This specific KFC is accross the street from my place i eat here a lot the staff that works there are extremely polite and hard working there is always parking and the grilled chicken is amazing Two grilled chicken breast a biscuit mash potatoes and a drink for under $10 SOLD!!!!!!!

😄 Excellent food and quick drive through service. 😞They were not offering the Roasted Chicken on my most recent 2 visits here. I don't know if it's available at other locations. I always use the drive through and the only thing that has changed on the exterior is the menu and increased prices.

I come here a lot and they always have good hot food. Went to another KFC last week and it was no where near as good as this location! Update: This place is still great. They threat me well and I will be returning.

Try the hot wings, you won't be disappointed. You'll have to wait 10 minutes for them to cook a fresh batch if you get a lot, so call ahead or be prepared to wait. Worth it though. Wings plus mac and cheese and bread is a great meal combo.

I have visited many times over the past two years (for a while I was going about once a week) and have yet to have a bad experience. I've always gotten quick and pleasant service and the food has always been prepared as expected. I just ate here again today, and will certainly return in the future.

Pot pie was delicious! Loved the crust! Not sure what they seasoned them with but the fries were the best. Definitely get again!

Plenty of parking. Chicken pot pie is really flavorful and the crust flakes and crunchy as it should be. Atmosphere is as a funeral home.....get in and get out. We always take it to go. The cooking area is lifeless. The workers don't seem to enjoy their jobs as they never smile. Maybe they are overworked? Usually looks like a skeleton crew.

Did the KFC drive through for a family meal great deal on 16 piece with 4 sides and biscuits. Service was quick and food was fresh. Drove 20 minutes to get home and everything was still warm and the biscuits were fresh and soft. The fries are the best fries ever. I have a KFC 5 minutes from my home and am always disappointed. The order is always wrong and the biscuits are rock hard... but like i said this KFC was different. The ladies working the window were polite and friendly. I'll be going to this KFC from now on!

$20 Fill up deal is great family meal. We got 12 chicken tender strips 2 large mashed potato with gravy and one other large side with biscuits for the $20 plus tax. The tenders were cooked fresh and were hot and delicious. Great deal.

The chicken, mashed potatoes, gravy, and mac n cheese were all good, but $12.50 for a 2 piece meal is a bit expensive.

Possibly the best KFC to dine-in in the San Fernando Valley. It's near the city of San Fernando city limit, and it's somewhat peaceful. I went in for a chicken pot pie (which I really recommend) due to the slightly cold windy day we had on the day of visit. The lobby is clean and it's a fully remodeled KFC location. I'll probably dine-in here again in the future.

I just tried the new donut chicken sandwich. All I can say is it's a 1 time thing. Delicious but a heart attack in a bag lol

We ordered two buckets 🪣 to go. Was going to get the 12 piece meal but they had a sign on the register offering 14 pieces for the same price. Good deal. We were there at 10:40am which worked out great. Chicken bins were full with freshly cooked pieces. Took about 8 minutes to get the order together but it was accurate. Even had one extra piece in one of the buckets. Order was accurate, food was good and the service friendly. Big parking lot compared to the size of the dining room. Watch out for the random concrete wheel stop in the middle, rear of the lot. Enjoy!

It's kfc so don't expect much in terms of customer service. Of the other kfcs in this area this one is cleaner and larger.

It's KFC. Not the greatest fried chicken or sides, but I get a Jones every once in a while. Not many choices here.

Sit down restaurant but no where to even wash your hands

I ordered hot wings. They are usually delicious but yesterday they were not good at all. The wings were cooked to hard.

It's. Hit and miss with this location. I often get something different than what I ordered. Any variation seems to alter the efficiency.

Ordered online. Almost $100. Had to pickup in drive thru. Ask if everything was accounted for because inside was closed. Was assured it was. It wasn't. Called many times, no answer. Left message, no return phone call. Very disappointed.. My Grandsons mac & cheese was left out plus 2 other things. To far to go back..

I went to get a $5.00 fill up box and then realized there is no &5.00 fill up it is now &5.99.

The chicken was soggy and didn't have the original KFC flavor that is known for. Don't like that they took the potato wedges and I tried theire frys for the first time and they didn't taste as good. Also I ordered a 3 PC meal and I didn't like that they don't give you coleslaw anymore. Definitely I was really disappointed.

Great service but the HOT WINGS tasted as if though they were fried in 10 day old oil. I thought all KFC's had the same recipes for the menu BUT if they do, its obvious this place does not follow it.

They didn't even have to make the food, they just had to place it in a box and that was it. So I wasn't happy that I had to wait longer just because of the bad service here. The chicken tenders and fries were okay and the Mac and cheese was fine to me. It's not something I would come for occasionally, the last time I been to a KFC was like years ago. I'm not planning on coming to this location again.

Been to this KFC many times. 3/8/2020 Bought the 12 piece meal which is way overpriced and the chicken was old and dry and very over cooked. Chicken pieces were so small that all 4 people eating it complained. Coleslaw and potatoes were ok, but if they can’t serve descent chicken, we’ll never go back.

Bad customer service, I went to pick up my family chicken order, the lady I spoke said she can't find my name so I show to her confirmation order thru my cell phone & telling me to come inside & the lady who was helping me found my name. The staff was unprofessional not even bother to apologize.

This place is a joke! Twice I've ordered here through door dash and twice they have given no plates, napkins ,straw or any of the things required on the site. To make it worse, they tape the receipt to the bag showing the request for the condiments. Obviously they dont care. Once is a mistake, twice is a pattern of disregard for the people who pay their Bill's! NEVER AGAIN!

It will take your order and take your money but when you go to this particular location they will tell you they didn’t get the order. Even with proof of order and payment they would not fork over the food!! We drove all the way from Santa Clarita cause they have grilled chicken and they still refused to give us our food!! The people here are absolutely awful!!! Corporate will give us our money back ..ummm maybe a couple of days. So no food or money!!!!! They did not give a flying duck that we drove that far got totally screwed in all ways. Literally offered nothing. Dont ever go here!!

I have to this KFC a few times with no issues. Eat in or drive through. This time I went through the drive through for lunch today and I usually check to make sure order is correct. I looked it through fast this time and everything seemed in order. When I got hom I realized the biscuits I ordered were missing and the chicken little where not the flavor I ordered. They both had no flavor and a dot of mayo and a pickle. I dont know what's going on but I hope they get their act together.

She was charging me 25 cents for a sauce when she did'nt give me ketchup or ask me if I needed condiments..to my understanding when you ask for extra sauce is when they charge you the 25 cents but this lady didnt want to give me one sauce for two combos I order.

I finally asked on the 3rd why they didn’t have any and they said that it’s not popular on the menu so it’s not a priority. If they don’t want to make it or serve it they should take it off the menu.

I saw the human size deal promotion poster next to the counter and ordered $7 deal menu, but they charged me $8.99($9.87 including tax). They should've told me whether the limited time deal was over or the store goes with different prices. But first, should've gotten rid of that damn poster. Anyway, the 4.1 rated store serves a FLY, so I don't even know what I'll get from others.
