had a great selection of authentic Italian dishes, and the food was absolutely delicious. I particularly enjoyed the pasta dish I ordered, which was cooked to perfection and had a rich, flavorful sauce. Overall, I highly recommend this Italian restaurant to anyone looking for a great dining experience.
What a wonderful find just around the corner from our hotel. This restaurant offers wonderful Italian food at very reasonable prices. We eat there twice in a week and both meals were top class and the portions really generous. The house wine also beats other nearby restaurants on price and is very acceptable. The manager and staff are all great guys. Give it a try you will not regret it.
Amazing tasteful food, perfectly portioned and beautifully presented; in a lovely cosy ambiance with superbly attentive service. Must try the eggplant parmigiana with perfectly balanced flavors and can not miss the home made tiramisu. Can’t wait to go back again!
I, my wife, and toddler recently had wonderful dinner here. My toddler had buttered noodles and eagerly ate the entirely plate of them, which is unusual for her. My wife and I were in good spirits thanks to even better wine. The octopus appetizer was well-prepared and had the perfect texture (not rubbery or chewy). The entrees (I had the lobster linguini) were perfectly cooked and brought promptly. We closed the meal with espressos and tiramisu, both of which were delizioso. Our waiter (Francesco) was prompt, attentive, and gave excellent suggestions. Overall, we all had a wonderful experience here and will certainly return if we are ever back in the area again.
Unassuming and casual, yet intimate... Nothing about this restaurant as a venue is "fancy", but that doesn't stop it from having the most incredible vibe. I would feel equally comfortable here in formal wear or beach clothes (or my work wear, as was the case this evening). It was loud sitting outside during rush hour with my husband, but the service was so exceptional that we were immediately put at ease, and able to have an intimate conversation while sobe commuters buzzed around us. It's simply incredible. Simple, and incredible. I'm excited about returning to try other pasta & sauce pairings. What a rare gem of a restaurant!!!
This is a family run business, where the owner himself will serve you. The food is absolutely delicious, and prices with combos are almost ridiculously cheap. Service is good and reliable. My husband and I try to come here often in order to help them out during these hard times. If you are looking for delicious and affordable Italian food, do not hesitate to come here and support this small business :)
Absolutely recommend. I’d been passing by on my way to the Whole Foods for months. Finally gave it a try when my family came to visit from Kendall and we all absolutely loved it. Will probably go again next time they visit! The food is reasonably priced (especially for SoBe). The quality is amazing, staff is amicable and funny!
This is a neighborhood gem but should be a So Be destination. You get an unbelievable Italian meal at a price that is so reasonable. They have a top notch chef with most of the pastas homemade...fabulous pesto and great breaded chicken and a fabulous Caesar salad...as good as it gets!. The tiramisu is perfect. My only complaint is the too casual poster/photos all over the walls of their dishes actually takes away from the unexpected excellent quality of the cuisine. The staff is super lovely and the gracious owner is ever present and a great host....will get photos next time.
FANTASTIC!! Massimo and other staff members squeezed my party of 5 in on a busy New Years Eve and we could not have asked for a better night. They welcomed us with open arms and provided not only amazing service but also incredibly yummy food to match. Would 100% go back next time we are in Miami and recommend to anyone who wants a cozy, delicious, enjoyable Italian meal in South Beach.
Very nice authentic Italian place, which is run actually by Italians. I've had only various pastas there for lunch, tastes really good. They also have a nice selection of wines. The place is getting busy for dinners, so reservation is recommended. Specially if you want to seat outside.
Wonderful service, great wine and even better food. The restaurant is light and bright but also cozy. They have a new menu with lots of pasta choices. We've been several times now, and every dish I have tried has been delicious. Highly recommend.
My husband and I are visiting Miami for 3 days, and we had a wonderful dinner at Vita Osteria Italiana tonight. It was a rainy evening, so we were happy that the restaurant was just a quick walk from our hotel. All the food was delicious, and reminded us of our recent trip to Italy where we enjoyed outstanding food. Tonight we ate bread, fried calamari, gnocchi, risotto and panna cotta. The risotto listed on the menu was a mushroom and parmesan risotto. Because I’m not a huge mushroom fan, I’d asked if the chef would be willing to leave out the mushrooms, and instead, prepare a simple risotto with parmesan. The chef kindly made this for me, and it was sooooo delicious!! The portion was generous, so I got the rest to go, and I will eat it for breakfast tomorrow! My husband mowed down his gnocchi despite his plan to eat lighter tonight. It was that good. Actually, everything we ate was delicious. But what came next was the example of going the extra mile with customer service and kindness: Just minutes after we’d left to walk back to the hotel, I heard a voice coming from behind calling to get my attention. When I turned around, I saw the tall gentleman from the restaurant, perhaps the owner, who’d tracked us down to bring me my umbrella that I’d accidentally left behind. Yes, he did! How rare it is these days to experience such kindness. Most folks would just let it go…it’s just an umbrella, and who knows where these customers are staying. This is the old-school belief of doing kind things for others for the sake of being kind. People like this should be supported! Please dine at Vita Osteria Italiana, and support this business. Not only is the food top-notch but so are the people. We will definitely dine here again the next time we visit Miami. Grazie mille!
They are beyond limits! When I proposed my reservation, I mentioned that it was the fifth anniversary of my wife and I. When we arrived, our tables were installed. They put roses in a vase in the middle of our table. Food and service are stunning! After dinner, they were very friendly and provided us with free desserts! They come up with a delicious homemade chocolate mousse! I definitely recommend this place to everyone who is looking for a fresh authentic Italian cuisine!
Wow!!!! We sat at the bar and the owner was serving us. He is from Italy and very hospitable. The food is stupendous and Monday's is half off pasta day. They are open for dinner and have inside outside seating. Very cozy, romantic place by Whole foods. Highly recommend this location for dinner and wine
A new place under new management. The food is a dream—everything is delicious. A menu that’s different from what you usually find in Miami. Everything is prepared with love and dedication. I highly recommend it to everyone—an excellent alternative to the expensive high-end restaurants. The food here has nothing to envy from top-tier dining spots. I’ll definitely be back—amazing job, Chef Domenico! Keep it up!

Came here for dinner the place was nice and quiet. The service was prompt, polite, and friendly. The portion was pretty decent (note: I dislike overly large portions). The house made pasta is really tasty! I gave the clams and white wine sauce a shot and loved it. Will be returning next time I am in town.
I liked Da I Frasca... as soon as you walk in you feel transported to an Italian village. With it's very cozy decor and very good service ... you can't help but to feel welcome. It has a nice wine list with moderate prices. As an appetizer we ordered Insalata di polipo eventhough it was a little under dressed it was delicious. Warm soft octopus over Italian mixed greens with a simple vinaigrette. Good for 2 people to start. As main courses we had the Monkfish which comes served on a delicate tomato sauce along with vegetables and a potato mash which was delicious. The fish itself is very flavorful but was a very little portion. Also had the tagliolini si frutti di mare (a home made linguini ) the tagliolini was very good. Fresh pasta and the sauce for the frutti di mare was delicate not overpowering at all. Food came at different times to the table a little oversight from the kitchen I guess but our server apologized and quickly fixed it with complimentary coffee and dessert. Overall this is a beautiful restaurant, very romantic you may even say with a shabby chic

Pasta go is actually a real italian restaurant. The name suggests that it is more of a quick-eat kind of place but it's not. You get fresh pasta and Italian wines as well as yummy gelato. No liquor though. I liked the restaurant and the service was very courteous and friendly. I loved that they have the combo options which guarantees you not leaving hungry. :) The pasta was very good as well as the gelato we had vor dessert. The calamari appetizer was tasty and fresh but undercooked if you asked me. So next time I'd get something else. The table next to us got the bolognese and it smelled soooo good. That's what I'll get next time. :D BTW, they cleaned the tables thoroughly after every guest so I felt comfortable coming here during pandemic times. I'd recommend this place. It's priced reasonable for Miami Beach and the food and service are good. We'll be back. :)
Almost every restaurant in Miami Beach is overpriced compared to the quality of the food. Here I found the exception. A well decorated warm restaurant, traditional Italian style and a good price for delicious food. Only the location is a bit hard to find as a tourist, but I think that's the reason they can offer such good deals. Absolutely recommended if you're tired of eating fast food!
Great service and delicious pasta. Rating 4/5 stars only because our dessert (cannoli) didn't taste that great. We'd definitely come back again for the pasta though.
Hubby and I ate here for dinner. The food was very good, the wine list was nice, the service was excellent. Although we skipped dessert, there looked to be options I would have tried if I were hungrier. The outdoor patio is lovely. I gave 4 and not 5 stars because that's how I rate things. It has to be really really excellent, for 5 stars, but that may just be me.
Vita Osteria Italiana, located at 1040 Alton Road in Miami Beach, offers authentic Italian cuisine. The restaurant emphasizes fresh, locally sourced ingredients and imports select products from Italy to ensure authenticity. We went for lunch on a Friday, there was no one else there and I found the interior extremely outdated. The waiter was nice but did the minimum in my opinion. The food was mediocre at best, I wouldn't go back seeing as there's many better alternatives in South Beach but we were hungry and that was the first place we saw after a run.
Food was good but the portions were very small based on the cost. A regular sized salad with no meat was $20. Enjoyed the Crab Ravioli and Shrimp Scampi, also had the pasta bolognese and they charged an extra $4 for cheese which you could not tell if it was added or not. Nice atmosphere.

Gave this place a shot tonight. After already being up to $37.00 for a salad and plate.of alfredo, I didn't bother to ask for.a wine list. The delivery driver was Amazing, though his tip was never asked.about at purchase. They're clearly too busy overpricing generic, boxed fettuccine, than worrying about the whole.team it takes to make.a successful business. I was so far less than impressed with my meal. When We discussed a mixed green salad, I thought it was a given to get the tomatoes, cukes, onions n such that would come in any salad my Mamma made. Prolly woulda been another $10 upgrade anyway. Given that I just painfully paid $10 at the grocer for a bag of mixed greens, I'm kinda disgusted to know they'll triple that and not even dice a tomato into it. Worst part of this whole experience, is looking back at the slap to the driver about the gratuity. I called back and tagged on $10 for the driver. This was after I slammed the lid on the dumpster. So far, the most over priced and undervalued experience I've had in SOBE. Of which, I've had far too many. $5 for a plain slice, COLD!!!!! $20 for a simple salad, $10 for a smoothie.... I know it's been tough folks but instead of trying to recoup all your losses on the next available wallet, try recouping by kicking it up a notch! All these wallets have been here and through it all with you!
Went today at the opening of Vita Osteria. 1040 Alton road...It was beyond horrible!! ..More like a scam with the 'opening with invited guests. Eg. "Come and enjoy a FREE buffet and drinks and enjoy the Italian culture" . This was more like the MAFIA conning you! Most of us who were there received poor service, rude management the owners (Italians) kept telling you that the buffet isn't ready over an hour but at the same time pushing in your face the menu to order. One person said to manager at the bar that he will give a bad review of this place and the manager said "GO AHEAD I don't care " Why didn't they offer a paid meal than to con and lure the invited guess with deceptive invite with a FREE BUFFET with Proseco when all this was just LIES only to get you there to buy from their menu? "Even the Proseco was missing..Pls be warned if they can do this on their first public impression of their launch event ..Just imagine what they will do in the future!! PURE SKULDUGGERY of Vita Osteria...MAFIOSO TO THE MAX!

I ordered few times from this place but my last order was very disappointed, I ordered carbonara specifically request with no bacon and they put bacon in it. I wish they could’ve just read the note on the request and also i had fried calamari and they were soggy. I’m not sure if I will order from here again even tho the food was good before 😒
Horrible place, hideous old decor, gross depressing looking kitchen, bad music, terrible Mickey mouse art on the walls. However, nothing beats how unfathomably disgusting the food was. Not a single plate was even remotely acceptable, our whole table left disgusted.
I am a miami beach local. On Wednesday 9/1, via uber eats, I ordered 2 spaghetti Bolognese, calamaris and tiramisu for desert to celebrate my bday with my roommate. Unfortunately we both got sick. He was throwing up until 4am on Thursday and had to take the day off from work to recover. I have had stomach cramps with Diarrhea and been super nauseous until today ( Friday). I called the restaurant on Thursday and Friday to speak to the restaurant manager but was told he is only available at around 9am ( And when I informed a gentlemen who answered my call of what happened he only said i need to talk to manager) I called again at around 9ish am and went on voicemail. This is totally unacceptable. I am all about supporting local businesses specially during these difficult times - But this was totally unacceptable. Pasta go food ruined my birthday and restaurant manager was not accessible: :/ 0 stars
Run don’t walk away from this place. Reviews must be fake. My ravioli was served frozen. Pasta was so hard you couldn’t even chew it. The waitress was very nice, but when we complained the manager and the chef Didn’t come over to try to fix or help at all. Bathroom smelled horribly of mothballs. I don’t understand the positive reviews unless they are fake.
Our recent visit to this Italian restaurant left us deeply disappointed and dissatisfied. Despite being a party of eight, only one person managed to finish their meal, while the rest of us found the food to be inedible. Our dining experience was marred by a series of unfortunate events that reflected poorly on the establishment. From the outset, the quality of the food was subpar. The Caesar salad, a classic starter, was ruined by a bottled dressing that tasted like mayonnaise, setting a disappointing tone for the rest of the meal. The unpleasant aroma emanating from certain areas of the restaurant forced some of our party to relocate to avoid the unpleasant smell, reminiscent of a sewer. As someone with a wealth of experience in the hospitality industry, having owned two restaurants and worked in event catering for years in both Miami and New York, I was shocked by the lack of attention and care shown by the staff and management. It was disheartening to see our uneaten dishes being returned to the kitchen without a single inquiry about the quality of the food. The presentation and flavor of the dishes were lackluster, and even the simple task of preparing pasta seemed to elude the kitchen staff. Even the state of the bathroom reflected the overall neglect of the establishment. The terrible conditions of the restroom, with unclean surfaces and unpleasant odors, further added to our disappointment. This lack of maintenance and hygiene in such a basic aspect of the restaurant only magnified the overall negative impression. Bringing my family to this restaurant, especially during their holiday visit, was a decision I deeply regret. While I'm not one to be overly critical of restaurants, the experience at this establishment was beyond disappointing. When I brought my concerns to the attention of the man who appeared to be responsible for the place, his dismissive response was deeply offensive. Being told that I didn't understand Italian food, despite having lived in Milan for two years and traveled extensively across Italy, was insulting. The entire table's unanimous decision to leave our meals untouched, followed by uncomfortable laughter, speaks volumes about the quality of the food and the overall dining experience. To add insult to injury, the chef was observed smoking cigarettes in front of the restaurant, and the smell permeated the dining area, adding another layer of unpleasantness to the evening. In my opinion, a more appropriate response from the restaurant would have been to acknowledge the issues, offer an apology, and consider waiving the charges for the uneaten meals. This would have demonstrated a commitment to improving the dining experience for future guests. Instead, the dismissive attitude and lack of concern for customer feedback only compounded the disappointment. Overall, the combination of poor food quality, offensive remarks, unsanitary bathroom conditions, and lack of attentiveness from the staff and management made this dining experience one to forget for all the wrong reasons. It's unfortunate that such a renowned cuisine was poorly represented, leaving us with an unforgettable, negative impression. Also add that the chef came after us in a attitude Asking why we didn’t like his food while he was out smoking a cigarette and we were out waiting our Uber. For me if you have time to be in front of the restaurant smoking means something important is missing in the kitchen. Felt threatened with that and gladly my Uber was already there waiting for us.
Horrible … Food arrived and was not at all what I ordered , when the driver called to advise he was told they did not have what I had originally ordered , since when is it acceptable to just send a person whatever you have left over in your kitchen . Worst chicken Ana vegetables I have every had . Do not bother !!!!!
