My review is 4.5 Stars. Clean place and very friendly service. I got the Buffalo Chicken Mac & Chesse. Very good flavor and tender chicken, pasta cooked perfect. I would have liked a little more creamy cheese within pasta. Would recommend and would go back.

They stopped offering real plates and silverware when you come to sit down and eat. It’s too bad, because it was nice to have a good fast meal without eating out of a plastic container.

3 out of 4 menu items were prepared incorrectly. Staff were not accommodating when missing menu items were not included, and most annoyingly, music was being played really loudly in the kitchen that was competing with the restaurants dining room speakers.

I got the BBQ chicken Mac and cheese with a Diet Coke and a side Cesar salad. The Mac and cheese had green chips as a topping which on door dash it doesn’t ask to have them or for them to be removed… the picture of the BBQ Mac and cheese shows that it doesn’t come with any. The Diet Coke that I got doesn’t taste like Diet Coke at all. It tastes like Coke Zero… and the side Cesar salad. The dressing wasn’t cold and it tasted more fishy than anchovy… overall not sure I would recommend this place…

Both my partner and I have gotten violently ill from eating here separately, on two different occasions. I don't think I'll ever eat here again. We both happened to get the Japanese pan fried noodles (I think that's what it's called) so maybe if you're gonna go here just don't get that, it wasn't that good anyway. Staff seemed nice though.

Help were nice but totally out of joint. Food was mediocre at best. Twice I tried the shrimp scampi and each time there was almost no trace of artichokes . I even mentioned that the last time I ordered there were no artichokes in the meal and was informed they definitely put it in this time. THAT WAS NOT TRUE. Actually half way through the order they told me they didn't have another meal I ordered ( were out of grilled chicken). It really felt like I was in the twilight zone trying to communicate. Too bad because the food, the first time I ate there, was good. The last two times I went back were a train wreck

I go here at least once a week. They ALWAYS get something wrong. it's either an ingredient added to my food that I didnt ask for, or they didn't add the correct ingredients. every single time. they always correct their mistakes, but I really shouldn't have to go in there every single time to get something corrected. I'm sick of it and I know they are too, so maybe just get it right in the first place?? it's really not that hard. Now I have to drive all the way to a different location because I will never go back there just for them to get my order wrong and waste my time. I try not to be annoying and go in every time they get something wrong, but if I'm spending my hard earned money, I want it right.

Worst Noodles & Company experience I’ve ever had. Both noodle bowls were served ice cold, and when I asked if they could be reheated, I was told, “we don’t have a microwave.” Apparently, neither a fresh portion nor a refund was an option. The staff were dismissive, and the manager rolled their eyes multiple times, which was incredibly unprofessional. To make things worse, there was no soy sauce available, nor was any substitute offered. The attitude from the staff was unnecessarily sassy, and it’s honestly embarrassing to see a restaurant manager behave that way.

Placed an order in person at the restaurant. Get home to find part of our order missing. Called the Middletown location where we got it from and when you hit “0” to speak with a customer service representative, the phone rings and rings until you’re disconnected. After trying this a few times, I get connected to the order placement line to speak to someone who first puts me on hold (I thought to transfer me), then when she comes back she says to call back in a few minutes for the manager and hit “0”. I explained what was happening before, and we couldn’t get through so that’s why we dialed this extension. Her only response was to come and complain in person. While the food was okay, the service was very dismissive. I won’t be going back to this location.

If I could give zero stars I would. The order of buffalo Mac n cheese was literally elbow noodles, no sauce with a sprinkle of some sort of shredded cheese on top. The parmesan crusted chicken with buffalo sauce was the saltiest thing that I have ever taste it in my entire life. The kids mac and cheese was exactly the same, elbow noodles with some sort of shredded cheese thrown on top. Save your money even in a time of just needing to order something quick like I did. I understand that fast food or delivery is just that but my gosh, come on, do better.

Very expensive for tiny portions. Guilt people into high tips and even after a $4 tip, didn’t give us any napkins or utensils. Ordered dumplings afterwards and once again no utensils or forks. Plus order was $11 higher than it should have been because girl mistakenly added a large egg noodles we didn’t order. Only kept the extra order because we were still hungry after the tiny portions. Staff is young, disinterested. Food is decent but value is terrible. Not a good overall experience.
