Unbelievable great food. Pasta with 3 tomato sauces was the best I‘ve had so far. Pizza was great too. Friendly and great service. Nearly no tourists. This area is worth a visit. This restaurant a must have.

We recently rented an apartment on the same street and decided to check out this restaurant since it was so close. Everything was perfect! The pizza was exceptional - delicious, fresh, and full of flavor. The service was wonderful as well, with very polite and friendly ladies making sure we had a great experience. Highly recommend this place! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We shared a pizza with parma and buffalo mozzarella and a risotto with ossobuco. We planned to just switch plates but they saw and gave us extra plates. They also made sure our jackets did not touch the floor 😅 good food and caring staff. One of the few places that do not close at 14 and open again at 19! Good markings on the menu about allergies/ meat/vegan

Stumbled across this hidden gem after a downpour dissuaded us from having dinner on the sidewalks of Brera. This restaurant has a comfortable and contemporary interior with a beautifully decorated archway leading to more tables. My husband and I both opted for pizzas, and these were by far the best we've had during our travels in Italy. Exactly the Italian pizza I had always envisioned.

Had a wonderful experience at Biosserì. The decor and ambience was relaxed and easy with some interesting pieces such as the sword shown. Staff were very friendly and comfortable switching between English and Italian as needed. The food was reliably high quality with a good range of offerings across the menu. The price is very fair for the quality and size of portions. Will definitely be visiting again in the future.

Amazing atmosphere. Best ossobucco milanese I ever had in my life! It was so tender we could eat it with a spoon and it was covered in delicious gravy. The dish was to die for. For this reason alone I give it 5 stars. I came here from a recommendation from an Italian Chef that lives in my area (Stefano) who is friend with the Chef here. Excellent recommendation. They have a full bar and I would certainly return here. It appears this may be more in the business district due to the large lunch menu, and company sponsored party in the private room next to us. They also had pizza, but the pizza oven was unfortunately broken. They also have a'lot of dry aged beef. I recommend eating the ribeye or an expensive cut, because I opted to try the local beef which was a cheap cut and it wasn't amazing. The deserts where solid, but the cheese cake was just ok. Get the ossobucco, doooo it.

What an expectations defying incredible dining experience to end a month long trip. I was feeling for just pizza before catching my night train, and came across this. The ambiance was instantly relaxed and I felt welcome (especially considering as I am a foreigner). The kitchen was yet to open, but their pizza oven was already hot. Perfect for me! I waited for a table at the bar and was offered some water and freshly made potato chips. After seated I asked for recommendations for a drink to go with the pizza. I don't usually drink alcohol, but the waiter insisted on one. I was not disappointed. In fact, I wanted to order another, but I had to be going. Just had to write a review, but in short. It's a bit more on the expensive side, but for the first time in my life I wanted to pay for it and felt the prices were even a bit too reasonable for what you get as a whole. Anyway, thanks for the whole staff for a perfect dinner after a month of gruesome travel. I'll be sure to visit again! :)

Very nice atmosphere! the food was tasty. Allergens clearly mention for every dish. Have good gluten free options, including Buns (packed and suitable for Celiac). For kids have only Pizza. We had a lunch including wine and cocktail, not cheap, but worth the money. recommended.

Ho scoperto Biosserì durante una passeggiata a Brera, e si è rivelata una scelta davvero piacevole per un brunch. Il locale è curato e accogliente, con una location molto carina,perfetta per una pausa tranquilla in una delle zone più eleganti di Milano. Il personale è stato gentile e attento. Tra i piatti provati, ho apprezzato moltissimo la tartare di manzo, fresca e ben condita. Anche il cavolo nero ripassato era saporito e ben cucinato. Un po’ meno convincente invece il filetto di ricciola, buono ma meno intenso rispetto agli altri piatti. I prezzi sono in linea con la media della zona, quindi adeguati alla qualità e al contesto.

Eravamo a Brera e cercavamo un locale che faceva la pizza senza glutine e ci siamo imbattuti al Bioesserí. Luogo molto carino e curato, cibo ottimo per quanto riguarda le pizze sia senza glutine sia normali. Prezzo in linea con Milano, peccato per qualche svista del personale non molto attendo e giovane. Si può sorvolare, esperienza comunque positiva. Consiglio il locale se siete in zona.

Ottimo ristorante e ottima pizzeria. Locale molto bello e in questo periodo natalizio è vestito a festa con buon gusto, albergo di Natale alto fino al soffitto, vero, bellissimo. Aperitivo disimpegnato della domenica pre Epifania. Ambiente curato e raffinato, molto buono il servizio anche se la scelta degli aperitivi è abbastanza limitata. Da un ambiente così, mi sarei aspettato che la persona che ci ha serviti avesse minimo le nozioni base sui vini (pochi) che si servono al calice e invece così non è stato: diciamo che è giovane e avrà tutto il tempo per imparare. Meno bene il cibo servito con l'aperitivo: le patate con la salsa aiolì erano veramente troppo fredde, il resto rasentava la sufficienza e, con lo stesso discorso di cui sopra, mi sarei aspettato uno sforzo in più anche in cucina. A ogni modo, si potrebbe riprovare per qualcosa di meno disimpegnato, chissà. Rapporto qualità/prezzo in linea con quanto offre Milano e la zona di Brera.

The restaurant offers a very charming and elegant atmosphere, which made us feel comfortable right from the start. The staff was friendly and polite throughout our visit. The pizzas were of good quality and tasted delicious overall; however, one of the pizza crusts was burnt to the point that it was no longer edible. Although we mentioned this to the waiter, unfortunately no solution or alternative was offered. When selecting our wine, we initially requested two bottles from the menu that turned out to be unavailable. The third recommendation by the staff, however, was excellent and turned out to be a very good choice. The tiramisu served was gluten-free and made with decaffeinated coffee, which was not indicated on the menu. As a result, it differed noticeably from the expected flavor profile and was ultimately disappointing. Additionally, there was no toilet paper available in the men’s restroom during our visit. All in all, the setting and ambiance were truly lovely, and the service team was pleasant. The food, particularly the pizza, was enjoyable, but a few avoidable shortcomings slightly diminished the overall experience.

Everyone around me received different menus than I did at lunch. I got a salad and it was just ok. The upsale for focaccia sounded great, but the bread is just pizza dough bread.

We did not have any reservation, but they found a table! That’s a good start. We got the isola pizza that’s was great! Also the tuna salad was awesome and in a normal size. For brera it was a value for money lunch.

As a coeliac, I was able to get a gluten free (senza glutine) meal here. I had risotto Milanese with osso bucco followed by sorbet. The risotto was tasty but a little salty, although that's not unusual in Italy. The osso bucco was very tender. The sorbet, delicious. The restaurant's just away from the main tourist path.

Went here for breakfast and the coffee is cold, they forgot two of the dishes. So unfortunately wouldn’t recommend this place for breakfast. The value for money is also poor.

A large space with ample seating and decent pizza. The restaurant can accommodate large bookings (including an event for 60 heads in a separate section while we ate). There are some creative variations of restauration classics (eg pistachio in a tartare — although wanting for salt) and regular fare (vaca grassa steak, pizze, etc). We ate a couple meat crudos, a focaccia, a couple pizza, and an Italian landrace beef steak. The ultimate item was prepared well and a sizable portion for its price tag (35 eur). The crudos were fine and of good quality meat. The focaccia was their plain pizza dough with some dry herbs and oil. The wheat dough was strictly better than the white dough. Nota bene: the integrale (whole wheat) pizza dough was good but deceptively not whole wheat. I was excited to see what was being done with every nutritious bit of germ bran and endosperm and was wholly disappointed that they used what seemed like a mix of T80 and T65. Service good, al fresco seating in October tolerable.

Pleasant atmosphere. Fine and spacious interior design with good music in the background, just at the right level. On the other hand, food rather disappointing… Although gluten free pizza dough tasted great, the sauce and mozzarella were still liquid and undercooked. Staff seemed bored and uncaring. Sono stato in pausa pranzo da Bioesserì. Nonostante non avessimo prenotato, il personale è stato molto gentile e accomodante nel trovare un tavolo per 3. Il servizio è buono, anche abbastanza veloce. La triste, tristissima scoperta, è arrivata insieme alla portata principale. Abbiamo infatti ordinato dei fusilloni al ragù che, come si può evincere anche dalla foto, erano ahimé scaldati. Alcuni fusilli erano infatti FREDDI, mentre altri erano ustionanti. Molto deluso.

Pizza gluten-free immangiabile, ci hanno portato 2 pizze sbagliate e una aveva dei pezzi bruciati al centro. Visto il prezzo non mi sembra molto accettabile un servizio così.

Nel pomeriggio sono entrata per bere una bevanda calda. Dal fuori mi piaceva molto l’atmosfera e il design di questo posto. Purtroppo era l’unico punto positivo. Bevanda preparata male, nemmeno un tovagliolo di carta per accompagnarla e soprattutto zero savoir-faire nell’accogliere 2 persone. Chissà ? Forse troppo stanchi dei turisti amanti del quartiere.

Sono entrata semplicemente per prendere una cioccolata calda e un cornetto, ma l’esperienza è stata pessima. La cioccolata era piena di grumi, di qualità molto scarsa, assolutamente indegna di un posto in Italia. Il cornetto poi… meglio non parlarne: surgelato e riscaldato, secco e senza alcun sapore. A peggiorare ulteriormente la situazione, i camerieri antipatici... È davvero un peccato, perché il locale potrebbe essere piacevole, lo spazio è bello e accogliente. Ma per il resto è chiaramente un posto per turisti, pensato per chi non conosce la vera qualità della cucina italiana. Lasciate perdere.

Non ci siamo trovati benissimo e non credo ci tornerei. Le pietanze non erano male, ma ci sono stati diversi dettagli negativi. Innanzitutto, ci hanno applicato una maggiorazione per il "servizio festivo". Ci hanno anche chiesto se volevamo della focaccia, ma senza specificare che era a pagamento e servendola al posto del pane. Poi ci hanno portato due bottiglie di acqua microfiltrata (senza che le avessimo chieste entrambe) pagandole più di una minerale. La nota più dolente è stata la pasta al pomodoro per il bimbo: era pessima, con un sugo scurissimo e amarognolo che sembrava quasi ketchup. Tra l'altro la cameriera insisteva per farla in bianco...a quel punto avrebbero fatto meglio a dirci che il sugo non era pronto invece di servirci quello. Non mi sento di consigliarlo.

A differenza di altre volte in questo locale, son stata molto delusa nel riscontrare che alle 18,30 ci fosse gente che mangiasse e ci fosse detto che la cucina aprisse alle 19,30... A parte un orario incredulo per essere un ristorante a Brera nel periodo prenatalizio e/o magari i clienti facevano aperitivo forse Non avevamo prenotato e abbiamo detto che arrivavamo dalla Svizzera, ma non c’è stata un minimo di empatia Non si pretendeva il tappeto rosso, ma magari (visto il viaggio) il proporci di sederci e iniziare a consumare qualcosa di possibile a quell’ora attendendo l’apertura della cucina????!!! Nulla, anzi sembravano risollevati e più tranquilli alla nostra uscita PECCATO!!! Forse prenderei in considerazione i suggerimenti dei clienti per rivedere qualcosa Buone feste 🎄⭐️

What a great disappointment. Had this location pinned since it offers gluten free pizza. Though the interior is nice - that’s the only plus of this place. I ordered Diavolina pizza and it came with literally 0 salami. You can see the pizza in the picture. Also it looks like there’s a lot of toppings on it, but in reality- just very thick crust. And it was quite greasy. The waiter has not checked on us while we’re eating so I couldn’t say anything about it. 18 eur for a pizza without any meat. Worst pizza I ate in Italy over 3 years. My partner ordered pizza Napoli he said he only found two small pieces of anchovies. Love Brera, but please go past this place.
