Fast, clean, and polite. A little uneven on portions (sometimes it’s a lot of rice and not a little beans, or vice versa) but overall one of the best chipotles on Long Island.

service is hit-or-miss (high turnover like any fast food place). sometimes they’re really generous with portions; sometimes they rush you when there’s no one after you in line. I get takeout so I’ve never had issues with them skimping on amounts. they’ll put more of something if you ask them to.

On multiple occasions, ingredients have been missed or forgotten if you don't carefully monitor the preparation of your bowl. It's essential for the staff to follow the protocol and double-check orders before serving. While the location itself is nice and clean, it's clear that this franchise needs to focus on training new workers and emphasizing the importance of customer service, attention to detail, and basic manners. The absence of visible management or supervisors during busy periods exacerbates the issues. To improve, I recommend: 1. Enhanced staff training on customer service, ingredient preparation, and order accuracy. 2. Increased management presence during peak hours to oversee operations and address issues promptly. 3. Emphasis on maintaining a respectful and welcoming environment for all patrons. Until then, I'll remain cautious when visiting this location, hoping for a more consistent and pleasant experience.

Very mixed experiences at this location. Friday night dinner was amazing. The food was hot, fresh, and portions were generous. We were honestly impressed because not every location gets it right during rush hour, but they did. We ordered pickup the next night and it was the opposite. Food was cold and portions were much smaller for the same price. It also looked like cleanup was starting early since it was close to closing. My tip: come during regular dinner hours for the best experience. They do great then, but close-to-closing orders seem to be a hit or miss.

Ordered takeout and a bottle of Coke I paid for was missing. Chipotle chatbot offered a limited-time coupon in return and disconnected. Probably better to pick up, so you can check the order.

I have been to dozens of Chipotle. This restaurant consistently makes significantly smaller burritos than any other chipotle I've been to. Not sure if it's one person causing the anomoly, poor training, or purposeful shrinkage.

Wow.. disappointed I didn't take a look at recent reviews before ordering here. Used to come here all the time without any issue, but was very disappointed with the mobile order I placed today. The portions were VERY small, and the guac container was not even completely filled. Will have to find myself a new location after this. Pictures speak for themselves

This place is the worst. They give very little meat and I paid $16.95 for what had to be the most disgusting burrito bowl I have ever had. How does the food not have flavor? It was painful to watch the server shake off pieces of meat from the spoon like I’m only allowed 5 pieces.

If I could give these guys a zero star review I wouldn’t hesitate. I put in my order and even tipped but I only got half of my order. This place has done this twice to me and now they still haven’t learnt their lesson. I’m going to tell everyone I know never to come here. There are other locations of chipotle that are better at service.

There’s a girl MANAGER in there with an apron today that quite possibly may be the nastiest person to serve you food. She threw my bowl at the register after she finished yelling NEXT after ever single ingredient. How does she stay hired there for so long with that attitude?

After an employee told me that Justin has been spoken to several times about his demeanor, I can’t believe he still has a job there. He is rude and condescending behind the register and behind the counselor when making your food. It was not a pleasant experience and never is when you have to interact with him. Thankfully, the manager on duty, Jimmy, was able to rectify the situation. I’m not sure how the general manager or district manager tolerate Poor customer service and behavior. I don’t think I’ll be back.

This location is constantly not putting utensils(Fork and Napkins) despite it showing on the receipt that I put that down. At work with no way to eat my food.

This is a complaint to the regional manager. The cashier at this restaurant never provides a receipt when I make a purchase. I always scan my membership barcode before I pay, but 9 out of 10 times I do not get the points. This happens only at this specific restaurant.

Really disappointed with the service here. I ordered a bowl and the workers barely put food. When I asked for more they gave attitude and charged me for the basic amount allowed. Wont ever be coming back here again. If you want a bowl worth your money don’t come here.

I am very disappointed with this particular location. I ordered from Uber eats, the rice were under cooked and items where missing from my bowl. I would never recommend anyone going to this specific location.

This is the worst chipotle I’ve ever been too. They don’t follow the order at all. It always missing food and half empty. The workers need to be retrained. The portions are terrible. And if you order during dinner time, there’s never enough food. They literally gave me rice and beans, and lettuce. When I went back inside, and complained. They said they ran out of protein 3 hours before closing. And then said to put a complaint on the app. ABSOLUTE WORST. AVOID. P.S. This isn’t one incident. This is multiple times and the closest to my location.

This location used to be good. There was a strand of red hair in my guacamole that I pulled out. Absolutely disgusting! There was a young girl working the cash register and she was super unfriendly. It looked like she didn't want to be there at all. She looked angry and didn't say a word to me or even acknowledge me. They didn't follow any of my directions with utensils or napkins either. I’m disappointed with the customer service at this particular Chipotle location. During our visit, my family and I experienced treatment that felt both rude and dismissive. Despite being next in line, the server completely skipped over us and chose to assist another customer who arrived after us, without explanation or acknowledgment. We understand that restaurants can get busy, but basic courtesy and fairness should never be compromised. This experience left us feeling overlooked and unwelcome. I hope management will take steps to address this issue and ensure that all customers are treated with respect and professionalism moving forward.

First and foremost - Employees need training for proper and professional customer service. Made an order for a Chipotle Bowl and App notified it’s ready to pick up. Went inside, only one employee making the orders. Others cleaning the floor. I would say zero hygiene. The food containers were open and they were cleaning the floor. Can’t imagine all The dust and other particles in the food. They could have closed the food containers and clean the floor. Then proceed to the counter to pick up the food that the app showed “Ready to Pick up”. Employee said “Not ready- Will make it soon”. Patiently waited by the side. In-person customers began to come and order. He proceeds to make the food for them. Then asked the person who was ringing up the other customer who was after me, the employee said “He said he will make it for you” in a passive aggressive manner. Then the other employee proceeds to Shakes his head and made the order. And the Chicken was not cooked properly. Very unorganized and not professional. The store needs a good manager and proper training to manage timings and staff. A good Mexican fast food chain like this needs to improve their staff and management so that the customers can get a decent experience.

This place used to have long lines at the store and long wait times for mobile orders. Today, I went to pick up my mobile order—there was no one in line, and my order was the only one on the rack. When I got home, I understood why they weren't getting much business. My bag of chips was half the size it used to be, and my chicken bowl was noticeably smaller as well. It’s very clear they’ve reduced the portions, and recent reviews confirm it. I won’t be going back.

What in the world is going on at this location? They don’t know the menu, ran out of everything, had a line out the door, meanwhile 5 people sitting around “tending” online orders. This has to be the most dysfunctional Chipotle I’ve ever witnessed. Check out my “tacos”… yeah they don’t even know how to make that.

I really do not like writing reviews like this but I’m extremely upset with my order !! I order 3 tacos and I paid for guacamole and it was not included nor was the fresh tomatoes salsa! The one preparing my meal must of been angry because they just threw inside the aluminum foil which was all sloppy! And me being the nice person I am , I tipped on the app! This is the second time they screw up with my order ! Never again! You won’t catch me ordering a third time . I’m deleting this app and never stepping again inside . Chipotle do better, charging high prices and service is garbage!!!!!!!! Adios !

I’ve never seen a place to eat worsted than this NHP 530 Jericho Turnpike location on 2/29/24 9 PM. My 3 kids are Chipotle lovers. I’ve asked my 12 year old daughter what she wants to eat and she said chipotle. My wife, daughter and I entered and start ordering. I was first and asked for beef Barbacoa and there wasn’t enough and said no more, then I ordered chicken tacos and asked for lettuce and they said no more lettuce so reply I could wait for it their response was we don’t have any in the restaurant. Daughter then ordered and her surprise not enough sour cream and lettuce also. Wife turn and. At register my daughter ask for nacho chips and said no more. Wife and daughter ask for two fountain drinks and I ordered a Coke glass soda and they said we don’t have Coca Cola glass bottles and I chose there last sprite in the refrigerator. While I was paying my wife and daughter comes to the front and said there’s no more Coca Cola in the fountain machines and there’s no other sodas coming out. The lady said we are out of all fountain sodas. I replied why didn’t you say that before before charging us. I asked we could wait while eating to fill with the soda syrup she said there’s none in the store. I replied I can’t believe that’s there’s no lettuce, barbacoa, sour cream, fountain soda, and nacho chips in the restaurant. She rolls her eyes and says that’s what I said and the other seven other workers liked that response, while people in the kitchen are conversing and laughing about what ever they were talking about. I just sat down and noticed the garbage filled beyond the top and a mess around it. Then my daughter said there’s no more napkins so now I have to face the crew again. I’ve asked for napkins and they replied they’re in the napkin holder and replied none and they gave me five sheets of napkins and I asked for a few more the lady was nasty yells don’t give him anymore I told the lady please and still they didn’t budge. I reported the garbage and they shrugged their shoulders. My wife asked to speak to the manager and the lady that rolled her eyes, shrugged her shoulders, had rude replies said yes that’s me with an evil grin. We said what type of place you managing, she turn around and went to her crew. Never again stepping into 530 Jericho Turnpike Chipotle again. Now my daughter yesterday ask to go to get quesadilla and she actually said not Chipotle and ask for the new spot to go to initials T.D. Guess her brand loyalty has changed since what she witnessed.The manager of that location needs to get fired and that staff retrained. Whoever is interviewing those managers and staff members for that location has done a very poor job In selecting those employees that day at night.
