Un'esperienza magnifica, un contatto ravvicinato con gli dei del cibo. Il Liberty offre un'elevata qualità di sapori e preparazioni, mantenendo uno stile tradizionale. La miglior parmigiana di melanzane al mondo è qui. Il clima è rilassato, rilassante e amichevole. Una cucina di casa un po' più sofisticata e intraprendente, sicuramente un ottimo ristorante. Super consigliato.

An intimate and elegant restaurant near Gae Aulenti square, very quiet and relaxing. The atmosphere makes you comfortable, then you receive menu list with selected and refined dishes: from entries to first and second courses, you may choose between pasta, rice, meat, fish always part of interesting recipes. Portions are apparently limited, but taste and cooking is so good that you feel fully satisfied. Yesterday I took fresh vegetables in pinzimonio (with oil) followed by an exquisite risotto with almonds, lemon and coffee, which I enthusiastically recommend. Coffee is good and served with small, delicious pastries. Personnel is kind and discreet. The dark green of the walls contributes to make the environment warm and welcoming. Prices are medium - high, but worth the experience. Excellent and wide selection of wines.

Stavo per prenotare una cena delivery ma poi, guardando 4 RISTORANTI di Alessandro Borghese ho deciso di ordinare da SLOWSUD che ha vinto la puntata. Decisamente economico, buono e pratico. Sorry ma i primi vanno premiati. 😁😁

PROs: cucina CONS: Prezzo (alto alto nel complesso), scortesia dello chef, ambiente troppo "vuoto" per i miei gusti Cena di Natale con amici... la mia ultima volta in questo ristorante. Il locale è piccolo e minimal e se si cena al pian terreno si ha la sensazione di stare in vetrina. Sedie e tavole sono semplici, senza tovaglia e non apparecchiati, le posate sono in un cassetto nascosto. Quando ci si siede la sensazione è un po' quella di sedersi a un tavolo del fast food, anche se più elegante. CARTA DEI VINI ampia e ricercata. Prezzi coerenti con gli altri locali milanesi. MENU Il menu è invece abbastanza ristretto (cosa che apprezzo perché con così pochi coperti altrimenti non sarebbe tutto fresco), ma copre tutti i gusti. Antipasti vari, Paste, risotto, guancia, pancia, dentice. I prezzi sono alti. Antipasti e primi 23-25€, secondi 32-35€ Menu completo a 80 € escluse bevande. Piatti buoni, ben equilibrati e con porzioni giuste, non troppo abbondanti. Ho assaggiato il carciofo, riccioli di pasta con finferli e chiodini e il dentice zucca e cipolla. Tutto ottimo. Servizio al tavolo preciso e non invadente. Alla fine 94€ a persona con 2 bottiglie di vino in 5, 2 piatti a testa e 3 dolci in 5. Meriterebbe 3.5, come media tra cucina e atmosfera ma gli dò 2 per la politica sul pagamento delle persone assenti, 70€ a persona in meno rispetto alla prenotazione, fatta notare al momento del conto. Se ci avessero chiesto di staccare uno dei tavolini avremmo senz'altro acconsentito, visto che già non lo utilizzavamo, avendo comunicato che una persona era in forse e sarebbe comunque arrivata molto tardi. 70€ mi sembra una cifra folle (da Zuma a Roma sono 40€). In ogni caso più della politica in sé, che andrebbe comunque ricordata quando si arriva al ristorante comunicando che il numero di commensali è minore, è stata la gestione della cosa. Ho semplicemente fatto notare che mi sembrava un po' assurda la cosa ma che non c'era problema a pagare ed è partita l'aggressività del ristoratore. AGGIUNTA: E qui mi ero fermato, tanto già altre recensioni evidenziano lo stesso problema. Ma visto che il ristorante ha voluto ribattere aggiungo allora che abbiamo lasciato 40€ di mancia e che lo abbiamo pagato 300€ cash e che lo scontrino non l'abbiamo ricevuto.

Food was average, below expectations and definitely not worth the price we paid. Flavours fell short, and the preparation of the dishes was just very flawed. Ravioli were chewy, pork belly was served with a sloppy pile of bland vegetables, amuse was so hot that we burnt our mouths (microwaved?) We were just very disappointed overall. It was a present for my mom’s birthday and I wish I had chosen a different restaurant. We would’ve accepted the average food, if it were not for the quite poor service. We ordered an aperitivo, but not even halfway that drink we were served the wine for the first course, so I had two drinks in front of me. And right after the first course, and just after I had finished my aperitivo (so I still hadn’t started on my first wine), I received the wine for the second course. We asked the waiter to slow it down a little, they did listen to that luckily. The waiter was very kind. At one point, however, we critiqued the main course and the waiter came to ask for more feedback (the chef sent him). We gave the feedback, which was more about the fine dining experience and the below-expectations service/preparations/flavours, and he concluded simply that some people just have different tastes. Which is, of course, true, but that was not what the feedback was about. The feedback was about the fact that when you claim to be a fine dining restaurant, you should pay attention to details, timing, taste, and preparation, which were all off key for us today. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this restaurant (for this price), especially not when you’re into fine dining!

Very disappointed, we went there a few weeks ago and decided to go for the tasting menu. We asked for some red wine as there is an option for 3 glasses of wine per person. The waitress told us that another waiter will come for the wine and the latter offered a red wine he chose himself, we were not surprised when he brought a bottle as 6 glasses of wine is the equivalent of a bottle. Needless to say that we were shocked when we saw the bill and more than 50€ for the wine. And water was also counted as a supplement even though it's included in the menu. We had to discuss for a few minutes before they agreed to make a gesture and divide the difference by two. Concerning the food itself, we were quite disappointed as well nothing was really bad but at that price in Italy you expect something good not just passable. The cotoletta was particularly distasteful. In fewer words, expensive for what it is and if you decide to eat there anyway make sure you check the bill...

Posto simile a un acquario ,piccolo e opprimente, tavoli senza tovagliato ,ti devi apparecchiare da solo , porzioni mignon, costi pazzeschi , si viaggia alla media di oltre 100 euro a persona per uscire affamati. Booked dinner for 6 people and we were cramped upstairs where our chests is touching the table. No one can get up and walk around. Every one has to play musical chairs to go to the bathroom! The food quality and taste was less than ordinary. Very very disappointing for one rated 4.5 stars. The food presentation is rough and looks nothing like the photos on it's website. Guess, we went on a bad evening??!!

Disappointing management and customer service was beyond outrageous - waiter asked, after having confirmed our reservation, to come in later. Arrived as asked and then was asked to wait yet again. After 40 mins in the cold! AND the chef owner declining to talk, we left hungry, half frozen in search for food at 10pm. The ego on these guys.. If I were were any sort of a critic for a guide I’d seriously reconsider any mention of this place. I’ve never seen such an inexcusable behaviour - anywhere in Italy or Western Europe. Total waste of space!
