Sono stata un paio di volte in questo locale. A me piace l’ambiente e le persone che lo frequentano , e apprezzo il rapporto qualità prezzo che mi sembra giusto. L’ultima volta abbiamo atteso oltre 20 minuti oltre l’orario della prenotazione, cosa non piacevole. Per il resto direi tutto ok

🍽️Cibo: consiglio di prendere un po’ di cicchetti come antipasti, molto sfiziosi. Siamo stati in questo ristorante in nove persone e, nonostante il locale fosse molto affollato, il personale è rimasto sempre cordiale e disponibile. C’è stato un piccolo ritardo nell’assegnazione del tavolo, ma nulla di grave; il vero punto debole è stato il tavolo, davvero troppo piccolo per il numero di commensali. L’acustica è un altro aspetto da migliorare: il locale risulta piuttosto rumoroso, rendendo difficile conversare. Detto questo, il cibo è davvero ottimo — ho apprezzato ogni piatto provato — e le portate sono arrivate con buona tempistica. Il conto nella media, con prezzi onesti considerando la posizione centrale del locale.

Don't be fooled by the lower than average rating the restaurant has. It's good. I've been there twice now and I sat in the courtyard, overall not a busy place, and the service is great but most importantly some pasta choices are exceptional others average. Overall recommended work lunch place

Was tasty bites and super friendly staff. DJ & music, so if you like noise and music then it’s absolutely a nice atmospheric vibe for me it was a bit too wild while eating but that’s personal. Wide options on the menu and mainly meat options.

I recently visited this restaurant and the food was really good. One would argue that the a basic veg pasta or pizza in a proper vegetarian way is plain with no vegetables but I feel additional veggies would have made the dishes 5/5, which was the only con. The Tiramisu was something to die for. Really enjoyed the dessert and ambiance of the restaurant was pretty cute, with a good service.

We were looking for a place to go for a very long time and found this restaurant. We looked at the photos, we really liked the design. There are really a lot of people in the restaurant from the very morning. But we managed to find a table outside. We ordered a bottle of champagne and carbonara. There was an interesting taste of carbonara, with hints of orange, Al dente. The service was excellent, the girl who served us was very intelligent, super! It all cost us 95 euros with coperto.

Il cibo è stato sicuramente ottimo, anche se la pasta era troppo al dente per i miei gusti. È davvero un peccato, perché se l’esperienza fosse stata positiva avrei tranquillamente sorvolato su quel dettaglio e sarei sicuramente tornata. Purtroppo, invece, il servizio e l’organizzazione sono stati veramente pessimi. Al nostro arrivo c’era molta confusione: non so se succeda tutti i giorni o solo di domenica, ma davanti all’ingresso e persino nella prima sala c’era tantissima gente con calici di vino in mano che faceva molto rumore. Era presente un DJ set e la situazione sembrava quasi fuori controllo. Sono persino stata presa per il polso da un individuo che sembrava ubriaco e nessuno dei camerieri è intervenuto. Avevamo prenotato un tavolo per 3 persone alle 20:30, ma una volta arrivate ci è stato detto che non avevano un tavolo disponibile e che avremmo dovuto aspettare circa 20 minuti. Quando finalmente ci hanno fatto accomodare, il tavolo assegnato era posizionato proprio nel corridoio e ogni volta che passava un cameriere venivamo urtate. Inoltre, il nostro tavolo era originariamente parte di un tavolo molto grande, da circa dieci persone, che era stato diviso in due. La nostra metà era però praticamente attaccata all’altra (distante massimo un centimetro), tanto che sembrava di mangiare insieme alle persone sedute di fronte. Per finire, abbiamo trovato un bicchiere pieno d’acqua e le posate sporche in uno dei posti. Un vero peccato perché, come detto, il cibo meriterebbe anche una seconda occasione… ma l’esperienza complessiva è stata davvero deludente.

RUDE & rushed service, but good food & aesthetic place. From the moment our group of six sat down, the staff seemed to rush us through every stage of the meal. Menus were taken away before we had even finished choosing, and bread plates were cleared while one of us was still eating. We were pressured three separate times to order antipasti, and main plates were removed even while some of us were still chewing. Dessert was equally chaotic: our order was mixed up, we were told some items were unavailable, only for double the number of desserts to suddenly arrive at the table. Even then, the waiters tried to take away our unfinished plates before we could enjoy them. The final straw was when the check was placed on our table without us asking, followed by a waiter arriving just minutes later with the card machine asking, “So who’s paying?”, making us feel like we were being pushed out.

We passed by for an aperitivo dj set Wednesday, we ordered a couple of pizzas as well which were not impressive, but it was something to pick and share. The atmosphere was nice, the place is very cosy and charming. The service was a bit chaos, some waiters were starting to get our order then leaving halfway, giving the wrong information about the pizza being red base or white base. No one refilling our glasses of wine topped with a mistake on the bill. Would give it another try maybe for a proper dinner, hoping that they might be more attentive.

Bel ristorante dall'arredamento accattivante. Storico direi. Il cibo è molto speziato e salatissimo. Mi hanno portato 3 antipastini (cicchetti), a scelta dello chef.... le patate erano immangiabili, il panzarotto massoso. Poi ho preso dello stracotto, direi buono. I carciofi, 2 piccoli pezzetti, non certo come quelli che si mangiano a Roma.

Tavolo prenotato per aperitivo alle 19:30. Arrivo alle 19:32, mi annuncio specificando di essere la prima del gruppo. Nonostante il locale fosse praticamente vuoto, vengo lasciata in piedi all’ingresso senza alcuna indicazione, ignorata, se non per qualche sguardo interrogativo. Solo dopo aver chiesto esplicitamente mi viene indicato il nostro tavolo. Da quel momento in poi, il servizio si è rivelato in linea con l’accoglienza iniziale. Un’esperienza che mi porta a dire che difficilmente tornerò.

Siamo stati a cena in questo locale un sabato sera. Prenotato il MARTEDÌ. mi aspetto che il tavolo venga riservato, a quanto pare no. I nostri amici sono arrivati in orario ma io e il mio fidanzato eravamo in ritardo dato che lui arrivava da torino e c’era traffico. Nonostante gli si fosse spiegata la situazione loro “ non potevano rischiare di perdere un tavolo”. tavolo prenotato da martedì!!! E non volevano far neanche sedere i nostri amici al tavolo. Quando sono arrivata il fantastico ragazzo era troppo impegnato a rimorchiare la tipa fuori per farci sedere al tavolo, per farmi vedere tra poco dovevo mettermi a fare il giocoliere ma vabbè. Servizio mediocre. Per attirare la loro attenzione dovevi avere dei fumogeni. La disposizione dei tavoli non ne parliamo. Abbiamo mangiato insieme a delle signore francesi (fantastiche) ma era un tavolo unico per come era messa. Si salva solo il cibo. Per non parlare della sedia pieghevole messa all’ultimo che si spacca appena ti ci siedi sopra, proprio per darci a capire che la nostra prenotazione non fosse stata neanche messa in conto. Siamo stati allo stesso locale a Roma, è tutt’altra storia e tutt’altro livello. Consiglio di cambiare gestione. Buona serata.

Too many things are not right. - the food is average: good, but not memorable - the service was not smooth: dishes did not come out together, and a couple of items were forgotten - the atmosphere is nice, yet too loud. Finally - the value for money is very low.

If you want to be scammed then come to this place. They boast to provide typical roman cuisine but they are not even a basic restaurant. I had a dinner here with some office colleagues and I didnt enjoy nothing of this place. At the entrance there was a dj-set with people standing ahead of the counter and we cannot even had a smooth payment. The music was super loud and we were not able to communicate among us if not shouting. The food quality is average but the prices are truly high compared to food quality and service. The waiter (the one with mustache) was arrogant and not patient in taking our ordinations. If you are looking for a quiet restaurant and decent service, please avoid this place. If you want to get a drink here with some music then it's probably ok, but I definetely suggest to avoid lunch/dinner.

Esperienza estremamente deludente dall’inizio alla fine. Eravamo in dieci, prenotazione per le 22:30 di sabato sera: nonostante questo, abbiamo dovuto attendere altri 20 minuti perché il tavolo non era ancora pronto. Una volta seduti, iniziano i disagi: ci vengono portate quattro fette di pane per dieci persone. Alla richiesta di averne altro, ci viene detto che il pane era finito e ci viene servita una confezione di pane senza glutine ancora sigillata nella plastica. Il tutto mentre i piatti tardavano ad arrivare: più di un’ora di attesa prima di vedere qualcosa, e quando finalmente arrivano metà gli antipasti, dopo un’altra mezz’ora arrivano i primi assieme all’altra metà degli antipasti Risultato? Tagliatelle con Prosciutto davanti, ma senza la focaccia prevista, perché anche quella “era finita”. Arriviamo al momento del dolce: ordiniamo quattro dessert diversi. Risposta: tutti terminati tranne la Sacher. Proviamo allora a chiedere un tortino al cioccolato: ci portano di nuovo la stessa torta spacciandola per un dolce diverso. E come ciliegina sulla torta—letteralmente—troviamo un pezzo di plastica sotto la fetta. Inaccettabile. Si passa ai caffè: ne ordiniamo sette. Tre arrivano nelle tazzine e quattro in bicchieri da amaro, perché le tazzine erano finite. Durante la cena, inoltre, totale confusione del personale: al momento dell’ordine, ad esempio per delle tagliatelle al tartufo, la cameriera chiede “come le vuole? Al sangue?”, dimostrando una completa mancanza di attenzione e preparazione. Servizio lentissimo, gestione caotica, preparazione inesistente e cura del cliente pari a zero. Un’esperienza che non ripeteremo e che non consigliamo.

Il locale è talmente affollato che ci si ritrova letteralmente compressi, ammassati intorno a tavolini metallici, seduti su sedie pieghevoli da giardino, investiti da persone e camerieri che girano per la sala. La pasta è stata un disastro: non al dente, ma proprio non cotta, dura al punto da spezzarsi sotto i denti. La carne, incredibilmente, è riuscita a fare peggio: così dura da risultare immangiabile e da dover essere rimandata indietro. Il dessert — 8 euro per una crostatina della dimensione di un mignone — è stato la conferma finale di un pasto da mensa scolastica (ma costato 120€).

Abbiamo prenotato per le 22.30. Ci siamo presentati in orario (anzi in anticipo) siamo stati in fila per più di un ora senza che ci abbiano dato una giustificazione per il ritardo. All’ingresso una fila pazzesca con un dipendente che invece di chiamare le prenotazioni chiama i numeri di persone che possono entrare.. che siamo in discoteca??? Girare alla larga! Assurdo che ci sia un ristorante che non sia in grado di gestire le prenotazioni. Follia

Prenotato un tavolo ore 22:30 tre settimane prima, dopo più di un'ora di attesa ci rendiamo conto che non ci saremmo mai sedute (il locale era completamente pieno). Abbiamo scoperto che l'overbooking è molto frequente. A mezzanotte ce ne siamo andate senza mangiare. Unica nota positiva: ci hanno offerto un calice di vino per l'ora di attesa.

Sono stata a cena con degli amici. Posto apparentemente curato ed elegante. Avevamo prenotato. Ci fanno accomodare ad un tavolo stretto ed attaccato agli altri (se spostavamo il braccio/gamba, toccavamo il gomito/piede di chi ci stava di fianco e che non conoscevamo). Zero privacy. Abbiamo chiesto, gentilmente, se potessimo essere spostati e, dopo una loro risposta affermativa, hanno continuato a far accomodare altra gente fregandosene altamente di noi. Il servizio molto distratto e disorganizzato. Non ci tornerò e non lo consiglierei dato il prezzo e la qualità del servizio offerta. Da un’osteria in via Solferino, oltre al buon cibo, mi aspetto un’attenzione al cliente differente, quanto meno avere le distante di sicurezza tra un tavolo e l’altro.

Sabato sera, tavolo per 4 persone ore 20.30 prenotato da 2 giorni. Al nostro arrivo (20:25) ci viene detto di attendere 10 minuti, si continua cosi fino alle ore 21.30 (un'ora dopo la prenotazione), quando stavamo ancora aspettando in piedi. Chiedendo spiegazioni alla cameriera ci risponde che non è colpa sua, perchè il proprietario decide sempre di prendere molte più prenotazioni dei posti a sedere, assicurandosi maggiore incasso grazie all'overbooking ma fregandosene dei suoi clienti. Ce ne siamo andati spazientiti, da parte del personale neanche una scusa. Da evitare come la peste, imbarazzanti.

Io e il mio compagno l’altro ieri sera abbiamo deciso di provare per la prima volta e sicuramente l’ultima osteria delle coppelle. Abbiamo pronotato presto, intorno alle 19, così da iniziare con un aperitivo, drink e cicchetti , con l intento poi di cenare. Accoglienza pessima. La nostra prenotazione non c’era , ma sono stati comunque gentili a farci accomodare. Apparte questo , comunque con una accoglienza fredda , mentre ordinavamo i cicchetti volevamo aggiungere una focaccia al tagliere di San Daniele dop . Un terzo cameriere, che non c entrava nulla con il nostro tavolo ci blocca e dice che questa sera non era possibile avere pizze, nonostante un tavolo poco lontano da noi stava mangiando una bella pizza . Nasce una diatriba scorbutica tra i due su chi doveva accertarsene. Alla fine la pizza c’era . Apparte questo , arrivano I cicchetti per la maggior parte freddi anche quelli che dovevano essere serviti caldi . Scarsa qualità dei prodotti , sapori per alcuni immangiabili tanto che abbiamo rimandato indietro 3 di loro appena assaggiati. Patate completamente bruciate , polipetti alla Luciana , dove dentro non c’era neanche un pilipetto se non qualche tentacolo staccato . Alici marinate non di buona qualità e con un sapore assoluto di aglio da essere immangiabile . Il piatto San Daniele dop che avevamo preso per la focaccia , di San Daniele non aveva néanche lontanamente il ricordo tanto che alla fine , un’altro cameriere ce lo confessa promettendoci di risolvere lui la situazione disastrosa . Anche i Campari spritz , esplicitamente richiesti solo se avessero il Campari originale, arrivano e di Campari neanche l ombra … Non ordiniamo più nulla .. finiamo e andiamo a pagare . Nel conto troviamo tutto, anche i piattini mandati indietro pieni. Siamo persone che girano tanto, spendere i soldi per mangiare bene e avere il piacere di tornare é una delle soddisfazioni più grandi. Purtroppo, nonostante per la location e posizione questo posto ha tante potenzialità , per la nostra esperienza é risultato un posto prettamente turistico , sia per qualità che per il servizio, nel senso più brutto del termine. Dopo tutto questo , sicuro non torneremo Mai più . Ci spiace.

We had a bad experience. I had booked thinking it would be a proper Italian Osteria. Instead, it was packed out with people listening to a dj. We had to fight our way through to our table. The noise level was huge. Loud Music also in the dining room. The menu was huge and our meal not great. I sent my salad back as it was a huge bed of lettuce with not much else. We had booked a table for 7 to celebrate a graduation and expected a sophisticated experience. Instead, it didn't appear that any table had been reserved and we were led into a covered garden area, directly under an air conditioner, which blew icy air down our necks. We asked to have it turned off, which was done, but immediately another waiter turned it back on. In late October at 8pm it was already cold out. I had to keep my winter coat on throughout the meal. Our 'table' was composed of two tiny square garden tables for 2 and we couldn't move our elbows at all, as we were squashed together. By the time we had managed to sit down, the waiters could no longer reach both sides of the table, so they had to lean across to serve and clear plates. One of our group was seated with a supporting pole at his shoulder, so that he was twisted to the right during the meal. The makeshift tables weren't covered by a cloth; instead each place had a small doily and the hole for an umbrella was on display in the centre! Once guests were seated at the next table we were literally elbowing each other throughout the meal. Our waiter was initially attentive and the antipasto came reasonably quickly. After that, as the restaurant filled up and as access to our corner became impossible, the service became negligible; I had to get up and find someone to serve our primo and secondo piatti. By the time we had finished, we had to abandon the dessert and coffee courses, because there was no service at all and no one showed any interest in helping us to pay in order to free up the table for the crowd waiting to be seated in the entrance. It was embarrassing to have invited guests to be treated in this way. I have to say that the food we ate was excellent, as was the wine. It is a pity that overcrowding and freezing temperatures spoiled the experience.

We visited the restaurant on a Saturday night. We had reservation for indoors at 10:30. We finally sat on the table at 12:00 i.e. with 1:30 hours delay. This is unacceptable for any restaurant. What was more unacceptable/unprofessional was the reply of one of the employees at the door which was "this is how it works here". Having travelled across Europe and also lived in various European cities, this is the first time i experienced such a terrible behavior. The restaurant manager and the other staff tried to put things right but given the above this was, of course not possible. It has to be noted that another group of guests waiting for a table (with reservation) left the restaurant while waiting. As far as the food is concerned, nothing notable.
