Most of the staff our friendly and hopeful especially one of the guys that works there but some of the females have attitudes but they're very efficient not as crowded as other subways

I love this subway!!! This place is clean and always has what I need. The owner, Hekmat, is always attentive and makes sure you are overall satisfied with Subways services!!! I have been coming here for over 24 years and can't say enough how pleased I am. Thank you!!!

The food was very good. We ordered it through the mobile app so we were able to get a second sandwich for half off its original price. Great location. Clean seating area a drink machine has good options including some healthy ones.

I just ordered through Postmates and I called the store Subway 11100 Sepulveda, spoke to Daniel. Everything in the order was right and numbered. We ordered 3 tuna sandwich with different ingredients as to each one's liking. It was numbered according to the order summary. KUDOS TO DANIEL and to the TEAM!

Healthy loaded sandwich with fresh toppings!! Liked their soup as well. Helpful staff. Nice and clean place. Ample of parking spots but it gets busy during lunch hours. Curbside pickup is available here.

I Walked in for a sandwich like I would to any other Subway, But here at Mission Hills Elizabeth was very polite and provided great customer service and Michelle was very Friendly, helpful and generous as well. I was amazed by their great customer service. Thanks Elizabeth and Michelle

The store was clean and well organized. They greeted us upon arrival and made us feel welcomed. The meal was good. My son and I split and foot long. It was more like a snack. lol.

Everything was great. I went twice in a row. First time I purchased 4-$20.00 gift cards and was given the receipts. Next time I went my account was locked and did not receive credit for my purchase. I was notified by Subway of suspicious activity on my account and to inform them of my past purchases with dates, time and location. After a couple of weeks I was notified my account was unblocked, but no credit for my purchase although I sent the receipt. Odd, just odd. Hard to get a parking spot in the small parking lot. Street parking is limited as well as next to a fire station.

Although the food is great, had an experience here today. I order food through the subway app, when I went into the store to pick up my meals. I was told my order was giving to someone else. I was very upset about this incident. I felt as if management felt I was lying about the incident. I’m probably not going to ordering from them any time soon. Tip for the employees and the manager, confirmation numbers and IDs should be shown when picking up mobile orders to prevent things like this from happening.

Giving it 2 stars cause it's good but the customer service very bad. The two ladies working this shift 3/15 @12:30 It was literally only me and this elderly man waiting for them to help us. They were just talking to each other about a party one of them went to and what she's gonna wear. I know because they were talking in Spanish. I think her name was Marissa. Also talking, and not making eye contact with me while making my sandwich. I went in 12:38 and didn't pay til 1pm. The elderly only got half a footlong just like me. Took 30mins basically to make half a sandwich. Don't come here if you only have 30mins for lunch.

Manager, please tell your employees to use face masks properly. I just went to this location and the employee preparing food was partially wearing her mask by not covering her nose. When I called her out she said "I know, but I cant breath" and kept working like nothing happened.

How can they miss that much items in my order? Thankfully the delivery service I use was able to credit something for the mistake. But sad that when I called subway, they won't give a refund and rudely told me to get my missing items at the store. I ordered delivery because I don't have a car. Don't wanna order there again.

How could you email and ask somebody to come in for training, and turn them away because it’s “busy” to only just stand around and have your employees sit on there phones eating McDonalds in the back.
