Food is good always when I come here and sew the service. But when I tried the new footlong pretzel by the time I Was home? It was hard and not really soft or good to eat. I guess you have to eat these in a certain amount of time within getting them.

I just don’t like the way they handle the food with bare hands sometimes or the way serving utensils are in the bins with toppings. If you’re touching the bare handle of a knife or spreading spatula and that handle touches the food, you’re cross contaminating. They don’t always have soup which is what I go there for mostly.

Got food poison after eating a tuna sandwich

The two ladies working on teusday tried to scam me into buying a footlong when I said I want the 6.99 deal only reason I’m eating here and then barely put any protein on my sandwich . Won’t be returning no wonder this place is empty

Was in town center subway today with my girlfriend and the Mexican behind the counter was rude, unfriendly, acting like he didn't want to be bothered taking our order. In my opinion he should be fired. He made for uncomfortable eating conditions.

After a week now, I have to chase down the manager after employee "Tony" said to me my money would be compensated within 48 hours on an order they charged me for but never ended up making because they were closing. I went Saturday March 7th back to subway and the same employee "Tony" said to me, "I don't know what to tell you" after asking where my compensation was... Still looking to get my money back!

Serious language barriers, insanely high prices, unsafe food preparation and a constantly filthy dining area make this place a nightmare for either take out/delivery or dine-in.

I went to this location around 3:30pm and i was standing at the counter for about 10 minutes before someone came out from the back to take my order. Then i see an employee come out from the back with her little daughter, she was running around trying to touch the food and playing with the cash register. As the employee was taking my order she literally said "what else" the whole time. Horrible customer service skills and better management is needed in this location. I walked out without finishing my order, i felt disgusted. Wont be coming back.
