Great food, including healthy vegan options. I gave five stars for atmosphere because the atmosphere is what one would expect at a fast food restaurant. But to be clear, there is no atmosphere at this place! Haha. Also, the prices are steadily going up, but it's still good bang for the buck comparatively.
Very nice employees, good quality food, and the dining area is usually very clean. I've never had any problems with them being out of ingredients or anything like that. The food is good, everything is always prepared just the way you want it. Down side: This shopping center is the absolute best. The parking sucks, people are rude, and you're lucky to get out of there without nearly getting in a car accident, lol. Could be better but what's done is done chipotle good.
I came here for a fundraising event where 33% of the each in restaurant order went to the fundraiser organizer. Even through there were a lot of people there that day, the staff was able to keep up with the orders. The place was clean and the food standard for Chipotle. This is a relatively new location in a new shopping center. Do be aware though that parking can be hard to find.
I had a burrito in a bowl. I was glad to see as ingredients got used quickly they replaced it just as fast. The guacamole is very good and the chips were cooked to a good consistency. I would suggest if near this Chipotle stop in for a burrito that you choose your own ingredients as they prepare it right in front of your eyes!! Don't forget the salsa! :)
I love coming to this chipotle with my boyfriend. Very nice service, the employees are kind. Its kinda a hit or miss with who is making your food if they light hand the portions. I've never bothered for asking for more in fear of double charging but it's okay for me. I'm fine with it.
Just love Chipotle,no one can ever change my mind about this place. Being a vegetarian is hard to find good food but thats not the case at Chipotle.
Had a long day of work today and came to this location around 10 PM. The guy with glasses making the bowls had a great attitude and great customer service. I don’t know if the managers of this location read the reviews. But great work from tonight‘s employee.
Food came out exactly on time and was fresh and delicious. Staff seemed happy, and the restaurant was nice and clean. I'm glad this is the closest location to our house! I'll be back :) Update: this place is now conveniently located next to my gym, so I went back and enjoyed another burrito bowl. Many more to come. Lol
This Chipotle location is really clean, and they do make the food very well. Probably like the other locations, the servings are generous. I got a salad bowl and all the ingredients were well balanced. Definitely a nice location.

Everything was prepared competently. We ordered online so we wouldn't have to wait. I arrived at 7:15, right when the online system said it was promised to be ready, but no dice. No burritos, either. Nobody had bothered to do anything about the order, though I watched as four other separate orders were picked up from remote orders. They offered me a drink for my trouble. So overall, not horrible, but what's the point of ordering online if I have to stand there and wait while it's prepared after everyone else in line as well as four other online orders? Didn't speed things up at all. Sounds have asked for free chips instead of the drink. The chips are really good. As for the rest of the food, it's always great. I did have another issue this time, which is very unusual: there was a whole bay leaf in my burrito! I get those are for seasoning and all, but I think they could at least be removed so I don't get a big leaf and its stem in my food. It probably sounds like I'm just angry and ranting, but no, despite all these things, I'd still go back! The food is that tasty. Be warned, it is pretty spicy, but that how it tastes best.
This is a relatively new Chipotle (opened in early or mid-2018) located in a small shopping center off Sepulveda Blvd in North Hills about a mile South of the 118. The food is pretty standard for Chipotle. Staff are friendly and seem okay. The entire shopping center where it's located is new. It used to be a grimy strip mall, but was demolished and rebuilt from the ground up. Parking is terrible. There's a small lot on the front-side accessible from Sepulveda that is really tight and awkward to get around in. If you can make your way to the back side, parking is much better. The food is reliable Chipotle. If you're happy with their fare and aren't concerned about any of the periodic news stories that come out about food poisoning you'll be happy with this location. It's bright, clean, and has everything that you'd expect.
It's a standard Chipotle and I've been happy to go there for lunch when I need a quick meal. The tortilla is soft. The meat is tender. The staff are usually courteous. It's never crowded and I always get a seat. If you're looking for a place to get a decent chicken burrito, this is a go-to spot for that.
I finally came to this Chipotle here after like 5 years of not visiting a Chipotle store. My wife and I came here for lunch today because we wanted something different. We already ate at all the other food places in the plaza where this Chipotle is at so it was finally time to cross off the last food place we haven't been to. We came a little before lunch so they were not busy at all. We parked toward the back of the plaza because there more parking spot. I already knew ahead of time that they likely don't give you big portions here. So I went with the chicken burritos with light white rice, extra salsa and red sauce. My wife went with the chicken bowl. The workers here are very polite and friendly, one of the worker even give me compliments on my Call of Duty hoodie. We decided to eat our food inside of the place. I thought my burrito was good, the chicken portion isn't that big but the extra salsa help filled me up. The red sauce is not too spicy so it was a perfect combo for my burrito. My wife enjoyed her chicken bowl and her frescas drink.
The food & taste was very good however the burrito and bowls had too much rice.

The food is very good. They have several tasty protein options for you to choose from and they are all good tasting. Together with the side dishes and different salsa's it's a win-win situation.but, unfortunately I believe it's over price for the serving your getting and compared to other mexican restaurants. I Wouldn't be able to eat this on a regular basis. But, don't take my word for it and judge for your self. I also noticed that the guacamole was brown from the exposure of the Oxygen and sitting there to long.

Whoever’s in charge of this location needs to get on top of the cleaning protocols for the food stations, The floor , the tables, the drink stations, the trash… Everything was a disaster and it looked really nasty! It’s not that hard to keep aa restaurant clean.
This is possibly one of the worst tasting Chipotle I've ever had. The meat and chicken were dry and so were the beans.
The food was good. Consistent across the board as far as most Chipotles go. The main issue was the girl who served me. She was very low energy and had a permanent frown on her face. She mumbled. She made zero eye contact. She did not smile and seemed annoyed when I asked her questions. All around had a bad attitude. Also, She was extremely slow. When I got in line there was only one person in front of me by the time I was served there was a line of about 10 people. People like this should not be working on the front line. Put them in the back to prep or cook food but not to deal with customers.
This location is consistent with not having items. Today they didn’t have veggies, asked when it would be ready and she said it still needs to be cut ….
One of the Quasadills's were great, the other one was edible but pretty burned. Good salsa. Masks are required, and you need proof of vaccination to eat indoors. Pleasant atmosphere and not to loud. Key pad on the bathroom, staff will give you the code.

For the price that they charge they give you such a small amount. I don’t know if they’re trying to make more money by giving less food, but they really should think about that before they lose the clients that actually come to purchase their food.

In the past years there was great service. I have been to this location various times this year, What happened? They Never have their ingredients ready or cooking upon request such as the fajita veggies or corn. Team Members are nice but short staffed and eating areas do not look clean or dusted.
Always out of items and refuse to restock them. I asked for sour cream which I saw they had on the side and they refused to give me a small cup when I literally saw them give everyone behind me in line sour cream from that same tub on the side. Guy literally forgot to finish making my bowl because he was too busy micromanaging his coworker then they tried to charge me for the food of all the people behind me like hello???? Are you all ok???? Also they didn’t give me my receipt.
I thought they trained them to make portions big again, why was my server taking items putting half of the items on my bowl then putting the rest of the items they didn't use back into there trays what is going on 🤮 Was not happy 2nd Chipotle btw must be a training issue or management
Came to this location for dinner. The food was great but the dining room was like a pig style. Windows ,Tables, floors were filthy. Not one table was clean so I went outside and those tables were also dirty. Even the front glass doors were smeared by a dirty towel. Employees just standing around. I will only come for pick up only. It's a shame because Chipotle's stocks are way over $2,000 they should use that money to hire a cleaning crew. Sad when you hear people come outside saying they can not eat inside because of the filth.

Not happy at all. Literally walked in at 8:02 and paid by 8:23 and little to no options on Protien and no veggies. It says they are open until 11pm and I get not overcooking Protien so there is less to dispose of but that is 2.5 hrs of food to be sold. Not even an option if I wanted to wait for it to be cooked.
Chipotles are always hit or miss and this one is a miss. The employees are really nice, but they are always out of stuff and prioritize food waste over customer service. They also only give you a half scoop of everything

This review is particularly for this location. Tables are always filthy, the staff is unapologetically rude, you ask for something they make an odd face. When ordering online , remember your portions Will be small so better to go in person.

Hardly come to Chipotle cuz of the weak portions of protein & today was another disappointing experience for a $18 bowl. Serve better portions of MEAT! Cmon.
Do you want to waste 45 minutes on line? This is the right place...
The workers are lazy don’t cut anything properly they always leave huge chunks in the protein. Those chunks specifically in the barbacoa are disguising because It’s so hard to bite though leaving most of the pieces feeling like beef jerky.
I live nearby and today I remembered why I choose to go to the Granada Hills location after going here. Cashier either hates her job or hates guests. Melissa made a common customer go to a different location(for months or even a year) due to lack of customer service, passive aggressive to simple question about an order and pushes my order away from my hand as I’m reaching for it?? A decent line but to end the chipotle experience with that cashier… (not the first time) ends with a 1 start experience. Again makes me want to choose a different location because of your cashier Chipotle Mission Hills. I got the name from the receipt.
Such a horrible experience, the workers don’t follow sanitation protocols. Male team member was dripping in sweat while serving food. The other girl team members were joking and laughing about him sweating while all the customers were grossed out. Do better .
This place is always dirty. Their staff is, decent? But whenever I go (I live down the street so I go often enough), I’m there before 8PM. They are always “out” of food. Chicken, fajitas, rice??? Today we went and were there before 7PM, tell me why they said weren’t going to make anymore veggies for the day? AND they said they were out of rice… when they realized their entire long line of guests were requesting these items, that’s when they decided to cook more up. Keep in mind, this specific location closes at 11PM. They were going to stop cooking product 4 hours before closing? I work in f&b, from first hand experience, this wouldn’t be acceptable. Ridiculous. Never going to this location again.
Chipotle Mission Hills Location I’ve been to this Chipotle location several times, and unfortunately, they rarely get it right. The staff often have a bad attitude when preparing orders, and mistakes are extremely common. Orders are frequently incorrect, items are forgotten, or the portions are not what you paid for. On top of that, they often run out of food, forcing you to choose substitutes or wait for them to prepare more. Tonight was extremely frustrating. I ordered two large bags of chips but only received one small portion. I even paid for a large chips and queso blanco, but that’s not what I got. After working all day and picking up dinner, the last thing I want is to deal with my kids fighting over chips because the order was wrong again. I’ve tried to be understanding because mistakes happen, but this is a consistent issue with this location. I hope they work on improving their attentiveness and overall service, as it’s very disappointing to deal with this so often.
Dear Chipotle I am writing to share a disappointing experience I had at your Mission Hills, California location on [date] around 2 PM. I visited the restaurant with my younger brother for lunch. When we arrived, there was no line. My brother stepped up to order, and I stood behind him to decide on my meal. Once his order was completed, I was surprised to see the employee skip me and serve a coworker (who appeared to be going on break) instead of taking my order. When I expressed my frustration, the cashier asked if I was going to order. I explained that I had intended to until I was skipped. I then requested to speak to the manager. During this time, I overheard the cashier tell the manager I was “being rude and nasty,” which was both unnecessary and unprofessional. The store manager walked in shortly after and simply instructed the team to comp my food. However, when I spoke to her, there was no empathy or acknowledgment of the team’s behavior. Instead, I was met with an indifferent attitude and was told, “What do you want?” as if the goal was to quickly dismiss my concern. I felt disrespected throughout the experience, both by the cashier’s attitude and the lack of customer care from the manager. This situation did not reflect the standards I expect from Chipotle.
I ordered a burrito bowl from Uber eats. I normally get it without rice and beans. My order came and I could not eat this bowl. There was barely any chicken and the guacamole was brown. I couldn't get a refund for this order. Im really disappointed since it was pretty expensive for this disgusting bowl. I had to remove the guacamole since it was brown and not edible.
🤢 I should've looked at what kind of guacamole they were giving me. When i got home this is what i saw, and this is not okay. I got some nasty gross health violation in a container.
I found a hair baked into the chip of my food there. When I messaged customer service, they didn’t even read my message correctly and then proceeded to only offer $2.05 back. I would stay clear away.
So here we go, just about an hour ago today!! got off work and ordered online (1 hour before they closed) of course they want to go home (I knew this but I was hungry) I didn’t expect them to be so happy so I tipped to prevent them screwing my order. Newsflash that didn’t help. They gave me the smallest bowls you can imagine like half of it was empty. The steak is salty and inedible. The short, blonde white guy with glasses who handed me my food was in a terrible mood. Overall awful experience and I tried to chat with “pepper” to complain and she ended the conversation with the following message I will post on the picture. Don’t come to this location specially at night. Also chipotle should leave a better impression considering this order was $51.59 for two miserable bowls half empty. In-n-out next time 👍 they don’t mess with quality.

To wife and my 3 years old went to your location on Sepulveda in Mission Hills and my wife did not know that you guys were having the dodgers buy one and get one free and the wait was about two hours and my wife asked the manager if she just get a kid casadilla without waiting for two hours because the kid started crying and saying she’s hungry and manager refused and sent my wife and my granddaughter out to get in line and my wife said we don’t want the promotion just regular sale and she said no , this is very sad that she does not have sympathy for a 3 years old child that is hungry and crying , my granddaughter loves go there at least twice a week , but today she left crying of being hungry not being able to eat because of cruelty of the manager, is this what chipotle stand for refusing to serve kids that are hungry because they want to make money first ,I am very disappointed to see kind of behavior at this location. What kind of people you have working for that don’t care humanity 🥵
Yesterday Sunday was just horrible, they need more people, I was the third person in line and it took 30 mins to get my food that’s ridiculous. And I didn’t get my child’s chips cause that was going to take longer. Just horrible.
The food is bad. The guacamole was very old, the portions were so small. They barely scooped any rice and beans as well as the protein was super small even though we asked for a double portion it still looked like a single scoop of it. The steak and the chicken had so many tough pieces that they were not good to eat that we had to throw them out. Would recommend going to other locations
They give you the smallest portions they can give you at this location. The brown was hard and tasted like cardboard. The guacamole was expired cus it had a funky taste. They had already run out of food and it was very disappointing. I won't be returning to Chiptole ever. Very Americanized Mexican food where the quality have just gotten worse over the years. Mexican restaurants would never skimp on portions. Don't understand how they are still running this business. Unacceptable.
The food was good but just like all the social media has been talking about is the portions. I'm not looking for a tub of food but atleast a decent amount. The servers make customers ask for more and it's not more meat or chicken it's more lettuce, cheese, beans. I know things cost more but come on for lettuce?
