Far West Coffee

Just before driving to Austin, I had the opportunity to have a cup of Joe here and try out a unique home made pop-tart! What a treat. The coffee was made to order, and when the barista realized he got the wrong milk, he made me another, even after I insisted I was ok with it. Really appreciated the excellent customer service and quality coffee and baked good. Although the inside was slightly loud, it wasn't impossible to hear one another until the kids on the far side of the dining area began to release their inner beast. Overall, I highly recommend giving these guys your business if you're in the Midland area.

The best coffee place ever! The crews are very nice and friendly. They prepared a bottle of water to drink which is very convenient. Of course, I don't even have to mention about the taste of coffee. It's awesome! I'm falling in love with this place ❤️👍🏻

best shop in the west, hands-down. christopher + audrey and their crew are top-notch people. you can always count on far west for the best coffee and fresh pastries that are always a delight to the taste buds, but it's their kindness and hospitality that sets them apart. midland is very blessed to have far west, and as someone who now lives in dfw, it's always a joy to come back and visit.

Such a gem! I was in town for work and stumbled across this spot on Google—so glad I did. The vibes are cozy and welcoming, and the staff made me feel right at home. My iced americano was spot-on, and I couldn’t resist trying the bagels and olive oil cake (both are a MUST). Already looking forward to my next trip back just so I can come here again!

The atmosphere is wonderful! The ingredients for the special drinks are made in house! The staff is as super kind and friendly! We loved our experience and can’t wait to go back! (I did check if there was food so sorry about that!) If you want a wonderful place to spend some time and have delicious tea and coffee Far West is a must! (While we were there a group of ladies crafted together! Which was so cool to see!)

We walked in after antiquing nearby. Wow!! I felt like I was back in the East Coast. I love the open space and vibe. Our server was so beautiful inside and out!! The bagels looked unreal! We must come back and try some. We ordered the Nitro and Toasted Brown Sugar. They taste so rich and delicious! They have options for us lactose intolerant people and also vegan options. Overall a wonderful experience and drinks.

The best coffee shop in Midland!! The staff is so sweet and welcoming. They have some fun unique options & homemade syrups! Love the music, they have comfy cusion chairs, and plenty of seating available for working. 10/10 recommend!!

This was exactly what I was looking for in a high-quality, craft coffee. The house-made syrups don’t cover up the quality of the espresso. The atmosphere was simple and calming as well. Loved the interior design! Coming back next time I’m in town!

This place is one of the best local coffee houses in Midland. The atmosphere is open and relaxing while staying fairly minimalistic. The menu is simple but maintains focus on the essentials. I tried the mint mocha from the winter menu and it was excellent. Highly recommend stopping by to check it out.

This was one of the cutest shops! The barista was so sweet, in fact the whole staff was very sweet. Obviously a lot of thought and care in this place. ✨ 12/10 would recommend. Oh, and the vanilla almond milk latte was spectacular ☕️☺️

Arguably the best coffee in midland, show up early (7:30) to get kolaches or cry and go hungry. The atmosphere and service is excellent and takes you to some of the best coffee places I’ve traveled to. Breakfast sandwich is absolute killer, was going to complain about the price but, in reality, it’s a bargain…amazing thick cut bacon and added tomatoes, tops the list of breakage sammies in my books! Great job!

Far West is my top favorite place for coffee in WTX. Christopher is amazing when it comes down to morning buns and cappuccinos. I could live here if he would let me lol (I have asked if I can water the plants before🥹🪴) The service is always top notch. Although it is usually pretty busy on the weekends, it is totally worth it. I do not mind making my way just to be able to savor that perfect morning bun and sip on that robust cup. Know that pastries are available only on weekends, for the most part. Stop by and support your local coffee shops!

Recently made this place a regular spot for my lunch break. The staff are warm and friendly, which admittedly makes me look forward to each visit. Even without the lovely staff, each option on the menu is tasty (my favorites being espresso + tonic and the seasonal lavender latte). The inside is modern with great seating selection. Great for socializing or reading a book!

And I know that's not really aesthetically pleasing to have those, but it makes it easier for when a stay-at-home mom is on the go and wants to come in for a quick caffeinated recharge. Definitely not enough to keep me away, thankfully I had my babe's stroller with me.
