I stopped by here today since I had the coupon for a free charbuger for my birthday. The Chase bank is right next door to this location so it worked out in my favor. I went when they just open at 10:30am so there wasn't any customers there and a lot of open parking (due to covid) All inside dining is closed but since they have outdoor seating, you can choose that option if you want. They also closed the soda machine so a employee has to fill up your drink for you. I got the charburger with cheese and French fries to go. It took a while to be made but that's because I was the first customer there and everything is made fresh. I really like my charbuger and the fries, you can never go wrong with The Habit. All the employees wore gloves and mask so you know they take covid seriously and there always someone disinfecting something.

The burger (bacon BBQ) was decent. The inside area was. :FREEZING! They said repairs were being done, but it was unbearably cold. Like Antarctica! It was difficult to focus on lunch, unfortunately. Honestly, I wouldn't return, for wh at I feel was just average food.

The food was excellent. I ordered the Ahi Tuna sandwich with spicy green beans. The cook perfectly cooked the Ahi tuna, and the green beans were delicious. The restroom was clean. The service was slow at first, and they did not acknowledge us until we spoke up, and then they made us wait to be served. Picked up an order for takeout. The guy behind the counter handed me two cups. I told him I didn't order drinks just two sandwiches and tempora green beans. He said oh and took the cups back. When my order was ready, I asked him for an extra ranch. He said an extra cup of ranch Is sixty cents. Really? Now i'm irked. Maybe I should have just been dishonest and kept the cups And filled them with soda. . Nice way to nickel and dime your customers. And you wonder why people are dishonest.

I ordered 5 kids meals and I only got 3 of them. All of them had burnt chicken and the fries were way to pain. I also ordered onion rings and one of them had a dead fly in it. Besides that I also ordered drinks and didn't get a single one. I do not recommend this location. I am never going back there. WORST SERVICE EVER!!!😡

Just did DoorDash order and both burgers were not correct due to order . First one has no pickles and tomatoes. Second burger I had added portabell mushrooms and no mushrooms were present. Horrible attention to detail. Can’t be hard to add/ remove ingredients.

I've complained to corporate too many times to count. Their fries are almost always soggy and you've got a 50/50 chance of getting your meat cooked well done no matter how you try and ask for it. I've asked for well done, I've said extra well done and I've asked to make sure there is 0 pink. I wrote and complained for the 100th time and I got the same copy and paste apology that I normally get. Clearly they aren't contacting anyone or following up with anything. The Habit has clearly become too big and don't have any oversight on their expansions. I went to the habit in Encino and Sherman Oaks for years 10 years ago and hardly ever had issues. I've been going to the Mission Hills location since they have opened and have had to write and complain countless times. 4/5/21 I've uploaded some pictures of what they consider to be well done and extra crispy fries. The night shift pre-cooks their burgers and then re-heats them for the rush. When they do that they basically just burn the outside and then the inside is still cold.

If you care about your health and the health of others, I would recommend that you go to another location. There is no clear direction or organization to keep you or anyone else responsibly safe at this restaurant. Not one employee had a mask on, there weren't any 6 feet floor indicators, and no one directing or helping get customers in and out of the restaurant effectively and quickly.
