My husband and I stopped here after my cousin's graduation. Hadn't been here in such a long time. The ice cream was every bit as delicious as I remembered.

The Orange Sherbert was delicious, and they didn't mind Windy🐕‍🦺 being with us. We got a side of whipped cream and gave it to her at the truck. We had a great time there.

As always ,good food and desserts. Very courteous staff. As I'm a vet ( I didnt know until I went to check out ) a young boy paid for my meal and thanked me for my service). How better does it get when a young man pays tribute to a vet?

Braums in Mineralwells, Texas is excellent. The majority of the employee's are very kind,helpful, and serve up the meals pretty quick. They also have the best ice cream in town. Perfect family place.

In my opinion it does not compare with any other fast food restaurant that was the best hamburger I've had in a long time they don't have them where I live I would say Braum's in Mineral Wells has an A+ rating in my opinion the best rating you can get awesome crew

What a strange concept.... It's an ice cream place, a fast food place AND a convenient store all wrapped into one nice neat package! We stopped by and got a jar of Best Made pickles (cause in Florida you can't find them) and a pint of peppermint ice cream, which was TO DIE FOR! Wish we had these in Florida!

Really good food, try the jalapeno burger next time you go in. My favorite over all thing here is the eggnog, Braums' eggnog is the best I highly recommend it! The Braum's in Mineral Wells has a small fresh food market. Things like fruit, veggies, and milk. Sometimes they even have milk specials $5 for two gallons. Best ice cream shop as well in town!

I LOVE the hot fudge sundae. However, I have a gluten intolerance. My boyfriend got me one and when he hot home realized the put a brownie in it. Now I can't eat it. I'm am very disappointed. We live 20 min outside of town so I can't bring it back. So thanks for that.....

We have loved this place for years. Breakfast, dinner or treats. Great spot for milk too. Have you noticed that it's actually cheaper for a family of four here than anywhere else in town? Maybe you should try it out again.

My husband and I got their big breakfast with sausage biscuits and gravy eggs and hash browns. We should have got one to share. And it was very affordable. Good food. And love the market.

Very clean and orderly. Our orders were made correctly and the fries were piping hot! This was my daughter's first visit and her chicken sandwich was juicy and tender. Of course the shakes are always amazing! We will be back

I had such a pleasant experience tonight. There was a young lady that was the manager and she checked on myself and my family to make sure we had everything we needed. She is not the only one. A young man, that I usually see as the night manager, is always the nicest and most accommodating I have seen in awhile. This was fast food, but with a sit-down restaurant atmosphere. Thank you so much for having wonderful employees!

The manager has been at this particular location since I was a preteen, I believe his name is Nathan. He to this day works so hard to make sure everything is working smoothly. As long as he is in charge, I know it will be a great experience overall.

Great shake. The "Bag 'o Burgers" is a great deal, but when they say "ketchup & pickle" they mean a quarter-size dollop I of ketchup & A "pickle." Next time I'll ask if I can pay a little more for some extra pickles because the buns & patty are large enough they need some doctoring up when you get home.

My comfort food. They have a great friendly staff. Amazing food with wholesome ingredients and you can just taste the freshness of the veggies. Their ice cream is to die for they always have delicious flavors in rotation. They have a great market place to get fresh foods all at a great price! I would honestly eat here everyday if I could and I do most days lol.

As always, Braums never disappoints my family! We love their burgers and chicken and ice cream of course. Now that I am trying to eat healthier, I will ask for a double cheeseburger with no bun, extra lettuce and tomato and the cooks present it in a box ready for me to cut up my tomatoes and onions to make my salad. It's absolutely delicious and I never need to add any dressing because the meat is so wonderfully flavored. Five stars every time!!

My wife loves to have me stop in and grab a yogurt in the cone for her and myself. At lunch time they have a great cheeseburger and fries with a delicious shake or malt. I like the shakes my father-in-law likes the malts! The service is always friendly and prompt!

Better than most big fast food joints, much cheaper too. If I ever drive through this small town again, I'd definitely return!

We love Braum's! Good food and reasonably priced too. We got two adult meals, 1 double cheeseburger, a kids meal, and a bowl of chili for $34 and some change. Our 3 year old actually ate her chicken!

Needed just a little something not too big to top of a good dinner earlier, so stopped in and we got a couple of kids cones with single scoops. Perfect size. Our first time here as we stayed for the weekend. The service was friendly and the on-duty manager was all over it, directing his large crew of teens with efficiency and focus on keeping the ice cream case ("jewelry case") clean and looking good. Impressed, as you don't see that too much these days, i.e., management of franchises taking pride in cleanliness and order. Good on the whole team! Keep up the great work.

Come here a lot. Breakfast burritos are good. Burgers and fries are good. Ice cream is great. What keeps me coming back here the most is customer service. They have the best customer service of all fast food places in Mineral Wells.

We are from San Antonio where there are no Braum's, so whenever we are in the North part of Texas, we always stop for ice cream. The ice cream is good, some of the flavors are unique and the prices are low

They were super busy, we went through the drive through, we both got number 1, the burgers were super good. Pulled up to the window, paid got our food, they were super fast! The only complaint I have is the strawberry milkshake tasted like a malt. But was still good. We paid $20 for both of us to eat.

This braums is good most times. They sometimes have issues with getting the order right but not too bad overall. The line is usually pretty long and the wait is long, wether you're inside or in the drive thru.

I don't live in TX, but every time I visit, it's a MUST go to. Always friendly. Generous portions of their shakes. The milk is the same thickness. It's amazing!!!

My grilled chicken salad was delicious and my friend had the green chili cheeseburger. He loved it so much he went back later and got another one. The coffee was lukewarm and stale.

When traveling through I drive through and buy the 5 Jr. hamburger package and a drink. Eat and share with my dogs on the last 30 miles hone. Have stopped before and shopped at the small market. The brand of Garlic toast is yummy.

Good burgers, usually not the best burger place in town but where else can you go have lunch and pickup the grocery after your meal, they have a great selection of your everyday grocery Staples. The best bagged ice in town, small chewy bit size pieces. I go out of my way to pickup a couple bags of their ice for camping or family gathering.

I normally don’t eat here but I always get ice cream and usually it’s awesome! My only complaint is a few times I asked for cups and got cones. A few times I asked for no nuts and got them anyways. But other then that they have always been great and friendly.

Great place to cool down but not all advertisement are shown on the menu when they don't have it or make it. The advertisement ice cream looks so old and assume they didn't want to clear it up or anything. Ice cream still taste the same ever since. Great memories.

I've been meaning to come here for a long time and I finally showed up. I will make this as simple as possible for all first timers. Starting with the good stuff MARKET They have a great selection of items at very affordable prices. I was particularly fond of their steaks and cheese section. Their milk is obviously renowned but their steaks looked SO FRESH when compared to Walmart or Metro. Their cheese selection was great quality as well. FOOD Their yogurt is very simple. Two flavors, nothing big. They are definitely more known for their ice cream selections. I was IMPRESSED by the quality of their chicken and beef, particularly their beef. Both have an amazing texture and taste but their beef in particular is exceptional. Would HIGHLY recommend their 4 cheese burger. Absolute perfection and its so simple. CUSTOMER SERVICE Nothing stood out except for an older woman who was a manager and the new girl at the market checkout. Other than that, its a bunch of young kids. They're trying, so I give them grace. Restrooms were clean. My BIGGEST NONO ALL THE FLIES. Strangely enough, there were no flies in the food and grocery area but there were a ton on the dining tables. I really think Management and corporate should take serious precautions in implementing things that will help eliminate this problem. If they truly take care of this issue and train their employees a bit more in smiling and caring for the person, then I think this place has the capacity to be 5 stars. They've done a lot of good, and I believe they have what it takes. I'll definitely be back!

Only bad thing I guess I could say is that sometimes they run out of the most popular flavors which of course is understandable but you would think a bigger company like this would prepare for those Issues

The employees were running around like ants behind the counter just trying to keep up at 9:30 on a Saturday night. I asked the girl if they were short staffed, she said that the labor was too high so they couldn’t have anymore help. The dining room was gross. But the employees were doing their best. They just need a little extra help.

Brums mineral well was not worth going to. They got my order wrong , wrong, wrong. Everytime I go there it's a new person . Can you please pay people enough money to stay and not having to train people new every week. Remember your employees are customers also and they have family. So treat your workers good and pay them a livable wage.And they will not quit and not make constant mistakes. They'll work harder keep things cleaner and invite more people to come.

Had to give it 3 stars as my chicken dinner had cold French fries and gravy that was so watered down I just poured it out. I know I should have gone to manager but we had takeout and was already down the road. My husband did like the spicy dipping sauce.

They were out of froyo, both chocolate and vanilla. So I had to switch to something else. I chose a peanut butter cup shake and they charged me extra. So I had to pay for what they were out of in an attempt at getting what I originally wanted.

I love their food, but have had trouble with getting everything I order. Yesterday I ordered an order of hashbrowns and didnt receive them. The day before I asked for 4 picante sauces and didnt even get one. It wasn't even busy. I hope they get this fixed!

Burger bun was hard. The order was incorrect. The customer service was ok. They remade both incorrect orders.

The young girl wasnt rude but she came across as I was interrupting her... the older lady in there was waiting on customers at the store, when done there, she moved on to cleaning tables and reloading the ketchup dispenser. She was real nice. It wasnt an unpleasant visit, but I wont eat there again.

Drive thru asked me pull up after many cars and 15 min I had go fet my order. Was ready on counter they added napkins and handed to me!

Everytime i go up there they never have chilli. I've been at 11 30 am. 5pm and a bunch of other random hours and days yet they always say "sorry we are out." I don't see how when it's an hour after they started serving lunch.

It definitely needs to be upgraded or maintenance. I really like this location their customer service, parking lot and overall I recommend it. However, it looks in bad shape, the building, restrooms, counters outside facade, whoever owns this franchise is too stingy to invest or going out of business. Five starts for the service alone, but the building brings down the vibe that other Braum's locations projects to customers. That area its being revitalized by the city, hence business should too or get closed down...

There was 5 people counting us 2 and we had to ask a employee to clean a table for us. Every table had ice cream on them. He cleaned us one and then didn't clean any of the other dirty ones.

Went through drive thru tonight for some shakes. Asked what flavors they had available, and was SCREAMED at BY THE SHIFT MANAGER - Crystal McEntire (after my third request for available flavors) that they have chocolate, vanilla and "24 other flavors". I then let them know I would come in and speak to a manager. She then screamed "I AM the manager!" WORST CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE EVER! The inside of the store was filthy as well. May require a call to the health department. Took lots of pictures. WILL NOT RETURN.

This facility is in dire need of maintenance. The credit card machine was broken. The drink dispensers were broken. There are multiple roach and or cricket carcasses in the light fixtures.

What happened? My grilled salad didn't have chicken off the grill. 2 baby spinach and literally half the size an DC tasted horrible. They used to have the best salads

Pretty mediocre all the employees seem like young kids that don't really care. The person that was talking at the drive through seemed pretty not happy with it. How y'all out of m@ms. And I asked for a custom mix and they wouldn't make it. Dissappointing

Went to get ice cream with the family tonight and were greeted by the clearly unhappy employee with an “order when ready”, not even a “hello”. When we go to place our order, we ask for a single dip bubble gum and are simply told “we don’t have that” without an apology or even being given an alternative. I’m not expecting an amazing experience but the bare minimum would be nice…

1 is giving them one. We were all in town for a wedding. We drove to town, ordered breakfast waited out front for it, drove back to the house. The only part of the order for 10 people that wasnt completely wrong was biscuits and gravy which looked like tan milk poured over them. Called and was told to come back they would redo the order. Drove back into town and was told I had to go BACK home dig the bad ones out of the trash and return them. Do you resale returned food? Everyone in the wedding party and extended family will no longer have breakfast there.

Sorry not good, fast service! To fast had are meal in less then five minutes. Order four cheese burger cheese was dried out and hard. Both my wife and I where feeling ill all after noon. Won't be back to many other choices.

Service was terrible. Employees are rude and rush you through you're order. Got home and my food was poorly made and not what I had ordered. It was cold and the fries were undercooked. Called to see what could be done and the manager said they couldn't do anything about it. I will not be returning. Things were so much better when Josh was Manager.

Service at M.W. Braums is terrible - I was hoping it had changed but it hasn't - have a problem with them taking my order getting the order right or having to pull up and wait a very long time for my order more than not - just about every time

The floor was so dirty for one. There was way to many high school kids running around like they didn't know what they were doing or had no guidance. We saw 4 people come in to correct there orders they had messed up on. And then we wait 30 mins for a kids meal and ice cream in which we waited 10 more mins after receiving our food for the ice cream because the kid forgot to tell us they were out of the flavor we asked for. Terrible experience.

We went through the drive-thru and got ice cream my 3-year-old was eating ice cream and I saw something in his ice cream hard candy that was already halfway gone like someone had it in their mouth and they spit it in his ice cream

Went for supper, the place was absolutely filthy, from the floor, to the counters,to the tables and seating areas. Food all over the floor, in and around the tables. Our burgers were thrown together and loaded with way too much mustard, the fries were cold and soggy and there were flies on EVERYTHING. Very disappointed and won’t be back.

Why would you put a nasty mens urinal in the bathroom where women also have to use the bathroom? Absolutely disgusting.

Fast service. Not cooked to order. Fries were almost cool, barely warm. Burger was the same. Must have been sitting for awhile. Likely could have gotten a refund, but we just won't go back.

This is a horrible place to eat at in the mornings don't ever go there they'll take your money and give your food away to someone else and expect you to wait for 20 to 30 minutes on food that never existed

9/9 Went here today for lunch. Since they reopened, they have changed hamburger patty meat to a cheap version. I use to enjoy Braum's knowing that they have their own farms. Now, not so much. Why they changed patty meat? My guess is to pay for the renovations. 😐 HORRIBLE DECISION. I will not be wasting another dollar attempting to get a good burger here. I am done. Then, I ordered a lime aid and got a cup of seltzer water. Smh... no more!

I went through here and ordered a number 1 add mustard and mayo. I got my burger and it was only patty, mustard and mayo so much of it. I went back through there to double check it came with veggies they said yes so I asked them to get me the number 1with all the veggies. I just opened it and they did the same thing. I do not know how to yell them I want a hammer with all the veggies on it plus sauce because all they are hearing is the plus sauce part. Lol hopefully it was just a mix up this time. I will give them one more chance.

Worst Braum's we've ever been to. And we love Braum's. Worker was slow and complained about the ice cream being sticky, couldn't get our order of shakes and malt right, and the people behind us got their ice creams before we did. The workspace was also extremely crowded, so they could hardly move anywhere behind the counter as they mixed up many customers' ice creams.

New store in Mineral Wells —- Store is filthy. 72 hours ago I ate a hamburger there and I noticed french fries underneath some of the kitchen equipment that’s between the dining room and the back kitchen. I’m back today and noticed several silverware plastic wrappers on the floor underneath multiple tables chunks of dirt and mud, a squashed ketchup packet in front of the cash register and those same french fries underneath that stainless steel piece of equipment. It means they’ve been there for a few days and it makes me believe that if they can’t clean up fries under, it’s probably worse where I can’t see. You can clean a place up and remodel it, but you got a higher the right staff to keep it clean. Will not go back. I understand it’s hard to find good help but it’s really up to the manager to keep a place food ready to prevent disease.

First time going since they have opened back up and I am very disappointed. Ordered a big country breakfast the only thing hot in my meal was the eggs. Sausage biscuits and the sausage gravy are cold and I did not get my hash browns. Braums step up your game or hire people that know how to do their jobs

Used to love this braums. Went for breakfast at the drive thru and everything was cold and tasted like it had been just sitting out. I feel like I got someone's leftovers. *edit* Tried a year later. Actually worse. Food is trash and service is trash. Won't bother again. They took zero care in packaging food. Thos mess and not a napkin to clean.
