The drive through service is pretty good. And the stuff helps you out with a smile even if they are swamped. I love their new Pretzel Chicken Club sandwiches. And enjoy their drink specials too.

There is a different price of your Spanish or English. My husband wasn’t with us for our visit… we were way over charged for our rice and beans… I had someone order the rice after me and she came out with a clear plastic container filled with rice.. they put mine in a container with plastic around it tightly so I didn’t open it until we got back to the hotel.. out of all the food the rice and beans were exceptional… best rice and beans EVER but the other food was subpar at best. I ordered all this food and gave a tip… I was greatly disappointed…. But the beans made up for it… a bit!!

Love their tortas de desayuno and chilaquiles. They are my go-to when ordering. The owner is such a sweetheart, but two employees lack in customer service. One of the delivery guys waits in the car for you to go out and grab your delivered food, which is a first I've ever seen. And the lady at the counter who picks up phone calls and takes orders can't even take 1 minute to hold for you to specify what you want before hanging up. Yes, I should be ready to order, and I am always ready, but 1 minute doesn't hurt her time. And mind you, hanging up the call is very disrespectful! Overall, I do recommend their tortas de desayuno and chilaquiles!

This chickfila is as good as any other when it comes to food but the parking lot situation sucks. It’s so congested and there is hardly any room to park. Also you must squeeze through the drive through cars and some cones (why are they even there) to access half of the parking lot and the other half is probably already full. I avoid this place because I know I parking will be a pain if I can even find a spot.

I’ve had a mixed experience at this Chick-fil-A. The food is always out quickly, which is great, but I’ve consistently had issues with their milkshakes. It’s happened multiple times that I’ve had to wait 10-14 minutes for a milkshake, even after my food was ready. I’ve had to flag someone down to get attention, and the milkshake would be sitting there, unnoticed, for a while. It feels like there’s a lack of organization and follow-through. I hope they can improve their service and make the experience more consistent.

Ate there a lot and the sandwiches there were usually pretty good. Had to stop getting the nuggets because they often were not cooked right. And one time I got the wrong toppings on my sandwich and they refused to fix it. The place has not been the same since that Seth guy left in mid 2025. Also heard that the dining room was the worst position to work at this place.

Food here is not the best by far. I’m Mexican and I have to say it’s disappointing. If your shopping here make sure to check the expiration date. Cakes are dreadful tasteless your better off getting cake from carvel. Go to San Miguel food is better !!!

Of all the Chick-fil-A locations I've been to (and it's a lot), this is the worst. Getting in and out is horribly confusing and congested. Very little parking. Access is... well... stupid. I will avoid this location in the future.

there food used to be so good the quality has changed meat is dry food over cooked doesn’t have any flavor you asked for extra verde sauce they make it watery it’s disgusting i was skeptical about ordering from here again because the last few times the food was horrible but the best mexican restaurant was closed today so i settled for this place and it was a mistake uber has refunded me my money and i will never order anything from this place again

The food is very good but they don't give us cutlery to eat. You have to pay attention to that because they didn't give me anything and I had to eat with my hand.

The food is good but the service is horrible. The OWNER delivered my food tonight and he couldn’t even get out of the car to drop off the food. When i called to complain they said well that’s the owner if you want to talk to him. Left them my number no call. Lost a local customer for good!

This is the second time ive order there and the last it will i wanted to give a second chance but the first time the food was rotten and this time the food was so bad we had to go back for them to see because they wouldnt belive it. The food we ordered instead of putting sour cream they put CAKE FROSTING it was just so bad and we couldnt eat it. TERRIBLE PLACE WONT RECOMEND FOR ANYBODY.😡😡😡

Girl at the counter does not know what she's doing what so ever!! ordered a torta and it was disgusting seems like they use the meat they don't sell because it was gray and smelled bad they need to stop being cheap and do things the right way, don't serve hard working people expired meat!

Food wasn't even good at all, It has no flavour what so ever.. Down to the desserts. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!.

Update: they ended up charging me twice and my points have disappeared. Also charged me extra for an incorrect item. Frustrating experience I had a disappointing experience at the Chick-fil-A drive-thru today. I came to redeem my free biscuit through the app and wanted to add and pay for an additional biscuit. The employee who took my order seemed very rushed. Even though I said multiple times that I wanted to add another biscuit, my order wasn’t repeated back to me, my app was scanned, and he walked away without letting me pay. When I spoke to another employee, he was kind and apologetic, which I appreciated but he said Benjamin was “locked in.” Being locked in means doing your EASY job correctly and not being rude. When the original employee returned, he responded in a sarcastic tone, saying, “You came for the free biscuit, you got the free biscuit.” That felt dismissive and unnecessary. If he had taken a moment to listen, the situation could have been avoided. No wonder this place has a high turnover. Can’t do a simple job

We purchased a 12-count nugget meal in the morning, and the nuggets tasted like the oil was extremely old. The flavor was very unpleasant, so later that afternoon I returned to the store to request an exchange. I couldn’t come earlier because I was working. I explained that I didn’t have a physical receipt because I ordered through the app. The manager spent about 30 minutes trying to locate the order in the system and was unable to find it. I then offered to show my bank statement as proof that the purchase was made that same day. She said she would look at it but walked away for another 15 minutes. After waiting all that time, I ended up leaving with no food at all. The entire process took an unreasonable amount of time for a simple food exchange, especially considering the issue was due to the quality of the food.

These two employees were making fun of me when picking up my order.I asked them for my food and they said go around there and wait for someone to help you and they were not even doing anything. After that they look each other said something I couldn't hear and started laughing at me out loud.That is not nice they need better training and learn manners.

I hate that this is my local Chick-fil-A. Rude staff and food not up to par. I literally drive out of my way to go to another Chick-fil-A when this one is only 5 minutes away. Unecessary charges to accompany the rude staff!

We love Chick-fil-A. However this branch has a terrible service and lazy manager. Today 11/07/2025 at 8:35 pm we waited for more than 10 min for our milkshakes that came melted. The car in front of us waited the same time as us for a Coke. It's really disappointing.

The wait time in the drive through is ridiculous. I love coming to chick fil a because you’re in and out quickly. I’ve seen other locations where it’s busy and the parking area is mall and they hire someone to navigate the traffic. They definitely need to hire someone to do it. This is the longest and worst part experience.

Came here today and ordered spicy deluxe combo and food for my son as well, when I got my food they gave me a regular spicy ckn sandwich, even though the guy repeated my order I heard him say spicy deluxe but he still put the wrong order, so I told the blonde girl in the drive through and she seemed annoyed that I told her I had told the guy I wanted a spicy deluxe, she got a little sarcastic with me and told me if I wanted it that she would have to charge me 76 cent, so it upset me that I had to pay again but whatever so she charged me for that and then asked for the sandwich back that they originally gave me and I had to wait for them to remake it. Honestly I know mistakes happen but her attitude was not okay. I come here 2-3 times a week Joe my son and I and other day they forgot to put straws and my son really needed that straw. Also with my order today there was a hair in the chicken! I will post the photo, and months ago I had found an insect on my lettuce but I didn’t say anything! Now I’m fed up! I’ll be going to another chic fil a from now on, it’s a mile difference but I’m done with this location, i spend too much money here every week to get treated like this and have stuff in my food and deal with an attitude for no reason.
