OMG. I am disappointed with nachos even at Mexican restaurants 75% of the time. This place has the most awesome nachos. It is nice, clean and the service is friendly.

Everything on the menu is solid and the service is on point. You feel like a regular after a couple of visits there. Plenty of TVs for sports events.

The new ownership is just what this Mineola institution needed to refresh its brand. The staff is friendly/laissez-faire in that typical "Long Island" way (if you live here, you get it). The bar side can be a bit cramped on busy nights but the restaurant side is very spacious. The copious number of TVs make it ideal for Sunday football and they do occasionally rent the space for private events. The menu has been updated and upgraded but still retains that bar food charm. The wings are of the well-done variety, if you like that and are plenty spicy (although, your taste may vary). I enjoyed the addition of hot pepper flakes on their hottest wings. The baked clams, giant pretzel and quesadillas are perfect apps while the full menu is surprisingly extensive with meatloaf, pot and Sheppard's pie, and a triple meat blend burger that knocks it out of the park. Prior to my last visit, it had been years since visiting Cornerstone and I'm glad I found my way back to this solid neighborhood pub.

We went to the Cornerstone when Acoustic Blue was the band playing. It was a great night….the entertainment, food, service, and atmosphere made for a perfect evening. Highly recommend, we will definitely be back!

Attended a parents social the other night. Service was awesome, beers on point, appetizers served hot and fresh. Wings, I don't even need to tell you about Cornerstone wings. They were perfect again.

Love the Pool Tables and Atmosphere and the Bartenders are Awesome as well as The Food!! Great Prices! Open til 4am on the Busier Nights and a lot of great Games there and E-Jukebox and the Dartboards attract great Dart Players so it's fun. The Cornerstone is Fantastic! Also a Great Selection of Beers and Drinks!!!!

Only been to Cornerstone on a few occasions, but it seemed like a place to return if only to learn more about the band that the bartender is in and who can make me feel at all comfortable cruising to victory on the pool table. Just kidding, but psyched that they have them and good beers and good food. Great pub.

It's been many years since I've been here and what a great surprise. It's been redone looks great and the food was awesome. Service was friendly and on it. If you want to see the game and be out It's the place. Heard they have live music shows too. Will definitely go there again.

This was our first time there. The waitress was friendly and very helpful. Our French dip sandwiches were delicious. It was a neighborhood bar and grill and everyone seemed to be regulars.

Really cool spot. Don't think they serve just your typical bar food. Everything on their menu is well prepared and very tasty. Always have great seasonal specials and good portions too. Owners have put a lot of work into the place and it shows. Service is excellent, beer is cold and drinks are poured to perfection. Definitely a must visit.

It's the first time we've been there since covid started. The place is very clean, all the staff was wearing masks. Food was amazing. The pretzel appetizer was enough for the 3 of us. The Guinness beef stew was delicious, comfort food. My son said the burger was great. Service was very good too. Friendly and efficient.

My in laws had a surprise birthday party at Cornerstone and it was a wonderful experience. It was a pleasure working with Kim. She sat down with us and thoroughly explained all of the dining and drink packages, accommodated needs for the day of the event, made room for a present, and dessert table. She made it a seamless process. We were given plenty of time to set up prior to the start time too. The service was wonderful, the food was delicious, the drinks were coming! No complaints, highly recommend cornerstone for a gathering or event! 😊

I was looking for a place in the neighborhood with good beer, chicken wings and TV. Lots of TV. The wings were crispy and hot enough to make you sweat. Beer was cold and fresh. Totally an after work all male hangout. I thought $18 was too pricey for a single order of wings. The bartender explained that even though my check said two orders, that was the price for one order. So I will probably keep looking for another neighborhood place.

The food was good, definitely bar fare and yummy. The service was excellent, very attentive. Happy local bar atmosphere. A little bit loud if you were interested in conversation.

It is a very clean, friendly neighborhood bar. I was there to see live music and enjoyed it. On the menu, I would have liked to see a few more vegetarian options but they were accommodating. We shared a delicious quesadilla with the chicken on the side. I'm unsure about parking availability in this area but I found a spot on the street a half a block away.

Cornerstone is always a local winner. Great wings and other appetizers (get the spinach artichoke flat bread well done, you will not regret it). Good burgers, sandwiches and good atmosphere to go and hang out for a good bite. Definitely recommend it!

The service was great. We went to have a lite dinner, a beer, and hear some music. My wife had a sandwich that was good. My flatbread pizza was very soft and had way too much cheese. The bar side of Cornerstone was very loud. The band was on the restaurant side. This does not reflect Cornerstone but the band was very loud for the size of the place. The drummer must have thought he was playing at MSG. He wailed on the drums so everyone else had to pump up the volume to be heard. We left after an hour. When we left, there were at least a dozen people smoking outside. Guess I'm just not used to that anymore.

Meh. It's a dive bar so you pretty much know what you're getting. I went to play some pool because there aren't too many bars with pool tables near by. The tables are pretty bad with a significant lean and lots of scuffs and stains on the felt. Queues are short. They have a few other games like ping pong, ski-ball, big buck hunter etc. It's your run of the mill bar.

Service was ok. The bar was rediculously packed. Their prices were fair. It seems like more of a sit down and eat place rather than an actual bar. The decor was nice.

New owners. Pool, darts, and arcade games are gone. Atmosphere feels weird, but I can't place my finger on why. The place feels more like a restaurant than bar now.

It’s a local pub where everyone knows everyone. Barkeeper was friendly and made a decent drink after that it was down hill. To many people have access behind the bar which is annoying if you are watching the game or having something to eat. How many people need to be behind the bar it’s poor management. Burger was extremely dry and fries were way to salty. Rubin sandwich lacked a decent amount of meat for the price they charged I would not eat here again so many other better options in the area.

Local bar. Extremely crowded when bands play. They have a lot of local regulars. Everyone knows everybody. I wouldn't recommend this place if you're from out of town. Bartenders are not friendly if you're not from the area. Parking isn't that great. Go to Franklin Square you'll have a better time.

Not liking how the new cornerstone is. Way to bright, food isn't great, miss the old bartenders. Not the same atmosphere.

Definitely meant for locals. They have a usual crowd they treat much better than people going there for the first time.

Apparently only US state issued licenses are accepted here. If you’re visiting the country your foreign license is not accepted.

burger was too hard, overcooked. not that much dressing... bacon wasn't crispy, it was solid. bartender (older woman) overcharged me like hell (14.90 for what their menu said was 9.95+tax so should've been ~10.90).

Literally walked in at 12:15am, when the bar says it closes at 1am and they immediately said they’re closing?? Change your freaken hours, instead of badly marketing your business. Meanwhile their and were still a bunch of older regulars in the bar. Smh

Worst bar experience ever. The short bartender with short hair rejected my friends out of state ID and said "screw you" to him when he tried to use it- his legal state identification. After that he was a coward and wouldnt even come over to us to talk about it and would only cater to the office party who had rented part of the bar for the night. He got all of our drinks wrong back to back rounds and belittled one person in our group and wouldn't listen to her. He made my friend leave the bar even though he had a valid Colorado state license, absolutely absurd. A disgusting human being and for sure the last time any of us are coming to this place.

Our server was pretty nasty the moment we walked in. When asking for ID she had an attitude when she didn't recognize them as well as when we asked about gluten free options. Disappointing service

$16 for 10 wings that are smaller than the celery and dry to the bone. Famously overpriced. $17 for a burger and I have to pay for every topping. You can't even afford to put a piece of lettuce or even ketchup? That price might be worth it if this was some aged beef, not a cheap ball of grease. $11 for a salad that's covered in dressing with enough salt to make the dead sea jealous.
