Came back to lovely Santa Margherita after last year. Didn't try this Caffé/pasticceria yet, so this time we got some of their patisserie. They got a nice selection, nicely presented. Also a good number of tables. Some outside in the lovely streets of Santa Margherita. Got some different slices of cakes, a small chocolate tarte, some patisserie and and also two cream puffs. All were solid items. Very good enough. But of the whole load it was the cream puffs that really stood out: Nice, light and a really good whipped cream filling. Came back for some more of these the other day. There are lots of bakeries and pasticcerias in town. This one here is a very good one. At least the cream puffs you should try.

They speak English which is good. Croissants are not good coffee is average but very expensive

Rude staff, unhelpful, expensive. The cappuccino was cold and we had to wait SO long to get the order. Paying was also a painful moment.

The service staff try to cheat you on the bill! This was the second day of visiting a cozy cafe in the center of the city, however they charged me more on my bill for the same order!!! I confronted them on this error and they claimed that because our medium pizza was NOT cut today that there was an extra surcharge!!! My response: so less work means a higher price? Beware that they will try to stiff you on the bill!!!

Bad and slow service. You might think that the woman who attends the tables makes it compulsory. zero kindness. On my third day in Italy it is the first time that I feel unwelcome. In addition, we didn’t order dessert because I went in to request it and she told me that the ice cream must be ordered from the table outside with the menu... later she never came to serve us and we entered just to pay and leave. Thank you but I will not return and I don’t recommend it!

Please don't go to this place as a tourist. They charged us 3 euro for cappuccino and 3.5 for soy milk cappuccino and it's twice higher than a normal price. I'm not sure that they charge the locals the same price. The coffee taste was also terrible. The waitress was very rude and she refused to get a credit card.

This place was awful! The staff were so rude. After waiting ages for a service, we tried to order at the counter and were told to sit down and wait for a waitress. After waiting for another 15 minutes we went to the counter and again tried to order at the bar. The staff were so rude to us I couldn’t believe how they shouted at us and refused to help us even though we were calm and asking so nicely to be served. We landed up going around the corner and found a far nicer place! Avoid this place at all costs.

Very rude staff. We were sitting inside waiting for someone to take our order. When no one came for a while we tried to order at the counter and were sent back to wait for table service. There was no queue at the counter so the only reason for that was probably the table service charge. Fair enough, we went back to our table but no one showed up. We tried to order at the counter again insisting that there seems to be no one who could take our order at the table. The woman just ignored us for a while and when I finally asked to see the manager she turned to me said “bye!” and basically told us to leave. Absolutely shocking and uncalled for. Do not go there. There are plenty of lovely cafes nearby

Very high price. Like 3 times higher than every Italian caffè. Quality is normal. Very mean waitress that treat people from different countries differently. And don't allow people to eat food unless you buy their super expensive but normal meals. Should avoid!!!
