I eat at Arby's at least once or twice a week, usually just before I start work. They have great fast food. You can't ever go wrong coming here. They have a hot sauce that goes with anything called Texas Pete's hot sauce and I love it.

I do ride share. I grew up a few miles away. Their dining area was locked for the night. I ordered the Gyro Sandwich Combo and switched the drink for a large Jamocha Shake. I drove back to Orange County.

The manager an employee's of this place go above and beyond any fast food place I've ever been. During the lunch hour he brought the food to my table, or I should say the table I was going to sit at because the food came out so fast. I was still getting my drink and he was asking where I was sitting. As I finish my meal he came back around and asked if he could take my trash and throw it away for me. Another employee came by later offering free Arby's mints. This is a fast food place? Yes the food was good I happen to like Arby's but that was customer service well above and beyond and I would have never expected that. Even when regulars came they were greeted by name. I've been to 4-star star restaurants that don't give you the service at they gave. I will definitely going back there.

Greatly improved menu from the many years ago from my memory. Still order Beef N Cheddar, long time favorite. The expanded menu is great when I eat there with a buddy, that have many choices to pick from.

Even though our bill is almost always over $60, I never have any complaints from the food, ordering, or anything from that department. The only thing I can complain about is the prices. Extremely high prices, some say it might be worth it, but to me unless I'm eating steak, lobster, or crab legs I don't think paying that much for fast food is ok.

probably one of the best run quick-service outlets I have ever been to. The employees and management seem to really want to serve you quickly efficiently and well. The food was incredible. The service was outstanding. And there was not a single part of our experience that was not top shelf. I wish more fast food restaurants took a lesson from this arbys. The drive thru attendant was very friendly and helpful. The Greek Gyros were absolutely delicious (and we just came back from a vacation in Greece and can tell you they were authentic!)

I stopped here on 6/05/23 around lunchtime to try the new Wagyu burger and get a Roast Beef for my neighbor and we both got some fries. The food was delicious. I have always liked what I have gotten at Arby's and they are always so nice at this location and their food is always good. When I got home, I noticed the charges had posted for a slightly higher amount than my receipt. I called that afternoon and spoke to a manager named Joel and he pulled the receipts and made a note. This morning, I saw that the charges had been posted correctly and I had meant to call Arby's back to let them know, but I forgot. The manager Joel, just called me this evening to check and make sure that the charges did post correctly. I was impressed by the extra step he took to make sure that everything worked out. I appreciate the customer service that Joel provided and it is another reason that I will be going back to this Arby's location again soon along with the fact that their food is always delicious. I am glad that this location is so close to my home. Thank you Arby's and Joel.

This is my go-to Arby's. I've eaten here since I was young, and it's always had great food and good service. Tonight, Mom and I went for a quick bite. It was just enough food, and the place was clean with courteous staff that didn't rush us even though we were the last ones in the dining room.

It's unfortunate that Arby's doesn't get the credit it deserves compared to other fast food restaurants. The menu has a nice variety of sandwiches and the salads are always fresh. The farmhouse crispy chicken salad is super fresh and delicious a must try! Customer service is always excellent at this location. Friendly staff who actually seem like they like their job.

Loved it. Service was excellent and the food was delicious. I had the Big Kahuna meal and my wife had the French Dip meal. Both wore the BOMB. To top that off, we had a chocolate shake that was better than any I've ever had in 48 years.! I highly recommend this Arby's to anyone looking for a bomb fast meal. You won't be disappointed.

Service is great... Staff is friendly. Restaurant and bathrooms are very clean. Food is good.... But one thing.... The roast beef is more like Deli meat now. They used to actually shave the roast beef off a slab. Now it tastes more like the stuff you would get out of a store. Because it's cleanness, friendly and awesome staff and good food, this is one of the better fast food places on Sepulveda Blvd.

My first time and I love it. I got the Classic Roast beef, Gyro and onion rings. Yummy! I would have liked more than 5 Onion Rings but they were cooked perfectly. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. The restaurant was very clean and so were the restrooms 👌 I'll be back.

Arby's always has great food and service. But the best drink you can get at Arby's is their large chocolate shake for less than $4.00. Its the best shake around. It beats every other shake out there. Thank you Arby's.

Arby's was a delight as the customer service people were very friendly and to top it off the food seemed to be very fresh. They have a bit to choose from and you'll be surprised at how nice the portions are. The crinkle fries are awesome, crispy on the outside and of course softer on the inside.

Been a while since I've been there. it was a nice experience the food was good the workers where nothing but nice. It a little on the busy side but the workers where on it. They got people order's in and out ad fast as they could So the wait time was not long at all.

I ate Arby's in Sacramento 15 years ago and it game me stomach problems while driving home on the 5 freeway for 12+ hours. Never again did I ever touch their food. But recently, forced by a relative, we decided to eat there, and wow! The food is crazy delicious! And best of all it's protein rich! So have Arby's if you crave actual great meat sandwiches! And, their employees are just wonderful!! Very professional and courteous!! Returning customer here!!

I wish they had one closer to me. As soon as I pulled up, the drive-thru person was very welcoming, excited, and had a great personality. Sadly I didn't catch either of their names but the service was amazing. I got the Italian sub sandwich and it was perfect. Fresh and highly recommended by the staff taking the order. I go to this Arby's every year with my family for Father's Day. The service, food, and overall cleanliness of the store is always impeccable. This last Father's Day my family was able to speak with the manager and learn about how much he is working to invest in his employees. This is clearly visible in the high quality the store brings to its customers and the atmosphere it provides. I like the prices here compared to other fast food chains. I really like that they have deserts other than apple pie because i don't like apple. I really like their cherry turnover and their fried strawberry pie. I have never tried the roast beef but I enjoy the gyro, the wagyu burgers, the French dip with steak, the lemonades, the turkey sandwiches, the fish deluxe, the crinkly fries, and the loaded mac and cheese (with the ranch). The people are always patient with me while I study the menu each time looking for something new to try lol.

I'm not much on doing reviews but this Arby's is a cut above all the others I've been to, in almost every way. First the second you walk in you canteen how clean it is, much cleaner than most. When we're eating they constantly check and clean tables and floors. Second are the attitudes of all the workers, even when dealing with old farts like me and my friend who are both seniors. They always help us find the deals and always with a smile. I never see them socializing with each other while customers are waiting. Third, it's nice to be in a place that doesn't make me feel like I'm unwelcome cause I'm old and not Hispanic. Their customers are extremely diverse, and they treat everyone equally well. My friend and I go there about twice a month and have never been disappointed.

Always a great place to come for a quick quality meal. I love Arby's. Their French dip is delicious. Their fountain drinks have a very cold and sweeter taste than other spots, as well. The staff is always friendly and welcoming. Plenty of thank yous to go around. They are very grateful for your business. I'll keep coming back.

I've gone to Arby's for years,and always happy with it. Over the past few months, I've noticed that the quality of the roast beef changed. It's very greasy now, and too salty. They've definitely dropped the quality standard. The staff at this location is great. I wish they would bring back the old roast beef. I very rarely go to Arby's now because of the change in quality of the meat.

Biased with a life long love for Arby’s which was omnipresent in my youth. Growing up with an Arby’s on your street made it super easy to visit. Prime placement between home and the two block walk to the beach, ensured near-daily delights. Whether the change added up to a popover or nothing but sand in hand and pocket (which meant free ice water with sugar packets), there’s no wonder a bias remains. A move to the OC merely doubled the easy walk and added a dog but, that move added multiple locations in the vicinity of my work and in-laws, too. This isn’t to say I consciously chose a work or home in relation to Arby’s. In fact, when I returned to the LA area, I had spent the first two years downtown and far from any nearby offerings. Only my monthly forays back to the OC for office visits provided salvation. Now, from Redondo to Irvine/Huntington, to North Hollywood, I am blessed anew. As I am fortunately free of ailments, the sodium some balk at is inconsequential, so too is concerns for fat or carbs. A high metabolism further blesses this body, asserting its need for sometimes double what others may consume. Yes, I eat Arby’s often. Others diversify greatly, I dabble and focus on where the meat is. Redondo remodeled; Huntington Beach burned down (twice?), Irvine just around the corner from home and en route to work took the lions share from my wallet. Noho is a scant 15 minute drive, and as I’m fond of zoom-zooming and zipping about, I know I’ll be there repeatedly. Sure, the food is billed as boiled beef to some but I’d rather that than a churned chub of ground mystery meat. And as they now offer hamburgers options, even that caveat can be tried & tested. Always awesome: Jamocha Shake (with extra jamocha sauce). Regular roast beef with Arby’s & Horsey sauce. I miss the potato cakes and am not a fan of anyone’s curly fries so that’s less carb and more Sammy. Honorable mentions include the French dip & Swiss, beef&cheddar, and the exquisite chicken Cordon Bleu. Yet I’m frugal, and eating out often hurts body and soul, if not wallet. This is where childhood memories do little but the coupon function does some considerably heavy lifting. Most coupons have multiple use capability. Classic Roast Beef for $4.00 (limit 5) means something in this economy - it means I’m going to Arby’s once and eating tell or three times. That’s money saved for fine dining another time. NoHo or Van Nuys is sufficient for my retrospectives and memories. Tasty too!!

I love Arby's. Always have. I'm a huge fan of their french dip sandwich. And I love to get a side of cheddar for my fries (mix in a packet of horsey sauce for the perfect kick). If the mac n' cheese is available, I highly recommend it! This location has never messed up an order or made me wait an inordinately long time for my food. If you like Arby's, then this is a great one to visit.

This was one of the nicest Arby's I've visited with friendly staff and an up to date modern clean facility. I especially like the bell one can ring if you enjoyed your good service here. Nice touch! They have two "All Gender" restrooms in the corridor that is just inside the exterior doors of the restaurant before you enter the main dining room.

Many Arby's is getting closed. I am so glad this store still open. I hope it open permanently.

Food was fresh and filled me up for a good price. The owner Kim is doing an amazing job and i belive if he owned arbys corp. They would be the most succesful chain out there. A++ all around.

My first time to eat Arby’s in probably 40+ years. Great place, good vibe from the 80s, friendly crew (especially Lorena and Joel). The place gets a good amount of traffic despite being across the street from a McDonald’s. Food is good, the beef is flavorful (way better than the one across the street), the curly fries are a welcome respite from the ubiquitous processed fries of other fastfood chains. Also, don’t forget to ring the bell on the way out to show your appreciation for the staff and good food.

They hit the nail on the head with the Greek gyro. These are tasty and every bit as good as something you would find in a mom and pop Greek family restaurant. We also love the white cheddar Mac and cheese. It's a sharp cheddar flavor that most fast food places just don't do.

What a beautiful time capsule. It was almost like 1982 in a fun way. Walked in today and it was clean and retro. All staff interacting with all patrons with courtesy and respect. My order was fast and served to me at my table. I had one roast beef gyro and one Greek gyro, a crinkle cut fry and soda. The food was ready fast and the prices much lower than most fast food chains. I will even admit that of all my fast food visits in the last two months, my experience was not as pleasing.

I have always liked the Beef and Cheddar, Curly Fries and the Roast Beef Sandwiches. The Orange and Cream Milkshake is outstanding. I didn't care for the chicken sandwich, no taste! Even by adding Horsey Sauce and BBQ Sauce it couldn't be saved.

Totally pleased with today's drive thru visit. The potato cakes and mozzarella sticks really tasted good today. Must be working with fresh oil. Regular roast beefs have really gone up in price, but still good as always.

The food is always good here. They don't skimp on the meat like some stores do. I love their sauces, but that's a corporate thing. My one peeve about this particular store is more of an O.C.D. thing. I just wish that they would ensure that the meat was always evenly placed on the bun. Sometimes it is all in the center, sometimes off to one side. To keep myself sane, I always open the sandwich and re-spread it evenly so every bite gets the same amount. OK, yes, I am crazy!

The guy who took my order was very professional and welcoming. After a meal on my way out, he called me by my name and asked me if I was going to use the restroom and gave me the code for the restroom door. It was the first at any fast food restaurant.

They've improved since my last review. I can't say they're awesome, but it's not a bad place to eat every once in a while. -------- Save the trouble and expense. Just buy yourself some cheap chopped and pressed lunch meat and dollar store buns. Top it off with some canned nacho cheese sauce and viola! You now have Arby's.

Love this location. Recent visit was tough. We qere almost finished with a large order when the system shut down. Had to give order over again. At the window I could hear discussion about whether all our food was being bagged. Including being told there was one more bag. Finally someone comes to window and says we have everything he was just making sure. So then we get home and have food missing. Like i said it's generally a good location so i'll let them slide this time

We love love the white cheddar loaded Mac and cheese.. but sad to say they discontinued it .. don't know why..but it's yummy.. the smokehouse brisket and Reuben sandwich never fails and the food is always hot or warm. Went there for new sandwich that's being advertised on TV. What I got looked absolutely unlike the advertised sandwich. Less filling and not same as on TV. Bread was smoothed and so much sauce on the sandwich my fingers were soaked. Even holding it with a napkin it was beyond messy. The store had good parking. Inside very clean and inviting for fast food restaurant.

I really was looking forward to some Arby's roast beef, the beef and cheddar has always been a favorite. Maybe it's nostalgia, but this was not the roast beef of my memories. The service was good, they were nice, even brought my food out. The seating was plentiful, just me and a homeless man in the dining area. The team is great and tidy. It's the product I have an issue with. I paid 15 dollars for a combo meal where the chicken pattie is thinner than a fry. Like I said, great service, but do not expect to get your dollars worth from the product you'll receive. You will be left wishing you ate somewhere else, as I feel now, while I type this in the Arby's after finishing my " meal".

Tried new ribeye steak sandwich. Terrible, no flavor and lots of gristle. So disappointed, way overpriced!

Would give “0” Stars if Available. This is the second time I’ve ordered and picked up food from here and it’s wrong. How hard is it to leave off the mayonnaise? Not only did they put mayonnaise on my turkey sandwich but they doubled up! Whoever made the sandwich must not be able to read the order. Gross!

This is my second visit, 1st visit they “forgot” to put condiments and fries in my food bag. This 2nd visit, they “forgot” to give me a whole 2 sandwiches and deserts. Luckily I went through the bags prior to driving off. Management should train employees to get orders correct. & stop stealing, from paying customers. I consider them “forgetting” to put a paid item in my bag STEALING. I will not visit again for this reason.

So I went to Arby’s for my birthday and they messed up my order and I called to see if they would make it right and then so then you hung up on me so I’m still disappointed with this location hopefully they make it right.

One of the horrible place for Arby's that I have experienced at this place it's just unacceptable as their response and the service are so lame and so unprofessional including the manager I don't even know who hired this guy I would have used some words to describe him but not least he's a human being I would just say he should at least maintain the minimum quality of a human being and at least a show little manner that his parents forgot to teach him I always thought Arby's is linked with the you know Jesus Christ and Christianity to be nice and serve people rightly with extra gentleness and care and I have experienced this in one of the RVs on the north side but unfortunately this Arby's just you know a red flags red flags and and I have an experienced such low service and professionalism that I would never ever go there and I would still rethink I'm going to a different Arby's by the way at least fix your sign that just shows how unorganized and how messy they are
