I have never been to raising canes. I figured it's just chicken. Which it is, but it's actually pretty good. The employee on register was nice and patient. The atmosphere is nice. Rarely see disco balls anymore. Our food came out fast and hot. I liked the coleslaw and the bread. The chicken had a great crunch. I kinda want some now after writing this.

Most amazing food ever. I have been waiting to go to my new location for ever and it was worth the wait!

One time they gave me a box of sauce and not my correct order. When I took the box back they made the correct order without hazzle

Always fresh, tasty and delicious. Kinda pricey for fast food but worth every bite. The restaurant was clean, staff friendly and very professional.

Our experience here was a good one. There were two chicken fingers baskets and a chicken sandwich meal. I have never eaten inside a Cane's before. The server was polite and the food was good. Honestly their soda machine was flat but they quickly gave us lemonade instead. Music was on blast ( it was not the selection not my house ) it was the loud 🔊 when you feel like you'd just have the conversation outside. On a food critic however it was good!

Ordered online. Item not available when I arrived. I was told I would be refunded. A week later I have yet to be refunded. Terrible service. I'll stick with Chick-fil-A.

Just a door dash driver doing their job. The customer services deserves 0 stars. I’ve never seen such nasty attitudes. Workers had such nasty attitudes and think they know everything. The manager themself was even nastier. Seemed a bit racist and didn’t want to help at all. It was my first time there and that’s the treatment they give to customers? Not just to me. To other customers behind me as well. Kids thinking they run the place.

I had an awful and quite frankly, ridiculous experience this evening. I'm a teacher and I do Door Dash after work. I came in this evening with an order for a customer. There were two people seated in the lobby eating and me. So, there was no one in line, no one waiting to be served. I stood at the cash register and a girl with purple hair was right across from me. She was writing on a package of wipes. She looked up at me and then proceeded to ignore me. I didn't say anything because I thought maybe orders weren't her job. After a few minutes an older woman came to the register. She asked how she could help. I told her I needed to place a Door Dash order. And she said that was for the girl with the purple hair, who was still doodling on the pack of wipes. I placed the order and the girl was very, very rude. I blew it off; she's young, whatever. I read to her the order, which she ignored, as she gave me a large cup with ice when I said regular, no ice. I corrected her and she made a big show of not dumping, but throwing the ice out and then tossed the cup across the counter. I told her again I needed a regular, not a large. She ignored me so whatever, customer gets a free bonus. She gave me the receipt and I went to wait at a table for the food. I had to take a picture of the receipt and received an error because the customer's name was not on the receipt. I had specifically told her I needed the customer's name on the receipt. I took the receipt to the counter and told the older lady I couldn't submit the order without the customer's name on the receipt. She said there was nothing she could do because the receipt had already been printed. The girl with purple hair said she HAD put the customer's name on the receipt. I showed her she had not and she went to the trash can, took out a wadded up piece of paper out of the trash, and tossed it at me. I had to unwad the piece of paper, which was covered in something gross, and it had the customer's name on it. The girl said again she had put the customer's name on the receipt and I hadn't told her to give it to me, just to put the name on it. I told the older lady that this girl is very rude and very unprofessional and she said nothing. Management overheard the entire thing and nothing was said. I have reported this girl to Door Dash as well as the conduct of everyone working there who just allowed this young lady to treat a customer this way. My children love Raising Cains and they will no longer be permitted to return. I don't want an example like that set for my children, as they are being raised to be well-mannered and courteous people.

Ordered 3 extra canes sauces and like always they never put them in the box this canes is worst one unfortunately should have went to other store
