I miss the chocolate turnovers Arby’s used to have! They were the most delicious treat you could feast on! They still have cherry and apple.

Went there on the Sunday hours prior to the storm brewing in the NY ,NJ area .There was a light rain,we got there around 2.30pm or so .This is our 4th Arby's visited in the NY area.The service was great ,the place was clean and atmosphere nice.The kids had been wanted to go there ,because Arby's is one of their favorite dinning places that they enjoy going to.The loaded curly fries,the sliders and the lamb gyro tasted good.There chocolate milk was great also.We will visit again.Thanks again and happy holidays

Arby's is a bit different when it comes to your sandwiches than most of your regular fast food restaurants. Don't get me wrong, I enjoy the twist they offer. They have a nice size parking lot for your vehicle. They also have a Drive Thru for those who are on a rush. The inside was clean for the most part. I say that because the first table I went to sit at was resented used. So I picked a different table and a few minutes after, an employee came around and cleaned the other table. Staff seemed friendly and nice.

I used the drive-in. Professional and courteous staff. Pricey but that Rye bread for the Rueben is great. Darn now I wanna eat their Rueben.😳 Their jalapeños poppers are good, better than microwave store bought. I didn't like their beef cubes. Their curly fries and lemonade were good too.

I found out about the steak nuggets about a month ago and had been wanting to try them ever since. A friend and I finally went, and they were interesting, they tasted like warm beef jerky. I’d eat them again, but I wouldn’t go out of my way for them. The location itself is a decent size and was pretty clean. We went around 1–2 PM and there were plenty of parking spaces available. The service was okay; they seemed a bit short staffed and the manager was helping at the front. There was a slight wait, but nothing too crazy.

I was expecting much more for my money or maybe I’m too greedy. The bodegas gives you a more robust sandwich on a roll. Nevertheless, their curly fries are to die for and there lot on the menu to choose from but I was slightly disappointed with my sandwich. The place is clean, plenty of place to sit, drive through, parking, great staff, refill on drinks and frankly a quiet place to have a conversation. Arby’s is Arby’s. I’ve never been a fan but this location is always clean and the staff are very friendly. I wish it wasn’t an Arby’s though and instead there was a grocery store or a deli here. I read that this used to be a historic German restaurant and it kinda makes me sad that it’s just an Arby’s now.

This, I believe, is the last arbies in the New York City area, and once in a while, I get a craving to have a Beef & Cheddar, so I'll make the 1.5 hour trek on the subway to go there. It's almost always worth the trip. Sadly, on Sunday, 19th October 2025 I visited the location with 6 friends, everything would have been perfect, except the cheese sauce was tasting, like it was full of mould. I went up to the manager and I said that the cheese sauce had gone bad or had something in it. He basically responded with, "I don't have time for that." Unfortunately, I no longer have time for this Arby's location now. You just lost 7 customers forever. Update: Arby's asked me to fill-in a complaint form, which I did over two weeks ago. I've heard NOTHING back from them. So, their reply (below) is only posturing -- they DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS!!!

I haven't been to Arby's in a while. No one was at the place so there is no reason for poor sandwiches. I got the reuben and let the picture speak for itself. The bread was not toasted, where is the sauce, meat and saurekraut? If I wanted to eat rye bread, I would have gone to the bakery. The roast beef is definitely proceeded. Not the Arby's I knew....so disappointed....never again

I’ve had food from this location and many times have given a chance after I should not have. Many times they have gotten rude and insisted all food was there when it in fact was not even after providing the receipt and not having left the drive thru. Today when just mentioning the steak bites which after further research seems to be a not in NYC; I was greeted with rude behavior deeming he’s been asked the question multiple times; something I’d deem as inappropriate behavior.
